A study on a security model for the establishment of a non-face-to-face smart work working environment in a physical network separation environment of public institutions (공공기관 물리적 망분리 환경에서의 비대면 스마트워크 근무 환경구축을 위한 보안 모델 연구)

  • Due to the recent COVID 19 pandemic, public institutions are increasingly working from home. Working in public institutions is rapidly changing into a smart work environment where time and space constraints disappear. However, many public institutions currently lack a security model for an efficient smart work environment due to the physical network separation system that separates the Internet network and the business network. Therefore, in this paper, we describe the current limitations for implementing smart work in a physical network separation environment of public institutions, and propose a security model necessary for a work environment to supplement them. As a related study, explain SSL VPN and explain smart work business model through security model research of SDP (Software Defined Perimeter), RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol), and VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) to overcome the security limitations of SSL VPN. As a result, we intend to propose a security model for a smart work environment suitable for public institutions while complying with the physical network separation security guide.

Resilience and Characteristics of Sleep and Defense among Shift Work Nurses (교대근무자의 회복력과 수면 및 방어 특성)

  • Objectives: Shift work is a stressful situation. It is important to know the factors associated with the ability to adapt to a shift work schedule. The aim of the present study was to investigate the association between sleep, as well as personality variables, and the resilience of shift work nurses. Method: Self-report questionnaires were administered to 95 nurses who worked in one national university hospital. Connor-Davidson resilience scale, hospital anxiety and depression scale, morningness-eveningness scale, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, other sleep-related questionnaires, and Korean defense style questionnaires were used. Results: Age, shift work duration, off-day oversleep, depression, anxiety, adaptive defense style, and self-suppressive defense style were significantly associated with resilience (p < 0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that age (${\beta}=0.34$, p < 0.05), depression (${\beta}=-0.25$, p < 0.05), adaptive defense style (${\beta}=0.45$, p < 0.001), and self-suppressive defense style (${\beta}=-0.19$, p < 0.05) significantly predicted the resilience of shift work nurses. Concerning individual defense mechanisms, resignation (${\beta}=-0.20$, p < 0.05), sublimation (${\beta}=0.19$, p < 0.05), omnipotence (${\beta}=0.19$, p < 0.05), and humor (${\beta}=0.20$, p < 0.05) significantly predicted the resiliency. Conclusion: The findings indicate that a specific defense style and other mechanisms were associated with the resilience of shift work nurses. A future prospective study with more participants could further clarify the relationship between sleep-related variables, as well as personality factors, and resilience of shift work nurses.

A study on Classification of Temporarily Access Group about Sanitation Workers in Nuclear Medicine Department (핵의학과 환경미화원의 일시 출입자 분류에 대한 고찰)

  • Purpose: Those who access to the nuclear medicine department are classified as radiation workers, temporarily access group, and occasional access group as defined by the atomic energy law. The radiation workers and temporarily access people wear a personal radiation dosimeter for checking their own radiation absorbed dose periodically. However, because of the sanitation workers, classified as temporarily access group, who are working in the nuclear medicine department are moved in a cycle with other departments and their works are changeful, it is hard to control their radiation absorbed dose. Thus, this study is going to examine the state of the sanitation worker's radiation absorbed dose, and then make sure whether they are classified as temporarily access group or not. Materials and methods: In the first instance, the first sanitation worker who works in vitro laboratory and PET room and the second sanitation worker who works in gamma camera rooms (invivo room) wore radiation dosimeter-OSL(Optically Stimulated Luminescence)- to measure their own radiation absorbed dose during work time from May to June 2011. Secondly, this study was taken place 5 places in gamma camera rooms, 2 places in PET bed room, operating room, waiting room and cyclotron room in PET and 4 places in vitro laboratory. And then to measure the radiation space dose rate, it is measured 10 times each of places as sanitation worker's work flow by using radiation survey meter. Results: The radiation absorbed dose on OSL of the first c who works in vitro laboratory and PET room and the second one who works in gamma camera rooms are 0.04, 0.02 mSv per month respectively. That means the estimated annual radiation absorbed doses are less than 1mSv as 0.48, 0.24 mSv/yr respectively. The radiation space dose rates as sanitation worker's work flow using survey meter are 0.0037, 0.0019 mSv/day, so the estimated annual radiation absorbed dose are 0.93, 0.47 mSv/yr respectively. The weighted exposure dose of first sanitation worker of each places are 1.62% in cyclotron room, 3.88% in waiting room, 2.39% in operating room, 81.01% in bed room of PET and 11.01% in vitro laboratory. The weighted exposure dose of second sanitation worker of each places are 45.22% in radiopharmaceutical laboratory, gamma 30.64% in camera rooms, 15.65% in waiting room, 8.49% in reading room. Conclusion: The annual radiation absorbed doses on OSL of both sanitation workers are less than 1 mSv per year and the annual radiation absorbed doses by using survey meter are less than 1mSv either, but close up to 1 mSv. Thus, to clarify whether the sanitation workers are temporarily access group or not, and to be lessen their s radiation absorbed dose, they should be educated about management of radiation and modified their work flow or work time appropriately, their radiation absorbed dose would be lessen certainly.

  • To date, the majority of research on empowerment has focussed on the individual job incumbent's psychological experience of empowerment and linking this with various work-related outcomes. However, a model that focuses on individual subjective reactions is at best incomplete if it does not include an examination of the contextual factors that shape those perceptions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among situational factors, psychological empowerment and employee's attitudes. The data were collected by questionnaire from a sample of 525 employees who were working at business organizations in Kangwon area. Results indicated that organizational characteristics such as access to information, LMX, and participative climate were positively related to an employee's psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment was positively related to an employee's job attitudes such as organizational commitment and innovative behavior. Finally, theoretical and practical implications from the results were discussed.

  • Training, unlike education in holistic perspective, not only affects individual's potential of work competencies such as knowledge and technology, but also affects the job performance in organizational perspective. The effectiveness of training for civil servants who participated in mock jury trial learning of Suwon-si was verified using CIPP model. Participants valued the significance of the process of training rather than the conclusion that draws a certain solution, and based on the comparison and analysis of pre·post evaluations, the educational effect of mock trial training and its utilization at work in the future was higher than before the training, proving its effectiveness. In terms of the implications of training programs in addition to the program planner's evaluation, participant constitution in consideration of sex or employment period is needed for learning interaction among various learners, and information acquisition training on various local issues and conflict situations, as well as the combination of deliberation learning, are needed. in addition, it may be supplemented through customized conflict management raining related to pending projects for the effectiveness of training.

Relationship between Job Burden, Job Stress Coping Level and Job Satisfaction of Nurses at Local Hub Hospital in the COVID-19 Situation (COVID-19 상황에서 지역거점병원 간호사의 직무부담감, 직무스트레스 대처수준과 직무만족도와의 관계)

  • This study was conducted to identify factors that affect the job satisfaction of nurses at local hub hospital in the COVID-19 situation. Data were collected from 230 nurses working at 4 local hub hospital in C-do through a questionnaire. Using SPSS/WIN statistics 25.0, the data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Linear Regression. Factors that were significant to the job satisfaction of nurses at local hub hospital were self-efficacy(t=3.003, p=.003), G local hub hospital(t=2.739, p=.007), and job burden(t=-4.291, p<.001) which showed 44.1% of the explanation. In conclusion, in order to increase job satisfaction of nurses at local hub hospitals in the COVID-19 situation, it is necessary to develop a convergence program that improves self-efficacy, and policy support is needed to lower the job burden.

  • 최근 지구 온난화와 기후변화, 그에 따른 이상기후로 인하여 대규모 홍수피해가 발생함과 동시에 오랜 시간 동안 가뭄이 지속되어 재난관리가 더욱 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 영산강홍수통제소는 효율적인 재난관리를 위해 영산강권역의 5대강 및 해안지역의 수위·강수량·유량 등 수문조사시설을 설치·운영하여 홍수·갈수예보를 통해 재난관리를 수행하고 있다. 2020년 영산강홍수통제소 관할권역의 홍수기 강수량은 예년에 비해 약 150% 내외의 많은 강수가 내렸다. 영산강, 섬진강, 동진강 수계는 8월에 가장 많은 비가 내려 487.4 mm, 619.5 mm, 503.7 mm의 강수가 기록되었고, 8월의 예년 대비 강수량은 181%, 200%, 192% 수준이었다. 만경강과 탐진강은 7월 강수량이 535.1 mm, 365.5 mm로 가장 많았고, 7월 강수량의 예년비는 193%, 141%의 수준이었다. 특히 8.7~8.8일 섬진강 유역의 남원시(신덕리)와 영산강 유역 담양군(광주댐)에는 각각 542 mm, 654 mm의 기록적인 강수가 관측되었다. 이틀간의 집중호우로 영산강 및 섬진강 유역의 여러 지역에서 홍수피해가 발생했으며, 특히 남원시, 구례군, 하동군에서 홍수 피해 규모가 컸다. 영산강홍수통제소는 2020년 총 51회의 비상근무를 실시하여 홍수상황에 대응 하였으며, 15개 홍수특보지점 중 탐진강 유역 장흥군(예양교)를 제외한 14개 지점에 대해 홍수주의보 22회, 홍수경보 14회 등 36회의 홍수특보를 발령하였다. 홍수특보 지점의 대부분 지점에서 기왕 최고치에 근접하거나 이를 초과하였다. 홍수주의보 수위를 초과한 지점은 총 14개소이며, 이 중 계획홍수위 초과 6개소, 홍수경보 수위 초과 5개소, 홍수주의보 수위 초과 3개소이다. 또한 위기단계별 홍수정보 943건을 30개기관 595명에게 제공하여 관계기관의 방재활동을 지원하였으며, 관할수계 다목적댐 3개소, 발전댐 1개소, 용수댐 1개소, 농업용저수지 10개소, 다기능보 2개소, 홍수조절지 2개소에 181회의 방류승인을 통해 홍수조절을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 2020년 홍수기간 동안 영산강 및 섬진강의 홍수상황 및 홍수대응 현황을 분석하고, 향후 홍수상황에 대비코자 한다.

A Design and Implementation of the Temperature Testing Equipment Malfunction Monitoring System Using Arduino (아두이노를 이용한 온도시험 장비 오동작 감시 시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • This paper suggests a system that can detect malfunctions of the temperature testing equipment, and then notify this information to surroundings using arduino. Precision electronics need a test under extremely high/low temperature using temperature called a chamber. If this chamber have a malfunction situation, the precision electronics under test is damaged and scrapped. Especially when the temperature test is automatically conducted at night with no representative, this system monitors the actual temperature of the tested product in real-time by attaching a temperature sensor to the inside of the test equipment. In case when it is out of the temperature range set up by the tester, the damage to high-priced products can be prevented in the condition of extremely high/low temperature, by turning off the power of the temperature testing equipment, and also notifying this information to the worker at night-time. Regardless of the equipment manufacturers, proposed system in this paper can be applied to all kind of temperature testing equipments, and it can be also produced for low cost.

Convergence factors Affecting Burnout of Emergency Room Nurses During the COVID-19 Pandemic (COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 응급실 간호사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인)

  • This study is descriptive research to investigate the effects of COVID-19 stress, interpersonal (caregiver-patient) stress, and emotional labor on burnout in emergency room (ER) nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data collection of this study was conducted from December 9 to 23, 2021 with ER nurses working at five tertiary general hospitals and general hospitals of Medical Center H. The data was collected with a questionnaire using tools measuring the subjects' general & job-related characteristics, COVID-19 stress, interpersonal(caregiver-patient) stress, emotional labor and burnout. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 statistical program for frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The average score of COVID-19 stress in ER nurses was 3.64, interpersonal(caregiver-patient) stress 4.35, emotional labor 3.38, and burnout 3.44. As a result of analyzing differences according to general & job-related characteristics, burnout showed a significant difference according to gender, marital status, total clinical experience, and working organization. And burnout showed a significant positive correlation with COVID-19 stress, interpersonal stress and emotional labor. As a result of multiple linear regression analysis, regional emergency medical centers and local emergency medical centers among the work organization types, interpersonal stress, COVID-19 stress, and gender and the explanatory power was 28.6%. Through these results, we intend to provide basic data for the development of an intervention program to prevent burnout of emergency room nurses and improve nursing performance at the time of a new infectious disease pandemic.

S씨 사무실에는 근무하는 사람이 달랑 3명이다. 아내가 경리 및 관리를 맡고 있고, 계약직 직원 한명이 자판기 운영관리를 담당한다. S씨는 간혹 가다 있는 실수요 판매를 진행할 정도이고, 방판 영업은 중단한지 오래이다. 과거 4년여 전만 하도 영업사원을 5명 거느리고 있었지만 시장이 죽자 방판조직을 없애 버린 것. 메이커 전문점의 간판을 걸어 놓고 한 달에 1-2대 기계를 판매하고 있을 뿐이다. 사례 3>> 기자가 취재를 위해 과거 자판기 판매 영업을 잘하기로 유명했던 모유통점 사정에게 연락을 했다. 그러나 그에게 들여오는 말은 실망스러웠다. "이제 자판기 사업은 안하는데요." 자판기 시장이 극도의 침체를 보이다 보니 자판기 영업을 포기하고, 다른 아이템 분야로 사업을 바꿨다. 위의 사례들은 우리 아웃도어 자판기들이 처한 현실을 여실히 보여 준다. 과거만 해도 아웃도어 자판기들은 방문판매 영업의 주 타깃시장으로 자판기 시장 활성화에 중추적인 역할을 했던 게 사실이다. 하지만 시장은 급격하게 몰락을 하여 비전을 잃어버린 시장이 되었다. 아웃도어 자판기들은 하나하나 사라지고 있으며, 자판기 방문판매 시장은 거의 명맥만 이어가고 있을 정도로 심각한 상황이다. 어쩌다 시장이 이렇게 되어 버린 걸까? 자판기 산업의 가장 핵심 로케이션인 아웃도어가 어쩌다가 경쟁력을 읽고 퇴출당하는 상황을 맞고 있는 것일까? 위기의 아웃도어 자판기 시장을 되살린 방법은 과연 없는 것일까?
