Concept Mapping Analyzing on Counselors' Vicarious Trauma Experience from Working with Victims of Sexual Violence (성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험에 대한 개념도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the in-depth content of vicarious trauma experience of sexual violence counselors and to develop intervention strategy. To this end, depth interviews were conducted with twelve sexual violence counselors working at the sexual violence counseling site for more than three years. In addition, using the concept mapping method, the content exploration of the experience of vicarious trauma of sexual violence counselors was confirmed, and its conceptual structure was identified. As a result, 60 key sentences regarding the experience of vicarious trauma of sexual violence counselors were extracted. Then, multi-dimensional scale and cluster analysis were conducted after making nineteen appraisal participants who are under the same condition as depth interview participants to categorize and assess key sentences. As a result of analysis, the x-axis of negative perception, psychological and emotional dimension, and the y-axis of personal inner and behavioral dimension appeared, and five clusters emerged: immersion and skepticism about work, experience of emotional assimilation, hypersensitivity to sex, increased vigilance against men, and threat of safety. This provided basic data that could categorize and identify the contents of vicarious trauma of sexual violence counselors experience by sexual violence counselors.

A Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effects of the Pulsed Nd:YAG Laser on Dentinal Hypersensitivity (상아질지각과민증에 대한 펄스형 Nd: YAG 레이저의 치료효과에 관한 임상적 연구)

  • 저자는 치과용 레이저를 이용한 상아질지각과민증 치료효과를 임상적으로 평가하고자 상아질지각과민증환자 24명을 대상으로 각 환자마다 상아질 지각과민 치아 중 레이저로 치료 할 치아1개(실험군)와 치료하지 않을 치아 1개(대조군)를 선정하여, 치과용 air-syringe에 의한 냉자극과 치과용 탐침자에 의한 기계적 자극을 가한 후 Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)을 통해 지각과민증 정도를 평가하였으며, 이후 실험군 치아의 치경부 마모면에 광섬유 레이저에너지 전달방식의 펄스형 Nd:YAG 레이저의 일종인 Sunlase Master(Sunrise Technologies Inc., U.S.A., 파장 1064nm, 펄스지속시간 120(sec, 광섬유직경 320(m)를 사용하여, 0.3-1.0W, 10Hz 조건으로 환자의 반응에 따라 1회2분을 초과하지 않는 범위 내에서 비접촉식과 접촉식을 병행하여 3회에 걸쳐(초진 당일, 1일후, 3일후) 레이저를 조사한 후 처음조사 직후, 그리고 초진 1일후, 3일후, 7일후, 14일후 VAS를 채득하여 조사전과 비교, 분석, 평가하였던 바, 상아질 지각과민증이 각각 약 50%, 약36%, 약45%, 약 53% 감소하였으나 (p(0.05) 경시적으로는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 24명중 9명에 대해서는 초진 30일 후 까지 레이저조사치료효과를 평가하였던 바, 상아질지각과민증이 처음조사 직후, 감소하였으며 (p(0.05)역시 경시적으로는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 초진 30일 후 상아질지각과민증이 초진 14일 후에 비해 약간 증가되는 경향을 보여, 레이저조사 치료효과가 약화되는 경향인지 여부에 대해 향후 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.안되었다.기란 현실적으로 불가능하므로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약점을 극복할 수 있는 근사적인 지체시간을 계산하는 방법을 제시한 점에서 의미를 갖을 수 있다.수들은 직업의 선택이나 소득을 예측하기 위한 요소들로 포함될 수 없었다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 이를 보완해야 할 것이며, 최근 들어 우리 나라에서도 재택근무에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있으나 아직 개념정의나 그 중요성과 가치, 그리고 실태 파악과 같은 연구가 활발히 이루어지지 못하고 있으므로 이에 대한 심층적인 연구가 행해져야 할 것이다.d similar flower proceeding dates in all branches. but "Daepung" showed similar flower proceeding dates in all branches.est in HB. Mean period of wetting duration was in the order of DS>HB>MB, while the dew point depression was greatest in DS.ANCOVA, Pearson correlation을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 캠프 프로그램은 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능을 증진시키고 환자 역할 행위 이행을 높여주는데 효과적 이었다. 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능은 환자 역할 행위 이행과 순 상관 관계가 있어, 자기 효능이 증진될수록 환자 역할 행위 이행 정도가 높아졌다. 무조건 사주지 않는다(8.0%), 무조건 사준다(3.1%)로 식품광고에 나오는 식품 요구시 부모의 70.3%가 거절하는 것으로 나타났다. 거절 이유는 건강에 나쁘다는 것이 가장 큰 이유였으며 강남과 강북 어린이간에 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p<0.001).

Development of Vibration Prediction Program of Gas Pipeline by Construction Vibration (건설진동에 의한 가스배관의 진동예측 프로그램 개발)

  • Presently, working gas pipelines are being subjected to the influence of construction vibration. Especially on subway and road construction, gas pipelines are being influenced to construction vibration caused by use of construction equipment, passage of a large-sized vehicle and blasting. Buried gas pipelines are subjected to the influence of vibration caused by blast in the vicinity of pipeline, exposed gas pipelines are subjected to the influence of vehicle vibration. Therefore, in the study, it is developed to vibration prediction program of gas pipeline by analyzing measured construction vibration. This program is able to predict vibration of gas pipeline according to field conditions by using the results of structural finite element analysis and empirical equation by reliability analysis. And, this program contains the database of construction vibration. Additionally, this program is able to compute estimated blast vibration equation using measured blast vibration data in the field and to form graph of allowable charging gunpowder per delayed-action with the change of blast velocity. Therefore, field workers are able to predict construction vibration around gas pipeline and estimate safety of gas pipeline.

Concept Analysis of Tae-um in Nurses (간호사의 태움 개념분석)

  • This study was conducted to identify the conceptual definition and attributes of nurses' Tae-um based on the conceptual analysis method of Walker and Avant. The attributes of nurses' Tae-um were derived from the organizational culture, inexperienced new nurses that are victims, senior nurses that are perpetrators, alteration of teaching, verbal and physical violence experiences, and psychological and physical symptoms. The antecedents were due to excessive work, high work intensity, job stress, lack of workforce, poor working environment, lack of job ability of new nurses, organizational hierarchy, and power imbalance. Moreover, the consequences were physical and psychological symptoms, decreased efficiency, increased distrust, increased turnover intention, and decreased quality of patient care. Improvements of working conditions and social supports for expanding nursing staff and building a culture in which communication and mutual cooperation are used to solve the antecedents of Tae-um among nurses is necessary. This study suggests the need for more qualitative research on Tae-um in nurses, the development of tools that reflect the attributes of Tae-um in nurses, and the development of a program to improve the culture of Tae-um in nurses. This study is significant in that it provides a rationale for development of an adaptation program for new nurses by suggesting the antecedents of Tae-um and solutions for it.

A study on the factors that affect the working conditions of the disabled for the duration of employment: Comparison between regular and temporary workers (장애인 직업 유지 기간이 근로조건에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 상용근로자와 일용근로자의 비교)

  • The study data used for the analysis of this study were obtained from the raw data during the 1st survey of the 2nd wave of the 2019 Panel Survey on the Employment of Persons with Disabilities conducted by the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities. The results showed that, for regular workers, when there was a fixed term of employment contract, it was more likely that the job was retained for 12 months or longer. For the day laborers, workers without a fixed-term employment contract were more likely to retain their jobs for 12 months longer. This suggests that owing to the types of jobs that did not consider disabilities, people with disabilities were facing difficulties in terms of the options available in their job choices and their self-decisions. Therefore, the state would have to develop more job types and skills for these individuals to expand their career options. The growth in the employment of people with disabilities by small businesses that hire day laborers will depend on the diversification of the employment subsidy, which is again dependent on the size of the businesses.

충북지역 보건진료원이 업무 분석적 연구

  • 본 연구는 보건진료원의 업무를 분석하기 위하여 충북에서 활동하고 있는 보건진료원 136 명을 대상으로, 설문지를 흥해 자료수집을 하였으며 백분률, 평균값, 표준편차로 자료처리를 하였다. 조사기간은 1968 년 8월 1일부터 11월 20일까지 했으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 보건진료원의 일반적 특성과 업무에 관련 된 배경을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 보건진료원의 일반적 특성으로 연령 분포는 30 - 34세가 30.1 %로 가장 많았고 결혼 상태는 기혼자가 61.8 % 였다. 종교는 기독교가 42.6% 로 많았고 학력은 3 년제 간호전문대학 과정졸업 자가 78.9 %로 많았다. 현 가족과 동거상태에서 배우자와 자녀가 함께 사는 경우가 76.5% 였고, 보건진료원의 경력은 1 년 마만이 41.2 %로 가장 많았다. 보건진료원의 업무에 관련된 배경을 살펴보면, 근무지역조건은 갑지가 65.3 % 였고, 현 거주지는 보건진료소내 숙소가 대다수 였다. 보건진료소는 신축된 건물이 대다수였고, 보건진료소 시설은 '그저 그렇다'고 대답한 수가 가장 많았다. 보건진료소 운영협의회 수당은 월 $5\sim7$만원인 경우가 85.6 % 였다. 2. 보건진료원의 보건의료제공 실태는 다음과 같다. 보건진료원이 현재 담당하는 주민수는 $501\sim1,000$ 명이 35.3 % 이고, 1,500 명 이상의 주민을 담당하는 경우도 32% 였다. 보건진료소를 이용한 주만은 연평균 1,956 명이고, 보건진료소 평균 이용건수는 1,812건이다. 보건진료원의 직업만족도는 만족한다가 40.6%로 대체로 긍정적으로 나타났다. 3. 보건진료원과 보건의료 관련기관과의 관계는 다음과 같다. 지역주민의 보건의료자원 이용 정도는 보건소 진료소가 1 위로 가장 많았고, 약국, 약방, 의원, 보건지소의 순위로 나타났다. 보건의료 관련기관과의 협조가 잘 되고 있지 않다고 응답한 경우도 있는데, 보건소(19.7 %), 보건지소( 20.2%) 민간보건 의료기관(22.4 %)이며, 그 이유를 알아서 협조가 잘 이루어지도록 노력해야겠다. 원하는 감독체계는 보건소장(47.3 %), 보건간호 전문가(37.2 %)로 나타났으나 이는 현재있는 감독체제내에서 생각한 것이며 간호전문가에 의한 새로운 감독체제를 원하고 있었다. 많이 이용하는 의뢰 기관은 병원(52 %), 의원(24.4 %), 보건소(10.2 %) 순이었다. 4. 보건진료원의 업무 영역별 수행정도를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 보건진료원의 업무 영역을 7개 영역으로 구분하여 수행평균 평점을 보면통상질환 관리가 3.70점, 사업운영 관리 및 지도가 3.44 점, 사업계획 수립이 3.19 점, 지역사회 조직 및 개발이 3.17 점, 모자보건 및 가족계획이 3.14 점, 지역사회 보건관리가 3.09 점, 보건 정보체계 개발이 3.02 점으로 나타났다. 위의 결과에서 지역사회 보건관리가 3.09점으로 통상질환 관리 3.70 점 보다 낮게 나타났는데 이는 일차보건의료 사업 정착의 과도기적인 현상으로 생각하며, 이 부분을 더 많이 수행해야 할 것으로 사려된다. 5. 보건진료원의 업무 영역별 수행 소요시간의 평균은 다음과 같다. 지역사회 조직 및 개발 3.48 시간, 사업계획 수립 3.55 시간, 지역사회보건 관리 6.74 시간, 모자보건 및 가족계획 5.55 시간, 통상잘환 관리 15.94시간, 사업운영 관리 및 지도 4.39시간, 보건정보체계 3.62 시간으로 나타났다. 보건진료원이 통상질환 관리와 더불어 예방활동을 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 적절한 행정적, 교육적 지원이 있어야 한다고 생각한다.

Persistence of Employment Types (취업형태의 지속성에 관한 연구)

  • This paper uses the Korean Labor Panel data to investigate changes in the employment types of male workers following their job changes with the classification of workers into three categories: regular wage workers, non-regular wage workers, and self-employed workers. It also estimates a competing-risks hazard model to analyze the determinants of employment types of workers. The results show that the type of employment of a worker at an immediate previous job has a critical importance in determining his employment type at a new job and that the types of employment at jobs other than the immediate previous job also play some role in determining the type of employment at a new job, although their impact declines as the number of intervening jobs increases. A job loser, who worked as a non-regular worker at his immediate previous job, for example, is considerably less likely to find a regular job, but more likely to get reemployed at another non-regular job than one who worked as a regular worker at his immediate previous job. Similarly, a worker who quit self-employment is much less likely to find a regular job but more likely to restart his own business than one who worked as a regular worker at his immediate previous job. These findings suggest that it is not easy at all for a worker who worked as either a non-regular worker or self-employed worker to become a regular worker, although it might be premature to assert that non-regular jobs or self-employed jobs are dead-end jobs. Another interesting finding of this analysis is that a high unemployment rate lowers a probability of reemployment at either regular jobs or self-employed jobs, but raises a non-regular job reemployment probability, which strongly implies that as labor market conditions become adverse to workers the proportion of non-regular employment can rise rapidly.

The New Structure of Police Governance and Its Impact on Police Service Delivery in the UK (치안 거버넌스의 새로운 구조와 경찰 서비스 제공에 미치는 영향: 영국을 중심으로)

  • This article assesses the recent police reform strategy in England and Wales with the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011. Police and Crime Commissioners have a responsibility not just for the police force but also for reducing crime in their area of responsibility. This ensures that their remit runs much more widely than their predecessor body, the police authority. The article goes on to evaluate the nature and extent of crime by making immediate use of survey of local police commanders. The surveys showed that police commands were swamped with minor crime and anti-social offences. The arrival of Police and Crime Commissioners has meant that now police priorities can be more closely aligned to those of the public and where anti-social behaviour is now recognised as impacting on the lives of many residents more significantly than criminal activity. The article highlights the changes introduced by government following the Winsor Review to police pay, pensions and conditions of service. It reflects on the impact of this on both police morale and professional motivation. It suggests that current government policy is now haemorrhaging the police service as increasing numbers of experienced officers are leaving the police service which could ultimately undermine its long-term resilience as a strategic emergency service.

A Desirable Corporate Culture under Smart Work Environment (스마트워크 환경 하에서의 바람직한 기업문화)

  • The purpose of this research is to create a preferable corporate culture under the SmartWork environment. There is growing interests in SmartWork, which can satisfy the compatible conditions of government's carbon emission restriction policy, corporate efficient expense reduction, productivity maximization, and each individual's work and a family. Due to the interests and the rapid development of IT technology, a realistic condition for SmartWork is established but the promotion without a sufficient preparation, such as legal examination and relevant systems, created much confusion and very few companies are introducing it. This paper discusses that a social agreement should be reached through adjustments among parties interested, such as government, companies, and employees, studies the WIN-WIN plan that individuals and organization can grow together, and proposes a new corporate culture under the SmartWork environment. SmartWork has more than the simple meaning of 'remote working'. SmartWork, a method of smart working, means a transition to a new paradigm that minimizes moving for work and work & human move together, and a change from a work-oriented culture to a human-oriented culture. This paper summarized the role of government and companies for the successful introduction of SmartWork, and proposed that a government level 'SmartWork Activation Executive Committee (tentative name)' with a strong promotional power would create a new culture of SmartWork and form a civilian consultative body to support SmartWork corporate culture creation & expansion in the private corporate area, in a tuning with Ministry of Public Administration & Security, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Gender, and Communications Commission.

A Study on the Effects of Criminal Investigators' Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (수사경찰의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines the degrees of criminal investigators' job satisfaction and organizational commitment and investigates which factors determine the variations in them. In the first step of analysis, independent variables of criminal investigators' job satisfaction consist of work itself, achievement, responsibility, safety, stability, interpersonal relations, recognition, supervision, and opportunity of growth. In the second step, job satisfaction is a mediating variable and organizational commitment is a defendant variable. Organizational commitment is classified into three types - "affective", "continuance" and "normative". According to the structural equation model analysis, responsibility has a great influence on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction affects affective commitment and continuance commitment. This study suggests that job satisfaction should be increased to improve criminal investigators' organizational commitment. And responsibility is necessary for the improvement of job satisfaction. Despite the professional detective system operating in Korea since January 1, 2005, the level of criminal investigators' recognitions of safety, stability and opportunity of growth turn out to be low. Based on these findings, this study presents four ways to reform measures which are listed below. First, to improve a! n economical circumstance of criminal investigators, any expense associated with criminal investigation should be paid by organizations. Second, to improve safety of criminal investigators, it is necessary to develop and supply enough police equipments. Third, criminal investigators' working hours should be shorten. Fourth, to improve criminal investigators' responsibilities, criminal investigators should be allowed to conduct criminal investigation independently from the prosecution.
