The purpose of this study is to analyze job of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school using DACUM method. The contents of this study are to identify the duties, tasks and the level of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task. Finally, based on the job analysis results, the DACUM chart of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school was developed. The workshop for DACUM job analysis consisted of one DACUM facilitator who acquired Level-I license, eight members of DACUM who had more than five years experience, one clerk and one practitioner for two days. The results of the study are as follows. First, this study defines management teacher of industry-academy cooperation as 'a person who career teachers in charge of career guidance, NCS-based field practice, establishment of industry-academia-government relations, external business administration, industry-academia cooperation administration, teaching subject class'. Second, the job of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation were total 7 duties and 80 tasks. Third, the importance, difficulty, and frequency of each task are classified into high (A), normal (B), and low (C) according to degree. Finally, this study make out a DACUM chart of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school based on the results of DACUM job analysis. And knowledge, skills, tools, and positive behaviors, future trends/concerns about management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school were presented.
Through short-answer questions, we can reflect the depth of students' understanding and higher-order thinking skills. Scoring for short-answer questions may take long time and may be an issue on consistency of grading. To alleviate such the suffering, automated scoring systems are widely used in Europe and America, but are in the initial stage in research in Korea. In this paper, we propose a semi-automatic scoring system for short Korean free-text responses using semi-supervised learning. First of all, based on the similarity score between students' answers and model answers, the proposed system grades students' answers and the scored answers with high reliability have been included in the model answers through the thorough test. This process repeats until all answers are scored. The proposed system is used experimentally in Korean and social studies in Nationwide Scholastic Achievement Test. We have confirmed that the processing time and the consistency of grades are promisingly improved. Using the system, various assessment methods have got to be developed and comparative studies need to be performed before applying to school fields.
In this paper, we studied the brain-computer interface (BCI). BCIs help severely disabled people to control external devices by analyzing their brain signals evoked from motor imageries. The findings in the field of neurophysiology revealed that the power of $\beta$(14-26 Hz) and $\mu$(8-12 Hz) rhythms decreases or increases in synchrony of the underlying neuronal populations in the sensorymotor cortex when people imagine the movement of their body parts. These are called Event-Related Desynchronization / Synchronization (ERD/ERS), respectively. We implemented a BCI-based mouse interface system which enabled subjects to control a computer mouse cursor into four different directions (e.g., up, down, left, and right) by analyzing brain signal patterns online. Tongue, foot, left-hand, and right-hand motor imageries were utilized to stimulate a human brain. We used a non-invasive EEG which records brain's spontaneous electrical activity over a short period of time by placing electrodes on the scalp. Because of the nature of the EEG signals, i.e., low amplitude and vulnerability to artifacts and noise, it is hard to analyze and classify brain signals measured by EEG directly. In order to overcome these obstacles, we applied statistical machine-learning techniques. We could achieve high performance in the classification of four motor imageries by employing Common Spatial Pattern (CSP) and Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) which transformed input EEG signals into a new coordinate system making the variances among different motor imagery signals maximized for easy classification. From the inspection of the topographies of the results, we could also confirm ERD/ERS appeared at different brain areas for different motor imageries showing the correspondence with the anatomical and neurophysiological knowledge.
Time expressions are a very important form of information in different types of data. Thus, the recognition of a time expression is an important factor in the field of information extraction. However, most previously designed systems consider only a specific domain, because time expressions do not have a regular form and frequently include different ellipsis phenomena. We present a two-level recognition method consisting of extraction and transformation phases to achieve generality and portability. In the extraction phase, time expressions are extracted by atomic time units for extensibility. Then, in the transformation phase, omitted information is restored using basis time and prior knowledge. Finally, every complete atomic time unit is transformed into a normalized form. The proposed system can be used as a general-purpose system, because it has a language- and domain-independent architecture. In addition, this system performs robustly in noisy data like SMS data, which include various errors. For SMS data, the accuracies of time-expression extraction and time-expression normalization by using the proposed system are 93.8% and 93.2%, respectively. On the basis of these experimental results, we conclude that the proposed system shows high performance in noisy data.
The reduction of traffic accidents is a primary potential benefit of autonomous vehicles (AVs). However, the prevalence of AVs also arouses a key question: to what extent should a human wrest control back from AVs? Specifically, in an unavoidable situation of emergency, should an AV be able to decide between the safety of its own passengers and endangered pedestrians? Should AV programming include well-accepted decision rules about actionsto take in hypothetical situations? The current study (N = 103) examined individual/situational variables that could perform critical decision-making roles in AV related traffic accidents. The individual variable of attitudes toward AVs was assessed using the Self-driving Car Acceptance Scale. To investigate situational influences on decisional processes, the study's participants were assigned to one of two groups: the achievement value was activated in one group and the benevolence value was triggered in the other through the use of a sentence completion task. Thereafter, participants were required to indicate who should be protected from injury: the passengers of the concerned AV, or endangered pedestrians. Participants were also asked to record the extent to which they intended to buy an AV programmed to decide in favor of the greater good according to Utilitarian principles. The results suggested that participants in the "achievement value: driver perspective" groupexpressed the lowest willingness to sacrifice themselves to save several pedestrians in an unavoidable traffic accident. This group of participants was also the most reluctant to buy an AV programmed with utilitarian rules, even though there were significant positive relationships between members' acceptance of AVs and their expressed intention to purchase one. These findings highlight the role of the decisional processes involved in the "achievement value" pertaining to AVs. The paper finally records the limitations of the present study and suggests directions for future research.
We devised the system to automatically shutdown the boiler and to fundamentally block the harmful gases, including carbon monoxide, into the indoor when the exhaust system swerves: (1) The discharge pressure of the exhaust gas decreases when the exhaust pipe is disconnected. The monitoring system of the exhaust pipe is implemented by measuring the output voltage of APS(Air Pressure Sensor) installed to control the amount of combustion air. (2) The operating software was modified so that when the system recognizes the fault condition of a flue pipe, the boiler control unit displays the fault status on the indoor regulator while shutting down the boiler. In accordance with the ventilation facility standards in the "Rules for Building Equipment Standards" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, experiments were conducted to ventilate indoor air. When carbon monoxide leaked in worst-case scenario, it was possible to prevent poisoning accidents. However, since 2013, the number of indoor air exchange times has been mitigated from 0.7 to 0.5 times per hour. We observed the concentration exceeding TWA 30 ppm occasionally and thus recommend to reinforce this criterion. In conclusion, if the flue pipe fault detection and the indoor air ventilation system are introduced, carbon monoxide poisoning accidents are expected to decrease significantly. Also when the manufacturing and inspection steps, the correct installation and repair are supplemented with the user's attention in missing flue, it will be served to prevent human casualties from carbon monoxide poisoning.
The purpose of study was to improve the storage time of breads with spices. The quality of breads with garlic, ginger and cinnamon powder containing 1 % concentration were investigated using sensory and mechanical evaluation. For 14 days, total microbial count and chemical properties were analyzed at 18$^{\circ}C$. The result of sensory evaluation was not significantly different between control and breads with spices powder. But breads with spices powder were significantly higher than control in texture and acceptability. Especially, bread with cinnamon powder was most favorable in acceptability. The result of total microbial count showed that breads with spices powder were reduced with storing time passed and bread with cinnamon powder was most reduced in breads with spices powder. ks storing time passed, moisture contents and pH range were decreased and L, a and b value were decreased in all breads. Hardness, gumminess and brittleness of torture analysis were increased as storing time passed, but springiness and cohesiveness were decreased. A negative correlation was observed between the sensory and mechanical properties in general. Sensory Properties of springiness and swelling were positively correlated with the acceptability. In the analysis of correlation between the chemical and mechanical properties showed that lightness of mechanical properties had positive correlation with pH range and moisture contents. Moisture contents of chemical properties had negative correlation with hardness, but had positive correlation with cohesiveness of mechanical properties.

Korea, which has consistently been evaluated as a top country, can clearly be said to be a leading country in the world of e-government. The lubricant of e-government is data. Data itself is neither information nor a record, but it is a source of information and records and a resource of knowledge. Since administrative actions through electronic systems have become widespread, the production and technology of data-based records have naturally expanded and evolved. Technology may seem value-neutral, but in fact, technology itself reflects a specific worldview. The digital order of new technologies, armed with hyper-connectivity and super-intelligence, not only has a profound influence on traditional power structures, but also has an a similar influence on existing information and knowledge transmission media. Moreover, new technologies and media, including data-based generative artificial intelligence, are by far the hot topic. It can be seen that the all-round growth and spread of digital technology has led to the augmentation of human capabilities and the outsourcing of thinking. This also involves a variety of problems, ranging from deep fakes and other fake images, auto profiling, AI lies hallucination that creates them as if they were real, and copyright infringement of machine learning data. Moreover, radical connectivity capabilities enable the instantaneous sharing of vast amounts of data and rely on the technological unconscious to generate actions without awareness. Another irony of the digital world and online network, which is based on immaterial distribution and logical existence, is that access and contact can only be made through physical tools. Digital information is a logical object, but digital resources cannot be read or utilized without some type of device to relay it. In that respect, machines in today's technological society have gone beyond the level of simple assistance, and there are points at which it is difficult to say that the entry of machines into human society is a natural change pattern due to advanced technological development. This is because perspectives on machines will change over time. Important is the social and cultural implications of changes in the way records are produced as a result of communication and actions through machines. Even in the archive field, what problems will a data-based archive society face due to technological changes toward a hyper-intelligence and hyper-connected society, and who will prove the continuous activity of records and data and what will be the main drivers of media change? It is time to research whether this will happen. This study began with the need to recognize that archives are not only records that are the result of actions, but also data as strategic assets. Through this, author considered how to expand traditional boundaries and achieves reterritorialization in a data-driven society.

A haptic device is regarded as the human machine interface technology for easier, more accurate, and intuitive operation. The purpose of this paper is to study how to improve the cognitive ability of the existing vehicle haptic device used only tactile feedback. In this study, usability evaluation used the multi-sensory feedback which is adding auditory feedback to the existing tactile feedback. The emotional factor that drivers have on the haptic device is extracted by the sensibility analysis. The result of study provides some consideration and direction to need in implementation of a haptic device and it also confirms their possibility meaningfully. And it is possible to suggest the design direction that satisfies the driver.
The objective of this research is to evaluate the usability test of 'Paldokangsan3' which has been developed as a serious game for the elderly to improve their physical and mental health. This game machine has been installed in a silver house for one month that the elderly could play the game as they like in their convenient times. To promote their participations to practice the game, we set 3 contests with gifts for the high scores and collect their data through inspection, questionnaire and interviews by the researchers as well as in-game measurement for the play. Eight people volunteered to join the project. While the result analysis for the usability area of easiness of control, learnability of the game play, memorability and challenge didn't show the statistical confident t-value, most elderly players participated 2~3 times a day for a month even though most of them are suffering mild cognition impairment. They showed good subjective satisfactions in their interviews that we could go on the project further to expand its applications.
