부산지역 특급호텔에 종사하는 조리사들의 직무에 대한 의식과 실태조사 연구 (I) -조리사들의 근무처, 근무부서 및 자격증 등 일반적인 현황 분석 - (A Study on the Job Attitude of Cook at Deluxe Hotel in Pusan (I) - An analysis on the general characteristics of the cook -)

  • The purpose of this study was to get an information on hotel cook. So the food and beverage (F and B) enterprise is one of the most promising industry on post-industry society, and the cook is real agent to lead the F and B enterprise, we need to have a data, information and knowledge on cook to improve a culinary art training program and working environment. This study was surveyed by 216 cook to work for deluxe hotels at Pusan. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The almost cook worked with restaurant for $8{\sim}9$ hours/day, and a half of cook earned a million won in a month. A higher grade cook worked longer hours and earned more money than a lower grade one. 2. The most popular workplace of the cook was Western restaurant, the male cook working at a Western restaurant were more than female, the more female cook and novices worked at a Korean restaurant. 3. The most popular qualification that the cook take were a western culinary art one, and next were Korean one and Japanese one. The 77.8% cook worked at the place that fitted in with their culinary art qulification. 4. A half of cook insisted that they were a expert of western culinary art, and the next was the Korean, Japanese one in order. 5. The cook were unsatisfied with pay, work environment, human relation and promotion, and if they change their workplace, a lot of cook wished to manage their own restaurant. 6. The 63.4% of cook changed their workplace more than a time. The male cook got a more chance to change workplace than female one. The higher grade cook got a more chance to charge workplace. Almost cook got a no chance to study a culinary art at overseas. The most favorite place that the cook want to visit for studying was Europe, and next were Japan, America, Southeast Asia in order.

  • This study was carried out to get an information on hotel Cook. We need to have a data, information and knowledge on Cook to improve a culinary art training program and working environment. This study was surveyed by 203 Cook to work for deluxe hotels at Bomun, Kyongju. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The great part (81.8%) of the Cook were a male, a half (53.2%) of the Cook were in their twenties or thirties. In academic background, 56.7% of the Cook graduated from senior high school and in career background, 44.4% of the Cook had under 5 years at food enterprise. 2. The almost of the Cook (83.3%) worked with restaurant for 8∼9 hours/day and 66.3% of the Cook earned a million won in a month. The higher grade Cook worked longer hours and earned more money than a lower grade one. 3. The most popular workplace of the male Cook were Western style restaurant, but one of the female Cook were a Korean style restaurant. 4. The Cook have 0.9 unit Cook qualification per one person and the most popular Cook qualification were a Western style culinary art. 5. A half of the Cook asserted their expert skill in Western style Cook, and a third Cook asserted their expert skill in Korean style Cook. 6. A great part of the Cook was unsatisfied with pay (49.2%), work environment (16.6%), human relation (10.4%), and if they have a chance of workplace transfer, 38.8% of the Cook wished to manage their one restaurant. 7. 66.5% of the Cook had a workplace transfer more than a time. The higher grade Cook had more chance to change workplace. Almost of the Cook had no chance to study a culinary art at overseas.

산업간호사의 근무조건 실태 분석 (Working Conditions of Occupational Health Nurses in Korea)

  • Purpose: The aim of the study was to investigate the working condition of occupational health nurses and analyze change pattern of working condition compared to 10 years ago. Method: A questionnaire was measured to 431 occupational health nurses attending the training program held by the Korean Association of Occupational Health Nurses during the period from June 2005 through November 2005. Results: The number of respondents aged 30 years or older and those who are married increased, compared their counterparts found in the earlier study conducted in 1996. Respondents with a college degree accounted for 13.5% in the earlier study, but respondents with a college degree increased to 38.0% in the study. Those with more than 10 years of work experience also increased. Employment type of respondents divided into permanent employment(56.3%) and contract-based employment(41.1%), compared with permanent employment(66.4%) and contract-based employment(32.0%) found in the earlier study. Of total respondents, 91.1% said their retirement age was 55 years or above, and the ratio is higher than that found in the earlier study. Conclusion: The study revealed that the working condition for occupational health nurses especially career recognition, employment type and promotion system were getting worse. It is therefore necessary to implement measures to improve those conditions.

직장 남성들의 근무복 실태조사 연구(1) -근무복 만족도와 선호도를 중심으로- (A Research Study on Work-Man's Uniform(1))

  • The work-man's uniform should be coincident wit the image of his firm and accounted of the function according as its purpose. We made questions to 404 workers at 8 firm in our country through the questionnaire papers to know about a work-man's uniform and researched whether the satisfactory in wearing his uniform had relation with his type of business, grade, carrier, age, marriage, and monthly income. The results of this study is as follows; 1. In the uniform status of the fir, thee were many jumper styles in he design of the uniform. The color of that was more dark than bright and the materials of one was used much more chemical fiber than natural fiber. Each of the field office supplied the uniform to his work-man more frequently than the main office. All of firm payed off the uniform expense and decision of the uniform design was almost made both the firm and the labour union. 2. In he satisfaction of the uniform, the satisfaction of uniform was shown high in the design, color, materials, size and function. The highest dissatisfaction reason is as follows; it was disagreeable to concrete design in the design and dark color and keeping warm or draft was bad in the materials, the bust and pant's length was long in the size. 3. In preference of the uniform, the older of preference in the design was what the working environment and the image of firm was suitable, the characteristic uniform. The order of preference in the color was beige, blue, grey. The preference of in the materials was good to keep warm and draft. The preference in the pattern was 'no pattern' every type of business. The experts, or administrators and office workers than others preferred 'no pattern' of the uniform in the pattern.

국내 선종별 선박승무원 피로도 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Crew Members Fatigue Survey for the Ship Types in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 승선 중인 해기사의 피로도 유발요인에 대한 현황과 개인별 피로도 자각증상 항목들에 대한 실태를 파악하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 선종별로 분석하였다. 설문조사 분석결과 선종별로 많은 해기사들이 수면과 휴식시간의 부족을 겪고 있음을 확인할 수 있었고, 수면을 방해하는 요인은 다양하지만 특히 날씨, 선체의 운동 및 진동, 소음, 거주시설 등 환경적 요인이 많이 작용하는 것을 파악하였다. 그리고 일부 선종의 경우는 하루 평균 10시간 이상 당직근무를 수행하고 있었으며, 과다한 업무로 기인한 스트레스와 더불어 많은 피로감을 느끼는 것으로 조사되었고, 영역별(육체적, 정신적, 감정적) 피로도 증상 측정항목에 대해서 일부항목의 경우는 많은 해기사들이 상당한 피로도 증상을 경험하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

간호사의 야간전담 및 유연근무제도 정착을 위한 실태 조사 (Study on the Establishment of Fixed Night Shifts and Flexible Work Arrangements for Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the welfare status of nurses and the status of fixed night shifts and flexible work arrangements in both general hospitals and advanced general hospitals in Korea. Methods: A total of 167 hospitals participated in this study, done from April to October 2018. Results: There were 103 hospitals utilizing the fixed night shift system, 22 in the two-shift system, 3 in the fixed holiday shift, 79 in the fixed shift system, and 39 in the short-time working system. The average welfare benefits for nurses increased to 33.02 million won on average. However, welfare services for the nurses were poor: 41.8% of the respondents had a nurses' lounge, 81.7% were given dormitory space at their place of employment, 41.8% had access to welfare facilities, and 56.4% were provided with welfare support countermeasures. Conclusion: The results show an increasing trend of hospitals to utilize fixed night shift and flexible work arrangements. An institutional strategy at the national policy level should be established to implement flexible work arrangements including the fixed night shift system, which has a poor level of welfare.

전공의의 수련포기 의도와 영향요인 (Training dropout Intention and Related Factors of Residents)

  • 전공의 수련은 우수한 역량을 지닌 전문의를 양성하는 과정이다. 본 연구는 2017년 4월에 수행한 전공의 수련 및 근무환경 실태조사 결과를 활용하여 전공의의 수련포기 의도와 영향요인을 규명하였다. 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 전공의 1,748명을 대상으로 수련포기 의도를 조사한 결과, '그런 편이다'라고 응답한 전공의는 340명(19.5%), '보통' 518명(29.6%), '그렇지 않은 편이다' 890명(50.9%)으로 나타났다. 전공의의 수련포기와 관련이 있는 요인은 기업 연계병원 여부, 수련연차, 근무시간, 적절한 교육지도 여부, 수련과정 적절성 여부로 나타났다. 바람직한 전공의 교육 수련을 위해서는 전공의 근로환경 정상화와 더불어 내실 있는 교육수련 프로그램 개발, 공정하고 체계적인 평가, 재정적 지원이 필요하다.

한·일 공항비상계획 비교 및 체크인카운터의 항공사 직원 비상대응 실태조사 (Comparison of Airport Emergency Plans in Korea and Japan and Survey of Emergency Response of Airline Employees at Check-in Counter)

  • 본 연구는 공항여객터미널 일반구역에서 재난상황 발생에 대한 대응능력을 향상하기 위한 기초적인 연구로서, 공항비상계획과 재난 발생 시 항공사 지상직원의 비상대응 실태를 조사하였다. 첫째, 공항비상계획은 한국의 김포공항과 일본의 국토교통성의 공항피난계획을 조사하여, 국내 공항비상계획이 구체적이지 않음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 체크인카운터에서 근무하는 항공사 지상직원 100명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 응답자의 69%가 재난상황에서 본인의 역할을 인지하지 못하고 있었으며, 90%가 비상대응에 관한 교육을 받지 않았고, 98%가 일반구역에서의 재난훈련을 받지 않았다. 교차분석을 통해 근속연수가 근무하고 있는 공항의 체감안전도와 재난발생 시 역할인지에 유의미한 결과가 확인되었다. 따라서 향후 공항여객터미널 일반구역의 재난현장 대응능력 향상을 위한 공항 비상대응계획의 개선과 항공사 지상직원에 대한 재난대응 강화 교육 및 훈련을 진행할 것을 제언한다.

국내 의료기관의 의료관련감염 관리 실태 (The status of Healthcare-associated Infection Control among Healthcare Facilities in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 국내 의료기관의 의료관련감염 관리 현황을 파악하고자 시행된 조사연구이다. 134개 의료기관을 대상으로 강문원 등[8]이 개발한 설문지를 보완하여 사용하였다. 조사대상 의료기관의 평균 병상수는 556.4이었고 300병상 미만 의료기관이 26.9%를 차지하였다. 99.3%의 의료기관이 감염관리위원회를 설치하였고 평균 개최 횟수는 연 3.4회였다. 감염관리실무자가 1명 배치된 곳이 54.5%, 전담근무가 62.7%이었다. 실무자의 95.5%가 간호사로 평균 37.2세, 48.9%가 석사 이상, 평균 병원 경력은 13.5년, 감염관리실무 경력은 3.2년이었으며 30.8%가 1년 미만이었다. 감염감시는 100%, 개선활동은 75.4%의 의료기관에서 수행하였다. 감염관리실 설치 및 인력, 감염관리실무자 근무 형태, 감염감시 결과 비교, 감염유행조사, 음압병실, 감염관리 전산프로그램과 손위생 모니터링 실시는 의료기관의 규모에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 300병상 미만 중소 의료기관에서 인력, 조직, 시설이 부족하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 300병상 미만 중소 의료기관의 감염관리 조직과 인력, 실무 정착화를 위한 기초 자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

치과 보철치료 과정에서 발생하는 이물질의 삼킴과 흡인에 대한 실태 조사 (The survey on foreign body ingestion and aspiration during the dental prosthetic treatment)

  • 목적: 치과 보철치료 과정에서 발생하는 이물질의 삼킴과 흡인에 관한 치과의사의 경험 및 인식을 조사함으로써 그 실태를 연구하고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 대전, 충청 지역에 있는 108개 치과 의료 기관에 근무하는 치과의사 157명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여, 빈도분석을 시행하였다. 설문 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 환자의 이물질 삼킴과 흡인의 경험 여부에 차이가 있는지 알기 위해 카이제곱 검정을 시행하였고, 관련 교육 이수 여부에 따른 인식도 차이를 알기 위해 독립표본 t-검정을 시행하였다. 결과: 환자의 구강 내에 이물질을 떨어뜨린 경험이 있는 응답자는 99.4%이었고, 환자의 이물질 삼킴과 흡인 경험이 있는 응답자는 53.5%이었다. 여성보다 남성에서, 근무 경력이 길수록, 전문의보다 일반의에서 환자의 이물질 삼킴과 흡인의 경험 빈도가 높았다(P < .05). 관련된 교육을 이수한 응답자는 50.3%이었다. 관련 교육을 이수했을 때 걱정 정도가 작고, 상황에 대한 대처 자신감이 높았으나, 추후 교육을 이수할 의향은 낮게 나타났다 (P < .05). 결론: 일반치료보다 보철치료를 할 때 이물질 떨어뜨림이 16% 더 높게 나타났다. 치과의사의 53.5%는 환자의 이물질 삼킴과 흡인이 발생한 경험이 있었고, 이 중 이물질 삼킴은 92.9%, 흡인은 7.1%이었다.
