Properities of Freshly Mixed Concrete Using Recycled Coarse Aggregates and Steel Fiber (강섬유를 혼입한 굳지 않은 재생 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The physical properties of freshly mixed steel fiber reinforced recycled concrete(SFRRC) were_investigated. Physical state and quality of fresh concrete were monitored batch by batch. the properties of freshly mixed SFRRC were determined in terms of slump, air content, superplasticizer, and bleeding ratio. Concrete mixtures were produced for three kinds of aggregate proportions. So, the experimental variables are various aggregate proportions, steel fiber contents(0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5%) and steel length(30, 50, 60mm). From experimental results, optimum s/a by various experimental variables, variations of the slump by the air contents, and optimum superplasticizer to decrease unit water were presented.

  • The quality characteristics of concrete using super plasticizer in dornestlc rnarket are evaluat ed in order to put to practical use of high performance concrete with high mobility. high strength ard high durability. For this purpose, rune kmds of super plasticizer are compared and analyzed for the slump, air content. unit weight, water reducing percent and ratios of compressive strength wth admixture content. As a result, the optimum quantity of admixture content were obtained for ordinary and high strength concrete using super plasticizer.

  • For complying with the demand of developing high strength concrete, the high strength concrete with higher cement contents and lower water-cement ratio using high range water reducing admixture has been manufactured. In this study, for the purpose of improving the strength of concrete, concrete with silica fume and gypsum was produced so that it was acquired to high compressive strength of $1,058kg/cm^2$, $1,170kg/cm^2$ at age 28 and 91 days, respectively. But neither tensile strength nor modulus of elasticity were highly improved although the compressive strength of the concrete increased. And it was concluded that a higher slump loss of fresh high strength concrete and interior temperature increment of concrete in according to elapsed time than convential concrete should be solved.

  • The aim of this research is suggesting application method of the wasted rock obtained from the limestone quarry of raw material for cement as a coarse aggregate for high strength concrete after crushing and sieving processes. The wasted rock has been normally wasted because of its low quality as a material for cement production. In this research, the concrete using this wasted limestone coarse aggregate was evaluated the constructability based on the performances of workability, air content, and compressive strength. From the experiment, a favorable performance was achieved with a limestone coarse aggregate for high strength concrete comparing to the high strength concrete using granite coarse aggregate.

  • 최근 들어 교통난 해소를 위한 도로확폭 공사나 파일항타 및 발파 등의 공사가 많이 진행되고 있으며, 이러한 경우 진동의 영향으로 콘크리트의 품질 저하에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 진동과 굳지 않은 콘크리트에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 실험변수를 진동속도, 진동발생점등으로 나누어, 콘크리트의 압축강도, 부착강도를 측정하였다. 또한 응결시간을 측정하여 외부 진동용인이 응력에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 진동속도는 0.25cm/sec ~4.2cm/sec까지 변화시켰고, 진동가력시점은 타설 직후(0시간)부터 타설 후 2, 4, 6, 12 시간 후 에 진동을 가하였다. 본 연구의 실험 결과 진동속도 0.25cm/sec 에서는 압축 강도와 부착강도가 증가하는 반면에 진동속도 0.5cm/sec 이상에서는 압축강도는 5~12% 정도 감소하고 부착강도도 이와 유사하게 감소하는 것으로나타나고 있다. 응결시간은 0.25cm/sec의 작은 진동에서는 영향이 거의 없으나 0.5cm/sec 이상에서는 타설 직후의 진동시 응결시간이 다소 빨라지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과, 양생초기 콘크리트의 진동 허용치는 약 0.3~0.4cm/sec 로 나타나고 있으며, 이것은 앞으로 실제 구조물의 시공시 진동규제치로서 하나의 유용한 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Durability of High Early Strength Concrete Using Fine Particles Cement (미립자 시멘트를 이용한 조강 콘크리트의 내구성 검토)

  • In order to secure the effective high early age strength of the concrete, the study was carried out with a goal of functional improvement of cement. This study was carried out as a follow up for the previous study, which analyzed the high early age strength and durability of concrete mixed with fine particle cement (FC) during cement production. The experimental results showed that the target range for each mix was satisfied at fresh state of concrete. Also, when mixed with fine particles cement, the setting time improved. Additionally, compressive strength and heat of hydration increased and remained same, respectively. Especially, the durability remained same even when mixed with fine particle cement.

  • This study is designed for producing and analyzing the structure application properties of the ready mixed concrete of specified concrete strength about 400kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ in the batcher plant. And this part is designed for analyzing to the slump, slump flow, air content and unit weight in fresh state. By the test results of fresh concrete state, the slump, slump flow and air content are decreased, but unit weight is increased while open time is passed.

  • In this study, the analysis was conducted in the aspect of non-hardened concrete of Ternary Mixed Aggregates, and it was determined that flowing and amount of air increased as the mixing combinations of RS increased. However, it is difficult to see the phenomenon only as a result of increasing mixing combinations of RS, and it is thought that the influence of CS and SS also plays a large role. For later analysis, we plan to conduct research on compressive strength and shrinkage according to age, and analyze more suitable mixing combinations.

  • In this study, the correlation between the properties of concrete in the fresh state and the compressive strength of hardened concrete was analyzed. It was found that the compressive strength increased as the values of T500 and plastic viscosity increased. However, there is a relationship between T500, which is a qualitative method, and compressive strength, but it seems difficult to predict through this. However, the correlation between plastic viscosity and compressive strength appears to be high, and it is believed that compressive strength can be predicted, but more data will be collected in the future for additional analysis. I think this will be necessary.

  • The use of fly-ash has been being increased to prevent alkali-aggregate reaction in concrete and to reuse industrial by-product. However the absorption of unburnt carbon to cement particles due to the increase of fly-ash usage decreases air content result in the risk at durability due to free-thawing. The properties of entrained air in fresh concrete, with various fly-ash replacement ratios and different types of air entraining agents, have been analyzed to suggest basic data for the stable air entraining property with large amount of fly-ash replacement in concrete.
