  • Grating is an installed structure on the road for drain. This paper proposes a new product which can prevent the accumulation of earth and sand through the improvement of Grating structure. There were usually harmful insects and bad smell because of accumulated garbage in the frame of previous product. The product had a reverse-flowing sewage due to the bad draining in case of rain. The whole thing of the existing Grating installed with the one set of frame and main body should be changed when it was damaged. This study is to develop a structure which can separate grating main body from frame and grating main body can equip and separate after fixing frame to the manhole with cement. also install jig for the loss prevention and change for the better.

  • The grating is the main purpose of drainage in civil engineering, architecture. This study examined the change and stress distribution by simulating three models of Vertical type grating structures that reduced the resistibility in respect of velocity rather than horizontal type grating and to design a grating with the optimal grating gap. The vertical type and horizontal type grating were compared in terms of the maximum stress and strain to identify the better product.

  • D/In modern production industries, computer aided systems have been improving the efficiency and convenience of the various stages of work. However. as the complexity of computerized production systems increases, various techniques are still necessary. The problem we addressed occurs in computer systems that automatically make manufacturing process plans in the metal grating manufacturing industry. In the grating layout design, the key to saving the manufacturing cost is to find a design with the minimal number of cutting operations. The proposed genetic algorithm explores the feasible alternatives within the space until an optimal solution is obtained.

  • In this work, we investigated the diffraction of inverse-hemisphere shaped polymer grating. The grating was fabricated by using soft lithography of hexagonally close-packed PS nanospheres. The periodicity of the grating was tuned by swelling in acetone and the diffraction wavelength shift induced from lattice change was measured. This device can be used as a strain gauge or a chemical sensor.

  • In this paper. we propose an efficient method for implementing hi-directional pixel-based focusing(BiPBF) based on a sparse array imaging technique. The proposed method can improve spatial resolution and frame rate of ultrasound imaging with reduced hardware complexity by synthesizing transmit apertures with a small number of sparsely distributed subapertures. As the distance between adjacent subapertures increases, however. the image resolution tends to decrease due to the elevation of grating lobes. Such grating lobes can be eliminated in conventional synthetic aperture imaging techniques. On the contrary, grating lobes arisen from employing sparse synthetic transmit apertures can not be eliminated, which has been shown analytically in this paper. We also propose the condition and method for suppressing the grating lobes below -40dB, which is generally required in practical imaging. by placing the transmit focal depth at a near depth and properly selecting the subaperture distance in Proportion to receive aperture size. The results of both the Phantom and in vivo experiments show that the proposed method implements two-wav dynamic focusing using a smaller number of subapertures, resulting in reduced system complexity and increased frame rate.

  • The steel grating discussed in this study is a drain cover that enhances the rigidity of the steel frame using an inclined inflow tract for wastewater, facilitates smooth drainage, and prevents the escape of bad smell from the drain. Recently, the urban problem of bad smell in sewerage lines has been hindering the improvement of living standards. Moreover, the frequent failure of existing products deters bad smell prevention measures and results in administrative power and budget wastage. The pressure to reduce budgets propels the increased demand for functional steel grating. Thus, this study focused on optimizing the design parameters of a steel grating by simultaneously considering its rigidity and drainage efficiency.
