One feature of the multicultural policy practiced in Japan is that the central government stresses the importance of local administrations in executing the policy, providing a systematic framework through which local administrations can actively promote and execute multicultural policy intended to foster social tolerance. In other words, the multicultural policy practiced in Japan seeks to overcome some of the limits and issues inherent to such policy by encouraging the delivery of opinions from below that reflect differences among different localities, while the central government proposes the policy aims and recommendations from above down to local administrations. The multicultural policy of Japan, which allows local administrations to administer such networks by actively carrying out the roles of arbitration and integration within communities where multiculturalism is found, presents meaningful points of comparison and learning to the multicultural policy in Korea that has only recently begun to seek for the aims and ways of multicultural policy from the perspective of social integration.

While there is consensus on the educational potential of serious games, there is still a lack of methodology and tools to support analysis and evaluation as well as design. This paper intends to explore the new methodology or design direction by analyzing pedagogy-related research required for serious games. To do this, we analyzed 4DF(Four Dimensional Framework), GOM(Game Object Model), LM(Learning Mechanics)-GM(Game Mechanics) and a framework for teacher. One of the biggest issues faced by educational games is the inadequate integration of education and game principles. This is due to a variety of factors, including the fact that game designers and educational professionals do not share a common vocabulary or work domain perspective.

유니소재화(Uni-materialization)란 제품의 설계단계부터 유해물질 사용을 줄이고, 자원순환 효율성을 높이기 위해 재질 단일화 또는 단순화 하는 것을 말한다. 유니소재(Uni-material)는 재질의 수를 줄이거나 제품의 구조개선을 통해 자원관리 및 자원순환을 촉진하는 일련의 활동을 통칭하는 것으로 유니소재화는 국제환경규제를 선도하고, 친환경적, 지속가능성, 선순환 물질흐름이 가능한 혁신적인 개념으로서, 통합성(Unity), 범용성(Universalization), 독창성(Uniqueness)의 성격을 지닌다. 포장재산업에 있어서 유니소재화 제품은 서용 후 포장재가 재활용 공정을 저해하지 않고 포장재의 재활용을 통해 고부가가치의 재생 제품을 얻을 수 있도록 하는데 있으며 포장재의 기본 기능은 유지하면서 사용하는 포장 재질의 단순화 또는 단일 포장 재질 사용, 동일 재질의 포장재로 구성될 수 있도록 설계 단계에서 유니소재화를 고려한 것을 말한다. 지난 호에 이어 국제환경규제 기업지원센터(www.compass.or.kr)의 자료제공 아래, 포장재 산업에서의 유니소재화 사례를 재질단일화, 재질 단순화, 포장요서의 분리용이성 측면에서 사례별로 살펴보도록 한다.

본 연구에서는 흉물스러운 외관으로 도심의 애물단지로 전락해버린 전주에 대한 인식을 변화시키기 위해 문화콘텐츠 관점에서 전주 디자인을 제시하였다. 여기에서는 문화콘텐츠의 핵심 함의를 대중들과의 경험과 감정의 소통을 긴밀하게 하고, 문화적 의미가 생산 순환하게 하는 창구 역할로 보았다. 이러한 전제 아래 전주 디자인이 가져야 하는 가치 즉, 기능성, 통합성, 연속성, 감응성을 도출하였으며 이를 반영하는 전주 디자인 다섯 가지를 제시하였다.

This study intended to show the way of evolving 'National Geographic Information Clearinghouse' to 'National Integrated Geospatial Portal'. For this purpose we have analyzed Geospatial One-Stop Portal in the US and then suggested future model of National Geographic Information Clearinghouse. The Integrated Geospatial Portal model is based on the Reference Model for Open Distributed Processing(RM-ODP) which is an international model for information distribution and sharing. The Integrated Geospatial Portal architecture consists of the data layer, middle-ware, presentation layer. It will help users to determine their fitness for nation wide GIS application and provide tools for accessing, visualizing, or ordering various geospatial data.

최근 다양한 의료정보 시스템이 개발되어, 그 사용이 급증하고 있다. 이 들 각각의 의료정보 시스템에서 발생, 축적된 의료정보는 분산 이질의 형태를 가지며, 또한 같은 의미를 갖는 의료정보가 각기 다른 구조와 용어로 기술되어 축적되는 것이 일반적이다. 이와 같이 개별적으로 개발, 활용되어 온 의료정보를 웹 상에서 통합하여, 단일화 된 의료정보 검색 기능을 제공하기 위해서는 이들 의료정보의 의미적 연관성을 고려한 정보의 통합, 검색 기술의 개발이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 의미적 의료정보의 통합을 위한 UMLS와 LOINC 데이터베이스 기반의 연관 값 지식베이스의 설계 및 개발 방식을 제안한다. 웹 상에 존재하는 각종 분산 이질 형태의 의료정보는 XML을 공통 데이터 구조로 하여 통합되며, 정보 통합의 과정에서 연관 값 지식베이스를 참조하여 의미적 관련도가 높은 의료정보(구조 정보와 내용 정보)는 상호 연결되어, 진정한 의미의 정보 통합을 구현하게 된다. 지식베이스는 용어별로 식별자, 요소명, 연관값, 복수형, 동의어, 한글 이름 등의 필드틀 가지며, 현재 상담, 처방, 보험, 의료용어, 증상, 임상결과 등 적용분야 별로 작성된 연관 값 지식베이스가 구현되어 있다.

The creation of the Defense Integrated Data Center(DIDC) has resulted in a reduction in manpower, operating costs, efficient and effective management of resources. However, it is difficult to effectively collect and manage the data of a large number of battlefields coming from equipments such as drones, robots, and IoT added to the fourth industrial revolution and the future battlefield. Therefore, we will propose the design of DIDC network system using NFV and SDN, which are emerging as the core technologies of 5G, a mobile communication technology. After analyzing the data sheet of each equipment, it is considered that by integrating the redundant functions, energy efficiency, resource utilization and effective network management will be possible.

Modern computer networks are growing wider, more complicated. Therefore, we have needed so much the function of the performance management to, by making this kind of the network performance best fitted, guarantee Quality of Service which the users require. Currently, Netflow, RMON and Packet Capture methods are used to analyze Traffic, the principal function of the performance management, but they are not the fundamental solution from the integrated point of view. In this paper, we suggest the integrated performance management architecture and, by means of it, design and implement the performance man-agement system so that we can manage the performance of multi-technology and multi-vender devices.

방송의 디지털화는 고품질 A/V 서비스 뿐만 아니라 데이터 방송과 같은 새로운 서비스를 제공한다. 지상파 및 케이블 방송에서는 A/V, 데이터 정보와 함께 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 프로그램 관련 정보를 제공하는 방송 정보를 검증하기 위해 PSIP 분석기를 사용한다. 그러나 현재의 PSIP 분석기는 고가의 하드웨어장비가 대부분으로 설치 및 사용이 어렵고, 방송 매체에 종속적이며, 제약사항이 많아 관련 연구에 많은 어려움을 주고 있다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 설치 및 사용이 편리하고, 매체 비종속적이며, 기능의 확장 및 다양한 응용성을 가지는 소프트웨어기반 분석기가 요구되고 있다. 또한 매체별로 존재하는 PSIP 분석기 구매에 대한 비용 부담이 커지면서 다양한 매체를 동시에 지원할 수 있는 통합형 분석기가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 하드웨어 기반의 PSIP 분석기가 가지고 있는 기존의 문제점을 해결하고, 지상파 및 케이블 방송 매체의 구분 없이 방송 정보를 실시간으로 분석 및 검증할 수 있는 소프트웨어 기반의 통합형 PSIP분석기의 개발에 관하여 기술한다.
