Recent healthcare studies evaluate the effective impacts of a patient educational information intervention in hospitals on adherence to communicating knowledge, life quality, and therapeutic response in patients treated with highly active therapy in medical organizations. Therefore, the aim of this study is to design and implement the effective and systematic frameworks by providing clinical patient-oriented education system(CPES), which enhances health promotion and medical cures. CPES initiatives accelerate positive financial returns with network-driven educational system. To validate the CPES, the author analyzes the efficiency and effectiveness using statistical survey works. With this outcome, it is compared with previous system. One of the findings is that the system can improve compliance with treatment right dietetics and give patients self-manage their conditions in S hospital. Patients' acknowledge of their condition and its treatment process can be improved through the educational systems.

This Study aims to change and expand present traffic regulation from the human driver to Automated Vehicle(AV), we conducted an in-depth interview(IDI) into the traffic regulation service's strategy for an AV-related information consumer group(AVs and service developers) and a manager group (an information service management agency). The IDI results confirmed several important opinions and requirements for an information service by regulatory information manager groups (enough for AV development), such as a systematic need for dynamic regulatory information and a unified information management system. Also, we find out implications about adopting the Internet of Things (IoT) technology in traffic safety facilities to provide dynamic regulation information on the roads.

The purpose of this study was to explore a support model for domestic ICT companies to advance into overseas markets suitable for the post-corona era along with the rapidly changing global economic situation. As a result of the analysis, first, by analyzing the internationalization cases of domestic ICT companies through the realization theory, in the COVID-19 situation, domestic ICT companies organically respond to crisis situations through ad hoc responses, use of international networks, use of external organizations, and resource-based practices. Through qualitative analysis, we were able to confirm that we are growing overseas while achieving our goals. In addition, strategies for domestic ICT companies to grow through internationalization were derived. Ultimately, it was interpreted as a part that required advancement of government policy according to the government's overseas expansion support system.

This paper is conducted for automatically recommending and providing information services desired by users on websites of local governments and public institutions with vast amounts of information, In this system, we defined a method of collecting data based on the SiiRU CMS system that collects and preprocesses data, and a study that provides curation services (contents and menus) to users through a collaborative filtering algorithm based on machine learning. Also, the data used in the paper is conducted based on about 1 million data collected in 2019. The analyzed data can provide important information that cannot be easily accessed by providing a cloud tag service or recommended menu for users to conveniently view, and the environment configuration that can realize this service to local governments and public institutions is also provided.

The phone number used for advertising messages and voices used as bait in the voice phishing crime access stage is being used to send out a large amount of illegal loan spam, so we want to quickly block it. In this paper, our system is designed to block the usage of the phone number by rapidly restricting the use of the voice spam phone number that conducts illegal loan spam and voice phishing, and at the same time sends continuous calls to the phone number to prevent smooth phone call connection. The proposed system is a representative collaboration model between an illegal spam reporting agency and an investigation agency. As a result of developing the system and applying it in practice, the number of reports of illegal loaned voice spam and text spam decreased by 1/3, respectively. We can prove the effectiveness of this system by confirming that.

His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation . To prevent corruption, waste, and abuse in national governance, audit agencies are established and granted significant authority and responsibilities, including ensuring their independence. However, questions have been raised about who oversees these agencies and addresses issues or misconduct that may arise within them. In the United States, to address this oversight concern, the Inspector General Act was enacted, creating an audit community called the Inspector General Community. This community comprises various audit agencies and promotes compliance with standards and investigates potential wrongdoing by audit personnel. It fosters a culture of independence and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, such as Congress, the President, the Government Accountability Office, and agency leadership. In light of this successful approach in the United States, this research seeks to study and apply similar oversight mechanisms to audit agencies in South Korea. There is a need to develop the relationship between oversight bodies and parliament in terms of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government operations. Accordingly, this paper studies this American case and presents efficient policy measures for the supervisory system to be applied to Korea's audit organizations. It aims to identify policy insights for effective supervision, ensuring independence, and fostering a collaborative culture within our audit institutions. Therefore, domestic interest and research on this matter are essential to enhance our audit mechanisms and achieve efficient governance.

In this study, the problems in the domestic disaster management system were identified through the examination of the system, relevant implications were drawn through the present status of domestic integrated disaster management system, and the consciousness survey for the integrated disaster management system targeting fire-fighting officers in the front line of the disaster was carried out to identify the measures to improve the system. Based on the findings, the measures to establish and revitalize the integrated disaster management system was presented, and the contents of the measures are as follows. In order to establish and revitalize the integrated disaster management system, the following measures should be prepared for each item. In the organizational aspect, the coordination system between government agencies should be established properly and the relevant information should he shared and delivered smoothly. In the legal and institutional aspect, the improvement is required to prevent any miscommunications in the coordination and joint operation plan through the collaboration between government agencies should be established in consideration of characteristics of each government agency. Also, in the aspect of system, the equipment should be maintained and updated continuously in order to respond to rapidly changing disasters and the organization, laws, institutions and system should be improved systematically and harmoniously. And, the detailed measures appropriate for the characteristics of domestic disasters should be prepared through the examination of advantages and disadvantages of integrated disaster management system in advanced countries in details and the detailed plans for the establishment of integrated situation management system in relevant organizations and the unification of situation room through the establishment of efficient integrated management system should be established.

Recently, several literary centers have been established and operated to professionally collect, preserve, manage, and utilize literature-related materials at domestic and foreign, the National Museum of Korean Literature will be opened for the first time in 2024. In this paper, at the time of opening the National Literary Museum, the current status and characteristics of the overall service of the National Literary Museum were reviewed based on prior research and advanced cases. For the case analysis, a total of 11 institutions were selected among national literary museums abroad and the status of each institution was analyzed according to the service elements provided, such as operational purpose and major services, exhibition services, library and archive services, educational programs and event services, research and publication services, and other convenience facilities services. Based on the research results, we explored implications that can be applied to the National Literary Museum in Korea, and cultural institutions such as libraries, museums and archives collaborated to discuss a comprehensive service direction to operate the National Literary Museum as a single complex cultural space. In order for the National Museum of Korean Literature to become a literary institution representing the country, it will be important to efficiently service literary resources by maximizing the unique characteristics of Korean literature through cooperation with other cultural institutions.

This study was conducted with the aim of exploring methods of fostering professional human resources of the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education and connection between local relevant institutions. To this end, research methods were constructed that combine literature exploration and expert meetings. First, the system for fostering professionals in the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education programs was presented interlinked with the system for fostering professional human resources in the organizational and academic categories. Next, the link operation plans between relevant local institutions under the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education programs were presented interlinked with core management measures for curriculum education and cooperative support. In order to conclude the preconditions for the realization of the above research results, we presented leadership of special education convergence on the support system for lifelong education for adults with developmental disabilities.
