다양한 소스로부터 수집되고 연동되는 데이터를 모델링하는 기술로 그래프 데이터베이스를 활용한 분석 기법이 각광받고 있다. 이 연구에서는 항로표지에서 관측되는 상태 및 주변 정보를 모델링하고, 고장진단 및 예측에 적용할 수 있는 기계학습 기법을 소개한다.

심장 내의 와동은 심장 내에서 일어나는 모든 혈류의 흐름에 중요한 역할을 하며, 조영심초음파를 이용하여 이를 정량적으로 측정할 수 있는 방법이 최근에 개발 되었다. 심혈관 질환에 있어서 와동의 측정 및 분석은 기존의 영상 기법으로 설명하기 힘든 환자의 증상이나 혈류역학적 상태를 잘 설명해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대되고, 심장 질환의 조기 진단 및 치료에 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 생각된다. 심장 내 와동 혈류 측정은 새로운 심혈관계 영상기법으로, 조기에 심기능을 평가할 수 있는 도구로서 매우 유용할 것으로 기대하며 기술적인 문제 등이 보완된다면 임상적인 적용이 점차 확대 될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

작물의 생장상태를 측정하고자 기존의 연구자들에 의해서 많은 연구가 수행되고 있다. 그러나 작물의 생장을 감시하기 위한 기존의 방법은 파괴적이며 지속적이지 못하다는 단점을 지니고 있다. 작물이 생장 장해를 받아 눈에 띄게 작물의 생장변화가 보일 경우 작물은 이미 영구적인 손상을 받게 진다. 따라서 이런 작물의 생장 장해를 조기에 진단하여 작물의 생장 장해에 능동적으로 반응할 수 있는 방법의 개발이 절실히 요구된다. (중략)

공작기계의 성능향상의 기본과제인 고정도화, 고능률화, 그리고 자동화를 더욱 강력히 추진하기 위해서는 FMS의 핵심이 되는 Machining Center(MC)에서, 공작물의 자동교환장치, 공구관리장치, 자동계측장치, 절삭상태 감시장치를 보유하고, System의 자동화를 신뢰성있게 하기 위한 자동진단 장치를 포함하는 종합적인 System이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 이와같은 System으로서의 높은 정도 안정성과 신뢰성을 전제로 한다.

국내 500MW 표준석탄화력 발전설비가 준공 후 20년을 경과함에 따라 수명연장 및 성능개선이 요구되고 있다. 1993년 이후 운전연수가 20년이 초과된 보령화력 3-6호기를 포함한 국내 20여 기가 여기에 해당한다. 국내 여건상 신규발전소 건설이 어렵고, 탄소배출권 거래제 시행에 따른 노후 발전설비의 효율 향상이 필요하기 때문에 성능개선 및 수명 연장에 대한 수요는 계속될 전망이다. 따라서 노후 발전설비의 성능개선을 수행하기 전에 설비의 정확한 현재 상태를 진단하여 평가하고, 이를 토대로 경제성을 반영한 증기온도조건 상승에 필요한 설비개선 방안을 수립하는 것이 불필요한 자원낭비를 방지하고 최적의 성능개선을 통한 비용 최소화를 위해 중요하다고 할 수 있다.

Ascites is a condition in which body fluids are abnormally accumulated in the fish's abdominal cavity, and is an important indicator of the health of flounder. Ascites can occur in the process of infection with bacteria, viruses, parasites, etc., which causes abdominal distension, sluggish growth, and weight loss. In this paper, we tried to find the correlation with other symptoms or diseases that affect ascites symptoms in flounder. As experimental data, ascites symptoms were divided into three states: no ascites, ascites transparent, and ascites opaque, and disease diagnosis data of cultured flounder collected for 7 years were used. After performing an appropriate preprocessing process for the random forest machine learning method, other symptoms and disease factors related to ascites were extracted, and it was confirmed that the proposed model could present the main factors related to ascites.

This research is to development advanced health(condition) monitoring system of superconducting motors. Development of advanced condition monitoring systems offers the prospect of improved performance, assessment, and operation, simplified design, enhanced safety, and reduced overall cost of advanced and next generation superconducting motor. For advanced and next generation superconducting motor design, the opportunity exists to develop and implement real-time and continuous monitoring systems by integrating wireless and computational technique. Generally, condition monitoring and control of temperature is essential for managing the superconducting motor components, rotor and structures. In this research, development of advanced monitoring in low temperature and high speed operating environments offers the potential to greatly improve the control of harsh environments. In conventional method, slip rings have been used to acquire data from these sensors. However, the increase of sensors leads to vibration of the rotation axis and noise signals due to kinematics contact. In this study, the wireless data acquisition technique was employed to develop more stable monitoring system adequate for high speed rotating system.

In industry, various rotating machinery such as pumps, gas turbines, compressors, electric motors, generators are being used as an important facility. Due to the industrial development, they make high performance(high-speed, high-pressure). As a result, we need more intelligent and reliable machine condition diagnosis techniques. Diagnosis technique using hidden Markov-model is proposed for an accurate and predictable condition diagnosis of various rotating machines and also has overcame the speed limitation of time/frequency method by using compensation of the rotational speed of rotor. In addition, existing artificial intelligence method needs defect state data for fault detection. hidden Markov model can overcome this limitation by using normal state data alone to detect fault of rotational machinery. Vibration analysis of step-up gearbox for wind turbine was applied to the study to ensure the robustness of diagnostic performance about compensation of the rotational speed. To assure the performance of normal state alone method, hidden Markov model was applied to experimental torque measuring gearbox in this study.

본 연구는 자율운항 선박의 원격 고장 진단 기법 개발의 일부로 수행되었다. 특히, 엔진 연료 계통 장비로부터 계측된 시계열 데이터로부터 상태 진단을 위한 알고리즘 구현 결과를 제시하였다. 엔진 연료 펌프와 청정기를 가진 육상 실험 장비로부터 진동 시계열 데이터 계측하였으며, 이상 감지, 고장 분류 및 고장 예측이 가능한 심층 학습(Deep Learning) 및 기계 학습(Machine Learning) 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 육상 실험 장비에 고장 유형 별로 인위적인 고장을 발생시켜 특징적인 진동 신호를 계측하여, 인공 지능 학습에 이용하였다. 계측된 신호 데이터는 선행 발생한 사건의 신호가 후행 사건에 영향을 미치는 특성을 가지고 있으므로, 시계열에 내포된 고장 상태는 시간 간의 선후 종속성을 반영할 수 있는 학습 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 고장 사건의 시간 종속성을 반영할 수 있도록 순환(Recurrent) 계열의 RNN(Recurrent Neural Networks), LSTM(Long Short-Term Memory models)의 모델과 합성곱 연산 (Convolution Neural Network)을 기반으로 하는 Conv1D 모델을 적용하여 예측 정확성을 비교하였다. 특히, 합성곱 계열의 RNN LSTM 모델이 고차원의 순차적 자연어 언어 처리에 장점을 보이는 모델임을 착안하여, 신호의 시간 종속성을 학습에 반영할 수 있는 합성곱 계열의 Conv1 알고리즘을 고장 예측에 사용하였다. 또한 기계 학습 모델의 효율성을 감안하여 XGBoost를 추가로 적용하여 고장 예측을 시도하였다. 최종적으로 연료 펌프와 청정기의 진동 신호로부터 Conv1D 모델과 XGBoost 모델의 고장 예측 성능 결과를 비교하였다
