  • The purpose of this research is to investigate service item to develop archived VDS(Vehicle Detecting System) data user services. Through the review of related studies and literature and investigation of the current application status of the vehicle detector data, the service item from the historical detector data were identified. The relative importance of the identified service item was measured based on the application purpose, usage and frequency of application.

Diagnostic Accuracy of $^{99m}Tc-Pyrophosphate$ Scan in Acute Myocardial Infarction (급성 심근 경색증에서의 $^{99m}Tc-Pyrophosphate$ Myocardial Scan의 양성율에 대한 연구)

  • To evaluate diagnostic accuracy of $^{99m}Tc-pyrophosphate$ (PYP) myocardial scan, we analysed 160 $^{99m}Tc-PYP$ scans (acute transmural myocardial infarction 87 cases, acute subendocardial infarction; 20 cases, unstable angina pectoris; 7 cases, other disease; 46 cases). These scans were requested by the physician in Seoul National University Hospital from Sep. 1982 to Oct. 1987. And the diagnosis was confirmed by clinical course and laboratory examinations. 1) The diagnostic sensitivity of $^{99m}Tc-PYP$ scan in acute transmural myocardial infarction was 91.2% (62/68) if scintigraphy was performed within 7 days after infarction, 57.1% (8/14) between 8th and 14th day, 20% (1/5) and after 15 days. 2) The diagnostic sensitivity of $^{99m}Tc-PYP$ scan in acute subendocardial infarction was 75% (12/16) if scintigraphy was performed within 7 days after infarction and 0% after 8 days. 3) The diagnostic specificity of $^{99m}Tc-PYP$ scan in acute myocardial infarction was 94.3% (5/53). Among 5 cases of false positive scans, 1 case was unstable angina pectoris, 2 cases were old myocardial infarction with left ventricular aneurysm, 1 case was old myocardial infarction and the remaining 1 case was cardiomyopathy.

The Value of Bone Scan in the Initial Staging of Lung Cancer ($^{99m}Tc-MDP$ 골스캔을 이용한 폐암의 병기결정에 대한 후향적 분석)

  • 폐암은 비록 그 예후가 나쁜 것으로 되어 있으나, 각 환자에서의 정확한 병기결정은 치료방침과 예후결정에 중요하다. $^{99m}Tc-MDP$를 이용한 골스캔은 단순 방사선학적 검사보다 골전이의 조기진단에 예민하므로, 병기결정에 유용하다고 인정되어 왔다. 저자들은 최근 2년간 조직학적으로 확진된 폐암 환자중 치료전의 골스캔을 구할 수 있었던 202예를 대상으로 후향적 분석을 하였다. 1) 전체적인 골스캔의 골전이 양성율은 43%(87/202)였으며, 비소세포폐암에서 44%(60/135), 소세포폐암에서 40%(27/67)로 나타났다. 2) 비소세포폐암 중에는 선암이 61%(19/31)의 가장높은 골전이 양성율을 보였고, 비소세포폐암의 임상적 stage II에사 29%, stage II에서 50%의 골전이 양성율을 보였다. 3) 87예의 골전이 양성중에서 고립성인 경우가 18예였으며, 다발성 69예의 골분포양상는 늑골이 가장 빈번했으며 요추, 대퇴골, 흉추 그리고 골반 순서로 나타났다. 4) 골통증이 있었던 환자 67예중 골스캔상 골전이가 양성인 경우가 57예, 골통증이 없었던 107예증 골전이 양성인 경우가 17예였고, 혈청 alkaline phosphatase가 증가되었던 65예중 47예에서 골스캔 양성이었고, 그 수치가 정상이었던 137예중 40예서 골스캔상 전이 소견을 보였다. 5) 전체적으로 증가추세에 있는 폐암 환자에 있어서 치료전의 골 스캔은 병기결정에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있는 유용한 검사라 하겠다.

Estimation of Freeway Accident Likelihood using Real-time Traffic Data (실시간 교통자료 기반 고속도로 교통사고 발생 가능성 추정 모형)

  • This study proposed a model to estimate traffic accident likelihood using real-time traffic data obtained from freeway traffic surveillance systems. Traffic variables representing spatio-temporal variations of traffic conditions were utilized as independent variables in the proposed models. Binary logistics regression modelings were conducted to correlate traffic variables and accident data that were collected from the Seohaean freeway during recent three years, from 2004 to 2006. To apply more reliable traffic variables, outlier filtering and data imputation were also performed. The outcomes of the model that are actually probabilistic measures of accident occurrence would be effectively utilized not only in designing warning information systems but also in evaluating the effectiveness of various traffic operations strategies in terms of traffic safety.

  • 전기아연도금강판은 표면이 미려하고 희생방식력이 뛰어나기 때문에 주로 자동차와 가전, 건자재 등에 많이 사용된다. 현재 냉연 표면처리 제품들은 연속도금공정에 의해 생산되고 있으며 고전류밀도에 의한 고속생산과 도늠액 제조와 조성이 비교적 단순해야 하는 여러 가지 이유로 염산욕과 황산욕을 가장 많이 사용하고 있다. 최근에 신설된 당사의 전기도금공정은 수직형으로 황산욕에서 불용성 양극을 채용하여 아연을 전기도금하고 있다. 일반적으로 황산욕은 염산욕 대비 전기 전도성이 나빠 과전압이 크게 걸리므로 불용성 양극을 사용하여 극간 거리를 최소화할 필요가 있다. 그러나 $Ir0_2$가 코팅된 불용성 양극은 가격이 비싸기 때문에 극간 거리를 너무 짧게 하면 깡대에 의해 손상을 받을 수가 있어 극간 거리를 줄이는데 한제가 있다. 따리서 용액의 전도도들 증가시켜 과전합을 줄이기 위해서는 타사에서 현재 사용하고 있는 황산나트륨, 황산칼륨, 황산암모늄 등에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 전기전도 보조제들은 용액의 전기전도도 뿐만 아니라 도금층의 외관 및 미세구조에도 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 황산나트륨, 황산암모늄의 농도를 변화시켜 표면외관, 한계전류밀도, 미세구조, 우선배향성 등을 조사하여 최적의 물성을 갖는 아연 도금층을 얻기 위한 조건을 도출하고자 하였다. 전기아연도금용 소재로는 두께 0.8mm이고 크기가 $100{\times}120mm$인 중저탄소강 (0.02% C)을 사용하였으며 전처리 과정으로 탈지와 산세를 행하고 현장 도금액을 사용하여 다음과 같은 조건 하에서 아연도금을 행하였고 극간전합을 측정하였다. 도금 후 표면의 미세구조는 SEM을 사용하여 관찰하였으며 표면외관 특성을 분석하기 위해 광택도계(Tri- Microgloss-60-85)를 이용하여 입사각 $60^{\circ}$ 에서 광택도를 측정하였고, 색차계(Color Quest II Hunter Lab.)를 사용하여 백색도를 각각 측정하였다. 또한 X선 회절기를 이용하여 도금층의 우선 배향성을 분석하였다.

  • This study was undertaken to analyze proximate compositions, minerals, vitamins, amino acids and fatty acids of Angelica keiskei Koidz. The contents of raw leaf and stem juice were compared with those of aerial whole plant. The aerial whole plant was relatively rich in crude fiber. The leaf juice was rich in lipid, protein, minerals, vitamins and amino acids whereas the stem juice was rich only in sugar and some kinds of fatty acids.

  • The objectives of this study aye to develop an on-line departure time-based travel time estimation method and to determine an optimal link length for the estimation. This study developed a link-based rolling horizon logic as the travel time estimation method. In order to determine an optimal link length, the information error of the travel time provision from the user's perspective was defined and employed as a selection criterion. It was found that, when the travel time aggregation size was set as five minutes, a link length of four kilometers gave the most accurate result.

  • Korea Expressway Corporation has been utilizing vehicles equipped with dedicated short range communication (DSRC) based on-board equipment (OBE) for collecting path travel times. A path based method (PBM) estimates the path travel time using probe vehicles traveling whole links on the path, so it is not always possible to obtain sufficient samples for calculating path travel time in the DSRC system. Having this problem in utilizing DSRC for travel time information, this study attempted to estimate path travel time with the help of a link based method (LBM) and examined whether the LBM can be used for obtaining reliable path travel times. Some comparisons were made and identified that the MAPE difference between the LBM and the PBM estimates are less than 3%, signaling that LBM can be used as a proxy for PBM in case of sparse sample conditions. Some limitations and a future research agenda have also been proposed.

Changes of Chemical Composition during the Aging of Liquid Koji Kochujang (액체국에 의한 고추장 양조중의 성분 변화)

  • The three kinds of Kochujang were prepared with liquid koji equivalent to 30%, 50%, and 70% of brewing water. The qualities of the Kochujangs during aging at $25^{\circ}C$ for 4 months were compared with those of the control group which was made from solid koji. There were no significant differences in the contents of moisture, crude protein, crude fat, NaCl and ethyl alcohol between test groups. The contents of amino nitrogen, soluble nitrogen, reducing sugar and pH of each test group during Kochujang aging were high in the order of control group. 70% liquid koji group, 50% liquid koji group and 30% liquid koji group. The pH of control group was over 5.0 during aging period. The titratable acidity of Kochujang was high in the 50% liquid koji group and the 30% liquid koji group.

  • The three kinds of Kochujang were prepared with liquid koji equivalent to 30%, 50% and 70% of brewing water and the contents of free amino acids and free sugars during aging at $25^{\circ}C$ for 3 months were compared with those of the control group which was made from solid koji. All tested Kochujang were higher in glutamic acid, lysine and aspartic acid while lower in methionine, histidine and tryptophan. The content of total free amino acids was high in the order of control group, 70%, 50%, and 30% liquid koji group. Fructose and rhamnose were found in all groups, but glucose in only the control group and 70% liquid koji group. Fructose content was the highest of the free sugars and total free sugar content was higher in the control group and 70% liquid koji group than other groups.
