Tencent is an internet-based entertainment platform corporation using technology to enrich the lives of Tencent platform users and assist the contents expansion. Since 2000, Tencent have developed a great growth and innovation in entertainment contents domain. Tencent have become the market leading innovator due to the imitative innovation and M&A. The present study designed case study analyses to investigate the mechanism with regard to the growth strategy of Tencent corporation. Tencent began with imitative internet-based game and social messaging services but then added its own wechat messenger platform, now being extended to other products or services. This imitative innovation strategy enabled Tencent corporation to grow rapidly, to achieve outstanding growth. In addition, Tencent's M&A investment drive is underpinned by a vision of top management team and flexible organizational culture, from building out the Tencent's entertainment platform, game, finance, e-commerce, to global market expansion. While our results shed light on the implications to understanding Tencent's growth, there are limitations of the current study that should be considered when designing next research.

This study analyzes the major content, significances, and future outlook of Three Data Acts amendment enacted in August 2020 in South Korea, with the focus on their impact on the financial and data industries. It seems that the revision of the Credit Information Act will enable the specification of a business which had previously only been regulated as the business of credit inquiry, and also enable the domestic data industry to activate the MyData industry, data trading and platforms, and specify data pseudonymization and trading procedures. For the rational and efficient implementation of the amendments to the Three Data Acts, the Personal Information Protection Committee must be as transparent and lawful in its activities as possible, and fairness must be guaranteed. Even in the utilization of personal information, the development or complementation of the related data processing technologies is essential, and clear data processing methods and areas must be regulated. Furthermore, the amendments must be supported with guarantees and the systematization of a fair competitive system in the data market, stricter regulations on penalties for illegal acts related to data, establishment and strengthening of the related security systems, and reinforcement of the system of cooperation for data transfer.

Tourism or travel business consists of a set of services for people who visit exotic places. Payment is usually marking the end of the series of activities relating to tourism, and it becomes the linkage for the next activity. With the recent advancement of mobile Fintech technologies, we have learned that more convenient and more secure financial transactions are improving the quality of tourism. It should be noted that tourism counts on information technology heavily in terms of mobile Internet and smart devices use, which yields to a wide business opportunities for Fintech startups. However, payment information has not been highlighted for additional marketing promotion activities. The lack of research into information technology-based business models that extend Fintech services related to payment in venture start-up studies hinders the understanding of the possibility of creating new business through the value creation process after payment. This study attempts to investigate this issue based on the theory of smart tourism and service-dominant logic with developing a new information system. More specifically, marketing promotion activities after payment for Chinese tourists visiting Korea are examined. Specifically, WeChat Pay and instant tax refund service were considered while the system was developed by following desing science research methodology. This study is meaningful in that it finds a new possibility of Fintech business model by applying scientific and academic methods, and it reminds the necessity of service automation system centered on instant tax refund.
In this article, an empirical study was conducted by using public dataset from Lending Club Corporation, the largest online peer-to-peer (P2P) lending in the world. We explore significant predictor variables related to P2P lending default that housing situation, length of employment, average current balance, debt-to-income ratio, loan amount, loan purpose, interest rate, public records, number of finance trades, total credit/credit limit, number of delinquent accounts, number of mortgage accounts, and number of bank card accounts are significant factors to loan funded successful on Lending Club platform. We developed online P2P lending default prediction models using discriminant analysis, logistic regression, neural networks, and decision trees (i.e., CART and C5.0) in order to predict P2P loan default. To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of P2P lending default prediction models, borrower loan data and credit data used in this study. Empirical results indicated that neural networks outperforms other classifiers such as discriminant analysis, logistic regression, CART, and C5.0. Neural networks always outperforms other classifiers in P2P loan default prediction.
As mobile terminal environment gets matured, the use of Android platform based mobile terminals has been growing high. Recently, the number of attacks by malicious application is also increasing as Android platform is vulnerable to private information leakage in nature. Most of these malicious applications are easily distributed to general users through open market or internet and an attacker inserts malicious code into malicious app which could be harmful tool to steal private data and banking data such as SMS, contacts list, and public key certificate to a remote server. To cope with these security threats more actively, it is necessary to develop countermeasure system that enables to detect security vulnerability existing in mobile device and take an appropriate action to protect the system against malicious attacks. In this sense, this paper aggregates diverse system events from multiple mobile devices and also implements a system to detect attacks by malicious application.

Recently, the use of mobile devices has increased in order to provide a variety of services, and thus there has been a surge in the number of application malicious attacks on the Android platform. To resolve the problem, the domestic financial sector has been introducing the app anti-tamper solution based on cryptographic algorithms. However, since the capacity of apps installed in smartphones continues to increase and environments with limited resources as wearables and IoTs spread, there are limitations to the processing speed of the anti-tamper solutions. In this paper, we propose a novel anti-tamper solution by using lightweight hash function LEA and LSH. We also present the test results of a simulation program that implements this method and compare the performance with anti-tamper solutions based on the previous cryptographic algorithms.
Recently, most of the modern people used a second mobile device(two degree mobile device). Mobile devices are affecting all areas of human life, consumer electronics, transportation, manufacturing, and finance. On this paper, we propose a model-driven development based interaction model that can be used in the development of mobile payment system, which is the latest buzzword pins of the various application fields of mobile devices Tech (Fin-Tech) sector. Using a model-driven development based models do not depend on the Platforms (PIM), we propose a model for interaction between devices which can be reused when developing mobile billing app. A model-driven development based mobile applications use the reusable of interaction models development program analyzed the bus fees automatic payment application by a beacon.
This research dwells on categorization and industrialization of cultural heritage resources using marketing. Since many organization would not grab the chance of business while doing marketing using cultural heritage, the paper intend to suggest proper way to develop strategy. For that purpose, this research analyzed some advanced cases of corporate like Google and other national endeavors. This paper founded out 4 models of marketing using cultural heritage resources. These are re-creation, patron, capitalization and media. Also we got practical implications of the case analysis and modeling which are collaboration partnership scheme between marketers and filed expert group. Marketers better find fitful information and right person utilizing more reliable sources such as national archives, and academic achievements. If the marketers implement such strategic program, really abundant types of cultural heritage resources using marketing could bring more favorable profit which means business chance and new horizon for global culture industry.
With the 4th industrial revolution, the traditional logistics is shifting to the smart logistics, and it has led to rapid growth of logistics startup companies to support smart logistics. They build their mobile applications and customize their services in the areas of freight transport, parcel delivery services, freight tracking, on-demand logistics, transport intermediary platforms, online-to-offline business, and last mile delivery. In order for logistics startup to be successful, it should lead to sales and profit through customer satisfaction and continuous use by developing highly usable mobile applications. The evaluation of usability of mobile application should use different evaluation criteria from Web based applications because of the inherent characteristics of mobile phone. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of the mobile application provided by the logistics startup and to draw out implications and improvement plans. Through the literature review, we will review the concept of smart logistics. Thus we derive the usability criteria suitable for mobile applications and perform usability testing.
