노사정위원회가 경제위기 극복을 위한 고통분담의 대타협을 마침내 일궈냈다. 노동계ㆍ기업ㆍ정부 등 3대 경제주체의 대표가 지난 1월 15일 노사정위원회를 구성하고 20일 제1차 공동선언문을 발표한데 이어 2월 6일 협의를 마무리짓고 제2차 공동선언문을 발표한 것이다. 협의과정에서 계속된 철야회의, 팽팽한 의견대립, 일부 대표의 회의장 퇴장 등 우여곡절이 적지 않았다. 그러나 나라 전체에 걸친 신속하고도 근본적인 개혁의 단행없이는 도저히 극복할 수 없는 총체적 국가위기라는 데 인식을 같이 하고 공정한 고통분담으로 경제위기를 극복하고자 의견을 모았다.

말도많고탈도많은전자책. 많은사람들이한번쯤은들어봤겠지만, 실제제대로사용해본사람은많지않다. 더구나올바른개념을가지고있는사람들은찾아보 기힘든것이전자책이다. 이번호에서는전자책을이용해서얻을수있는매력과이익을작은이야기로구성했다. 기존의종이책에서는극복할수없었던6가지제 약(Constraint)들이전자책을통해극복되어가는과정을소개한다.

지난 2007년 진행되었던 와이브로 기술의 IMT-2000 표준화 과정을 되짚어 봄으로써 와이브로 기술에 제기된 의문점들이 무엇 인지와 이를 어떻게 극복했는지를 살펴보고, 이를 통해 앞으로 예상되는 IMT-Advanced 등의 국제 표준화 과정에서 준비해야 할 일들에서 고찰해보고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the process of overcoming the intention toward turnover experienced by career nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 10 career nurses though in-depth interviews about their experiences. The main question was "How do you describe your experience of the process of overcoming intention to turnover as a career nurse?" Qualitative data from field and transcribed notes were analyzed using Strauss & Corbin's grounded theory methodology. Results: From the participants' statement, 127 concepts, 34 subcategories and 13 categories were extracted through the open coding process. The core category was discovered to be 'back to the original place'. Phenomenon was identified as 'reached the threshold that cannot be withstood' and this series of process was categorized as having four stages: 'conflict', 'meditation', 'discovery' and 'conquest'. There were three types of overcoming turnover intention in career nurses, 'adjustment', 'compromise', 'self-led'. Conclusion: The results of this study produced useful information about the needs of career nurses during the process of overcoming turnover intention based on their stage and overcoming types of turnover intension. Ultimately this study may help decrease the turnover intention of career nurses.

The present study comprehensively explored the experiences of cognitive decline and of overcoming such decline in climacteric women to gain a deeper understanding of these women's cognitive health issues. Fourteen climacteric women were recruited, and data were collected through in-depth qualitative interviews. The collected data were analyzed using phenomenological methods suggested by Colliazzi. The quality of the present study was further improved according to the evaluative criteria for rigor suggested by Lincoln and Guba. The interviews resulted in 210 statements, 43 significant statements, 17 themes, and 5 theme clusters. The theme clusters were "loss of memory and distraction in everyday life," "struggle to overcome," "greeting an inevitable guest," "conforming to life changes," and "dreams of the past and future plans." As they experienced menopause, the participating women experienced decline in memory and concentration, as well as problems communicating. Climacteric women experienced cognitive decline during menopause and made significant efforts to overcome it; therefore, effective programs that promote cognitive function and adaptation should be provided for climacteric women.

우리나라 당뇨병환자의 95%를 차지하고 있는 제 2형 당뇨병(인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병)은 크게 두 가지 기전에 의해 발생하게 된다. 하나는 포도당을 사용하고 만들어내는 근육이나 간에서 인슐린이 제대로 작용하지 않는 인슐린 저항성이고, 다른 하나는 인슐린 저항성을 극복하기 위해 췌장에서 인슐린을 많이 만들어야 하는데 필요한 양만큼을 못 만들어내는 인슐린의 상대적 부족 상태이다. 따라서 이 두 과정을 해결하면 혈당을 떨어뜨리고 몸의 포도당 농도를 정상으로 만들 수 있게 된다. 두 번째 과정인 인슐린의 상대적 부족을 해결하여 혈당을 조절하는 것으로 췌장에서 인슐린 분비를 촉진시키는 약제가 설폰요소제, 메글리티나이드이다. 그리고 첫 번째 과정인 인슐린 저항성을 극복하여 혈당을 조절하는 약제가 본 연제에서 다루게 될 메트포르민, 치아졸리디네디온제 계통의 약물로 인슐린이 작용하는 근육, 간에서 인슐린이 보다 효율적으로 작용하게 하여 인슐린 효과 증강제로 분류한다.

본 연구는 도시의 근간 시설인 하수도 관거를 관리하는데 있어 필요한 정보를 취득하기 위하여 사용되어왔던 과거의 폐쇄회로 카메라에 의한 영상 취득 방식이 가지고 있는 한계를 극복하고, 자세한 정보를 취득하기 위하여 영상을 이용한 도면화 방안에 대한 방법을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 측면 카메라를 이용하여 취득된 영상을 수치영상처리과정을 통하여 처리하고, 영상 모자이크 기법을 적용하여 합성의 과정을 거친 후 위치 정보와 결합하는 과정을 통하여 하수관거에 대한 정밀한 정보를 취득하는 과정을 개발하였으며, 이에 필요한 장비를 개발하였다. 이러한 연구의 과정을 통하여 도출된 결과는 하수관거의 내부 정보를 정밀하게 취득할 수 있었으며, 향후 지형정보체계 등과 결합하여 효율적인 정보의 운용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Convergence-based Smart Work in Korea started from 2010 with a purpose to improve work-life balance. Up to now the previous research on Smart Work has been studied in the context of the pre-adoption or the adoption stage, and shows some limitations not finding out the effort to manage change, the issues occurred in the process of adopting Smart Work, and the performance after adopting Smart Work. The period after adoption is when users continue to use ICT and intended objectives can be accomplished. Therefore, this study investigated the process that the organizations adopting Smart Work have overcome spatial and temporal constraints and the performance that they have achieved after adopting it. Though the framework integrating time-geography theory with technology acceptance stage, this research interviewed four managers of three organizations being responsible for adopting and operating Smart Work and provided its adopting process and performance of each organization.

착상은 정상적으로 발육한 건강한 배아와 자궁내막과의 만남으로 이루어진다. 따라서 착상을 이해하려면 배아의 발달 과정 및 배아가 착상시 극복해야 하는 정상적인 과정, 즉 배아와 자궁조직과의 접촉, 혈관 연결, 착상 내막 조직의 변화 및 모체 면역체계의 변화 등에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 배아에 염색체 이상 등이 동반되는 경우 건강한 signal로 자궁내막을 변화시킬 수 없으며 결과적으로 착상의 실패를 가져오게 된다. 착상과정에 있어 배아는 스스로의 정상적인 발달과정을 통하여 자궁내막의 변화를 일으킬 뿐 아니라, 또한 모체의 면역기전으로 부터 스스로를 보호할 능력을 갖추게 되므로 건강치 못한 배아는 자연도태된다.

The purpose of this study was to explore strategies for promoting distance education program and for providing total information for teachers about curriculum of distance educational training institute. In 2007, there were 65 institutes of distance education training, but we don't have enough information about curriculum of the institutes. To analyze curriculums of the institutes, it had been selected 33 institutes of 65, and 567 of performance training programs, 317 of optional programs, and 23 of free training programs. The following results were obtained : (1) It calls for easy accessibility to distance educational training institutes (2) It has to overcome biased status that private institutes have more courses than government institutes'. (3) It will be needed to make diverse courses for teacher's capabilities. (4) It calls for course development of several subject matters (5) It will be needed to maintenance for running course continuously. (6) It has to make supporting plan for excellent courses by government.
