  • This study tried to identify major factors which determine repurchase intentions. We consider customer satisfaction, service quality, switching cost and consumption emotions which are recently proposed in the related literatures. To test them empirically, we collected 374 questionnaires among 620 from corporate customers of major banks and 112 from employees of a major bank in corporate banking and analyzed them by LISREL 8.12.. The result of this study can be summed up as follows. First the most important determinant factor in repurchase intentions is customer satisfaction. Second, it is desirable to measure service quality not only in terms of 'process service quality', a process of service delivery to customers, but also 'outcome service quality', what customers receive from services or from service providers. Third, positive consumption emotions have positive influence upon customer satisfaction, negative consumption emotions have negative influence upon customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Fourth, switching cost, even though small in its influence, has been proved to be antecedent in repurchase intentions along with customer satisfaction and negative consumption emotions. As precedents in customers' repurchase intentions, customer satisfaction and process service quality are revealed to exercise the biggest influences. Also, positive consumption emotions, negative consumption emotions, outcome service quality and switching cost can be used as determinants in predicting corporate customers' repurchase intentions.

  • Green dietary education emphasized environmental protection and humanity being conducted in middle schools. To develop effective green dietary education program for adolescents, the factors that affected their green dietary practices has been identified. This study aims to identify psychological factors that drive green dietary practices and effect of dietary education that targets middle school students. Data was collected twice from 242 middle school students in Daegu using a self-administered questionnaire in March and June, 2014. There were significant differences in school achievement, economic level and allowance a month (p<0.05) in the green dietary practices and efficacy of students. Three areas (environment, health and traditional, and appreciation & consideration) which were subgroups of green dietary practices were associated with factors such as family relations, peer relationships, self-competence of self-esteem (p<0.05), and positive and negative feelings of happiness (p<0.001). Green dietary practices efficacy was significantly affected by family relations, peer relationships, self-competence of self-esteem (p<0.05), and positive feeling, negative feeling, and negative relationships of happiness (p<0.001). After green dietary education, interests in green dietary, green dietary practices score, the score of health and environment factors of green dietary practices efficacy significantly higher than before education (p<0.05), but all the factors of self-esteem and happiness did not have any significant changes. This study suggests that green dietary education programs for middle school students could account for psychological factors such as self-esteem, happiness according to gender, school records, economic level and allowance a month to be effective.

  • Today. the mental health has a great deal of impact on individuals and the society surrounding. Therefore. this research is to propose a way of bibliotherapical intercession by stages and patterns as to examine the recovery process of students with negative emotion by using the grounded theoretical method. This research collected materials through focus-interview, participant observation and book reports of 4 experiments involving female college students aged from 21 to 23, all having emotional and psychological difficulties. The recovery process of female students with negative emotion involved causal factors such as "recognition of hidden wound" "Sense of inferiority", and "difficulty in forming relationships", as well as contextual factors like "sympathetic attitude". which altogether brought about the core phenomenon. "pursuit for healthy ego". This core phenomenon induced to recovering the bright and positive attitude through using the strategies of 'self insight' and application of 'management plan', influence by such incoherent conditions as 'intimate surroundings' and $\setminus$ 'support system patterns'. And as time passed. the recovery process appeared tin four stages: 'issues recognition'. 'emotional responses', 'issue solution' and 'self application'.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships between fatigue, stress resistance and emotion in middle aged women under the developmental crisis using a brain wave measurement which is a cranial physiological index. From March 2005 to June 2009, women aged between 35 and 65 (N=4402) who volunteered for a brain wave test at the KRIJUS( Korea Research Institute of Jungshin Science) were monitored the brain function quotient (tension degree, anti-stress quotient and emotional quotient). Correlation and time-series linear analysis revealed significantly the relationships between fatigue, stress resistance and emotion. Also, according to the emotional propensity, cheerful propensity was higher in the cheerful and depressed propensity, positive propensity was higher in the positive and negative propensity, during the whole test, cheerful and positive propensity was higher. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the quality of life by decreasing fatigue and stress level of the middle-aged women to maintain and increase their individual health and the better family relationship.

  • This research investigated differences of perception ratio and processes of memory reconstruction. To examine the differences in perception for positive or negative events related to individual subjective well-level, 199 participants were asked to report the perceived ratio of positive versus negative events for the provided event list. Also, recall differences of positive versus negative events were examined in relation to individual differences in happiness. Results partially supported the hypothesis that happy people perceive more positive stimulus in a given situation than less happy people. Happy people also showed more positive percentage in recalled events than actual ratio while unhappy people reported less positive recall percentage than actual ratio. These findings indicate existence of cognitive process that enhances positive or negative memory related to subjective well-being. Significant correlation between perceived ratio and recalled ratio further supports this proposition. Finally, theoretical implications of the present research and suggestions for future research were discussed.

  • We examined the effect of stereotype threat (STT) on spatial working memory and facial emotion recognition in Korean elderly. In addition, we investigated the role of expected moderator such as self-perception of aging. Seventeen seniors (male=7) received basic cognitive tests including K-WMS-IV, MMSE and answered self-report questionnaires including self-perception of aging, anxiety of aging, attitude toward aging and age identity on the first visit. On the second visit, they were exposed to negative stereotype by reading a script detailing cognitive decline related to aging while a control group was exposed to a neutral content. Following the exposure, they were tested on a spatial-working memory task (Corsi-block tapping task) and emotion recognition task (facial expression identification task). The results showed that the seniors exposed to STT showed significantly lower performance on emotion recognition task (p < .05) (i.e., especially on the more difficult facial stimuli). In addition, there was a significant interaction between STT and self-perception of aging (p< .05), indicating that those who have positive self-perception of aging did not show impairment in emotion recognition task and difficult spatial working memory task under STT. On the other hand, those with negative self-perception of aging showed impaired performance under STT. Taken together, the current study suggests that being exposed to STT could negatively influence cognitive and emotional functioning of elderly. Interestingly, having a positive self-perception of aging could protect the underperformance caused by STT.

  • Facebook, which has the largest number of users worldwide, has both positive and negative effects on our lives and society. The positive effects include social support from others, relationship building, entertainment, etc. In contrast, Facebook users also experience negative emotions such as tiredness and irritation, resulting in dissatisfaction as well as withdrawal from Facebook. The current study investigates both positive and negative effects of the use of by different demographic characteristics (i.e., age and gender), Facebook usage pattern (i.e., posters vs. lurkers), and Facebook usage time and frequency. The results show that (1) female users (vs. male users) feel higher level of fatigue and display stronger intention to discontinue Facebook. Moreover, (2) posters (vs. lurkers) feel higher level of positive emotions and social support, and stronger intention to continue Facebook. Lastly, (3) heavy users (vs. light users) exhibit higher level of positive emotions and stronger intentions to continue Facebook. This research sheds light on the fact that the characteristics of users affect individuals' intention to discontinue SNS and offers practical implications on the ever-expanding SNS market.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the factors influencing perceived father communication, emotional expressiveness and gender identity on self-efficacy of female nursing college students. Data were collected from 270 female nursing students in B city, from May 23, 2016 to May 27 and then analyzed by ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0. The degree of self-efficacy among female nursing students was $3.21{\pm}0.38$. There were significant differences in self-efficacy with respect to academic status(F=5.13, p=.006), relationship with father(F=4.74, p=.001), academic grade(F=5.22, p=.006), and gender satisfaction (F=4.00, p=.004). There were positive correlations between self-efficacy and open communication(r=.30, p<.001), self-efficacy and positive emotional expressiveness(r=.37, p<.001), and self-efficacy and gender identity(r=.26, p<.001), while there were negative correlations between self-efficacy and close communication(r=-22, p<.001), and self-efficacy and negative emotional expressiveness(r=-.26, p<.001). Regression analysis showed 18.2% variance in female nursing student's self-efficacy in response to positive emotional expressiveness, negative emotional expressiveness, and gender identity. Overall, the results of this study indicate that it is necessary to identify various factors affecting and increasing self-efficacy of female nursing college students.
