본 연구는 조선시대의 혼례복 규범과 변천 양상에 관한 것으로, 신랑의 사모ㆍ관대, 신부의 족두리ㆍ화관에 원삼 또는 활옷이라고 하는 혼례복 규범이 언제부터 형성된 것인지, 보편적인 규범이었는지 등에 대한 검증을 연구목적으로 한다. 이러한 검증을 통해 혼례복 전통의 특징과 의미를 파악할 때 올바른 전통 혼례복의 계승이 가능할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.(중략)

The purpose of this study is to develop a service norm construct influencing behavioral intention in a service purchasing situation and investigate how the construct is related with other constructs in the theory of planned action model. Furthermore, a moderating variable, self-monitoring concept, in the model is considered. As a result, the influence of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived control on behavioral intention were all significant. Other consumers' norm was a significant factor affecting behavioral intention. Service provider norm, however, was not significant. In addition, self-monitoring played a moderating role in the model. The implication of this study is that service company or manager should consider service customer compatibility because focal customers are conscious that they face other customer's response.

본 연구의 목적은 초 ${\cdot}$ 중학생들의 수학적 신념을 알아보고, 그러한 신념을 형성하는 요인들을 수학 교실의 상호작용에서 찾아보는 것이었다. 이를 위해, 초등학교 5, 6학년과 중학교 1, 2, 3학년 학생들의 수학적 신념을 질문지로 조사하였으며 각급 학교의 수학 교실에서 벌어지는 교수-학습 과정을 비디오로 촬영하여 각 교실의 사회적 규범들을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과로서, 학생들은 수학은 이미 만들어진 규칙과 용어들로 이루어졌고 그 규칙에 따라 주어진 문제를 풀어 답을 구하는 것이 수학적 활동이라고 인식하고 있었다. 한편, 이러한 신념은 각급 교실에 형성된 사회수학적 규범과 일치했으며, 특히 개념설명과 새로운 전략 및 오류에 대한 반응과 관련된 사회수학적 규범이 학생들의 수학적 활동을 제한함으로써 그들의 신념을 결정하고 있었다.

유엔에서 협약한 국제거래법규는 국가간의 물품매매 계약시에 지대한 영향을 행사하며 앞으로의 국제거래법에서 중요한 표준규범이 되리라 전망된다. 특히 국제거래법규는 영미법의 표준거래규범과 유사한 점이 많지만 세부적으로 살펴보면 상이점 또한 지대하다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 국제거래법규의 형성과정을 영미법을 근간으로 하고 있는 표준거래규범의 측면과 대륙법적 측면에 대한 이론적 구성을 계약형성과정을 통하여 세부적으로 검토하고자 한다. 아울러 국제거래법규의 입법취지의 이해를 돕고자 유엔에서 협약했던 유사한 국제거래규범들의 입법에 관한 역사를 연대순으로 정리하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 계약형성과정에서의 이론적 구성이 대륙법적 측면보다 영미법의 표준거래규범 측면에 있다는 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 영미법의 표준거래규범(U.C.C)과 더불어서 물품거래 계약시에 지대한 영향을 미치는 국제거래법규(CISG)에 대해서 근접적인 접근방식으로 고찰하였다.

This study is about that how accessibility or norm influence to use diversity or usage of internet contents. Two hypotheses tested by statistic analysis. The major finding of this study are as follows. First, the greater the physical accessibility or intellectual accessibility, the greater the use diversity of internet contents. Second, the greater the physical accessibility or intellectual accessibility, the greater the usage of internet contents. Third, the greater the subject norm, the smaller the usage of internet contents. This study provides some implications that subject norm can influence to reduce usage of internet contents. The limitations, and future direction are discussed.

There appears a variety forms of crime type and age in accordance with the change of social structure. In this paper it is described for combining the Anomie theory of Emile Durkheim. Anomie refers to the absence of dual standards or norms. In other words, while weakening the existing norms prevailing when the new rules has not been established. That situation would cause social chaos. Rules on the dissemination and utilization of SNS due to the development of information and communication technology undermine the social norms while online regulations are being a weak state not established. In the confusion of these norms it has been shown to increase in juvenile delinquency. Social media has characteristics such as openness, accessibility, relationships, and content diversity. The social media itself is not subject to the general mechanisms of consumption and production due to growing as a kind of organism. It has characteristic to make the most content by utilizing the users to voluntarily share information. Social media using as communication, contact and information in the youth, thus the possibility of crime is high. Social media is also direct and indirect influence on youth crime but no apparent systemic regulation of this situation.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has made it for people to pirate digital contents easily and quickly. Although many studies have investigated the underlying factors that lead to an individual engaging in digital piracy, few studies have provided holistic and integrative view on this issue. Therefore, this study attempts to build integrative research model based on theory of planned behavior (TPB), norm activation model (NAM), and habit. For this purpose, this study develops nine hypotheses that explain the relationship between attitude, personal norm, habit, and behavioral intention, and tests them with survey data collected from 337 participants. The results of this study show that attitude, perceived behavioral control, personal norm, and habit have impact on behavioral intention of digital piracy while subjective norm does not affect behavioral intention. This study contributes to expand existing studies by identifying the relationship between attitude, personal norm, habit and behavioral intention.

The study took online game users' need for affect (approach/avoidance) and social norms (subjective/descriptive) into account and examined how these variables affected their attitude (utilitarian/hedonic) toward online games and their flow experience. Results from the hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that, game users' approach affect and subjective norm had significant impacts on their utilitarian attitude, while their approach/avoidance affect and subjective norm had on their hedonic attitude toward onine games. Plus, the avoidance affect, subjective norm, and utilitarian/hedonic attitudes of game users had significant impacts on their flow experience.

The purpose of this study is to search whether mathematical beliefs have changed when new social norms are formed in math classroom through research using survey papers about mathematical beliefs and math class video photographing. In addition, it would search for social norms of mathematical classroom which affects to students' mathematical beliefs by analyzing culture of mathematical classroom. The result was that the class focusing only general social norms wasn't enough to change students' mathematical beliefs. And as we have examined sociomathematical norms of math classroom through analyzing culture of mathematics classroom, it has affected students' mathematical beliefs.

현재 우리 나라 약업계에서는 의약분업, 일부 의약품의 슈퍼마켓에서의 판매 등의 급격한 환경변화로 약국경영형태의 혁신적인 변화가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 약업계에서는 급속히 발전되고 있으나 학문적으로는 연구된 적이 거의 없는 볼런터리 체인형태의 협업체 약국에 초점을 맞추어 가맹약국과 체인본부와의 거래관계의 질과 체인약국 시스템의 효율적인 운영 및 관리방안을 알아보았다. 본 논문에서는 연구목적들을 달성하기 위하여 특정 협업체 약국체인에 참여하고 있는 168개의 가맹약국을 대상으로 자료를 전국적으로 수집하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 연구가설을 검정한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 약국체인시스템에 투자한 가맹약국의 거래특유자산과 기업가정신은 관계규범에 유의한 영향을 주었으나, 환경의 불확실성은 정보교환, 결속력, 운영유연성 등의 관계규범에 유의적인 작용을 하지 못하였다. 둘째, 거래특유자산과 동기적 투자는 체인구성원들간의 상호의존성을 유의하게 높였으나, 대체안의 획득가능성과 관계규범은 상호의존성에 중요한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 마지막으로, 체인구성원간의 관계규범과 상호의존성이 관계의 질 즉 가맹약국들이 거래에서 느끼는 만족, 체인본부에 대한 신뢰, 약국체인에 지속적으로 참여하려는 몰입에 주는 영향을 분석하였다. 상호의존성은 관계규범과 신뢰에 영향을 주고, 관계규범은 만족을 통하여 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 그리고 신뢰는 몰입에 유의적인 영향을 주었다.
