The Study of Moderated Mediating Model on SEM: Focusing on Expectancy Disconfirmation, Satisfaction and Continuous Usage Intention of LBS Application (기대불일치가 스마트폰 위치기반 어플리케이션 만족도, 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 조절된 매개모델을 중심으로)

  • This study examined the concept and usage moderated mediating model in structural equation modeling. The theoretical model and hypothesis were developed based on the Location-Based application's Expectancy disconfirmation, Location-Based application's satisfaction, Location-Based application's continuous usage intention, service trust. The statistical results of the two model were compared: one was free model(positive/negative) and the other was the Moderated Mediating Model(positive/negative). A structure equation model analysis was carried out to test the research model. Further studies are necessary to Ssupport the research hypotheses.

  • 본 논문은 데이터 마이닝의 기법 중 가장 잘 알려진 지도학습 기법의 성능 향상을 위한 새로운 Hybrid 및 Combined 기법인 불일치 패턴 모델(오차 패턴 모델)에 대한 연구 논문이다. 불일치 패턴 모델이란 2개 이상의 기법 중 향후 더 레코드별로 더 잘 맞출 수 있는 기법을 메타 분류하는 불일치 패턴 모델을 개발하여, 최종적으로는 기존의 기법보다 더 좋은 분류 정확도 및 예측 향상율을 기대하기 위한 기법을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 의사 결정나무 추론 기법인 C5.0과 C&RT 그리고 신경망 분석, 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석과 같은 대표적인 데이터 마이닝의 지도학습 기법을 이용하여 불일치 패턴 모델을 생성하여 보고, 이들이 기존 단일 기법과 기존의 Combined 모델인 Bagging, Boosting 그리고 Stacking 기법보다 성능이 우수함을 23개의 실제 데이터 및 공신력 있는 공개 데이터를 이용하여 증명하여 보였다. 또한 데이터의 특성에 따라서 불일치 패턴 모델의 성능의 변화 및 더 우수해 지는지를 알아보기 위한 연구포 같이 수행을 하여 본 모델의 활용성을 높이고자 하였다.

Predicting IT-based Robot Adoption in Korea: By Integrating TAM and EDT (IT기반 로봇의 수용에 관한 연구: TAM과 EDT 모형의 통합관점)

  • Korea Communications Commission (KCC) has been providing the pilot service of URC(Ubiquitous Robot Companion), which is a network-based personal robot, to 1000 Korean households since 2006 to define potential users' needs and adoption behaviors. Personal innovativeness might play a critical role in adoption of URC services by users because much sophisticated and convergence technologies are incorporated into URC services. Also, defining not only perceived beliefs about URC services but also expected beliefs about them are very crucial to reduce disconfirmation between users' perception and expectation of URC services. From this point of view, this paper aimed to examine robot users' adoption behavior by considering constructs such as personal innovativeness, usefulness (perceived usefulness - expected usefulness, P-E), user attitude, and intention to use. The findings reveal that personal innovativeness is negatively related to usefulness (P-E) whereas usefulness (P-E) influences significantly and positively on user attitude. It is also shown that usefulness (P-E) and user attitude have strong positive effects on intention to use.

Consumer Attitude and Satisfaction with Well-being Products: A Focus on the Expectation-disconfirmation Paradigm (소비자의 웰빙태도 및 웰빙상품에 대한 만족도 : 기대-불일치 패러다임을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the well-being attitude and use the expectation-disconfirmation model to assess consumer satisfaction with well-being products. The consumer expectations, performance and disconfirmation scales were composed of 7 items of 5-likert scales. Consumer satisfaction with well-being products was measured with one-item-measurement scale. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The well-being attitude consists of 4 factors. : consumption of the well-being products, pursuit of mental well-being, criticism of commercial fashion, and pursuit of harmony with natural life. 2. Well-being attitude influences the consumers' expectation, performance, and satisfaction with well-being products. 3. Consumer expectation for well-being products has no influence on satisfaction, but performance and disconfirmation have a high degree of influence on satisfaction.

A Study on the Influence Factors on Intention to Continuous Use of Untact Performance Service in Concert Hall (공연장의 언택트 공연서비스의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향요인 연구)

  • Due to the impact of COVID-19, untact performances where performance videos are recorded, edited and distributed have begun to be activated in a non-face-to-face environment. Performance halls are supporting untact performance services such as video production and broadcasting so that performances can be viewed through online platforms. Therefore, this study intends to study the satisfaction and continued use intention of the untact performance service in the concert hall for experts who have experience using the untact performance service in the concert hall. A total of 9 hypotheses were rejected and 10 hypotheses were adopted as a result of developing and analyzing a research model suitable for the untact performance service of the concert hall by fusion of the information system success model and the expectation inconsistency model. Excluding content quality, it was found that in both system quality and service quality, inconsistency occurs through the comparison of expectations and performance after expectations arise. This positive discrepancy affects satisfaction, and the higher the satisfaction, the higher the intention to continue using it. This study is a basic study on the untact performance service and is expected to provide a new perspective for quality improvement.

  • In process control, PPl controller including smith predictor was proposed for efficient control method because of the weak performance by the effect of long dead-time. But PPI controller can not guarantee of control performance at real plant because of sensitivity to model mismatch. Thus, In this paper, we presented new control parameter estimation strategy for compensating of model mismatch. The proposed startegy obtained useful result through various cases.

  • Native Command Queueing is a technology to maximize throughput of disk system by reordering requests in its command queue. Recent S-ATA 2 standard specifies a protocol for the purpose of dealing with NCQ feature, making most vendors implementing it in their disk devices. However, the new feature, NCQ, may lead to information gap between OS and disk drive. 05 considers that disk will service I/O requests in the order as OS has dispatched. Unfortunately, it isn't true any more since NCQ would simply ignore the policy of OS and reorder the sequence OS has expected. Let us define the term as expectation-discord. Due to the discord, serious performance anomalies or starvation of requests may occur in I/O subsystem. In this paper, we confirm that the expectation-discord actually brings about starvation of requests. We propose a solution to settle it. Our solution is very simple, effective, cheap(not requiring any hardware modification) and portable across various OS. Experimental results show that our solution can balance throughput and response time very well.

오픈소스 소프트웨어의 지속적인 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 최근 소프트웨어 업계의 화두로 등장하고 있는 정보기술은 오픈소스 소프트웨어(Open Source Software: OSS)이다. 하지만, 사용자의 많은 관심에도 불구하고 지금까지 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 대한 연구는 정성적이거나, 탐색적인 연구로 한정되었다. 사용자 관점에서 왜 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 만족하고, 나아가 지속적으로 이 기술을 사용 하는지에 대한 실증적 연구는 아주 미미하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 소프트웨어의 성공모델을 제안하는 대신 사용자의 만족에 그치지 않고 지속적인 사용으로 이끄는 영향요소에 대해 실증적으로 증명하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 Oliver(1980)의 기대불일치이론 (Expectation Disconfirmation Theory: EDT)을 근거로 한 Bhattacherjee(2001)의 정보시스템 수용 후 행동 모델을 연구모형의 기초로 소프트웨어 특성(사용용이성, 유지보수성, 호환성, 맞춤화, 상호 작용성)의 영향을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 개인 및 기업의 오픈소스 소프트웨어 활성화를 촉진시키는데 기여하는데 그 의의가 있다.

환경 변이에 강인한 화자 인식 기술

  • 음성 인식 기술과 뿌리를 공유하는 화자 인식 기술은 지난 수십 년간의 연구결과로 괄목할 만한 진보가 이루어졌으며 최근에는 일반화될 수 있으리라는 기대를 가지도록 하기에 충분했다. 하지만 이러한 기술이 실제 환경에 적용되었을 때, 발성 환경을 제어할 수 없으며 그 결과 훈련 환경과는 다른 환경에서 발성된 음성을 인식 해야하는 이른바 '불일치 조건(mismatch condition)' 현상이 발생하게된다. 초기에는 이 현상을 극복하기 위해 잡음 자체를 모델링하고 제거함으로써 훈련과 인식 환경의 차이를 일정하게 정규화(normalization)해주는 연구가 진행되었다. 하지만 최근에는 잡음에 의한 왜곡의 모델이 복잡하고 실제 인식 성능에 직접적으로 나타나지 않는 문제점을 추가로 극복하기 위해, 훈련과 인식 환경의 차이를 보상해주는(compensation) 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기본적인 화자인식기술과 함께 성능저하를 일으키는 불일치 요인들 및 그것들을 극복하기 위한 기술들을 소개하고자 한다.

Consumer Satisfaction Model for Cyber Learning: Focused on Expectation-disconfirmation Paradigm (가상강의에 대한 소비자만족모델: 기대불일치 패러다임을 중심으로)

  • This study measured college students' levels of satisfaction with their cyber learning through an online survey of students who had taken one or more cyber learning before. 500 returned and usable questionnaires were analyzed and SPSS WIN 12.0 was used for the descriptive statistics, t-test, factor analysis and analysis of covariance structures. The results are as follows; First, college students were very interested in their cyber learning. Their decision to take the cyber learning was initiated more by emotional motives (m=3.13) than by rational motives (m=3.35). Second, the consumers' expectations for the cyber learning were divided into the 'Expectation for service quality' and the 'Expectation for economy,' and their 'Expectation for economy'(m=4.02) was higher than their 'Expectations for service quality'(m=3.60). Third, the consumers' expectations for the cyber learning and the results of the cyber learning were analyzed, and a discrepancy between these two were also analyzed. The analysis of discrepancy between the two showed that the average of the results was lower than that of the expectations, which means that the cyber learning did not meet the consumers' expectations in every aspect, However, the average satisfaction level was 3.20, which means consumers were satisfied with the cyber learning overall. Fourth, causes of dissatisfaction with the cyber learning were divided into internal factors due to personal matters and external factors due to classes and other factors. It was found that dissatisfaction due to internal factors was greater than that due to external factors. Lastly, the factors affecting satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the cyber learning and willingness to use it again were analyzed. The results showed that the motive for its use affected the formation of expectation but it did not affect the results. Satisfaction with the cyber learning affected the willingness to use it again positively. However, the effect of dissatisfaction on the willingness to use it again was not statistically significant.
