A Study on the selection and noise test of elelctronic sensor for Vacuum Circuit Breaker (진공차단기용 전자식 센서의 선정 및 노이즈 시험에 관한 연구)

  • This study is about the selection and noise test of electronic sensor which is preceded by electric Operating Cell(EOC) development using electronic sensor technology to solve the structural weakness of Mechanism Operated Cell(MOC) in VCB, and has a final target in product development minimizing contact malfunction of the chattering or rebounce states caused by existing MOC. In this test results, when opening and closing VCB, rising velocity of surge voltage in opening time was measured 4.2 times faster than closing time and noise decibel value was measured respectively 120dB and 110dB. When supplying 60kV power frequency overvoltage, we found that sensor output graph in VCB opening and closing times operated stably without distortion. When supplying 150kV $1.2{\times}50{\mu}s$ impulse frequency voltage, we found that voltage graph of output contact in sensor opening and closing sides maintained a normal condition without distortion, and when supplying 2500A current, we found that tested result of electric field noise operated stably without distortion.

Development of Electronic Limit Switch for the Drive Unit of Incore Detector System Application (노내 핵계측 계통 구동기기의 전자식 한계스위치 개발)

  • In this paper, we study a cause of malfunction of switch to control drive motor in DFMS(Digital Flux Mapping System) which can measure incore neutron flux of the nuclear plant, and develope a method to solve this problem. DFMS has the type of generating contact signal by mechanical switch lever, which is operated whenever thimble detector inserted or withdrawed through thimble Guide Tube. However the characteristics of the lever tend to be changed by mechanical degrade or bad environment and the lever finally generates errotic contact signal. Therefore we installed electric coil ass'yin the outside of Guide Tube instead of mechanical switch assy's. In addition we applied resonance effect to control circuit and installed condenser in the input of power supply to protect noise and interference. After completion of this improvement, we tested this improved device repetitively under the various conditions. In conclusion, we identified the generation of the desired contact signal and the prevention of detector failure through plant surveillance test during normal plant operation.

  • This paper presents a simple electronic starter for single phase induction motor (SPIM). It replaces the centrifugal switch in the auxiliary winding circuit of the capacitor start type SPIM. The electronic starter observes the auxiliary winding voltage, and disconnects the auxiliary winding when the motor gets close to its rated speed. Because of its possibly fluttering contacts of the centrifugal switch which mounted on the conventional SPIM, the reliability of SPIM can be reduced. Developed new electronic starter has no mechanical contacts. Therefore, the reliability and the performance of SPIM can be improved. The operational principle of the proposed electronic starter is explained, and illustrated with experimental results.

  • 본 논문에서는 영구자석 동기발전기(PMSG)의 전압 및 역률 보상을 위한 기계식 접점을 가지는 조상기의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 전자회로 방식을 채택하여 제어회로에 마이크로프로세서를 사용, 회로를 최소화하고 접점 부분은 전자적인 스위칭소자(MOSFET)를 사용함으로써 조상기의 신뢰성과 특성을 개선할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 타당성을 검증한다.

  • 수은접점형 전기기계식 릴레이는 동작 속도와 no-bounce 특성이 우수하여 전력설비 보조 릴레이로 많이 사용되고 있으며 우리 한국전력공사 직류송전방식 HVDC 설비에도 설치되어 운영 중이다. 그러나 수은접점은 장기 사용시 열화현상으로 수은 증발, 접점 고착과 뭉침현상에 의한 빈번한 오동작 발생 및 환경오염 우려로 2002년 전 세계적으로 생산중단 되어 설비운영상 문제점으로 부각되고 있다. 본 논문은 운영중인 설비유지보수를 위하여 동일한 기능수행이 가능한 무수은형 카드릴레이 개발과정, 비교시험 및 설치운영에 대한 방안에 대하여 고찰하였다.

  • Transistor식 점화장치는 자동차의 배기 공해대책, 연료저감대책 등의 방안으로 근래에 급속히 발전된 System이다. Transistor 점화장치로 요구되는 배경은 다음과 같다. [1] 화화출력이 커져서 Engine에 있어서 확실한 연소가 기대되고 배기정화책 연료저감책에 유 효하다. [2] 기계적인 접점이 없으므로 장기적으로 Engine의 성능을 일정하게 유지한다. [3] 저회전에서 고회전까지 높고 안정된 화화출력을 갖고 있기 때문에 시동특성 고속특성이 양 호하다. [4] 점화시기제어에 신기능부가가 용이 이와같은 목표를 달성하기 위하여 세계각국의 자동차 Maker는 각각의 독자적인 System 회로방식을 개발하여 Transistor점화장치를 실용화하고 있 으나 우리나라에서는 아직도 자동차에 기계식 점화장치를 사용하여 생산하고 있는 실정이다.

  • 모든 설비에는 안전과 설비보호를 목적으로 전기적, 기계적으로 조건이 만족되지 않으면 이후 동작을 금지시키는 장치를 구비하는데 이를 "인터록 장치"라 한다. 일부 인터록장치가 미 구비된 선로에서 근무자의 착오로 사활여부를 판단하지 못하여 활선선로에 접지를 시행하여 대형사고로 이어졌으며 이를 방지하기 위하여 인터록 장치의 설치가 중요하게 대두 되었다. 그러나 송전선로로 연결된 원거리에 있는 설비간의 인터록 구성은 매우 어려운 상황이다 특히 선로의 사활여부를 판단하는 요소는 직접적인 전압을 측정하는 방법이 일반적으로 사용되고 있으나 용도에 비하여 설비구축을 위한 투자비가 과다함에 따라 간편하고 신뢰성이 우수한 인터록 장치를 개발, 적용하였다. 기존의 직접 또는 간접 전압측정 방법에서 상대단 변전소의 단로기 및 접지개폐기 접점상태에 대하여 통신회선을 이용 상호 확인하고 인터록을 구성한 연구이다.

  • This study is about basic sensor experiment using PDPS by common pencil. 20 mm length, 3 mm thickness of line using 4B pencil is optimum condition. In order to be stable at point of contact between pencil line and copper wire, silver paste is needed. At using the PDPS, thermal detecting is able and thermal properties is inversely proportional to electrical resistance in the based on empirical formula. The sensor can be also used in the composites mold via the empirical formula by the relationship between thermal impact and electrical resistance. The change of electrical resistance relates the interfacial property of composites. It leads to expectation of properties.

  • The core technology of a starting device in the packaged power system is the pinion gear shifting device and to limit the initial starting voltage. Although the conventional products have been used the starting controller using mechanical contactor, these have a big problem such as the uncertainty for the start of starting motor after a pinion gear is completely shifted or the arc demage due to high current. In this study, in order to solve these problems, we designed and fabricated a new product to achieve the safety and reliability as follows: the pinion gear-shifting control circuits to eliminate the uncertainty of the start, the starting control system using semiconductor device to prevent the arc demage of contactor caused by high current, a start safety devices for soft starting of series motor. In addition, we obtained the electrical safety by separating the pinion gear control circuit and the source circuit of motor.

A study on the wire reduction design and effect analysis for the train vehicle line (철도차량 배선절감 방안 및 효과분석에 관한 연구)

  • The railway is a public transportation system that provides large-scale passenger transportation and service, whose reliability and safety is the top priority. The wiring of railway vehicles is classified into train control lines (train lines) and communication lines. The train lines are used for input / output signals related to vehicle driving and safety functions, and the communication lines are used for the input / output signals for passenger services such as broadcasting. In order to measure the reliability of railway vehicles, a train line is applied to the input / output interface of the control signals between the electric control devices in the vehicle, and there are many electromechanical devices such as relays and contactors for the control logic. In fact, since the vehicle control circuit is composed of several thousand contacts, it is difficult to check for errors such as contact failure, and it is impossible to check the real-time status, so a lot of manpower and time is required for regular maintenance. Therefore, we analyze the current state of the train line design of the electric equipment used for driving and services in domestic railway cars and propose three wiring reduction methods to improve it. Based on the analysis of domestic electric vehicles, it was confirmed that the wiring reduction effect is 35% or more.
