  • The subject of this study is the arrangement of the works for the publication of Garam Lee Byeong-gi's complete works and the direction for developing the study of Garam. The publication of Garam Lee Byeonggi's complete works is to investigate, collect, arrange, and publish all his works that he wrote during in his lifetime, that is, all his separated volumes and all materials that were published in newspapers and magazines. Garam Lee Byeong-gi's complete works will be published in October 2017. The volumes that will be published in Garam Lee Byeong-gi's complete works are two sijo collections, a volume of sijo theory, a volume of Korean literature history, a volume of an outline of Korean literature, eight annotated books, six translation books and the selections, 11 textbooks, two bibliography, one history book for children, the handwritten diaries (49 notebooks), and one notebook of archaic words. They are in total 35 kinds of books. Also, if about 850 writings published in over 118 newspapers, magazines, and scholarly journals and 47 school songs are added, all materials amount to about 930 pieces of writing. These vast and different works will be printed in compilation which will be made up

  • 19세기말 근대행정이 근대행정 이론에 입각하여 모습을 나타낸 이래 5-10년이 다르게 변모하여 왔으며 과거의 관리적인 측면을 강조하던 행정이 50-60년대 이후 계획, 발전적인 측면을 지향하게 됨에 따라 경제성장, 생산, 인력의 측면에 있어 과거의 실적통계를 바탕으로 통계적 방법에 의거 계량적 계획모델을 수립하는 경우가 많아졌다. 그러므로 이 계획수립의 기본이 되는 통계가 매우 중요하게 되었으며 통계결과 수치의 정확성여부는 곧 계획이나 정책자체의 타당성 여부를 결정짓는 관건이 되었다. 이에 따라 노동행정과 노동통계의 관계에 있어서도 노동행정 대상의 중심이 사업체이고, 이에 종사하는 근로자와 사용자이기 때문에 무엇보다도 이 행정대상의 현황을 정확하게 파악하는 것이 가장 중요한 일이다.

  • 김해시는 유구한 역사와 문화를 가진 농경지 중심의 전통적인 농경고장이었으나 근대화의 진전으로 인하여 부산이라는 대도시권에 인접하여 급속한 발전을 하게 되어 인구유입에 따르는 제반의 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 지방자치제도의 실행은 어느 지역에서보다도 김해시 지역에서 경영행정을 추구하는 김해경영을 모토로 행정서비스의 품질향상올 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 김해시의 노력은 조직의 구성에서도 이미 타시도에서는 볼 수 없는 경영혁신과를 신설하여 행정경영의 의지를 시현하고 있다. 본 고에서는 향후 발전적인 도시인 김해시가 가지게 되는 당면한 문제를 10가지의 영역에서 거시적으로 제시하며 이에 대한 유연하고도 적절한 조직적 대처를 통하여 김해시의 행정서비스의 효율성을 증대의 필요성을 제시하고 있다. 이를 위하여 김해시의 명확한 비전의 설정과 이를 추진하기 위한 전략적인 계획에 의한 마케팅 마인드를 형성한 시스템적인 접근방식에 따라 운영한다면 김해시의 조직의 효율성과 활성화에 따른 보다 명확한 목표를 달성할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 그러므로 관리지향적이며 통제지향적인 조직의 측면을 보다 효율적인 운영제고를 위하여 정책지향적이고 서비스 지향적인 전략으로 조직개편이 이루어진다면 김해시의 선진 복지행정 구현을 위한 김해경영의 목표 수준은 향상 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Korean Modernization is the period which Western Culture is settled as common sense, but modern introsepction of Confucianism acted as a sign to ask what is the basis of Korean modern subject. Park Eun-Sik transformed the basis of our thinking from Confucianism to the philosophy of Wang Yangming in the crash time of the Confucianism metaphysical structure. Park Eun-sik organized Definition of Real Me(眞我論) with the idealogical basis, that is, benevolence of the whole creation of the universe(萬物一體之仁) and the origin of the mind(良知) of Wang Yangming. He tried to realize the Basis of Confuciasism in the modern era with the origin of the mind(良知). And also he tried to figure out the origin of Confucianism by The public(民衆). He suggested the Public(民衆) as the unity to realize the Confucianism as equalitarianism. Park Eun-Sik declared the thought of great unity and peace of Korea(大同平和思想) with the idea of Real Me(眞我論) and benevolence of the whole creation of the universe(萬物一體之仁). Great unity and peace of Korea(大同平和思想) is based with the origin of the mind(良知) of Wang Yangming and is realized to be fulfilled as the thought of great unity and peace of Korea(大同平和思想).

  • 스페인은 이베리아반도의 대부분을 차지하고 있는 나라로, 옛날에는 경제대국으로 번영하였다. 근세에 와서는 농어업국으로, 근대과학에서 뒤떨어진 감이 있다. 그러나 현재에는 과학기술의 진흥을 정책의 중심과제로 삼아 해외기술의 도입과 국제협력을 강력히 추진하여 선진공업국을 지향하고 있다. 이러한 정세하에서 스페인에서 추진되고 있는 에너지 사정과 그 연구개발 현황을 살펴보고자 한다.

'Gaebyeok' and the New Civilization of Kang Jeungsan (강증산의 '개벽'과 새로운 문명)

  • The purpose of this study is to look at the concept of Gaebyeok as used by Kang Jeungsan (姜甑山) from a civilizational perspective. The combination of East Asian civilization during the period of Korea's port-opening and the subsequent inflow of Western powers with material civilization all at the forefront in the late Joseon Korea, served as the driving force for a new civilizational transition. Unlike the Chuk-sa Party and the Gae-hwa Party, modern Korean religions that emphasized Gaebyeok also responded to Western civilization and suggested a new view of civilization. Kang Jeung-san, resisting discrimination and oppression, presented a civilization built upon mutual beneficence while criticizing Western civilizations which centered on reason. Amid this process of the spread of modern Western civilization, Jeungsan declared the construction of a new civilization to the people who were negatively impacted by various social factions, such as class and gender discrimination, political corruption, exploitation via political corruption, and the inflow of Western powers. Jeungsanist Thought developed criticisms of materialism and human alienation, and this resulted in the claim of Gaebyeok. This was an expression of efforts to build a new civilization that aimed to harmonize, integrate, and thrive. The new civilization envisioned by Jeungsan was that of a society run according to mutual beneficence, and it can be summarized as a 'Civilization of Harmonious Union' that integrates philosophical thought and civilizational models of both East and West. This could also be referred to a 'Civilization of Public-commons and Harmony between Divine Beings and Human Beings (神人公共).' The life of Jeungsan was a life spent in the service of curing the world to save the lives of humanity. Since then, his 'movement of mutual beneficence' as observed in Mugeuk-do and Taegeuk-do were also efforts to build the new civilization envisioned by Jeungsan.

  • The purpose of this study is, first, to establish a theory about the conflict between sustainable tourism development and the restoration process of modern cultural heritage. Second, a research model is established through literature research, and the difference in perception between the local government (Incheon Jung-gu Office) and the local residents is analyzed. Third, based on the results of the analysis, we will present a conflict management strategy for sustainable tourism development in the modern hotel restoration project. If a conflict management strategy is presented based on the analysis results, first, a procedure to confirm whether the goal of development for sustainable tourism development and local residents is the same before the modern cultural heritage restoration project is necessary. Second, it is necessary to coordinate opinions on priority items among sustainable tourism development indicators during the modern cultural heritage restoration project. Third, in the modern cultural heritage restoration project, priority should be given to the change of awareness of the development subject rather than the change of awareness of the local residents. Fourth, in the modern cultural heritage restoration project, the development entity should attempt continuous dialogue and compromise in an effort to find an alternative that satisfies local residents. Fifth, in the modern cultural heritage restoration project, it would be effective to pay special attention to and focus on the part of 'adjustment of opinions' where the difference of opinion between the developer and the local residents is the largest.

  • BAG-O-MATIC PRESS-라고 하면 근대의 타이어 가류를 제한 기계이다. 인건비가 높은 미국은 더욱 성역화를 지향하여 이 가류기를 개발했던 것이다. 그것에 대해 종전후의 일본은 노동력이 풍부했던 고로 실업대란의 일환으로서 이 자동가류기의 설치를 거절해왔다. 연이나 일본도 이것을 장기적으로는 주저하고 있을 수 없었다. 우선 부릳지스톤타이어가 B.O.M을 도입해서 성역화에 성공, 이어서 전사가 이것의 채용에 이르렀다. 그를 위해서의 주역을 맡은 것이 신호(고오배)제강소이다. 동사가 미국으로부터 동기술을 도입, 국산화를 시작해서 벌써 13년, 생산대수도 2천대를 돌파했다는 것이다. 그렇기는 해도 LOADER의 문제, POST INFLATOR의 문제등, 일본에서의 완전화에의 도정도 간단하지는 않았다. 하나 타이어관계자로서 이 가류기가 타이어계에 공헌한 정도의 큼을 잊어서는 안되겠다. 앞으로도 타이어 기술의 진보와 함께 더욱 발달된 가류기 개발에의 노력도 계속될 것이고 또 요구도 되고 있다.

A Study on Korean Language Translation of Chinese Traditional Hansi in the 1910s and 1920s (1910~20년대 시인의 전통 한시 국역 양상과 의미 연구 - 최남선, 김소월, 김억, 이광수를 중심으로 -)

  • This study examines Korean language translations of traditional Chinese hansi in the 1910s and 1920s. In the $20^{th}$ century, many poets translated Chinese and Korean traditional hansi into Korean. In the early $20^{th}$ century, Korean language began to be used as a national public language. At that time, not only hansi but also poetry from several other languages had been translated into Korean. Choi Nam-sun in the 1910s and Kim So-woel, Kim Eok, and Lee Kwang-su in the 1920s translated Chinese traditional hansi, focusing on famous Dang dynasty poetry from Tu Fu and Li Bai, etc. Choi Nam-sun's translation in the 1910s aimed to consider poetry as a written literature. On the contrary, Kim So-woel, Kim Eok, and Lee Kwang-su believed that Korean modern verse literature should be songs as well as poetry, and their translations in the 1920s aimed to create songs as spoken literature by focusing on orality and universality. Though Korean is now the language, the literary history of hansi continues in modern poetry.

  • Mun Il-pyeong(1888-1939) is famous for a nationalist historian led history into popular style to enlighten the public. This paper aims to overview the characteristic of Mun Il-pyeong's history based on prior studies on Mun Il-pyeong's works. The characteristic of Mun Il-pyeong's history shows us people centric trend based on a struggle of classes. For the people, he insisted that description of history should be easy and scientific for the people who are host of history. And Mun Il-pyeong insisted the harmony of nationalist history and positive history. This was a progressive attitude in writing history at that time. Another characteristic of Mun Il-pyeong's history is that he considered cultural history as important. Mun Il-pyoeng wanted to overcome the ashamed political history by cultural history. In this intention, Korean history was again born proudful by him. Mun Il-pyoeng pursued open nationalism, not ultra-nationalism by connecting with other world. This paper focused on the essential part of Mun Il-pyoeng's history. Many scholars think Mun Il-pyeong focused on Korean modern history or history of foreign relation. But I think Mun Il-pyeong attached importance to Practical Learning, Sirhak in late Joseon dynasty. Because Sirhak contained Mun Il-pyeong's academic intention, Modernism and Culturism dreamed from his youth age. Therefore he led so-called Joseonhak Undong meaning study of Sirhak. Studying Sirhak made Mun Il-pyeong open a new direction Korean modern history have to go.
