The lips play an important role of passage of food as well as articulation and production of intelligible speech. So, the orbicularis oris muscle which composes the lip must act as a sphincter for the right structure. Also, the muscle conforms to the shape of the lips to make words. The surrounding cheek muscles antagonize and synergize to position the orbicularis oris sphincter. It is highly significant from the standpoint of reconstruction that the surrounding muscle can be separated from the orbicularis oris muscle without loss of sphincteric competence as long as the facial nerves and vessels remain intact. The authors performed the reconstruction of a lower lip defect due to human bite and achieved an excellent result from a functional and cosmetic aspect. This report with the literature is herewith submitted.

In this paper, we develop a muscle exercise prescription system and present a prescription method by analyzing bioelectric signal of human muscles. This system is designed to give right exercise prescriptions include strength, duration, frequency of exercise after diagnosing personal body condition using EMG(Electromyography). With the help of these prescriptions all users can keep there optimum exercise status and avoid excess exercise symptom and, we van utilize in all the measurements like abnormal posture, muscle power, muscle regidity, muscle fatigue, muscle balance. Also easily accessable system can offer variable utilizations such as in health care center, sports center, social welfare center, social medical center, school, and kinder garden.
Hemangiomas in the esophagus comprise less than 3% of all benign esophageal neoplasms. They are frequently small and easily treated with resection via either endoscopy or thoracotomy. We report a cavernous hemangioma occurred in the distal esophagus successfully treated with circumferential myomectomy.

This paper did to do with 18 muscle pairs that do fetters in anatomy that influence in facial expression change and mix motion of muscle for face facial animation. After set and change mash and make standard model in individual's image, did mapping to mash using individual facial front side and side image to raise truth stuff. Muscle model who become motive power that can do animation used facial expression creation correcting Waters' muscle model. Created deformed face that texture is dressed using these method. Also, 6 facial expression that Ekman proposes did animation.
The purpose of this study was to quantitatively assess treatment effect of physical therapy on experimentally-induced masseter muscle fatigue by two parameters of muscle stiffness and elasticity. Three physical therapeutic modalities inducing electroacupunture stimulation therapy(EAST), Microwave diathermy and low-level laser therapy(LLLT) were compared. 10 healthy volunteers with normal occlusion (mean age of $26.3{\pm}1.16$ years, M:F=1:1) were participated in this study. All subjects were asked to chew gum on the right side until they felt pain(more and VAS 5 (0 to 10)) and their masseter muscles were examined with a tactile sensor in order to evaluate changes of stiffness and elasticity according to gum chewing and three physical therapeutic modalities. Subjective discomfort or pain was self-estimated by VAS as well. Unilateral gum chewing increased stiffness and decreased elasticity only on the chewing side but VAS increased on the both sides(p<0.05). EAST or Microwave diathermy greatly decreased stiffness and VAS and increased elasticity(p<0.05) but LLLT did not exhibit significant difference. From the results of this study, it is concluded that both EAST and Microwave diathermy have favorable effect on stiffness and elasticity of muscles and pain relief while effect of LLLT is not reliable. In addition, experimental unilateral gum chewing compromises stiffness and elasticity of masseter muscles only the chewing side while subjective discomfort or pain can be felt on the both sides.
On contraction of the muscles, marked changes in X-ray reflections are observed, suggesting that conformational changes of contractile molecules and the movement of myosin heads during muscle contraction. It was found that the successive twitches decreased not only the time needed to the peak tension after the onset of stimulation but also the time needed to the maximum change of the X-ray intensity. However, the difference of the time between the peak tension and the maximum intensity change$(T_i-I_i)$ is nearly the same at any twitch.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the changing plantar foot pressure and muscle activation of neck, lumbar and low limb by different way of the using carrier during walking. Twenty healthy and young females who brought up infants and had no musculoskeletal disorders of neck, lumbar and low limb were instructed to perform plantar foot pressure and muscle activation of neck, lumbar and low limb during different ways of the using the carrier and walking. Plantar foot pressures were recorded by RS-scan system(RS scan Ltd, German), muscle activation were recorded by ProComp infinitiTM(Thought Technology Ltd, Canada). The data collected by each way of the using carrier and One-way ANOVA was used to analyze. The results indicated that there was a significant increase on erector spinae muscle activation and pressure of great toe zone by using anterior carrier and there was a increase on activation of paraspinal muscle and metatarsal zone by using posterior carrier. Therefore, the way of using carrier could be influenced upon structure and function of the foot and muscle activation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the muscular activity and muscle strength for swing track of upper limbs during rowing exercise. Subject was all twenty healthy adults and they were divided into linear exercise group and elliptical exercise group in random. Subjects performed rowing exercise 3-times for a week and performed all 8-weeks. We measured realtime-surface EMG. Also we measured joint torque of elbow, ankle and lumbar in subjects using BIODEX. The result showed that when rowing exercise, elliptical track exercise had higher muscular activity in trapezius, deltoid, erector spinae, rectus femoris, biceps femoris, gastronemius than linear track exercise on more many muscle of upper and lower limbs. Also elbow joint torque and lumbar joint torque was more higher too. but linear exercise also had higher muscular activity in multifidus, tibilalis anterior than elliptical track exercise. According to this experiment, we found out that elliptical track was more efficient than linear track.
