균형성과표는 기존의 재무적인 성과를 포함하는 다양한 영역의 측정이 가능할 뿐 만 아니라 각 지표 사이의 인과관계를 관리할 수 있으므로 정보화 성과의 원인을 파악할 수 있고 이에 따르는 개선방안과 목표치를 설정하여 성과 개선 방안을 마련할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학의 종합정보 시스템을 도입하면서 얻어진 정보화 성과에 대하여 균형성과표(BSC)에서 제공하는 4 가지 균형 잡힌 관점을 통해 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 BSC 이론을 바탕으로 최근 대학주변의 경쟁 환경에 대응 할 수 있는 전략적 목표 및 비전의 평가 지표를 선정한 후, 대학의 공공성과 효율성을 조화시켜 정보시스템의 성과 평가에 적용하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 현장에서 구현된 실무사례를 대상으로 제안된 방법을 적용 및 평가하였다.

BioRescue ($RMIng{\acute{e}}nierie$, Marseille, France) is able to assess dynamic and static balance when a test subject stands or sits over the platform. Although previous studies have examined the reliability of other balance measurement methods, little research has been conducted on the reliability of equipment such as BioRescue. This study examined the intra-rater and inter-rater reliability of BioRescue during balance assessment. Thirty-four healthy adults participated as subjects and two physical therapists participated as examiners to determine intra- and inter-rater reliability. BioRescue was used to conduct measurements during footprint (area and pressure), Romberg, and limit of stability tests. The footprint area and limit of stability tests yielded intra- and inter-rater reliability ICC values above 0.60 in all directions. However, the footprint pressure and Romberg tests yielded values below 0.60 in all directions. BioRescue showed good inter-rater and intra-rater reliability in measurements during footprint area and limit of stability tests. However, because the values of limits of stability show the difference between experienced and unskilled, skill is required for the accuracy of the equipment.

본 연구는 Usability의 투자 성과관리(ROI: Return On Investment)를 위한 균형성과지표(BSC: Balanced ScoreCard) 관점에서의 Framework 개발을 목표로 한다. 2000년 이후 Usability에 대한 투자 규모는 높은 증가세를 유지해 왔으나 대규모 투자가 진전되는 가운데 Usability투자의 수익성을 어떻게 확보하고, 그 효과(Effectiveness)는 어떻게 측정할 것인가 하는 문제는 상대적으로 관심을 끌지 못하고 있다. Usability 투자에 대한 시스템적 성과관리를 위해 개발된 Usability BSC Framework은 BSC의 4가지 관점에서 Usability 투자성과관리에 대한 변형된 관점의 모델을 제안한다.

As a national library, the National Library of Korea is responsible for collection, provision, and preservation of national knowledge, information, and cultural heritage. This study aims to develop performance indicators as a rational tool to improve management of the National Library of Korea for its continuous growth and development. The performance indicators are based on the BSC(Balanced Scorecard), which is useful for linking the organization's strategies in response to changes in the library environment with performance measurement. As a result, 4 BSC-based perspectives (① Resources, Access, Infrastructure Perspective, ② Usage Perspective, ③ Efficiency Perspective, ④ Potential and Growth Perspective), 19 key success factors, and 71 performance indicators were developed for the National Library of Korea. Also, differences in perception of performance indicators by ranks and job duties at the National Library of Korea were analyzed.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무지표 뿐 아니라 비재무지표의 활용도를 높여 기업의 성과를 측정하며, 재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스 그리고 학습과 성장의 시각에서 성과측정지표를 결정하고 이를 균형있게 관리하려는 접근법이다. BSC가 비재무지표의 활용도를 높인 것은 큰 성과로 여겨지지만 지표를 선정하고 이를 향상시키기 위한 요소를 찾는 것은 여전히 해결해야 할 과제로 남는다. 이 논문은 TOC 관점에서 BSC를 이해하고 BSC가 보다 성공적인 전략실행 도구가 될 수 있는 논의를 제안한다. TOC와 BSC가 서로 협력하여 성과를 거두기 위해서는 BSC가 성과지표를 원가회계보다는 쓰루풋회계를 활용하여 측정하고, 성과지표 선정에서도 제약과 비제약을 구분하는 기준이 도입되어야 할 것이다.

This study has proposed the balanced scorecard for the development of BSC of school library; this study has thus analyzed the forerunners of similar research on the balanced scorecard. For the hierarchial process analysis of the balanced scorecard, librarians and experts of related fields were polled using the AHP method. Some of the major categories for the balanced scorecard(36 categories total) are disposition of librarians, development of user-demand reflecting system, user education, adequacy of faculty-education aid accommodation, location of library, etc.

환자의 기능평가를 위하여 중요한 자세균형의 유지는 압력중심(COP) 의 동요 신호를 직접 연속적으로 계측함으로써 가능하다. COP 신호로부터 다양한 종류의 자세안정도지표를 산출할 수 있으나 임상적으로 유용한 최소한의 지표종류로는 규명된 바 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인체가 서있는 상태의 정적자세를 유지할 때 압력중심 신호로부터 자세안정도지표를 산출하여 분석함으로써 임상적 유용성이 가장 큰 지표의 종류를 결정하고자 하였다. 양발을 편안히 벌리거나 (FS), 모두 모으거나(FT), 한쪽발 만으로(RL, LL)서있는 자세에 대해서 양쪽 눈을 뜨거나(EO) 감은(EC)8가지 정적자세를 취하며 30초간 자세균형을 유지시켰다. 자세형태에 따른 안정도의 척도로서 신체가 지면을 차지하는 면적(S)을 사용하였다. 자세안정도지표로서 1)position deviation, 2) position turn 3) velocity의 3가지로 분류할 수 있는 18가지 지표를 설정하였다. 피검자는 20, 30, 40 ,50 대 정상인을 연령대 별로 각각 남·녀 5명씩 고르게 총 40명을 선정하여 실험하였다. 자세안정도지표 모두가 S와 비교적 높은 유의한 상관관계를 보인 바 인을 연령대 별로 각각 남·녀 5명씩 고르게 총 40명을 선정하여 실험하였다. 자세안정도지표 모두가 S와 비교적 높은 유의한 상관관계를 보인바 (상관계수=0.6∼0.8, P<0.0001), S가 자세형태를 정량화 할 수 있음을 입증하였다. 모든 지표들에 있어서 시각의 영향이 뚜렷하였으며 특히 자세가 불안해질수록 상대적으로 시각의 영향이 두드러졌다. 그러나 시각의 영향의 지표들간의 차이는 없었다. 반면 노화(연령증가)에 따른 안정도지표의 변화는 미미하였으며 위의 3가지 안정도지표분류 중 position deviation 지표만이 통계적으로 유의한(P<0.05) 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 정적자세유지시 안정도지표로는 position deviation 지표들이 가장 예민함을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 position deviation 지표들과 연령과의 상관계수는 0.5이하로서 매우 느슨한 상관관계를 보였으며, 연령증가에 따른 자제불안정도의 증가도 매우 작아서 그 임상적 응용가능성은 의문시되었다. 또한 위에서 제시한 3가지의 분류의 지표중 position turn 과 velocity 지표의 의미에 관해서는 향후 심층적인 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단되었다.

In order to achieve efficient and effective organizational information security objectives, for the level of information security to accurately evaluation and direction for improving that performance evaluation index and method of measurement for information security outcomes are needed. For information security activities of domestic companies to measure the performance or effectiveness, that standard method of measuring and the available evaluation Index are insufficient. company is difficult to investment for information security budget. Therefore, the purpose of this study was developing of performance evaluation index and method of measurement for information security outcomes applying BSC available in the company. The results of this study that companies can determine the level of information security itself. Analysis of the information security status and the strategy establishment of the information security investment can be applied.

본 연구는 환율과 금리 및 주가간의 균형관계를 나타내는 분석모형(分析模型)을 구축 제시하고, 그 분석모형을 구성하고 있는 일별(日別) 국내 외 금융지표의 변동간에 장기관계(長期關係)가 성립하는지 즉, 공적분(共積分) 관계(關係)의 성립여부를 분석하며, 이들 금융지표간 균형관계에 대한 안정성(安定性)(stationary) 여부를 검증함으로써 제시한 분석모형의 유효성(有效性) 즉, 장기모형관계(長斯模型關係)에 대한 성립여부를 분석하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 분석결과는 분석모형의 변수간 장기관계 즉, 공적분 관계가 존재한다 할지라도 다변량 가설검증에 의하여 분석모형이 장기모형관계(長斯模型關係)로부터 유의적(有意的)으로 이탈할 수도 있다는 사실을 확충하고 있다.
