기능성 다당체는 자연계에 두루 존재하며 특히 많은 천연소재 유래 다당체의 경우 거의 부작용없이 광범위한 면역조절 기능을 나타내는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이들 다당체의 면역증진 기능성은 다양한 경로와 타켓을 대상으로 나타나고 있으며 각 다당체의 기능성 차이는 그들에 구조적 차이에 기인한 것으로 판단되고 있다. BRM의 일종으로 천연소재 유래 다당체는 면역기관이나 T와 B 림프구, 대식세포, NK cell, LAK 세포 및 수지상 세포 등 면역세포의 활성화, 사이토카인 및 항체의 생성, 적혈구의 면역기능에 영향을 미쳐 생체방어 기능, 즉 면역기능을 증진시켜 주는 것으로 보고 되었다. 또한 lentinan, PSK, PSP, PUPS 등과 같이 이미 잘 알려진 다당체의 경우, 이들 다당체가 지닌 품질 안정성, 정확한 효능, 낮은 독성 및 부작용 등을 근간으로 다양한 항암치료제의 보조제로서 활용가능성도 높아지고 있다. 반면 다당체를 이용한 기능성 구명 연구에서는 몇 가지 제한이 있는 것도 사실이다. 첫째로 비교가능한 적절한 기능성 다당체의 비교 표준이 부재하다는 것이며 두 번째로는 대부분의 다당체 관련 연구가 보다 철저한 구조적, 정성적 연구결과 없이 주로 추출물을 이용한 연구로 진행되어 정확한 분자수준에서의 면역조절 기전을 구명하기 어렵다는 점이다. 마지막으로 정확한 기능 구명을 위한 신호전달경로 관련 연구, 수용체 관련연구 및 임상연구 등이 부족하다는 점이다. 따라서 향후 다당체를 이용한 면역력 증진 등 기능성 구명연구의 활성화를 위해서는 보다 정확한 기능성 다당 분획의 구조분석 및 동정 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이며 이는 분자 수준의 기능성을 이해하는데 주요한 요인이 될 것으로 판단되었다.

The wide range of understanding on form, function and style are very important in design practice. Because any design can't be existed without form and function and, also, every design can be embodied by the style. From this point of view, the new interpretation and their relations on form, function and style are studied in this paper. First of all, 1-In Introduction, a few issues are suggested to the purpose and requirement with explaining the background of the paper. 2-Design Form; original form, hand-made form, standard form and expressive form are researched. 3-Design Function; original function. traditional function, absolute function and relative function are studied. 4-Design Style; survival style, folk style, simple style and fusion style are searched. Finally, 5-In Conclusion, the approach method is expressed on form, function and style, and their relations are discussed.

컴퓨터를 애용한 편집엽무가 더욱 보편화되면서 워드프로세서의 역할은 한층 강조되어지고 있다. 최근 국내에서 개발된 워드프로세서와 외국에서 개발된 워드프로세서들이 국내 소프트웨어 시장에 우후죽순 처럼 출현하여 경쟁을 벌이고 있는 시점에서, 워드프로세서의 기능성 관점에서의 평가가 한층 더 중요 해 진다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여러가지 워드프로세서의 주요 기능 및 세부 기능들을 정리 하고, 사용자가 중요하다고 느끼는 기능을 가장 적절히 제공해주는 워드프로세서가 어떤 것인지를 계층 적 분석 기법을 이용하여 평가하였다. 연구 결과로서, 사용자들은 주기능에서는 '파일 기능'과 '편집 기능'이 중요하다고 느끼고 있었으며, '파일 기능'의 하부 기능에서는 '저장 기능'과 '미리 보기 기능' 의 중요도가 높게 나타나, 앞으로 연구해야 할 워드 프로세서의 중요 기능으로 나타났다. 또한, 비교 대상이 된 세개의 워드프로세서 중에서는 사용자가 요구하는 기능(파일찾기, 미리보기, 그림편집, 보기배율, 그림, 기호 등의 기능)을 많이 보유하고 있는 제품이 가장 우수한 워드프로세서로 평가되었다.

음성은 단순히 성대에서 만들어지는 것이 아니다. 호흡을 시작으로 성대의 접촉과 점막 진동에 의해 만들어진 소리가 공명강을 거쳐 입술, 혀의 움직임을 거쳐 최종적으로 의미를 전달하는 소리로 완성된다. 기능성 음성 질환은 이러한 과정 중에서 발성 방법과 같은 기능적 문제에 의하여 발생하게 된다. 따라서 기능성 음성 질환이 있을 때 이러한 과정의 움직임에 대한 조사가 필요하다. (중략)

The search method that web services offers has its limitations. The search service considers only functional factors based on the client's preferences. In order to improve the web service search - which alone only considers functional factors - our research introduces an execution phase which performs both functional and non-functional factors by utilizing WSDL and matching information. Our research studies the architecture of both the service selecting method and the selecting process to help determine the best service solution for the client. We do so, taking into consideration the client's preferences. Our research also studies selecting methods for the best overall service. This service not only considers the matching of functional factors provided by the web service's selecting process, but it is also accommodating by matching the information as defined by the client. This paper research can offer the best quality service preferred by any end-user. Again, this is done by utilizing web services that considers the user's non-functional factors identified by the web service's selecting process and also by extracting matching information.

크루즈 페리 선박의 인테리어 섬유 내장부품은 고도의 난연성과 내구성, 그리고 높은 수준의 감성과 심미적 기능을 만족하는 고기능성 소재로 구성된 섬유 복합체이다. 이는 화재, 전복 등 돌발 사고에 대하여 탑승자를 보호하고, 쾌적한 실내 분위기를 제공함으로서 안전운행을 유도하며, 높은 수준의 감성과 심미적 기능을 부여함으로서 품위와 가치를 증가시키는 기능이 있다. 난연기능이 부가된 난연사의 경우 복합가공 즉, 방오, 항균, 소취 기능을 추가 부여하게 되면 난연 기능이 급격히 저하되는 결정적인 단점이 있다. 이로 인해 가혹한 난연 성능이 요구되는 선박용 인테리어 섬유제품의 경우 그 규격을 만족하기란 쉽지 않기 때문에 원사제조에서부터 염색공정, 가공공정에 걸쳐 각 단위 공정별로 복합적으로 난연, 방오, 항균소취 기능들의 추가 보완이 필요한 실정이다. 또한 최근 사용자 입장에서는 용도에 따라 여러 가지 기능이 복합된 원단을 요구하는 사례가 많아지고 있는 실정이며, 많은 후가공 공정시 난연가공과 더불어 복합적으로 추가 가공시 난연성 저하 등의 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 선박용 인테리어 섬유제품의 Spec.을 만족시키기 위해 난연 직물의 염색 후가공에 적용되는 염조제 성능을 조사하고 고견뢰 및 균염을 만족하는 난연 내광 등의 복합기능성을 확보하기 위한 기초기술을 검토하였다.

In recent times, a trend has emerged which rejects negative elements such as violence and gambling associated with games, and emphasizes positive functions such as academic study, which is a desirable phenomenon. Serious games have great potential and unlimited boundaries in their scope, and need much study and research from various perspectives. Especially today, in enhancing the national image of Korea with "Korean games" for the next generation, creative storytelling is urgently required. In this study, I aim to investigate the functions and roles of serious games and to foresee their future direction of development. I also examine the essential elements of storytelling in games suitable for the next generation.

This study investigated the effect of willing assistance and social responsibility, which motivate one to buy products from social enterprise, upon functional and emotional values, company image and repurchase. To that end, survey was conducted on the subject of customers buying social enterprise products. 178 responses were used to verify research hypotheses through covariate structural equation model. The study results are as follows: First, willing assistance and social responsibility for buying products from social enterprise were shown to have significant effects on functional and emotional values. Second, functional and emotional values were presented to have significant impacts on company image and repurchase intention. Third, company image has a significant effect on repurchase intention.

고령화사회(aging society)에 접어 들자 마자, 세계적으로 유례없이 빠른 속도로 고령사회(aged society)에 우리나라가 다가가고 있다. 이러한 과정에서 과거 노인에 대한 개념을 재정비하고 새로운 고령사회에 대비한 장수문화 창출이 시급하다. 노화란 개념에 대해서도 불가피하고 비가역적인 생체의 변화를 거쳐서 죽음에 이르는 도정이라는 피동적이고 자포자기적인 결정론적 시각을 불식하고, 노화가 생명체의 생존을 위한 적응적 반응성 변화이며, 그러한 변화의 요인이 충분히 제어가 가능한 생체의 변화임을 분명하게 인지하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 기능적 장수(Functional Longevity)라는 새로운 개념을 제안하고, 이러한 기능적 장수를 추구함에 있어서 장수문화와 장수과학의 정립이 시급함을 강조하였다.
