  • Recently, Through the linkage and opening, the fusion of the spatial information, it is necessary for productive ecosystem to provide a variety of information and to increase the civil use. Depending on the economic growth, demand for quality of life and well-being has been on the increase. Spatial information service contents for the public convenience has emerged to solve the problem such as health, safety, welfare and discomfort of daily life This study aims to implement search services for a tailored residence space through the three-dimensional data modeling on cadastral information. To achieve this goal, we established the requirements for deriving a registered object by investigating recent trend with respect to existing cadastral data model and defined property and relationship. Focusing on Songpa-gu, Jamsil station in Seoul, we implemented search services for a tailored residence space for three-dimensional right analysis in conjunction with residential and commercial complex building. As a result, we derived a way to supply 3D cadastre information through open platforms (VWorld) and to represent efficiently, which is able to improve the quality of spatial information service contents for the public convenience as well as to widen utilization of information.

Comparison of Mycelial Growth Characteristics According to Culture Conditions of Ulleungdo Collection Strains (울릉도 수집 균주의 배양조건에 따른 균사 생장 특성 비교)

  • The collection of biological data of indigenous species must comply with the Nagoya Protocol. Fungi contain various bioactive substances making them an attractive source of several products, including food and medicines. In this study, we investigated the growth characteristics of five indigenous fungal strains, Fomitiporia punctata, Polyporus ulleungus, P. brumalis, Gymnopus subnudus, and Tyromyces kmetii, isolated from samples collected in the Ulleungdo Island. The growth rates for each strain were assessed across various temperatures (20 ℃ to 35 ℃), culture media (Potato dextrose agar, Malt extract & Yeast extract agar, Malt extract agar, Malt extract & peptone agar, Sabouraud dextrose agar, and Modified Melin-Norkrans agar), and pH conditions (4.0 to 8.0). Additionally, we assessed the mycelial growth characteristics in liquid culture. The mycelial growth in different media varied across species; specifically, F. punctata (in MMNA), G subnudus (in MMNA), and P. brumalis (in MEPA) showed rapid growth. Optimal growth temperatures ranged between 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ for most species, with the exception of T. kmetii and P. brumalis, which were able to grow across all the temperatures tested. P. brumalis showed the best growth rate, whereas P. ulleungus showed the lowest growth potential. The optimal pH conditions for mycelial growth ranged between 4.0 and 5.0. In experiments using culture flasks, the dry weight of the culture filtrates decreased with the increasing incubation time and showed a significant decrease between 1 and 6 months of incubation, indicating that the five strains take longer than a month to fully use the culture media. Our findings highlight and establish the optimal growth conditions for five different fungal species that can be used in future application studies.

Quality Characteristics of Kimchi Fermented in Permeability-Controlled Polyethylene Containers (투과도 조절 플라스틱 용기에서 발효된 김치의 품질 특성)

  • Kimchi was fermented in permeability-controlled polyethylene containers, in glazed onggi (Korean ethnic earthenware) or glass bottles at $5^{\circ}C$ for 8 weeks. During 4 weeks of storage, kimchi fermented in the permeability-controlled container showed a stable fermentation pattern, in terms of changes in pH and acidity, compared with kimchi fermented in the other containers. With respect to changes in bacterial counts, kimchi fermented in polyethylene containers showed vigorous multiplication of lactic acid bacteria, especially Lactobacillus sp., but slow growth of total aerobic bacteria. The springiness of kimchi fermented in the polyethylene containers was optimal (about 10% more than that of glass bottle-fermented kimchi), and the overall acceptability and hardness of container-fermented kimchi were excellent upon sensory evaluation. The DPPH radical-scavenging activity of kimchi fermented in polyethylene containers was also greater (91%) than that of kimchi fermented in glazed onggi (73%) or glass bottles (63%). The $O_2$ and $CO_2$ permeabilities of the polyethylene containers were higher (458 and $357\;mmol\;h^{-1}\;m^{-2}\;atm^{-1}$, respectively) than were those of the other containers; the permeability ratio was 0.8. Glass bottles showed no permeance. The results indicate that permeability-controlled polyethylene containers may be used for kimchi fermentation.

Needle Characteristics and Genetic Variation of Pinus pumila Natural Population in Mt. Seorak (설악산 눈잣나무 천연집단의 침엽특성과 유전변이)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the morphological and anatomical characteristics of needle and the genetic diversity of Pinus pumila Regel which is a unique and the southern peripheral population in South Korea. ANOVA test showed that there were significant differences among individuals within population in all 8 needle characteristics. Average characteristics of 66 individuals were 53.59 mm in needle length, 0.78 mm in needle width, 68.98 in needle index, 0.65 mm in needle thickness, 4.56 ea. in maximum stomata row, 3.80 ea. in minimum stomata row, 8.36 ea. in total stomata row and 1.71 ea. in resin canals, respectively. Resin canal per needle of this species ranged from one to three, depending on external type. Especially, arrangement types were 69.47% in two resin canals and 30.45% in a single resin canal. A total of 78 bands was generated from 9 selected I-SSR primers. The estimates of genetic variation were 61.5% in proportion of polymorphic bands (P), 1.698 in effective number of alleles ($A_e$), 0.388 in expected heterozygosity ($H_e$) and 0.567 in Shannon's information index (S.I.), respectively.

Diversified Investment of Commercial Real Estate Assets - Focused on Office Building and Retail Real Estate Markets in Seoul - (상업용 부동산 시장의 분산투자에 관한 연구 - 서울지역의 오피스 빌딩 및 소매용 부동산 시장을 중심으로 -)

  • This paper is to understand investment's efficiency and performance of commercial real estate assets diversified by use and district. To do so, this paper divides two different commercial real estate markets(office build market and retail real estate market) in Seoul city by district into "GBD(Gangnam Business District), YBD(Yeouido Business District), and CBD(Central Business District)" and "GBD(Gangnam Business District), SBD(Shinchon Business District), and CBD(Central Business District)" respectively, configures these districts each other to structure portfolios as its portion varies based on Markowitz's Mean-Variance principle, and looks at risk-return relationship of portfolios to find out efficiency, performance, and optimal investment chosen based upon Sharpe's Performance Index. As a result, the portfolio configured by "10 to 30% of office building asset at CBD" and "70 to 90% of retail real estate asset at CBD" is shown to be the most optimal, suggesting the highest quarterly Sharpe's performance index of 2.7118~2.7776 with quarterly rate of return of 1.826%~1.838% and quarterly standard deviation of 0.573~0.589. Furthermore, it is obvious that diversified portfolio configured by use(office-retail) shows better investment performance than that by district with same type of asset(office-office or retail-retail). Finally, results driven from this research will play an important role to stimulate real estate and construction markets through enlarging ideas as to diversified investment by use and district on real estate indirect investment products.

An Analysis of Concentrate Competency in Bidding Process for Overseas Project of Domestic Construction Companies (국내건설기업의 해외 프로젝트 입찰단계 우선집중역량 분석)

  • Overseas construction orders of domestic companies had been increased significantly in a short period from $10.9 billion in 2005 to $64.9 billion in 2012. However experts are concerned that quality of growth will not support quantitative growth. This study suggest concentrate competencies for not only winning in bid but also successful execution of domestic companies. 4 Steps which are Pre-Marketing, Bid-Preparation, Bidding, Contract Phase are defined for competency assessment. After drawing specific tasks by phase, survey asking importance and capability of the tasks to the person in charge of bidding and site was conducted by utilizing Likert 7 point scale. According to the result of IPA analysis, domestic construction companies need to ensure internal competencies; Project risk review, Bid team organization, and external competencies; Client needs grasp, Localization strategy, Cooperation establishment. Hearafter domestic construction companies will be able to utilize the result of the study for setting bidding strategy for winning in bid and improving earning rate.

Error Performance Analysis of Digital Radio Signals in an Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Environment of Impulsive Noise Plus Disturbance (임펄스 잡음과 방해파에 의한 전자파 장해(EMI) 환경하에서의 디지털 무선통신 신호의 오율해석)

  • The error performance of digital radio signals (i.e., M-ary PSK signal, DQPSK signal, MSK signal, GMSK signal) interfered by impulsive noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI) is analyzed and discussed. In analysis at first, the error rate equations have been derived in an electromagnetic interference plus impulsive noise environment. And then, the error performance has been evaluated and shown in figures as a function of carrier-to-noise ratio, carrier-to-interference ratio, impu- lsive index, gaussian noise to impulsive noise power ratio, and interference index to measure the amount of error degradation in digital radio signals. From the obtained results we have known that in the presence of m-distributed tone interference plus inpulsive noise, the more significant the electromagnetic interference amplitude varies, the more significant performance degradation is produced. The listing the digital radio signals from the most degraded to the least is that DQPSK, GMSK, QPSK and MSK signal. In the constant amplitude tone interference plus impulsive noise environment, the effect of in- terference nearly disappears over about 20dB in CIR. The effect of constant tone interference on error rate performance is reduced more remarkably in the region from 10dB to 15dB in CIR. In both enviroments of m-distributed tone interference and constant amplitude tone interference, the more electromagnetic interference amplitude varies and CIR increases, the more error perfor- mance is improved. But it is found out that the performance can not be improved significantly even the electromagnetic interference becomes weak. This describes that the impulsive noise affects dominantly to the performance degradation.

Impact of Immediacy and Self-Monitoring on Positive Emotion and Sense of Community of User: Focusing on Social Interactive Video Platform (근접성과 자기 점검이 사용자의 긍정적 감정과 소속감에 미치는 영향: 소셜 인터랙티브 비디오 플랫폼을 중심으로)

  • This research, through video-based communication in a social video platform environment, studied the influence of the relationship between a video-watching subject and other watchers to that of the user's positive emotion and sense of community. Based on prior psychological theories called Social Impact Theory and Self-Monitoring Theory, the research built an actual video-based social video platform environment in order to verify an alternative utilizing new means of interaction based on videos. The result shows that under video-watching settings, user feels greater positive emotion and sense of community when the screen shows other people's reaction live and when him or her self's face is shown together, compared to when they are not shown. Also, based on the ANOVA analysis, the percentage of increase in positive emotion was greater when the two conditions mentioned above were provided synchronously compared to when they were not. The result of the research is expected to yield insights about a new form of social video platform.

지질시대 및 지구조별 국내대리석 석재자원의 분류와 물성

  • 국내 대리석류 석재자원은 지질시대 및 지구조별로 선캠브리아기의 경기육괴와 영남육괴, 시대미상의 옥천대 남서부, 캠브리아-오오도비스기의 옥천대 북동부, 그리고 일부 기타시대의 옥천대 북동부 등으로 분류될 수 있다. 전자는 변성퇴적암류내에 협재된 결정질 석회암, 화강암질 편마암내 포획된 결정질 석회암 등s으로 경기육괴의 포천, 김포, 온수리, 목계와 신림도폭 그리고 영남육괴의 춘양, 현동, 울진, 중평동, 장기리와 장계도폭 등이 해당된다. 시대미상암류는 옥천대 남서부로서 목계, 충주, 괴산, 강경, 남원과 송정도폭, 그리고 캠브리아기는 풍촌석회암으로 임계, 호명, 서벽리도폭 등기 해당된다. 오오도비스기는 정선석회암이 분포하는 석병산, 평창, 정선과 임계도폭, 화천리층이 분포하는 문경도폭, 그리고 황강리도폭 등디 해당한다 기타시대는 시대미상의 각력질 석회암과 상부석탄기의 홍점층군내 협재하는 결정질 석회암으로, 이들은 각각 정선도폭과 석병산도폭에 위치한다. 선캠브리아기, 시대미상, 캠브리아기 및 오오도비스기 대리석류의 물성 중에서 흡수율과 공극율은 선캠브리아기, 오오도비스기, 시대미상과 캠브리아기의 순으로 점차 감소한다. 이들의 공극율은 비중에 대하여 대체로 불규칙하며, 흡수율은 공극율에 대하여 거의가 뚜렷한 정의 상관관계를 이룬다. 압축강도는 공극율에 대하여 다소 불규칙한, 그리고 인장강도에 대하여 정의 상관관계를 이룬다. 그리고 마모경도는 압축강도와 인장강도에 대하여 대체로 뚜렷한 정의 경향을 각각 보인다. 이들 대리석류는 선캠브리아기 중경암-경암, 시대미상 중경암-경암, 캠브리아기 거의가 중경암-경암, 그리고 오오도비스기는 경암에 각각 해당한다.하고 구현 단계의 문제점들과 해결책을 기술한다. 다 솔레노이드방식 감압건조장치로 건조한 표고버섯으로 품위에 대한 유의성 검증결과, 표고버섯의 경우 온도별로는 색택과 복원률, 건조실 내부 압력별로는 수축률, 복원률에서 유의차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 라. 본 연구에서 구명된 감압건조특성을 기초로 하여 배치식 감압건조기를 설계 제작에 활용하고자 한다.ational banks.   • Due to the recent surge of wireless Internet and concurrent development of the end user terminal devices having standardized graphical user interface(GUI) and unified operation mechanism for better interactivity in information representation and ease of use, various efforts on the improvement of GUI is widely recognized as one of the key factors that will usher in the next stages of the wireless Internet for the users. Especially, improved usability along with unique visual effect are considered to be the key elements for GUI considering the rapid improvement of the resolution and color on the end user handset devices; thus, the study and research on the subject of GUI is expected to increase along with the wireless Internet using smart phones. User interface of the wires Internet end user handsets will have a definite and significant effect on the user interaction as well as productivity. Domestically, wireless Internet service providers and GUI design companies are making various efforts in producing a common GUI models for standardized operation scheme and improved graphical display capabilities of the hand phones, PDAs and smart phones. In the study, Nokia 3650 model and Microsoft Orange SPV model were chosen as test devices for usability comparison and data collection to collect directional benchmark data in developing next generation smart phone user interface integrating PDAs and phones. The mail purpose of this study is to achieve the most efficient user accessibility to WAP menu through intensive focus on developing WIPI WAP menu having most effective usability for the users in their twenties and thirties. The result of this study can also be used as the base research materials for WAP service development, VM browser development and PDA browser development. The result of this study along with the evaluation model is expected to provide effective analysis materials on the subject of user interface to the developers of the wireless Internet user devices, GUI designers and service planners while short listing key factors to consider in developing smart phones therefore serving as the GUI guideline of WIPI phones.
