Relationship between Text Readability of Self-Guided Interpretive Signs and Attraction, Preferences, and Intention to Recommend Reading Signs to Others (자기안내식 해설판 글자의 가독성과 관심유도, 선호도 및 탐방객의 해설판 읽기 권유의도와의 관계)

  • Readability, an indicator measuring the easiness of reading letters, has been known an important element that determines the communicative effectiveness of the self-guided interpretive signs. However, there are few studies to find out how the readability of the signs influence visitor's attraction and reading behavior of interpretive signs. This study examined the relationship between readability of interpretive signs and attraction, preferences, and intent to recommend reading signs to others. Data were collected from August to November of 2003 at a self-guided trail of Naejangsan National Park, Korea. 350 out of 375 responses from subjects who participated in the questionnaire survey were usable. Results showed that readability of the signs is related with the attraction, preferences, and intention of recommending reading signs to others. The higher the readability of the signs were, the higher the attraction, preferences, and intention of recommending reading signs were. Attraction and preferences were also positively related with intention of recommending reading signs. Preferences better explained intention of recommending reading signs than readability and attraction. These findings suggest that enhancing readability of the signs may lead to higher participation in reading them.

The Effect that Participating Motives and Involvement about Lifelong Education have on the Learners' Satisfaction, Continuous Intention to Take Courses, and Recommendation Intention (평생교육에 대한 참여동기와 관여가 평생교육 학습자의 만족, 지속수강의도, 권유의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the effect the motives for participating in lifelong education and involvement on lifelong education have on the learners' satisfaction from lifelong education, the continuous intention to take courses, and the intention to recommend lifelong education. The results from a quantitative research show that the practical and recreational motives had a high positive correlation to situational involvement in lifelong education and that the relational and goal-oriented motives had a high positive correlation to continuous involvement in lifelong education. Moreover, for satisfaction about teaching methods, practical motives had a relatively higher effect. For satisfaction about facility comfort, recreational motives had a relatively higher effect. For satisfaction about communication, relational motives had a relatively higher effect. For satisfaction about contents' quality, goal-oriented motives had a relatively higher effect. The finding also shows that situational involvement had a relatively higher effect on satisfaction about contents' quality. Continuous involvement had a relatively higher effect on satisfaction about teaching methods.

인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 효과성에 있어 라이프스타일의 조절효과에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 (1) 인터넷환경하에서 인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 인터넷광고의 효과성 간의 효과를 검증하고, (2) 인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 인터넷광고의 효과성간의 관계에 대 한 인터넷사용자의 라이프스타일의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 광고에 대한 태도연구와 효과성에 관한 선행연구를 통해 두 번수간외 관계성올 알아보았으며, 이는 인터넷 환경하에서도 적용되는지를 알아보기 위한 가설을 설정하였다. 실증분석을 통한 결과는 인터넷광고에 대한 태도는 권유의도, 고려의도, 재방문의도, 구 매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 인터넷시장에서 인터넷광고에 대한 태 도와 인터넷광고의 효과성은 전통적인 시장에서와 같이 동일하게 작용되었다. 두 번째로 인터넷사용자들의 라이프스타일에 따라 차이가 있을 것이라는 연구가설을 여섯 개의 유형 으로 나누어 연구한 결과 인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 구매의도간에는 인터넷사용자들의 라 이프스타일 유형에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

An Analysis on the Purchase Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention and Recommendation according Toothpaste Choice Standard (치약선택기준에 따른 구매만족, 재구매 의도 및 권유 의사 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the buying behavior characteristics of the customers. Also, it was intended to provide information to provide companies marketing strategy. The criteria of purchasing toothpaste was to try to understand the impact on satisfaction, recommendation and repurchase Intention. The study was surveyed 248 customers who re-buy the toothpaste in oral care products showroom at university dental hospital. Statistical analysis was performed using PASW Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 at the 5% significance level. The results were as follows: 'Flavor', 'Price', 'Brand', 'Function', 'Design' of toothpaste and satisfaction showed a positive correlation. Satisfaction and repurchase intention, Recommendation showed a positive correlation. Selection criteria that affect the satisfaction when customers buy toothpaste, 'Function' was the greatest and others became the order of the 'Brand', 'Flavor', 'Price'. Satisfaction affect the recommendation and repurchase Intention. If customers are satisfied with the toothpaste products, showed the Repurchase Intention, have shown opinion that is willing to recommend this product to others. Therefore, dentistry and manufacturers of toothpaste must share a lot of information about toothpaste with customers. Also, information, function, flavor of toothpaste as well as other oral care product, It will be a needed the continuing research and development.

웹 기반 협동학습 시스템 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구:확장된 TAM모형

  • 본 연구 에서는 웹 기반 협동학습 시스템을 활용 할 경우 주관적 규범과 상호작용이 적용된 TAM모형이 필요함을 제시하고 이를 실증 분석하였다. 주관적 규범은 기술수용을 결정짓는 개인의 신념 요소인 유용성과 사용의도에 강한 긍정적 의향을 갖게 하는 변수이고, 준거집단을 통해서 행동이나 인지에 영향을 줄 수 있는 변수이다. 팀장은 팀원 및 학습자들과 의 상호작용( 협동학습을 통한 화상토론, 게시판정활동, 오프라인 정기 모임, 동영상 동시 시청)과 팀원 관리 및 운영하는 역할이기 때문에 준거집단의 준 거인이 될 수 있다. 따라서, 새로운 정보 기술 및 시스템 수용에 관한 시스템 사용 권유를 하거나, 직접 기술사용을 하는 행동은 협동합습에 참여한 학습자들에게 조금이나마 영향을 줄 수 있음을 추측 해 볼 수 있고 영향력 있는 외부변수로 가설 검증해보았다. 외부변수로서의 주관적 규범과 상호작용은 지각된 사용용이성을 제외하고 TAM의 신념 요소인 유용성, 흥미성과 사용의도에 강한 영향력을 보였다. 또한 사용의도와 유의한 관계가 있는 사용도 측정을 2가지 방법(인지적과 객관적 측도)으로 측정하였으며, 상관관계가 유의함을 함께 제시 했다.

웹 기반 협동학습 시스템 사용의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구: Decomposed TPB 모형중심

  • 본 연구는 정보기술의 사용(Usage)과 수용(Adoption)을 예상하는 목적보다는 웹 기반 협동합습 시스템사용 의도와 사용행위에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 폭 넓게 이해하고, 실질적으로 활용 할 수 있는 변수를 찾는데 목적이 있기 때문에 분해된 계획 행동 이론(Decomposed TPB)을 기반 하였고, 분해된 변수들 중 일부분(지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 명시적 영향, 암시적 영향)과 웹 환경의 중요 요소인 '흥미성' 을 포함하여 사용의도(Use Intention)에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 2개 대학의 대학생 256명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과 다차원으로 분해된 일부 변수들 중 태도적 믿음 변수인 '지각된 용이성'을 제외하고 분해된 모든 변수가 사용의도에 긍정적 강한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었고, 특히 주관적 규범(명시적 영향, 암시적 영향)변수는 준거집단을 통해서 웹기반 협동학습 시스템에 대한 행동의도나 인지에 영향을 줄 수 있는 중요 변수로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 준거인이 되는 팀장은 팀원 및 학습자들과의 상호작용(협동학습을 통한 화상토론, 게시판정활동, 오프라인 정기 모임, 동영상 동시 시청)과 팀원 관리 및 운영하는 역할이기 때문에 새로운 정보 기술 및 시스템 사용 권유를 하거나, 직접 기술사용을 하는 주변 분위기는 협동합습에 참여한 학습자들에게 조금이나마 영향을 줄 수 있음을 추측 해 볼 수 있고 영향력 있는 중요변수임을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the psychological factors affecting cervical cancer screening intention focused on college women including graduate students. A total of 281 college women students were analyzed. The major results of this study indicate that positive attitude toward cervical cancer screening through social support(family and friend), doctor and nurse support were essential to improve cervical cancer screening intention of college women.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence HPV(human papilloma virus) vaccination intention and behavior for mothers with a teenage daughter as the subject of HPV vaccine free inoculation from 2016 based on the theory of planned behavior. For attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, intention, we used a tool modified and supplemented by Hye-Min Park, Hyu-Ei Oh. from June to September 2017, data of 249 people were collected and analyzed by SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. The results of this study showed that the factors affecting the HPV vaccination intention of the subject were attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control in order. In addition, the factors influencing HPV vaccination behavior were found to be level of education, subject's vaccination status, recommendation of health care provider, vaccination status of surrounding people, intention etc. Therefore, in order to increase the vaccination rate, we need to find a way to consider the factors influencing vaccination behavior and maximize the vaccination rate.

Effects of Hotel Using Experience on Customers' Purchase and Behavior Intention (호텔이용 경험이 구매의사와 고객행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of the hotel using experience on customers' purchase and behavior intention. For this study, a total of 306 questionnaires among collected data for customers who hotel using experience at five star hotels located in Seoul from April 1, 2015 to April 30, 2015 was to ensure a valid sample. As a result of the experiments which conducted by factor analysis and regression analysis, it shows 1% level positive significant effects in purchase and continual purchase intention of "emotional experiencer", "physical experience factor", "continuous experience factor", and "superior experience factor", but it is 10% level significant effects in continual purchase intention positively effected continual purchase intention of "physical experience factor". Also, it shows 1% level positive significant effects on hotel customers' intention of reused, intention of suggestion, intention of recommendation of "emotional experiencer", "physical experience factor", "continuous experience factor", and "superior experience factor". From the study, it is expected to build hotel-customer relationship and brand level of awareness for activating customers' loyalty.

Utilization and Awareness of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) in Rural Hypertension or Diabetes Patients (보건소를 이용하는 고혈압·당뇨병 환자의 보완대체요법에 대한 이용실태 및 인식)

  • This study aimed to investigate the awareness and utilization of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) in hypertension or diabetes patients to participate in health class in rural community health center. A total of 177 hypertension or diabetes patients were participated in this study. Data were collected using face-to face interviews and were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. About 56.5% of subjects experienced CAM and 16.0% of subjects told heath care providers about CAM. General awareness of CAM was $3.11{\pm}0.58$ in 5 point, and awareness significantly positively correlated with intention to reuse CAM, recommend CAM, and participate in CAM-related education (r=.604, r=.516, r=.419, p<.001). Health care providers such as doctors and nurses need to be concerned about CAM utilization and awareness in chronic disease patients. These findings can be used in developing effective strategies for health care providers and health policy makers to provide right awareness and utilization of CAM for chronic disease patients and the public.
