The purpose of this paper is to suggest the regulatory system to the shipping adn Port division. This paper indicates that the regulatory system of Shipping Port, and Logistics division in Korea in the first step and there need to introduce new regulatory quality management system such as Regulatory Import Analysis(RIA). This paper makes new collection criteria based on OECD(1993) standard, and applies to 314 regulation to collect the need to be deregulated, and 5 regulation thar need to introduce new regulatory system.

This study examined the effectiveness of policy measures in a growth management plan by analyzing empirically the influence of regulations and incentives in a non-urban growth management plan of Sejong City using the binomial logistic model. The parcel unit data related development location of Sejong City from 2012 to 2017 was used in the model. The analysis showed that time regulation in the growth management plan has a negative (-) impact on the spread of development, which means it is effective in slowing urban sprawl by lowering the profits of developers. The time regulation applied in Sejong City needs to be used actively in other cities in Korea to prevent urban sprawl. Nevertheless, floor ratio incentives had no influence in inducing development within the growth management area, which means a new incentive policy to meet the local characteristics is needed to strengthen the effectiveness of the growth management plan. This study is meaningful because it attempted an empirical analysis of the effects of the growth management plan at The National Territory Act, and this study could encourage further studies.

This research aimed at identifying the influential factors on high school students' dress code compliance. Specifically, the relationship between the perceived strength and importance of dress codes and dress code compliance, and the relationship between dress code compliance and creativity, self esteem, and school adaptation were examined. For this purpose, reliability tests, multiple regressions, and t-tests were conducted using the data collected from 866 male and female students from six Co-Ed high schools located in Seoul. The results are as follows. First, the more students perceived the school dress codes to be stronger and more important, they were more likely to comply to the dress codes. Second, compared to the low-compliance group, the high-compliance group had higher self-esteem and creativity. Third, compared to the low-compliance group, the high-compliance group showed better adaptation to their teachers, classes, and school rules. However, the two groups were not significantly different in terms of their adaptation to peer groups.

글로벌 금융위기 이후 다양한 형태로 등장한 금융상품과 ICT의 결합은 그 동안 생각하지 못한 방식으로 전 세계에 다양한 수요를 충족시키면서 폭발적으로 성장했다. 하지만 IT강국이라고 자부하는 대한민국은 다양한 규제와 시스템의 복잡성 때문에 은행상품이 온라인에서 거래되는 것은 아직까지 익숙하지 않다. 다행히 이러한 규제가 조금씩 완화되어 가면서 2016년은 모바일 송금, 금융상품 추천 플랫폼 등 비 금융업체 주도의 금융시장 온라인화가 소극적으로 이루어지는 과도기로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 시점에서 기존 오프라인 채널이 아닌 온라인 채널을 통해 금융상품을 구매하거나 가입하는 고객의 만족요인에 대해 연구하는 것은 향후 폭발적으로 증가할 수요에 앞서 연구하고, 현상을 주도할 기업에서도 소비자의 만족요인을 미리 파악한다는 점에서 시기적으로 적절하다. 해당 연구는 신용대출, 정기예금, 전세대출, 주택담보대출, 정기적금, 그리고 P2P투자 상품 별 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 영향력을 SERVPERF 모델을 이용하여 분석한 뒤, 회귀분석과 텍스트간의 공동 출현단어에 대해 파이선을 통해 메트릭스를 형성하고, 사회연결망 분석으로 네트워크 중심성을 분석하여 단어간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 해당 연구는 국내 최초 온라인 금융상품 비교 추천 플랫폼인 "Finda"의 리뷰/평점데이터를 이용하였다.

향료란 향을 발현시키는데 사용되는 재료로서 식품, 의약, 화장품, 향수 등 사용분야에 따라 그 표현과 의미가 달리 해석되는데 담배에서 향료의 역할과 기능은 담배의 맛과 향을 변화시켜 주기 위해 사용되는 것으로서 다양하게 표현될 수 있으며 특히 소비자가 판매되고 있는 제품담배 중에서 선호하는 담배를 선택하는 기준이 될 수 있다. 담배에 향료는 오래 전부터 특별한 제한 없이 사용되어 왔으나 최근에 주요 선진국가에서 담배에 대한 규제가 강화되면서 사용되는 향료 또한 많은 제한을 받고 있는데 국제적인 시장에 출시할 목적으로 개발되는 담배에 향료를 사용하기 위해서는 최소 20여 개의 각기 다른 규제 법규를 고려해야할 정도로 규제가 강화되고 있는 실정이며 특히 일부 국가에서는 담배를 판매하기 위한 전제조건으로 사용된 첨가물의 공개를 요구하고 있다. 담배용 향료의 사용을 제한할 목적으로 적용되고 있는 규정은 공식적으로 발표되어 적용되는 규정과 공식적으로 발표되지 않고 관련 국가기관 또는 담배회사 내에서 자체적으로 적용되는 규정으로 구분할 수 있는데 본 보고에서는 담배의 맛과 향에 영향을 미치는 향료의 역할과 기능을 소비자에 의해 판단되어지는 담배 품질관련요인 및 이들 요인들을 나타내는 관능적 표현용어와 이에 영향을 미치는 인자와의 관계로서 분석하고 국가별 향료 사용현황과 담배용 향료의 세계적인 사용경향을 주요 국가에서 향료 및 담배용 첨가제의 사용을 제한할 목적으로 발표된 각종 규정을 위주로 하여 소개하고자 한다.

Due to the spread of Corona 19 around the world, Infectious Disease Medicine and New Medical Devices such as Diagnostic Agent are being rapidly developed and launched, and for the fast supply and demand of these, each country has eased import regulations or has implemented policies for fast approval(NIDS, 2020). On the other hand, New Developed Medical Devices that are not related to New Infectious Diseases, they are still entering the market through strict licensing and licensing regulations, such as delay and cancellation in the test inspection process, etc. Therefore, This Study specialized in the government-managed laws encountered when New Medical Devices enter the market, derive Factors influencing the Strength of Regulations, analyzes the Strength of Regulations, and proposes a Regulatory Response Framework. The Research Method was conducted by Literature Research, was applied by Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA) Method, Expert Interview(1st): Idea Collection, Expert Interview(2nd): Validation, and Priority through the Application Process of FMEA Method. A Method of Quantifying the Intensity of Regulation was proposed by multiplying the Impact of the Influencing Factors for each stage of regulation and the Burden Impact for each type of Regulatory Affairs to find the Importance of the Regulatory Factors and multiplying the Severity of the Regulatory Impact. The Implications are that major overseas countries and the Korean government are actively responding with Special Regulatory Policies and Mitigation Policies for fast licensing of New Developed Medical Devices in accordance with Corona 19. It is expected that the direction for improvement of regulations and measures to respond to regulations will be implemented so that a more proactive and preemptive response to the regulatory process of the licensing policy for New Devices can be achieved.

본 논문은 Rogerson의 실질불변감모상각방식 (Real Constant Amortization Schedule)이 가격상한규제 (price-cap regulation)하에서도 사회적으로 최적인가를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 실질불변감모상각방식이란 피규제기업의 현금의 흐름 (cash flow) - 요율기저에 대한 공정보수와 감가상각액의 합계 - 의 실질가치가 매기에 일정하도록 해 주는 감모상각방식으로서, 이 방식을 사용할 경우 기업은 규제시차의 길이에 관계 없이 최척의 자본-노동비율을 달성하려 한다는 것이다. 실질불변감모상각방식은 통상 사용되는 감모상각방식보다 느린 속도로 자산의 가치를 줄여 나아가는 것으로 알려져 있다. 가격상한규제에 관한 단순한 모형을 구축하여 분석해 본 결과, 수요가 비탄력적일 경우 실질불변감모상각방식은 가격상한규제하에서도 최적자본-노동비율을 유도하며, 가격상한규제는 규제메카니즘에 있어서 투자보수율규제와 유사하다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 그러나, 가격상한규제에 있어서는 소매물가지수의 상승률뿐만 아니라 피규제기업의 효율성제고 효과가 소비자가격의 인하로 나타나는 메카니즘도 중시되고 있다. 즉, RPI-X룰에서 X에 해당하는 부분으로서, 이는 내부효율성의 향상 이외에 기술진보속도도 반영하는데, 이러한 기술진보는 가격상한의 인하요인으로 작용하므로, 피규제기업의 입장에서는 감가상각속도의 적절한 설정이 없는 한 기술진보의 유인이 줄어들 수도 있다. 따라서 기술진보속도와 최적감가상각속도의 관계를 단순한 모형을 확장하여 살펴보았는데, 기술진보속도가 빠를수록 감가상각속도도 빨라져야 한다는 결과가 도출되었다.

Many research works have been done in the field of the relationship between regulations and business activities. In general, the relationship is negative, so government took a regulation relaxation policy for some period. However, recently, the better regulation concept is more emphasized than the regulation relaxation. In particular, as the new industry comes to appear, we need to analyze the effect of regulations in the new industry to the business activities, and set up the regulation advancement policy. In this paper, the effect of regulations in the new industry on business activities and performance was analyzed and implications for better regulation policy was derived. According to the results, the effect was different according to the firm's size and the degree of integration in R&D. Therefore we need some consideration of the firm's size and the degree of integration in R&D for establishing the regulatory policies.

The impact of regulations on industrial activities is significant. Because the food industry has to observe given obligations and bear costs and expenses resulted from complying with applicable food safety regulations. Meanwhile, A government drafts the regulatory impact analysis report prior to enactment, amendment or reinforcement of any regulations. The analysis powered by objective and scientific methodologies enable a government to judge whether a particular regulation will be good or bad for the society. An effective policy implementation in practice and cost-bearing is entirely up to industries. Moreover, opportunity cost and actual cost relating to or arising from regulatory compliance will be estimated only by the respective industries. Therefore, the food Industry needs to collect and accumulate the said information and also to disseminate their hardships and financial burdens. Objective and practical information will encourage a government to set out regulatory frameworks that rational policy making.
