  • While most of the real estate information provided on the web is simply based on the information of the properties like addresses, locations, prices etc, this paper suggests methodologies for the development of a total information system of real estate which can provide, in an one-stop mode, value-added real estate information contents. The total information system of real estate designed in this paper includes a geological information system using a GIS, a property information system using photos and videos, a systemized legal consulting system, a web call center where customers can communicate with real estate experties on the web and lastly marketing analyses system using credit card data.

The Effect of Childcare Teacher's Happiness and Self-Leadership on Respect for Young Children's Rights (보육교사의 행복감과 셀프리더십이 유아권리존중에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective: This study examined the how childcare teachers' happiness and self-leadership influences on respect for young children's rights. Methods: For this purpose, 350 childcare teachers in G city were surveyed. Data of 291 copies as final research subjects were analyzed through one-way ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: First, external and self-regulating happiness sub-factors of happiness, differed according to the academic background. Behavioral and cognitive strategies, the sub-factors of self-leadership, differed according to the academic background and career. The right to life, right to protection, development rights, and participation rights, which are sub-factors of respect for young children's rights, differed according to the academic background and career, and the development rights differed depending on the type of childcare center. Second, there was a significant positive correlation among the happiness, self-leadership and respect for young children's rights. Third, the happiness and self-leadership of childcare teachers have a significant effect on the respect of young children's rights. Conclusion/Implications: This study is to confirm the necessity of efforts for institutional and educational measures to promote the happiness and self-leadership of childcare teachers as part of efforts to raise childcare teachers who are highly aware of the need to respect young children's rights.

A Study on the Possibility of Assuring 'The Right to be Forgotten' Through the Digital Extinction Technology (디지털 소멸 기술을 통한 잊힐 권리의 보장 가능성 연구)

  • As data can be permanently stored and freely distributed, in modern society, the Internet became a world that remembers everything forever. Because of that, there has been increasing the number of accident with never-forgetting data and, as a result, a movement has been emerged to apply a notion of 'oblivion' to internet world. The movement is called 'The right to be forgotten.' However, 'The right to be forgotten' in a higher level which internet users want to be guaranteed is very limited in the juridical approach because of the confliction with the other basic rights and problems. On the other hand, the requests of individuals to guarantee 'The right to be forgotten' has been urged digital extinction technology, such as volatile SNS, Digital Aging System, to be developed. With introduction of oblivion, digital extinction technology with setting expire date on digital information can present a new solution on assuring 'The right to be forgotten.' This research establishes the detail scope of, analyzes the level of assurance of, and, through digital extinction technology with the established scope, suggest the potential assurance of the 'The right to be forgotten'.

A Study on Children's Rights and Happiness for Building Child Friendly Cities - Comparative study between elementary and middle school students (아동친화도시 구축을 위한 아동권리와 행복감에 관한 연구 -초등학생과 중학생의 비교연구)

  • Child friendly cities are to be prepared to create a community environment that allows children to live happily when children's rights are created when the environment in which children's rights are guaranteed is created. Therefore, this study examined the relationship between children's rights and happiness and explored what needed to be done to build child friendly cities for children. For this purpose, 1,000 elementary and middle school students in W district with the certification of child friendly cities were surveyed and analyzed. From the results of this study, first, elementary students were more aware of children's rights than middle school students. Second, children's rights affecting happiness appeared as health, social services, and educational environment. Third, children's rights affecting happiness were found to vary according to the level of school. Housing, safety and protection, and educational resources were important for elementary school students, and health and social services, and safety and protection were important for middle school students. Based on the results of this study, this study suggested that multifaceted intervention and approach should be considered for various aspects of health, welfare, education, safety, etc. to build child friendly cities.

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore the scope of realization of multiple perspectives so that the implementation of the right to be forgotten is more realistic than the ideal information deletion concept. We examined domestic and foreign legal system and technology/service trends, and reflected the classification realization level of service realization, processing type and information characteristics of personal information processor, and legislative/technical factors for multi-level scope analysis. As a result, we have presented a matrix of the range of realization of the right to be forgotten and the scope of diversified regulation by the subject of protection. This study will be extended to the convergence of law and engineering, and will contribute to the prediction of social costs and expansion of the market by identifying the scope of 'deletion rights'.

  • The purpose of this research is to review a grandparent visitation case which court decided grandparent visitation rights in 2016 for the first time, to determined how justices interpreted the best interests of the child standard. Based on the critical review of a target case, three categories emerged: parental rights, child's rights, and the developmental environment of child. These categories help to explain how courts influence the social construction of status withing families and child's rights. This research closes the study with implications and suggestions for future social policy.

The Effects of Altruism and the Civil Right Consciousness on Ageism (이타주의와 시민권리의식이 연령주의(Ageism)에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of altruism and the civil right consciousness on the ageism against older people. Using data of 1,513 persons over 18 years old from the Korean General Social Survey(KGSS)(2011), this study applied descriptive analyses, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multi-regression with STATA14. According to results, the degree of ageism was slightly lower(2.43 out of 5). Compared to age groups, the results were followed: elderly, middle age, and young age group. Among them, the ageism level of the group to have experiences of discrimination was higher than one of the group not to have it. The degree of altruism was high(3.95 out of 5), followed by elderly, middle age, and young age group. The group experienced in discrimination had higher level of altruism than another. The degree of the civil right consciousness was high(5.83 out of 7) without differences among age groups. In the results of regression analysis, the ageism was negatively affected by altruism and the civil right consciousness. Based on the results, this study suggested practical and political opinions for reducing ageism.

The Construction and Characters of the Welfare Rights (복지권의 구성과 성격)

  • This study analysed the components and characters of welfare rights through discussions of the concepts and types of universal rights, and discussions of human rights and citizenship rights. Welfare rights is claims rights which requires somewhat, and it is positive rights. And it is generally passive rights, but it contains collective participation rights which is active rights. The result of total discussions of rights, human rights, and citizenship rights led us to know the components and characters of welfare rights. Welfare rights contains social rights, economic rights, and cultural environmental rights. Social rights are composed of the right of social security, social welfare service, health, education, and residency. Economic rights are composed of the right of labor, intervension of labor market, job security, and capital control. cultural environmental rights are composed of the right of culture and environment. And welfare rights has several characters. First, it is natural rights which is bestowed on the citizens or people in modern civil societies. it is samely characterised as liberties and political rights. second, it has the same values like other rights such as lberties and political rights. Or it is more important, because it is necessary for other rights. Third, it is not the objective being which is constant, but it is changed, formed and constructed as total rights with human rights and citizenship rights. Fourth, it is truely rights, but is simultaniously accompanied by obligations. But the obligations is unconditional like as other rights. Endly, levels of welfare on the welfare rights must be modicum rather than minimum. The meaning of modicum level is uncertain, but it aims to the entire participation of peoples as citizen and social integration. And it has to aim to the prevention of heridity and continuity of inequality.

Precedents Analyses Related to Surrender Bill of lading and Practical Notes (권리포기 선화증권의 판례분석과 실무적 유의사항)

  • To solve the crisis of bill of lading, every effort has been made to introduce the electronic bill of lading and sea waybill on a global basis. In spite of these efforts, electronic bill of lading is not introduced practically so farm but sea waybill is used in western nations to cope with the crisis of bill of lading. But there is a practice that surrendered bill of lading is used insead of sea waybill in Korea, China and Japan to do so. The surrendered bill of lading faces the problem that it is not considered legally as bill of lading and the decisions rendered by each nation's courts are different according to the usages of surrendered bill of lading. So careful consideration must be made in regard to these decisions. The purpose of this paper is to avoid the disputes in advance in using the surrendered bill of lading by analyzing the precedents for the surrendered bill of lading and finding its notes. This paper analyzed the precedents regarding the surrendered bill of lading and found the notes as follows; Firstly, the surrendered bill of lading is not a kind of bill of lading but a practice that a consignee can take delivery of the cargo without loss of time at destination without redemption of original bill of lading. Secondly, the parties must take legal steps in using the surrendered bill of lading as the bill of lading acts cannot apply to the surrendered bill of lading. Thirdly, the parties should establish their practice in using the surrendered bill of lading. Fourthly, it is reasonable to use the sea waybill as a substitute for the surrendered bill of lading.

A Study on the Concepts of Human Rights in IFLA Statements on the Basis of UDHR (세계인권선언서를 기저로 한 IFLA 선언서의 인권 개념 연구)

  • This study is to propose the philosophical direction of public library services based on human rights. To accomplish this purpose, this study comparatively analyzed key concepts from 13 statements related to IFLA as well as UDHR with the inductive approach for qualitative data analysis. The result shows that the most important concepts of human right emphasized from IFLA statements are 1) UDHR Article 19: Freedom of opinion and expression, and Freedom of information access, 2) Article 2: No distinction of any kind, Article 12: Privacy, and Article 26: Education, 3) Article 18: Freedom of thoughts, conscience and religion, and Article 27: Cultural life. From this result, this study finally suggests that the concept of human rights should be added to the Korean Library Law.
