Recently, devices that help the general public's urination activity have been developed, but products that take into account the user's urination habits, device functions, and user accessibility are still insufficient. This study conducted a usability evaluation to find user satisfaction and improvement points of products based on smart automatic urine disposer that have convergence and complex functions such as automatic suction functions. There are 21 indicators used in usability evaluation, and were developed based on safety, operability, and satisfaction. As a result, functional satisfaction was high, but in terms of design, problems to be improved such as handles were presented. Therefore, through this study, it was found that the satisfaction of the automatic urine disposer in terms of performance cannot be representative of the product, and the importance of developing usability evaluation index to find product problems.

This paper provides a model which is used for SOA based system's quality evaluation. This model make evaluation with "Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Usability and Maintainability", these five aspects which were reference from ISO/IEC 9126. A systems based on SOA was tested by this model in these five aspects. As the results of the evaluation this system satisfied 61.45% users including Service Requester and Service Registry.

This study was conducted to identify the effect of a flight attendant's uniform quality on uniform satisfaction and on selecting an airline. To do that, uniform components were first classified into three factors esthetics, functionality, and symbolization. Then the differences of respondents'perception were tested according to the demographics of respondents. Finally the causal relationships among three uniform components, uniform satisfaction and select airline were examined. For the empirical study, the questionnaire data were collected from college and university student studying cabin crew service. The result of this study showed that the perceptions of students who study cabin crew service were significant on according some demographics information, esthetics, functionality and symbolization factors affecting uniform satisfaction, which had the positive effect on selecting an airline. These results suggested practical implications for cabin crew's uniform. These result include important managerial implications for the airlines. Also there was some limitation on a hypothesis of study and the further study were needed.

This study collected basic data for the design of and research and development for golf wear with an eye toward various consumer needs such as design, activity, function, comfort, and durability as requirements for golf wear. 64 men and women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s were surveyed on the state of wearing golf wear and their satisfaction of the garments. As a result, it was confirmed that the quality of golf wear participants currently possessed did not sufficiently satisfy the research group consumers. Therefore, research and development of golf wear for these consumers should be advanced, while considering reasonable price, age-appropriate design, pattern development, and material selection with keeping in mind the intended activity level as well as comfort. It was thought that the development of functional golf wear would contribute to more comfortable golf activities.

In order to predict satisfaction and performance of sensible healthcare game using motion recognition sensor, this study analyzed the effects of flow, presence and social cognitive factor and then, it attempted to verify structural relationships thereof. Self-efficacy, being a social cognitive factor, was found to affect the level of functional satisfaction of health game but it showed no direct effect to intention of using game. Flow experience was also observed to be a meaningful predictor for the level of functional and entertainment satisfaction in the direction hypothesized. It is also shown that presence exerts a direct effect on functional satisfaction. Finally, it is discovered that functional satisfaction has meaningful influence on entertainment satisfaction as well as future intention to use. The results verifies that even in sensible healthcare game, user experience and social cognitive factor have significant effects on satisfaction and performance of a serious game.

This study aims to examine the effects of employment on the physical health, psychological function, and life satisfaction of the elderly. Participants were 4,165 persons (men 1,739, women 2,426) aged 65 over. Physical health was composed of ADLs(Activities of daily living), pains, and disorders. Psychological function was measured by cognitive functions (subtraction, instruction execution, memory test, and item use) and emotional difficulty. Life satisfaction, work satisfaction, and work level were also measured. Major findings in this study are as follows: First, gender, marriage, and education level had significant effects on the participants' life satisfaction, but religion and financial incomes did not. Second, employment had significant effects on their physical health, psychological function, and life satisfaction. Third, pain, cognitive functions, emotional difficulty, and work satisfaction had significant effects on the life satisfaction of the working elderly. But, work level and incomes had not significant effects on the elderly's life satisfaction. In addition, an interaction between cognitive functions and emotional difficulty on life satisfaction was found.

Environmental technology (ET)는 이미 세계적으로 가장 중요한 기술로 주목받고 있으며 친환경적이고 생체적합한 상품에 대한 수요가 계속해서 증가하고 있다. 섬유시장에서도, 항균성, 피부노화 방지, 아토피 방지, 보습제와 같이 수많은 다기능성 친환경 제품들이 계속해서 개발되고 소개되어지고 있다. 특히, 피부 보호를 위한 생체적합 보습 가공제로 쓰이는 squalene, collage, chitosan, hyaluronic acid과 같은 물질들은 cosmetics, medical 시장에서 널리 쓰이고 있다. 그러나 섬유시장에서의 이러한 물질들은 섬유에 적용시켰을 때 만족스럽지 못한 기능으로 인해 그리 좋지 않은 평가를 받고 있다. 천연소재를 이용해 스킨케어 제품 제조 시 지속적인 안정성의 문제와 제품의 기능성, 내구성이 만족스럽지 못한 결과를 보인다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 binder처리를 시도하였지만 가공제의 스스로의 기능이 현저하게 저하되는 문제로 인해 널리 쓰이진 않았다. 또한 안정성을 증진시키고자 마이크로캡슐을 개발하였지만 섬유의 터치감이 거칠어지고 가격적인 면에서 만족스럽지 못한 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 phospholipid 화합물 2-methacryloyl oxyethyl phosphoryl choline (MPCE)를 이용하여 polyester에 적용시킨 후 다양한 조건들을 살펴보았다. MPCE처리가 된 섬유는 흡습성, 대전방지성, 항균성, 피부자극이 없는 것과 같은 생체적합한 기능을 보여주었다.

This study was aimed to provide basic data which are fairly useful to improve satisfaction level of patients by analyzing factors related to each functional satisfactions of dental implant treatment. The subjects of this study were 120 patients who received implant treatment and analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and pearson's correlation. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Differences of each functional satisfaction according to general characteristics was not reveal statistically significant. 2. A group to got periodic scaling and tooth brushed four or more times a day showed the highest satisfaction of social and esthetic function(p < .05). 3. A group to implantation in premolar area showed the highest satisfaction of masticatory function and a group to implantation in incisor to be high in satisfaction of social and esthetic function, but the differences were not statistically significant 4. A group to got implant treatment at a dental hospital showed the highest satisfaction of both social and esthetic function, and at a general hospital were found lowest(p < .05). 5. Masticatory function, social function, esthetic function, and overall satisfaction were found to be in a positive correlations, and especially, the correlation coefficient between the overall satisfaction and social function was found to be highest(p < .01).

We conducted a user-centered usability testing on the Android-based Mobile Augmentative Alternative Communication(AAC) Software. In this paper, we examined functionality, satisfaction, and ease of information searching for a specific function using a task scenario, and we investigated appropriateness of development purposes, contents, instructional strategies, usability, functions of management mode, and user interface of the mobile AAC to the communication needs of children who are nonverbal. We also examined user requirements, preference, satisfaction, and other personal opinions for the mobile AAC using an open feedback. In addition, we investigated users' preference for the size of mobile devices using 4.3", 5.0", and 7.0" mobile devices.

This research is focused on improvement of satisfaction of the assistive products, which is used by long term care elderly people. We investigated 1,200 long-term cared elderly and this survey was conducted by care-giver. The average satisfaction of the assistive products are in convenience 3.43, in function and effectiveness 3.33, in safety and secure 3.29 and in adequacy cost compared to effectiveness 2.69. Total average satisfaction of utilization is 3.19. Satisfaction with the use of assistive products in using motivation does not show a statistically significant difference, but in selection factors is a difference to be statistically significant. In conclusion, expert-consulting should be enhanced for the improvement of satisfaction and the provision of assistive products should be expanded in long-term care insuance schemes. Also, the rational index and evaluation method of the satisfaction of the assistive products should be developed through continuous studies.
