The purpose of the present study was to verify the relationship between the nursing teachers' perception of infant rights and infant care service. The scale for infant rights consisted of 40 items based on the U.N. convention on the rights of the child and infant care service was measured with 40 items regarding respect of daily life, respect of autonomy, respect of opinion, respect of individualism, and provision of information. The study participants were 489 nursing teachers working at child care centers. According to the nursing teachers' perception of infant rights, the right of survival was highest, followed by the right of protection, the right of development, and the right of participation. The main study results showed that the rights of development and participation were meaningful in predicting various infant care services, but the right of survival was not. This study implies that the difference of nursing teachers' perception on the various types of different infant rights can affect various infant care services.

UN아동권리에 관한 협약에 가입했으나 여전히 등한시되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 아동협약에서는 아동의 권리에 대해 폭넓게 규정하고 있다. 장애아동도 존엄성이 보장되며 자립을 촉진하고 적극적 사회참여가 조장되는 여건속에서 생활할 권리를 부여하고 있다.

This research was conducted to investigate the perception of pre-service early childhood teachers regarding the importance of the rights of young children and necessity of the education of the rights. The survey covered 525 students attending six three-year-course colleges in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, Chonra-do, Gyeongsang-do, and Jeju-do, Korea. They were in their freshmen, sophomore, and junior year majoring in early childhood education. Firstly, the research found that pre-service early childhood teachers' awareness towards the importance children's rights was relatively high. The higher grade they were, the better perception for the importance of the rights of young children they had. Additionally, the teachers who were registered for courses related to the rights of young children understood the importance of children's rights especially well. Secondly, pre-service early childhood teachers highly recognized the necessity of education for the rights of young children. Compared to the freshmen and sophomores, the juniors had higher awareness levels about the necessity of early childhood education rights. On the other hand, being in a related course or not made no difference in their perception for the necessity of early childhood education rights. Lastly, pre-service childhood teachers had greater concern for the necessity of education rights rather than the importance of the rights of young children.

This study suggests a reliable auction right analysis system that improves the existing auction right analysis in a sense that the system is more applicable to a real economic world. The existing study has used an auction successful bidding price rate and an auction successful contract price for its estimation of the auction right analysis. But in this paper the degree of market vitality which is provided from the commercial zone analysis is used as an input variable so the expected auction price can be estimated and the auction right analysis is conducted in that manner.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the rights guarantee of people with mental illness among mental care facility workers. The subjects of this study were 132 mental care facility workers, and the research tools were rights and protection-related characteristics, rights recognition, and rights guarantee. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. The result showed that the difference in rights guarantee relating to general characteristics were significant differences in religion. There were significant positive correlations among rights recognition and rights guarantee. The factors influencing the rights guarantee were rights recognition, recognizing the need to advocate rights, and religion. Based on the research results, it is necessary to improve recognition and actively advocate rights through continuous education in order to strengthen the rights guarantee of people with mental illness. Enhancement of rights guarantee will help people with mental disorder recover.

The purpose of this study is to examine improvements of after-school care policy for elementary school-age children based on children's rights in the community. After-school care is important to support children right of survive and protect, as well as the right to development and participation. To support integrated child rights through the policy, local government's duty is growing in the Covid-19 world. Therefore, the main policy of out-of-school care is analyzed from the perspective of children's rights. Current after-care policy focuses on the right of protection privileges. Providing a safe facility is important, but there is a lack of policy design to expand children's options to learn by various activity which can be utilized with community resources as care contents. The role of government to this is requested to supplement accountability, fairness, democracy and public interest more than over quantitative expansion of services. This study presented an alternative based on the universal elementary care providing happy after-school hours.

우리 사회에서 동물의 복지를 이야기하면, 대다수의 사람들이 '사람 살기도 어려운데...'하는 반응이 먼저 나온다. 보통의 사람들은 동물보호의 필요성에 대해서는 이해하기도 하지만 동물복지, 동물권리에 대해서는 쉽게 이해하지 못하고 있다. (동물권리와 동물복지는 동물을 대하는 근본적인 부분에서 달리하지만 둘 다 공유하는 부분은 존재한다. 이글에서는 동물권리는 논외로 한다)

지식정보사회로의 변화가 점차로 심화되면서, 기존의 법 이론으로서는 설명하기 어려운 여러 가지 새로운 법적 현상이 나타나게 되었다. 디지털, 정보, 네트워크 등 정보사회의 특징은 아날로그, 유체물, 소유에 중점을 두고 있는 현재의 법 원리에 근본적인 변화를 요구하고 있다. 이에 정보 홍수 속에서 의사소통과 법 해석의 문제, 기본 권리, 무체물의 재산성, 액세스에서의 권리성 등 정보사회에 대한 법 이론적 논의가 필요하게 되었다. 본 고에서는 정보보호라는 차원에서 현행 우리 헌법에서 정보보호문제가 어떻게 다루어지고 있는 지에 대해 살펴보고, 정보보호관련 법규들을 우리 헌법상의 국민의 기본권으로서의 전체적인 시각에서 개괄적으로 고찰하여 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to compare the current victims' rights guide, which was revised during 2019, with former victims' rights guide to determine whether the current guide improved the comprehension of victims' rights among lay people. In addition, we examined the effect of the level of education and perceived stress on the comprehension of the victims' rights. A total of 289 participants were asked to answer a series of questions to examine their comprehension level of the victim's rights and to measure their level of education and perceived stress level. The results showed that the objective comprehension level the current guide condition was higher than the former one, but no difference was found with the subjective comprehension level. The interaction effect between conditions of the guide and educational level was not found on the objective comprehension of the victims' rights. The effect of the conditions of the guide on the subjective comprehension of victims' rights indicated a tendency to decrease by perceived stress. Finally, policy implications and limitations of this study were also discussed.
