When it comes to art, the two conflicting themes of 'scientific progress' and the 'nature' have often motivated the advent of the new mode of arts. By the late 20th century, uniform and simplified mode of arts, inspired by scientific and technological progress of that time, was gradually disillusioned by the contemporaries due to the adverse effect of science on human life. In this context, naturalism pursuing for harmony of human and the nature came up as an alternative to those living in the 21st century. The pendulum has swung from minimalism to naturalism. Though the quantitative improvement of human life cannot be denied, the uprise of such problems as environmental pollution and exhaustion of natural resources degraded the quality of human life, which, eventually, shifted the attention to the theme - 'revival of naturality.' Therefore, this thesis intends to represent the modem interpretation of the 'revival of naturality' by applying the major expressions of Art Nouveau that also emphasized naturalism. Art Nouveau found its motifs from organic figures of natural beings and put them to designs of decorative arts. This carries a historical significance in that Art Nouveau boldly revolutionized historicism, which only repeated adoption and modification of the existing modes of arts, and opened it to the modem design with new attempts to practical applications of the arts. Art Nouveau, which means 'new art', prospered from the late 19th century to the early 20th century, and even after one century, it is highly appreciated, reviving as novel and vivid forms in this contemporary art. Art Nouveau based on naturalism has revisited our contemporary period when naturalism and feminized romanticism came into fashion and its common motifs revive in different jenre of arts such as fashion, furniture, glass works, and jewelry works. This study illustrates and analyzes the works of four major artists who gave a specific attention to botanical motifs of Art Nouveau and applies decorative beauty of highly sophisticated and organic curved lines and the expressional forms of botanical figures to design. Art Nouveau proved this; the nature herself is as beautiful as she can be. Within Art Nouveau, the true humanism can be revitalized with the 'revival of naturality'. This study rediscovered the boundless potential of modern interpretation and application of Art Nouveau in decorative art and design.

This discussion is focused on Donghaeanbyulsingut's 'gutchum-pan to pray'. 'Gutchum-pan to pray' is repeated in almost all of the geori in Byulsingut, so it is a crucial chum-pan that can never be disregarded in understanding Byulsingutchum. Meanwhile, it supposes that Donghaeanbyulsingut is grounded on the activity of producing 'praying (words) and dance (motions)' within its relationship with the structure of capitalistic society along with the context of traditional rituals. The motion that is newly generated as a response to the concrete expression of 'praying' conducted by a mudang (a shaman), that is, the expression coming from the inside associated with the praying is seen as gutchum. This dance is bound to be in competition and interest among shaman groups, and they tend to influence one another. If praying leads to dance, a mudang can gain profits from capital as well as the value of labor. When the mudang succeeds in forming a bigger bond of sympathy with her praying, the object of praying gets more eager to select byulbi and dances a heoteunchum (impromptu dance) more vigorously. This means that a mudang's ability to perform a ritual is associated with the object of praying's consumption. With his impromptu motions, the object of praying comes to go into 'the field of consumption' within the structure of capitalistic competition before he is aware of it. Behind the communication that praying leads to dance, a lot of things are associated with one another organically. 'Gutchum-pan to pray' is generated by the continuous movement of diversity and unity that the time has within the ritual of the mudang and the object of praying. It continues to create the future 'self' that is different from the present 'self', and it means that he expects variability from the present 'self' through 'gutchum-pan to pray'. The mudang also prays for him arranging the variability of the other (the object of praying) inside her labor. In a big picture, of course, the mudang expects the variability of herself, too, which is connected to the value of her labor. The variability that they expect forms a crucial axis that determines where the flow of time and space that the 'gutchum-pan to pray' has is directed to. The contents of praying are directly related with the villagers' lives, and what leads to dance is mostly related with their jobs. This implies that what the mudang experiences in her everyday consuming activity is directly associated with the villagers' activity for earning money. In other words, the contents of that praying change constantly according to the flow of capitalistic economy. Also, those striving to respond to it before anyone else also expect better life for them by substituting their self to the 'gutchum-pan to pray' eagerly. If so, who are the ones that generate 'gutchum-pan to pray'? This can be understood through relationship among mudangs, relationship between the mudang and villagers, and also relationship among villagers. Their relationships can never be free from the concepts like labor in capitalistic society, consumption and expenditure, or time; therefore, they come to compete with the other, the present self, or the better self within the diverse relationships. This gets to be expressed in any ways, words or motions. And the range that covers the creation of either group or individual 'gutchum-pan to pray' in the village is the village community. Outside the range, it is upsized to the competition of the village unit, so individual praying may become diminished more easily. Although mudangs pray in each geori, it does not mean all praying leads to dance. Within various relationships between mudangs and villagers, 'gutchum-pan to pray' comes to be generated, repeated, and extinct. As it is mitigated to more positive competition, it does not lead to gutchum any longer. In other words, repeating 'gutchum-pan to pray' previously created has turned the object of praying into the state different from the former. Also, the two groups both have experienced the last step of Byulsingut, and at that point, praying does no longer lead to dance. In other words, from the position of the shaman group, it is the finish of their labor time and ritual performance, and from the perspective of the villagers, it means the finish of consuming activity and participation in a ritual. The characteristics of 'gutchum-pan to pray' can be summarized as follows. First, it goes through the following process: competition in the village group → competition in the group → competition among individuals. Second, repeated praying does not lead to 'gutchum'. Third, in the cases of praying for each of the occupation groups, the mudang can induce a bond of sympathy from the objects of praying directly, and this lead to dance. Fourth, the group that fails in being included in the category of praying gets to be alienated from 'gutchum-pan to pray' repeatedly.

This experiment was conducted to study the spring productivity and feeding value of hairy vetch varieties. We also measured DM yield and feeding value by analyze CP and CF that authors made possible to calculate TDN and RFV. The results can be summarized as follows; Dry matter yield were increased earlier autumn seeding date and later cut in spring. Differences of dry matter yield in earlier cut in spring was high in order of Ostsaat, Welta, Vv4712, Penn-02, Common and Minnie. Crude protein(CP) yield was increased when earlier autumn seeding date and later cut in spring. Total digestible nutrient(TDN) yield of hairy vetch varieties was decreased when later autumn seeding date, and was increased when later cut in spring. TDN yield was highest in Ostsaat and Welta varieties had highest dry matter yield. Acid detergent fiber(ADF) content was decreased when later autumn seeding date and was increased when later cut in spring. Neutral detergent fiber(NDF) content was decreased when later autumn seeding date. Average values for relative feed value(RFV) were 157% and 132% in both cut. It shows that a high feed value in all of hairy vetch varieties. Above all, the results presented that the optimal seeding date for cultivating hairy vetch in the central region of Korea is between the 10th to the 20th of September. Because Ostsaat and Welta had significantly high dry matter yield we expected Ostsaat and Welta have a higher wintering ability.

In this study, we investigate the Characteristics of the flowfields of a circular cylinder having a small triangular prism at the upstream side. We measure the fluid force on the circular cylinder and obtain a visualization of the flow fields using particle image velocimetry (PIV). The experimental parameters employed were the width ratios (H/B = 0.2~0.6) of the triangular prisms to the circular cylinder's diameter, and the gap ratios (G/B = 0~3) between the circular cylinder and the triangular prism. We observed that the drag reduction rate and Strouhal number of the circular cylinder increased and then decreased with G/B in the case of the same H/B. The drag reduction rate increased with H/B in the case of the same G/B. In the case where the circular cylinder had a small triangular prism, the stagnation regions were represented in the upstream and downstream sides of the circular cylinder.

가. 자율주행 트랙터가 작업하는 동안 작동상태를 효과적으로 모니터링하고 제어할 수 있도록 하기 위해 인터넷을 통한 자율주행 트랙터의 모니터링과 원격제어 기술에 대하여 시험 하였다. 나. 트랙터를 모니터링하고 제어하는 곳과 경작지가 있는 곳을 인터넷으로 연결하고, 운전자가 탑승하지 않은 트랙터는 인터넷을 통해 전달받은 명령을 수행하도록 액튜에이터를 제어하고 제어되는 상황을 경작지에 위치한 카메라가 촬영하여 인터넷을 통하여 원격지의 운전자 쪽으로 전송하도록 시스템을 구성했다. 다. HST 트랙터 조종장치로서 서보제어가 가능한 액튜에이터를 개발 장착하고 제어성능을 시험하였다. 전자유압제어(EHPS)식 조향액튜에이터는 , 조향가능각 100도의 전범위에 조향 제어가 가능했으며 전조향에 필요한 시간은 약 1.6초 정도 였다. 피스톤 펌프의 사판각을 제어하는 전후진 제어기는 리니어 모터 구동식으로 총 제어 변위 50mm를 이동하는데 제어시간이 약 1.2초 소요되었다. 엔진 회전수를 제어하기위한 스로틀 액튜에이터는 리니어 모터 구동식으로 제어변위 30mm에 대해 제어시간이 0.8초 소요되었다. 3점 링크에 부착된 작업기의 위치를 제어하는 리프트 제어기도 리니어모터로 구동하였으며 제어거리 40mm에 대해 제어시간 0.9초정도가 소요되었다 라. 제작된 HST 무인 트랙터를 인터넷과 무선통신 시스템을 이용하여 원격 모니터링과제어 가능성에 대해 시험 했다. 인터넷을 통한 장거리 원격제어 및 모니터링 시험에서 제어신호의 전달지연은 0.3 ${\sim}$ 0.5초정도로 제어신호의 피이드 백을 확인할 때까지는 약1초정도의 대기 시간이 필요한 것으로 나타나 모니터링 및 제어 시스템의 개발 시 이를 고려할 설계가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.된 표층수온 분포값보다 2005년 2월에 관측된 표층수온 분포값이 상대적으로 낮은 분포 특성을 나타내고 있었다. 따라서 인공위성자료를 이용한 황해의 2004년 해황 분석 결과는 이상수온 상승의 원인이 쿠로시오 해류의 변동과 관련성이 높다고 판단되며 이에 대한 지속적인 연구가 현재 진행중에 있다.에 인산염 처리, 여기에 초음파 처리, 마지막 단계로 3분 끓이면 억제율이 68%까지 억제되었다. 이는 단일처리시 전혀 억제를 못하는 처리를 단계별로 한 단계씩 더해가면 allergy 억제효과가 나타난다고 할 수 있겠다. 초음파 처리도 역시 저 allergy 처리 공정에 이용될 수 있는데 이것은 그 처리로 인해 새로운 알러젠이 생성될 수도 있다. 또한 복합처리로 allergy를 감소시키면 연속적이고 동시적으로 하기 때문에 원가를 절감할 수 있다.환경현안에 대한 정치경제적 접근을 외면하지 말고 교과서 저작의 소재로 삼을 수 있어야 하며, 이는 '환경관리주의'와 '녹색소비'에 머물러 있는 '환경 지식교육'과 실천을 한단계 진전시키는 작업으로 이어질 것이다. 이후 10년의 환경교육은 바로 '생태적 합리성'과 '환경정의'라는 두 '화두'에 터하여 세워져야 한다.배액에서 약해를 보였으나, 25% 야자지방산의 경우 50 ${\sim}$ 100배액 어디에서도 액해를 보이지 않았다. 별도로 적용한 시험에서, 토마토의 경우에도 25% 야자지방산 비누 50 ${\sim}$ 100배액 모두 약해를 발생하지 않았으나, 오이에서는 25% 야자지방산 비누 100배액에도 약해를 나타내었다. 12. 이상의 결과, 천연지방산을 이용하여 유기농업에 허용되는 각종의 살충비누를 제조할 수 있었으며, 방제가 조사결과 진딧물, 응애 등 껍질이 연약한

Background: The development of the flexible fiberoptic broncoscope by Ikeda was an important technologic advance in the diagnosis and management of patients with pulmonary disease. But, cross contamination related to fiberoptic bronchoscope was reported in cases involving tubercle bacilli, MOTT and other agents. Therefore, cleaning and disinfecting of fiberoptic bronchoscope requires careful attention. Methods: From September 1991 to May 1992, medical records of all patients with positive culture for MOTT in bronchial washing specimens were reviewed. Also to evaluate bactericidal effect of 2% glutaraldehyde, culture was performed after inoculum of MOTT, Serratia marsescens and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to the disinfectant solution. Results: In 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde, MOTT was not survived only after 30 minute exposure, but P. aeruginosa and S. marsescens were rapidly inactivated with no survivors after exposure to 2% glutaraldehyde. Since vigorous mechanical cleansing and more than 30 minute of contact time within washing machine, no more outbreak was observed. Conclusions: It is also very important that bronchoscopes must be meticulously cleaned after each procedure and more than 30 minute exposure would be required for eradication of MOTT with 2% glutaraldehyde. However even the most strictly applied infection control measures cannot exclude contamination completly and clinicians have to stay alert to this possibility. Prompt detection of pseudoepidemics is possible if abrupt increase in isolation rates, especially if they involve unusual or generally nonpathogenic organisms, are readily recognized.

Purpose: We evaluated the clinical results of arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using quadrupled hamstring tendon with tibial remnant-preserving technique. Materials and Methods: Thirty-five cases were evaluated from Feb, 2003 to May, 2006. The average interval from injury to surgery was $2.6{\pm}1.6$ months. The cause of injury was mostly sports-related trauma. The average follow-up period was 17 months. Tibial remnant was preserved as much as possible and caution was taken not to damage the remnant during ACL reconstruction. Postoperative rehabilitation was the same as the usual rehabilitation method after ACL reconstruction, except for delaying motion for 2 weeks with an extension locking brace. Clinical evaluation was performed using ROM; Lachman test; pivot-shift test; anterior displacement measurement using KT-2000 arthrometer; Lysholm score and proprioception measured by single limb standing test. Results: There was no limitation of knee motion without contracture. The Lachman test and pivot-shift test were both negative. The side-to-side difference of anterior displacement measured using KT-2000 arthrometer was improved from 6.7 mm to 2.2 mm. The average Lysholm score improved from 81 to 96. The single limb standing test for proprioceptive evaluation showed no significant difference from a normal leg. Conclusion: ACL reconstruction with tibial remnant-preserving technique can preserve mechanoreceptors with prorioception and expect good functional recovery.

The aim of the this study is to observer paradoxal phenomenon in media election. The media, especially Television, was traditionally a journalistic operation representing political events on the outside of political camp. But recently, it intervenes to 'the political camp' as the most important method for election campaign. A centripetal of electronic medias making the dominant political space offer an alternative plan which get over the modern crisis of representative democracy. Even though, to the production of the political symbol and the operation of symbol which constitute substantial system of political action, the human being subject is excluded and the technical system of communication make up a govern structure. So it makes the contradictory situation. TV broadcast for election campaigning show well this paradoxal situation. The institutionalization of electoral broadcasting oriented by the State strengthens an immensification, an economical and political efficiency and a transparency of electoral campaign. But the means which controls the mind of public is also strengthened. It relates the production and circulation of the political symbol and the symbolic image restricted by dominator. In conclusion, this study argues that the media election is institutionalized by the instrumental reason(procedural rationality of politics and technological rationality of broadcasting), therefore the candidate take a fragment roles for the production of transcendental political symbol and the voters accommodate to the symbolic images which are foreseen and they judge.

Implant supported removable partial denture (ISRPD) using the implants enables favorable rehabilitation by complementing biomechanical limitations of the conventional removable partial denture (RPD). However, continuous recall check is necessary for evaluation of the mechanical and biological complications to ensure good long-term prognosis of ISRPD. This clinical report describes the complication and management in patient of Kennedy class I edentulism with ISRPD using healing abutment. The wear and fracture of healing abutment occurred at 36 months after delivery. So, healing abutment was replaced by connecting $Locator^{(R)}$ abutment for altering into the implant retained partial overdenture.

Objective: Human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) have the capacity to differentiate into all of the cell types and therefore hold promise for cell therapeutic applications. In order to utilize this important potential of hESCs, enhancement of currently used technologies for handling and manipulating the cells is required. The cryopreservation of hESC colonies was successfully performed using the vitrification and slow freezing-rapid thawing method. However, most of the hESC colonies were showed extremely spontaneous differentiation after freezing and thawing. In this study, we were performed to rapidly collect of early passage hESCs, which was thawed and had high rate of spontaneously differentiation of SNUhES11 cell line. Methods: Four days after plating, partially spontaneously differentiated parts of hESC colony were cut off using finely drawn-out dissecting pipette, which is mechanical separation method. Results: After separating of spontaneously differentiated cells, we observed that removed parts were recovered by undifferentiated cells. Furthermore, mechanical separation method was more efficient for hESCs expansion after thawing when we repeated this method. The recovery rate after removing differentiated parts of hESC colonies were 55.0%, 74.5%, and 71.1% when we have applied this method to three passages. Conclusion: Mechanical separation method is highly effective for rapidly collecting and large volumes of undifferentiated cells after thawing of cryopreserved early passage hESCs.
