본 논문에서는 클록의 duty ratio가 변하였을 때, 그 클록의 duty ratio를 $50\%$의 duty ratio로 만들어 주는 Pulse Width Control Loop Circuit을 설계하였다. 기존의 논문에서는 duty ratio를 변화시키기 위해 각 duty ratio 마다 알맞은 제어 전압을 공급해하는 문제점이 있었다. 본 논문은 제어 전압이 변하지 않고 일정한 전압으로도 duty ratio를 변화시킬 수 있게 하여, 제어 전압 변화에 대한 문제점을 해결하였다. 설계, 시뮬레이션 결과 기존의 논문보다 간단해진 회로 구성으로 더욱 높은 주파수에서 동작하였다. 그리고 settling 시간도 기존의 논문의 l00ns 이상에서 5ns로 줄어듦을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문은 3.3V의 공급 전압에서 $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS공정을 이용하여 설계하였고 동작 주파수는 500MHz-2GHz였고, settling 시간은 10n이하였다.

Deformation analysis of injection molded articles whose geometry is considered as the assembly of the thin flat plates has been conducted. For the in-mold analysis, thermo-viscoelastic stress calculation of rheologically simple amorphous polymer and in-mold deformation calculation considering the in-plane mold constraint has been done. Free volume theory has been used for the non-equilibrium density state by the fast cooling. At ejection, the redistribution of stress together with instantaneous deformation has been considered. During out-of-mold cooling after ejection, thermoelastic model based on the effective temperature has been adopted for the calculation of deformation. Two typical mold geometries are used to test the numerical simulation.

This paper presents an improved algorithm of optimal measurement system design with a reliability evaluation method for large power system. The proposed algorithm is developed to consider the dummy bus and to achieve highest accuracy of the state estimator as well with the limited Investment cost. The dummy bus in the power system is impossible to install measurement meter, while real and reactive power measurement values are exactly zero. Thus, the effect on these dummy bus measurements is considered in the proposed algorithm. On the other hand, P/C model is developed by taking advantage of the matrix sparsity. The improved program is successfully tested for KEPCO system with PSS/E lineflow calculated data package.

대표적인 낮은 성능의 액체 연료(Jet A-1)에 고밀도 고에너지특성을 갖는 첨가제를 혼합하였을 때 연료의 물성 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 액체 연료의 주요 인자인 밀도, 점도, 발열량을 중심으로 첨가제혼합에 따른 혼합연료의 물성을 비교 분석하여, 액체 연료(Jet A-1)의 성능향상과 같은 특성변화의 가능성이 있음을 파악하였다.

Microlens arrays were fabricated by a modified LIGA process composed of the exposure of a PMMA (Polymethylmethacrylate) sheet to deep x-rays and subsequent thermal treatment. A successful modeling and analyses for microlens formation were presented according to the experimental procedure. A nickel mold insert was fabricated by the nickel electroforming process on the PMMA microlens arrays fabricated by the modified LIGA process. For the replication of microlens arrays having various diameters with different foci on the same substrate, both hot embossing and microinjection molding processes have been successfully utilized with the fabricated mold insert. Replicated microlenses showed very good surface roughness with the order of 1 nm. The focal lengths of the injection molded microlenses were successfully estimated theoretically and also measured experimentally.

The integrated protection unit of CHEONGUNG is composed of chemical-biological equipment and air conditioner equiped heating element. The protection capabilities against chemical-biological agent were measured by using simulant agents such as n-Hexane, KM5 Screening Smokes and CS agent. The experimental test results with simulant agents verify the protective performance of the integrated protection unit.

지지부에 비틀림 하중을 받는 Elstica는 비틀림 운동을 하며, 그 가진 주파수가 굽힘모드 근처일 때는 해당하는 굽힘 모드의 운동까지도 동시에 존재하게 된다. 이때 가진력의 크기가 작을때는 주기적인 운동이 된다. 가진력의 크기가 증가함에 따라 굽힘 운동은 굽힘 1차 모드와 연성된 유사주기운동이 발생하며, 이떤 범위 이상이 되면 굽힘 운동과 비틀림 운동이 결합된 진폭이 매우 크고 불규칙적인 비평면 운동(out of plane motion)이 발생하게 되며 이 때의 운동은 혼돈운동이다. Elastica가 굽힘 3차 고유진동수 근방의 주파수로 비틀림 하중을 받을 때의 정확한 이론적 해석을 위해서는 굽힘 3차모드 까지는 반영할 수 있는 식이 모델링 되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 이것은 복잡한 비평면운동을 할 때 굽힘 3차 모드까지 관찰된다는 사실에 근거한다.

본 연구에서는 국내 배전용 개폐기의 교체주기를 설정하기 위하여, 제조사별 열화 가중치 및 최대 운영수명을 산출하였으며, 운영중인 개폐기에 대한 위험도 평가 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 또한 국내 배전용 개폐기의 교체주기를 설정 알고리즘을 현장에서 쉽게 사용하고, 측정 및 분석 데이터를 저장 및 상태추이 분석이 가능한 개폐기 수명평가 프로그램을 개발하였다.

본 논문에서는 복합형 하이브리드 굴삭기의 전력 변환 장치의 구조 및 제어 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 전력 변환 장치는 엔진 다이나모 장치를 이용하여 그 타당성을 입증하였으며, 제한된 실험 환경 내에서도 기존의 유압식 굴삭기와 비교하였을 때, 약 8% 정도의 연비 향상의 효쏙를 얻을 수 있었다. 현재 실제 굴삭기에 장착하여 성능과 연비 측정을 위한 실험이 진행 중이다.

최근 들어 펨토셀에 대한 관심이 고조되어 3GPP같은 국제이동 통신 표준화 단체에서 표준화 작업을 진행하고 있고, 많은 업체들이 펨토셀 개발에 주력하고 있다 [1][2]. 펨토셀은 저렴한 비용으로 설치가 용이하고, 음영 지역에서도 고품질의 통신 환경을 가능하게 하므로, 가정, 사무실, 아파트 등 옥내 사용자들의 서비스 품질을 향상시키는 해결책으로 주목받고 있다 [2]-[4]. 그러나, 펨토셀 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 기술적 문제들이 존재하는데, 그 중 가장 중요한 문제가 간섭으로 인한 시스템 성능의 열화이다 [1]-[4]. 본고에서는 3GPP에서 진행 중인 표준화 동향을 바탕으로 펨토셀 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 간섭 시나리오와, 그에 대한 간섭 완화 및 회피 기법에 대해서 살펴본다.
