Factors for the Adoption of Smartphone-based Mobile Banking : On User's Technology Readiness and Expertise (스마트폰 기반 모바일뱅킹 채택에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 기술준비도와 전문지식을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting an individual's acceptance of mobile banking, which is a typical example of smartphone based self-service. We derive three personal traits(positive technology readiness, negative technology readiness and individual's expertise) as antecedent variables that affect intention to use mobile banking from previous studies, and adopt a technology readiness and acceptance model(TRAM) to investigate factors that determine an individual's intention to use mobile banking. TRAM, which integrates technology readiness index(TRI) into the technology acceptance model (TAM) in the context of consumer adoption of e-service systems, is adopted to examine personal traits influencing on the factors forming the attitude of mobile banking. The new findings of this study are as follows. First, individual's expertise and positive technology readiness(ptr) have significant effect on both perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use. However, negative technology readiness(ntr) has significant effect on only perceived easy of use.

  • Web2.0 이라는 인터넷 환경의 변화 속에서 사용자들의 자발적인 참여를 통해 생산된 컨텐츠(UCC)가 화두가 되고 있다. 다수의 사용자 참여는 집단지성을 발휘하고 이렇게 생성된 UCC 는 새로운 가치를 창출한다는 믿음이 확산된 가운데, 사용자는 더 이상 정보수용자의 입장이 아닌 정보제공자의 입장에서 컨텐츠 생성에 대한 범위와 역할이 크게 향상되고 있다. 그렇다면 과연 무엇이 이러한 사용자 생성 컨텐츠의 창의성에 가장 큰 원동력이 될까 또한 무엇이 집단지성, 집단의 창의성을 창출하는데 가장 큰 영향을 미칠까? 본 연구는 이러한 의문에서 출발하였다. 이와 같은 연구 문제를 해결하기 위하여 피드백과 동기 그리고 창의성에 기반한 인지 평가 이론과 창의성에 관한 사회적 특성이론에 근거, 상호작용 즉 컨텐츠에 대한 피드백을 기반으로 연구모형을 세우게 되었다. 이러한 연구 모형을 설문을 통해 검증해 본 결과, 피드백이 사용자의 동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 결국 그러한 동기가 개인의 창의성 및 집단 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 이론적으로는 인지 평가 이론의 확장 적용 및 CSCW 환경에서 암묵적으로 인식된 피드백과 같은 상호작용의 중요성을 공고히 하는데 기여할 수 있으며, 실제로는 이러한 피드백 요소를 시각적으로 적절히 배치 및 노출하여 사용자의 내적 용기와 창의성을 촉진하여야 함을 밝힌다는데 의의를 가질 수 있겠다.

  • 이 연구는 사회적 돌봄정책의 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 서울시 공무원들의 인식조사를 통하여 결정요인의 타당성을 검증해 보았다. 검증결과에 의하면, 서울시 공직자들은 현재의 사회적 돌봄정책의 지출이 미흡하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 금액의 부족에도 불구하고 정책의 우선순위에 있어서는 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 이는 사회적 돌봄정책이 긍정적으로 성장하였을 뿐만 아니라, 향후에도 중요한 정책분야가 될 것임을 시사하고 있다. 또한 정책결정요인에 대한 인식조사에서는 시민사회요인과 인구사회요인이 중요하게 나타나고 있어, 수요측면에 대한 정책적 관심이 요구된다. 한편, 지방 정부 공무원들은 정부의 정책적 방향이나 지방정부의 재정능력이 중요하다고 인식하고 있어, 정책수요와 정책공급에 대한 인지부조화 현상이 발생할 가능성을 확인할 수 있다.

Effect of Interactivity on Cognitive-affective-behavioral User Responses: Focusing on Korean and Chinese Mobile Users (상호작용성이 사용자의 인지-정의-행위적 반응에 미치는 영향: 한국과 중국 모바일 사용자를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to investigate how perceived interactivity between the mobile messenger application and its user gives rise to user's enjoyment and continuous usage intention. Perceived interactivity was assumed to be formed by the combination of control, share, and responsiveness in light of the previous studies. The relations between perceived interactivity, enjoyment, and usage intention are hypothesized on the basis of the pleasure-arousal-dominance emotional state model, the theory of reasoned action, and the theory of planned behavior. Survey data were collected from 481 mobile messenger users in Korea and China. In order to test hypotheses, structural equation modeling analyses were conducted. As a result, perceived interactivity concerning connectedness and responsiveness not only positively affected enjoyment, but also had a significant effect on usage intention. However, while control positively influenced usage intention, it was not significantly related to enjoyment. In addition, there was a positive relation between enjoyment and usage intention. Incidentally, multi-group analysis was conducted to explore the differences between Korean and Chinese users. The findings would provide managerial implications for mobile messenger corporations on causal effects of perceived interactivity and the differences of the path coefficients between in Korea and China.

Influences of Cognitive Conflict and Non-cognitive Variables Induced by Discrepant Event and Alternative Hypothesis on Conceptual Change (변칙사례 및 대안가설에 의해 유발된 인지갈등과 비인지적 변인이 개념변화에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the influences of cognitive conflict and anxiety induced by a discrepant event and an alternative hypothesis, attention, and effort on conceptual change. Two hundred three students having misconceptions about density were selected from 462 seventh graders based on the results of a preconception test. Tests of cognitive responses and anxiety to a discrepant event were administered before and after presenting an alternative hypothesis. Computer-assisted instruction (CAI) was then provided to students as a conceptual change intervention. Tests assessing attention and effort allocated to the CAI, and conceptual understanding were administered as posttests. Cognitive conflict induced by a discrepant event was found to increase after presenting an alternative hypothesis. Pre-cognitive conflict induced by only a discrepant event exerted a direct effect on post-cognitive conflict induced by a discrepant event and an alternative hypothesis. Post-cognitive conflict had a direct effect on conceptual change. Pre-anxiety decreased after presenting an alternative hypothesis. Pre-anxiety influenced post-anxiety, and this influenced on conceptual change via effort negatively. Attention had a direct effect as well as an indirect effect on conceptual change via effort. These results suggest that the strategy presenting both a discrepant event and an alternative hypothesis to students in concept learning could facilitate conceptual change by inducing more cognitive conflict or active participation of students through the decrease of anxiety than that presenting a discrepant event only.

Influence of Hanatour International Travel Show 2012 Visitors' Participation Attitude on the Satisfaction (2012 하나투어 여행박람회 방문객의 참가태도가 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the travel show visitors' cognitive and affective attitude on the psychological and visitor satisfaction and to use as an important data to make marketing strategy and improve a company's outcome. For this study, 240 visitors from Hanatour International Travel Show are selected. And 203 valid questionnaires are analyzed. The first result was that travel show visitors' cognitive attitude have a positive influence on the psychological and visitor satisfaction. The second result was that, travel show visitors' affective attitude have a positive influence on the psychological and visitor satisfaction. As a result, it is needed to recognize that participation attitude is a main cause which has an important influence on visitors' satisfaction. In addition, it is needed to establish strategy about active maketing activity to make visitor satisfaction move to positive activity purpose and to plan travel show which has differentiated items and contents.

The Effects of Expected Affect and Consumption- Process-Behavior on the Post-Consumption Affect and Perceived Outcomes (소비후의 감정과 성과지각에 대한 기대감정과 소비과정행동의 효과)

  • 많은 소비자 행동연구에서 연구가 본질적으로 구매 전 평가와 선택에 집중된 경향이 있으며, 또 감정보다 인지의 역할에 관한 연구가 많다. 소비과정에 관한 감정적 연구가 중요함에도 기존의 연구에서는 이러한 소비자의 감정적 요인과 같은 심리적인 요인이 소비과정행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 관한 연구는 매우 적다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 제품이나 서비스가 선택되고 난 후에 소비과정을 거쳐서 나타나는 소비 후 감정(소비 감정)에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 감정적 관점에서 소비과정행동을 중심으로 탐색하였다. 구매 후 소비 전 기대감정은 소비 후 소비감정과 어떠한 관계가 있는가에 대하여 직접적인 관계와 간접적인 관계로 나누어 스포츠 센타를 연구대상서비스로 선정하여 탐색하였다. 긍정적 기대감정은 긍정적 소비감정에 직접적인 효과가 있었지만, 부정적 기대감정은 긍정적 소비감정에 직접적인 효과가 없었다. 간접효과를 보면 긍정적 기대감정과 부정적 기대감정 모두 소비의지와 소비과정행동의 적극성을 매개로 목적달성정도에 영향을 미치고 또 목적달성정도에 따라서 긍정적 소비감정수준이 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 주목이 되는 내용은 긍정적 소비감정의 수준에 소비과정 행동의 적극성이 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고 목적달성 정도를 매개로 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 점이다.

Effects of the Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Enjoyment of YouTube Use on Academic Adjustment of College Students in Distance Education due to COVID-19: Focusing on Compulsive YouTube Usage

  • The goal of this study is to investigate how YouTube use motivation such as perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment affect the compulsive YouTube usage and academic adjustment of college students. To this end, a research model was established and 113 response data obtained by conducting a questionnaire survey on college students in Seoul were used for structural model analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as following. First, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on academic adjustment. Second, compulsive YouTube usage has a negative effect on academic adjustment. Third, perceived enjoyment was identified as a factor that plays a role like pharmakon. The findings suggest the necessity of learning strategies that control the degree of perceived enjoyment as well as the instrumental use of perceived usefulness in order to improve the academic adjustment of college students.

SOM(State of Mind) Model for Emotional Judgement Asymmetry between Positive and Negative Information (감성판단에 대한 SOM(States of Mind) 모형 : 긍정적/부정적 정보의 비대칭성)

  • Positively biased asymmetry between positive and negative cognition is the basic assumption of heuristic human functioning. This article describes the SOM(states of mind) model for emotional judgement, a psycho-mathematical model built on affective-cognitive assessment research on the balance of positive and negative thoughts and feelings. The SOM model suggests that subjects on the average choose a positive over a negative pole with the probability 0.62 and the precise value of this constant coincides with algebraic “golden section”  .618:.382. Statistical analyses of 32 normal subjects shows that the mean of SOM ratios of self-referent judgement and incidental recall task for positive/negative emotional words are .62(SD=.08) and .58(SD=.4). Also, the SOM ratios are significantly correlated with self-referent judgement for positive/negative emotional words. Implications of cognitive balance and future research directions for emotional science are discussed.

The Relationship among Coaches' Transformational Leadership, Exercise Flow, and Repurchase Intention in Sports Centers (스포츠센터 지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 운동 몰입 및 재구매 의도의 관계)

  • This study empirically analyzed the effects of coaches' transformational leadership on customers' exercise flow and repurchase behavior. Using two hundred seventy-five questionnaires, first, charisma, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation had a positive effect on cognitive and behavioral flow. Second, only individual consideration increased repurchase intention. Third, cognitive flow promoted repurchase intention, but behavioral flow was not statistically significant. Lastly, there was no indirect effect on the relationship among the variables. The results may prove valuable to coaches' understanding how to enhance customers' exercise flow and may improve marketers' strategic planning decisions to attain organizational goals.
