The purpose of this study is to investigate the causality between life satisfaction and domain satisfactions. For this study, data were collected from 207 respondents. They completed World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Instrument - Brief (WHOQOL-BREF) which is self-report questionnaire asking about life satisfaction and domain satisfactions. For data analysis, the verification procedure by autoregressive crosslagged modeling of structural equation was used. The analysis results of measures showed the causal relation between the two variables, that is, domain satisfactions acted as cause of life satisfaction. There were discussions on the issues about the analysis method of the autoregressive crosslagged modeling, the implications of the results, and the limits of the research. This study ascertained the intervention direction between life satisfaction and domain satisfactions to promote life satisfaction.

The Korean innovation ecosystem has evolved from a catch up stage to a creative leader stage where government's role in creating a private sector driven, healthy and dynamic ecosystem is important. Korea's innovation ecosystem shows a stagnation of innovation performance and a lack of linkage activities within the national innovation ecosystem and in global cooperation, despite the dramatic advancement and expansion of the ecosystem. A next-generation innovation ecosystem model is required to create a future-oriented innovation ecosystem. The next generation innovation ecosystem was prepared on the basis of the framework, which has 6 elements among which inter-firm network is the the micro-foundation of the ecosystem. On the basis of the framework, assuming that the next generation innovation ecosystem is the evolved existing ecosystem, responsive the discontinuous change in market and technology, which is private sector driven healthy and dynamic ecosystem, the next generation innovation ecosystem model was created. The concrete details on the direction of the policy entities responsible for building the ecosystem was presented, and the contribution of this study was discussed.

2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 세계 주요 국가들은 이러한 상황의 생존전략으로 창업 및 기업가정신의 부활을 강조하고 있다. 우리나라도 경기침체 및 청년실업률 증가와 같은 장기불황을 극복하기 위해 '국민행복, 희망의 새 시대'라는 국정비전하에 '일자리 중심의 창조경제' 실현을 제1의 국정목표로 설정하였다. 2016년 4년차에 접어드는 창조경제는 수많은 예산과 인력을 투입하여 창업지원사업을 하고 있지만, 그 효과성에 대해서는 의문이 든다. 이에 본 연구는 실제 창업을 하거나 준비 중인 창업가, (예비)창업가, 학생을 중심으로 현 창업생태계의 문제점을 분석하였고, 이 분석결과를 토대로 정부, 지방자치단체 및 민간의 창업지원사업에 바람직한 지원방향을 제시하여 건강한 창업생태계 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과, 정부의 창업지원 정책의 문제점은 보겨 주기식 창업지원사업 및 행사라고 응답한 비율이 41.5%로 가장 높은 응답률을 보였고, 국내 창업생태계 조성을 위해 제 역할을 충분히 하지 않은 당사자는 34.1%가 중앙정부, 28.3% 국내 대기업이라고 응답하였다. 창업경험 유무에 따른 창업과정의 애로사항은 자금조달이 46.1%로 가장 높았고, 창업 초기자금 조달방법은 응답자의 절반인 50.4%가 개인자금으로 창업 초기자금을 조달한다고 응답하였다. 창업이 주저되는 주요 이유로는 창업자금 마련 및 기회비용이 40.4%로 가장 높은 응답률을 보였고, 창업 시 가장 필요하고 중요하다고 생각되는 지원정책으로는 자금 및 투자 지원이 26.6%, 사무실공간지원 13.5%, 마케팅 및 판로 지원이 13.5%의 응답률을 보였다.

Objectives : In this study, We overviewed study trend on 'Mibyung' by analyzing articles published in Korea from 1997 to 2019. Methods : We collected research articles on 'Mibyung' from 7 Korean research databases using the keyword '미병' and '아건강'. Then we analyzed them by publish year, journal, and research subjects. Research subjects were categorized into 'diagnosis', 'relationship with other factors', 'trend', 'concept', 'application development', 'policy research', 'prevalence and recognition', 'clinical report' or 'animal study'. Results & Conclusions : The largest number of related articles was published in 2017(12 articles, 26.7%). 'Journal of Society of Preventive Korean Medicine' was the journal with the most published articles(16 articles, 35.6%). Most of the research subjects were about diagnosis(11 articles, 24.4%) and analysis on relationship with other factors(10 articles, 22.2%). Little were published on policy(4 articles, 8.9%) and clinical study(1 article, 2.2%). More research on policy and clinical trials should be implemented for future mibyung study.

앞으로 글로벌 시장에 진입할 수 있는 작물보호 신물질 개발을 위해서는 기술 난이도가 크면서 파급성 및 경제성을 갖는 친환경 신규작용점 탐색과 독창적 Scaffold를 갖는 후보물질 또는 천연물소재 발굴에 주력해야 하며, 이를 지원하는 HTS, 화합물은행 및 천연물은행 활용 분자설계 및 최적화 합성기술 등 후보물질 발굴 핵심 기술개발에 국가적인 지원이 지속적이고 장기간에 걸쳐 이루어져야 한다. 고품질의 식량생산 관리기술은 물론 석유대체 에너지 확보를 위한 농작물 바이오매스(작물, 사료, 바이오연료 등) 생산관리기술로서, 그린바이오기반(Target 효소, 천연물소 재탐색응용) 저탄소 녹색성장을 실현시키기 위한 친환경적인 생화학 작물보호제 개발이 필요하다. 또한 인구 증가와 유가상승 등 전 세계적인 경제위기 극복과 이산화탄소 증가에 따른 온난화 등 지구환경보존의 중요성이 크게 증가되면서 안전한 먹거리 생산과 환경오염을 최소화하는 지속적 생산체제를 갖추기 위하여 LOHAS (Lifestyle Of Health And Sustainability) 트랜드가 최근 농업의 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 이를 만족시키기 위하여 OECD를 중심으로 하는 선진 국가들은 기존 작물보호제의 사용을 5년 이내에 현재 사용량의 절반 이하로 감소시키고자 하고 있는데, 특히 지속적 재배와 국민건강 보호를 위한 LOHAS 농작물의 생산이 매년 50-100억불로 성장하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 2017년까지 그 성장세가 계속 지속될 것으로 예상되고 있어 미생물/생화학 중심의 바이오작물보호제의 개발은 LOHAS 트랜드를 충족시킬 수 있는 유력한 수단으로 인식되고 있다.

Recently, as the healthcare market is globalized, the importance of the information on the Internet has been recognized. In this study, the analysis by research model with hypothesis that benefit sought factors of health tourism have a positive effect on behavioral intention of destination selection through tourism brand equity by internet information was carried out. As a result of analysis, benefit sought factors like as health and beauty did not have a positive effect on brand cognition and perceived quality but benefit sought factors like as service and nature had a positive effect on brand cognition and perceived quality. However, benefit sought like as experience did not have a positive effect on brand cognition and perceived quality. And brand equity like as brand cognition and perceived quality had a positive effect on behavioral intention. Thus, according to the results of these hypotheses, policies that foster health tourism in Jeju region will be followed based on product development that considering the importance of the existing service and cognition.

The environment of the health food in the world has been changed very rapidly. The world market volume of functional drinks in 2012 will be estimated at $ 26.9 billion, and Asia-Pacific market is expected to be $ 13.6 billion. The domestic market volume of bottled water in 2008 was 440 billion won, and "Jeju Samdasu" sales was 89.1 billion won. But the brand of "Jeju Samdasu" has the limits. As a solution, the comprehensive advertising of the excellence quality of Jeju water is required. To increase the likelihood of success in development of functional and mixed drinks by the water is necessary to develop a global integrated brand. In developing the functional and mixed drinks by the water, we apply the functionality of the Jeju agricultural products actively, and connect Jeju Water industry with Jeju agricultural industry, which promote the overproduction control and the high value- added agricultural products.

Port of Busan is Korea's largest trading port processing over 18,000 TEU a year. This rapid growth causes air pollution problems in Busan. Ship emissions are significant air pollution sources and port area is relatively close to the business district, therefore it may have serious effects to the health of local people and environment. In this study, ship emissions are estimated, especially on hotelling large vessels. As a result, Port of Busan has 50,686, 48,842 ship calls and 2,343,037 and 2,297,118 tons of ship emissions in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Also, the environmental cost in Port of Busan is approximately 1.2 trillion won per year. This study emphasizes the necessity of ship emissions regulation, hence, it is expected to make a significant contribution in setting up ship emission management system.

In a social environment where population aging is rapidly progressing, the healthcare service market is growing fast with the increasing interest in health and quality of life based on rising income levels and the evolution of technology. In this study, after keywords were extracted from Korean and US patent data published on KIPRIS from 2000 to October 2019, frequency analysis, time series analysis, and keyword network analysis were performed. Through this, the change of technology trends were identified, which keywords related to healthcare was shifted from traditional medical words to ICT words. In addition, although the keywords in Korean patents are 55% similar to those in the US, they show an absolute gap in patent production volume. In the next study, we will analyze various data such as domestic and international research and can obtain meaningful implications in the global market on the identified keywords.
