Study on Organizational Performance: Focused on Public Institutions (조직성과에 대한 인식연구: 공공기관을 중심으로)

  • In this study, the organizational performance is divided into the policy perspective, the customer perspective, and the internal viewpoint rather than the financial perspective. The public institutions selected as examples of this study are public institutes under the Ministry of Environment, which are established to promote environmental industry development and environmental technology development projects, and promote the dissemination and practical use of developed environmental technologies. The public institutions that were the target of the study were concerned about how to define organizational performance and how to improve organizational performance. In addition, the institutions were interested in measuring performance in terms of customers and policies rather than financial performance. As a result of this study, it was found that the public institutions which were the subject of study were not very high in terms of policy, customer, and internal performance. In order to enhance the organization's policy performance, customer performance and internal performance, it is necessary to communicate smoothly among the members of the organization, horizontal organizational structure, encourage participation in the client's policy process, and redesign the business process from the customer's perspective.

금융기관 내부마케팅 요인이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 이 연구의 목적은 금융기관에서 실시하고 있는 내부마케팅 요인이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 이들 요인들 간의 상관관계, 영향관계, 매개효과 등을 실증적으로 연구 분석하는 데 있다. 그동안 내부마케팅에 대한 연구는 여행사, 항공사, 호텔, 요식업 등 서비스산업 종업원을 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이었으며, 금융기관에 대한 연구는 거의 미미한 편이었다. 특히 저금리시대와 인터넷전문은행의 신설 예고 등 금융환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 최근 금융기관들은 대고객 서비스 의 중요성을 인식하고 은행원에 대한 직무능력 향상과 사기진작을 위한 다양한 내부경영전략을 확대하고 있어, 이에 대한 연구는 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구는 금융기관의 내부마케팅 요인으로 권한위임, 경영층지원, 의사소통, 팀웍역량을 주요 구성 요인으로 보고, 이들 요인들이 은행원의 조직몰입을 높이고, 나아가서는 고객지향성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 전제로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 내부마케팅 요인 중, 권한위임, 경영층지원, 팀웍역량은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 의사소통은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직몰입이 고객지향성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 조직몰입이 내부마케팅 요인과 고객지향성의 관계에서는 부분적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) System has been adopted and operated by many governments and public institutions to intensify their global competitiveness. Recently these organizations are facing many problems because of the increased demands and complexity of Information Technology (IT) service. Especially, difficulty with ITSM gets bigger and bigger because of increasing IT outsourcing. An expectation regarding ITSM is grown up when facing to solve problems. Therefore, this study suggests effective alternatives about ITSM organization structure for public sectors. The ITSM organization structures changes from traditional structures based on functions to new structures based on its goal, customer, and its process. In other words, ITSM organizational structure can be composed of Service Strategy directorate, Service Design directorate, Service Transition directorate, Service Operation directorate, and Service Improvement directorate. To ensure the effectiveness and the professionalism of ITSM in an organization, this paper specifies the roles of participants and the responsibilities for each unit. The proposed ITSM organization structures will be useful for public sectors.

The Effects of Healthcare Accreditation System on Job Satisfaction, Service Value, and Organizational Commitment (의료기관인증제도가 서비스가치, 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study empirically investigates the causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and Job Satisfaction, Service value, and organizational commitment. The results of this study can be summarized as followings. First, healthcare accreditation system had not a positive significant on the job satisfaction. Second, healthcare accreditation system had a positive significant on service value. Third, job satisfaction had a positive significant on the organizational commitment. Forth, service value had a positive significant on the organizational commitment.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the emotional leadership of directors and the organization culture and to examine differences in the level of emotional leadership of directors. The research results were as follows: Firstly, the relationship between emotional leadership of directors and organization culture showed a positive correlation between all sub-factors. Secondly, multiple regression analyses identified the emotional leadership's sub-factors were significant predictors of the organization culture. Thirdly, organization culture significantly differed according to the emotional leadership level. In summary, this research confirmed that there was a correlation between the emotional leadership of directors and organization culture.

  • 오늘날 기업들은 경영환경의 변화와 미래에 대한 불확실성 때문에 어느 때보다 신속한 환경변화에 대한 대응과 위기관리 극복을 위한 노력이 한층 더 중요성을 부각되고 있다. 선행연구들을 통하여 구성원들의 태도가 기업의 효율적인 경영에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 기업의 경영효율성을 높여주는 조직유효성의 요소들을 어떻게 긍정적인 방향으로 높여 줄지가 기업의 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 의료서비스를 제공하는 의료기관들도 급변하는 의료시장의 변화에 맞추기 위하여 기존의 관료적 조직 운영방식에 한계를 느끼고 새로운 변화를 모색하고 있다. 또한 의료시장의 개방, 영리법인 도입 등으로 환경이 급변하고 있어, 의료기관의 경영도 효율성을 강조하고 있는 추세이다. 그러므로 의료기관은 변화에 대처하지 못하면 도태될 수밖에 없으며 살아남기 위한 경쟁력의 원천은 신뢰에 바탕을 둔 조직력이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 의료기관은 관리체계가 일원화 되어 있는 일반 기업과 달리 의료진에 의한 권한체계와 일반 관리자에 의한 이원적 권한체계가 공존하고 있어 효율적인 조직 운영에 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 의료기관에서도 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 대응력을 높이고, 조직 구성원들의 업무 효율성을 극대화시키기 위해 조직을 바르게 관리하기 위한 필요성이 높아지고 있다.

가토의 유리 자가이개 연골막과 혈관경을 가진 자가이개 연골막을 이용한 기관 재건술의 비교연구

  • 근래에 장기간 보조 호흡이 많아지고 사고로 인한 기관손상이 증가함에 따라 기관 협착증의 빈도가 증가하고 있다. 기관 재건술에 사용하는 여러 조직 중에서 연골막은 유연하고 신생연골을 생성할 수 있으며 감염에 저항성이 있고 점막화가 빨라 이상적인 조직으로 알려져있다. 저자들은 실험동물로 각각 10마리의 가토를 사용하여 유리자가 이개연골막과 혈관경을 가진 자가이개 연골막을 이용한 기관재건술을 시행하고 8주후에 신생연골 형성능력을 정량적으로 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 기관 결손 부위는 두 실험군 모두에서 잘 재건되었다. 2) 이개연골막은 기관 결손을 재건하는데 유용한 조직임이 확인되었다. 3) 유리자가 이개연골막 이식군에서는 평균 0.15mm의 신생연골을 생성한 반면 혈관경을 가진 자가이개 연골막 이식군에서는 평균 0,45mm를 생성하여 더욱 효과적이었다.

A Study on the Leadership of Team Leaders and the Organizational Commitment of the Followers in an Employment Service Agencies (고용서비스 기관에서의 팀장의 리더십과 구성원의 조직몰입에 관한 연구)

  • The roles of public and private employment service agencies have been considered crucially important due to the increasing interest of employment services and policies since the Korean Currency Crisis. Eventually, the roles of a manager and a follower of employment service agencies have been of greater importance. In this study, several means concerning the improvement in organizational performances are suggested by studying the leadership's influence of a team leader in employment service agency over the organizational commitment of the followers. In addition to this, influential factors exerted to the organizational performances in an employment service agency have been analysed by the justice awareness between the two groups - team leaders and followers. The analytic results have shown that the transactional leadership has nothing to do with the organizational commitment whereas the transformational leadership has the positive influence over the organizational commitment. However, the leadership of a leader surely influences both distributional and procedural justice. With these facts, it has been proven that these justice have also influenced on the organizational committment. Throughout the process, it has been identified that the distributional justice has more impact on the organizational commitment rather than on the procedural justice.

A Comparative study of Korea and US Intelligence Systems: Focusing on Environment, Intelligence Organizations and Activities (한국과 미국의 정보체계 비교연구 - 환경, 정보조직 및 활동을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze the similarities and differences between the security environment, information organization and information activities of Korea and the United States. The comparison will provide insight into Korea and other national intelligence agencies, as well as methodological advances in information research, by providing insight into the overall information and a broad understanding As the history, culture and national power of Korea and the U.S. are different, the organization and activities of intelligence agencies are also different. First of all, in terms of environment, the U.S. carries out intelligence activities for national interest and security in a wide range of areas ranging from North American continental countries to South America, the Middle East, Asia and Asia, while South Korea's intelligence activities are mainly aimed at North Korea and neighboring countries around the Korean Peninsula. In terms of information organization, U.S. intelligence agencies are separate, whereas domestic and foreign intelligence agencies are separate, whereas Korean intelligence agencies are a type of integrated intelligence agency that combines information and investigation, unlike the U.S. In the U.S., the U.S. also operates as an intelligence community, and there are many flexible organizations such as non-tier organizations and centers. Intelligence activities by U.S. intelligence agencies are mainly focused on analysis and overseas processing activities, while Korean intelligence agencies still account for a large portion of domestic information activities. Despite these differences, Korea's intelligence agency was created by imitating U.S. intelligence agencies, and thus has similar aspects in terms of evaluation of security, organization and activities. However, this similarity is shared by all intelligence agencies, so the article will focus on analyzing differences. Finally, for the development of Korean intelligence agencies, the establishment of an intelligence community and efficient control of the National Assembly will be proposed.

Development of Secretory Element in Murine Trachea and Larynx (백서 기관 및 후두에서 분비조직의 발생)

  • Mucosal surface of the trachea and larynx is protected by several complex defense mechanism, namely mucociliary clearance, immunoglobulin, antibacterial secretory enzyme, which have also been demonstrated in the middle ear mucosa and eustachian tube. The morphologgy of secretory glands and cells of the trachea and larynx is well-known, but knowledge concerning their development related to secretory activity is still sketchy. The secretory element of the murine trachea and larynx, aging from gestational day 16 to postnatal day 21, was studied using hematoxylin & eosin and alcian blue/periodic acid-Schiff staining including lysozyme immunohistochemistry to investigate the development of secretory element of the murine trachea and larynx and to provide with basis of the future study for developmental morphology of the trachea and larynx. The results of this study suggest that the secretory activity starts to be established immediately after birth with the aeration of the lung.
