The objective of this study is to interpret that at international business management, overseas marketing research is very important to enter the new market as well as competitive market in the wold. There are many distinct components of the environment which can affect the exporting company, so the exporting company must to find the opportunities and threats in foreign market after it researches the firms export potential for successful or survival themselves. Often the export marketing research is a more difficult and complex task than the domestic marketing research. As international marketing activities for exporting company, an investigator has to get abilities for understanding regional culture and to analyze the data for investigation and findings as skeptical mind.

The purpose of this study is to start from the recognition of the problem of why the sanctions of the international community could not indicate a great effect. In order to find answers to this question, this study focuses on China's aid to North Korea and analyzes the determinants of support for North Korea. Despite a tough international community's sanctions against North Korea, China has taken a dual stance on sanctions and support for North Korea. As for this dual attitude of China, this study approaches the internal and external situation of the support to the North with the rationale for the Two-level game theory. China's sanction against North Korea could be divided into two categories: external factors and domestic factors. These factors include strengthening supremacy in China, checking the US, playing a responsible role in China, securing resources in North Korea, sustaining stable growth in China, maintaining the legitimacy of China's socialist political system, and spreading the Beijing consensus. Based on the analysis of these factors, it could be expected that China's aid for North Korea will be official, informal, or continuous, and it will be difficult for the North to stop supporting North Korea or deteriorating North Korea- China relations.

The purpose of this study was to observe the kinematic patterns of hurdling by domestic hurdlers and elite hurdlers from other countries in particular, we studied the hurdling motion and joint angles at the third hurdle in 110-m hurdle races. There were slight differences in the following variables at takeoff and landing: angle of the center of gravity(elite hurdler, $34.14^{\circ}$ domestic hurdler, $24.89^{\circ}$), angle variables the body angle(elite hurdler, $4.27^{\circ}$ domestic hurdler, $6.37^{\circ}$), the angle of trunk inclination(elite hurdler, $3.18^{\circ}$ domestic hurdler, $11.58^{\circ}$), and the hip angle(elite hurdler, $40.1^{\circ}$ domestic hurdler, $43.2^{\circ}$).

As one of the most widely used assistive technology devices for the disabled in Korea, the powered wheelchair conforms to KS P ISO 7176-5 standard size which uses original version of international standard, ISO 7176-5 without technological modification. However, the international standard is not suitable for the disabled in Korea because it defines the size of wheelchair based on the body size of foreigners, which causes imbalanced posture due to limitation of movement or rotation of pelvis, pressure ulcer incidence due to excessive pressure on the thigh or popliteal space and calf, and safety of reduction due to improper posture. This study suggested the guidance of size for powered wheelchair based on human body size examined by Korean Agency for Technology and Standards, showing a great difference from the size defined in KS P ISO 7176-5 and accordingly redefinition for the size of powered wheelchair is needed.

Electroencephalography (EEG) is used for the diagnosis of epilepsy and testing the brain function. Clinical technologists are responsible for recording EEG without artifacts in accordance with the international 10~20 electrode system. Training on these techniques requires practical education. In the case of EEG, however, it is difficult for trainees to find the correct location of the electrode. Therefore, this study compared the time spent to locate the electrode attachment between traditional tape and the newly developed band. The time spent for sitting position patients using the band (196.7±61.8s) was 1084.3 s faster than the tape (1,281.0±457.4s) (P<0.001). Furthermore, the spend time spent for lying position patients using the band (200.2±49.3s) was 1217.7s faster than the tape (1417.9±482.3s) (P<0.001). Measurements using the band showed fewer differences due to various factors, such as position, practical experience, and gender. The newly developed band can locate the correct electrode attachment position quickly and efficiently, which has been a difficult problem in EEG practical education. In addition, this band is expected to be applied widely by new clinical technologists in the clinical field. Nevertheless, more study will be required to verify the accuracy of the location of the attaching electrode.

몇 년 전, 그가 행정 부지사로 재직할 때 그를 한 번 만난 적이 있었다. 저소득층 주민 암 검진 사업 등 도민 복지 사업 실현에 주도적 역할을 담당했던 김진선 당시 부지사에 대한 느낌은 냉철한 판단과 합리적인 계획을 바탕으로 추진력 있게 일을 한다는 것이었다. 그때나 지금이나 그가 변함없이 들려 준 이야기는 '심지기위의(心之起爲意)'다. 그러니까 마음이 일어나면 뜻이 된다는 말이다. 어디에 있든 만년을 있을 것처럼 일에 전념하고 최선을 다하는 자세야말로 자신과 사회를 건강하게 하는 기본이라고 김진선 강원도지사는 강조한다. 김지사와의 이번 만남에서, 당시의 느낌이 틀리지 않았음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그는 여전히 최선을 다하고 있었다. 당시 도민 5대 암 검진 사업을 실현시킨 것처럼 강원 국제 관광 엑스포를 성공적으로 마무리했고, 다가오는 새 천년 강원도의 힘을 하나로 모아 세계 최고의 '도'로 만들기 위한 아주 구체적인 일들을 추진하고 있었다.

Presenting symbolic concepts consistent with the culture of the host country and international trends at international events will win the favor of the world and raise the image of the host country. The international event mascot symbolically represents the host country's unique culture, and is a good means to enhance the sense of belonging and pride of its members and to display the image of the host country in an outwardly. This study discussed the symbolic elements of the host country characteristics reflected in FIFA's World Cup event mascot. A total of 14 mascots of World Cup events were held from 1966 to 2018, and their materials can be divided into animals, plants, people and creations. The mascot was applied with the characteristic elements of regional specialties, the flag of the host country, symbolic attire, language of the hosting area, social issues and the mascot's dress, posture, props and expression characters of soccer events were used as symbolic elements. First of all, the implications of the research were that mascots were more strongly expressing the "football" signifying element, the theme of events, rather than regional characteristics. Second, the use of 'national flag' was highlighted among the elements of expressing regional characteristics. Third, 'animal' was preferred for mascot material. Fourth, mascots have become integrated with 'cultural perfumes' and play an extended role in raising social awareness. Implications derived from the classification of characteristics and symbol representation elements raised in this study will be used as a basis for the planning of international event mascots.

Although poultry industry in Japan has been much developed in recent years, it still needs to be developed , compared with developed countries. Since the poultry market in Korea is expected to be opened in the near future it is necessary to maximize the Productivity to reduce the production costs and to develop the scientific, technologies and management organization systems for the improvement of the quality in poultry production. Followings ale the summary of poultry industry in Japan. 1. Poultry industry in Japan is almost specized and commercialized and its management system is ： integrated, cooperative and developed to industrialized intensive style. Therefore, they have competitive power in the international poultry markets. 2. Average egg weight is 48-50g per day (Max. 54g) and feed requirement is 2. 1-2. 3. 3. The management organization system is specialized and farmers in small scale form complex and farmers in large scale are integrated.

As market becomes global, international standardization is more critical for the success of businesses and countries. Especially in the field of ICT(Information and Communication Technology), standardization is more important. Businesses not only try to expand the standard favoring them, but also they try to include their IPR(Intellectual Property Rights) such as patents into the standard. By doing these, businesses can increase their share in the market. In this paper we consider the patents included into the standards of ITU-T and IEEE which are major international standards development organizations(SDO) in the field of ICT. The patent analysis is a meaningful research topic because it helps us to understand the current status and future directions of patent activities. We investigate the patent database with respect to the nationality and institution of patent owners. The results of patent database analysis are included and some comments are presented.

Even though the historical changes of the Cold War, they does not release the Cold War structure in Korean peninsula. And continues North Korea's provocations against South Korea. A factor of instability in Northeast Asia is the causing catastrophic inter-Korean relations and North Korea's Yeonpyeong shelling and provocation of the Cheonan battleship sinking by an explosion. These behaviors have been committed by among the North Korea military. North Korea's provocations made by a complex decision-making system in the United States and North Korea and South Korea. North Korea's aggressive military actions are conducted under the North Korean political system of strategies unification of the Korean peninsula. It has a duality of continuity and change, depending on the situation of a foreign policy in North Korea. If North Korea want maintain structure of their country, they should change the national policy and strategy, tactics and the military action type. North Korea should be a member of international community. As one of the country in the world, North Korea create economic power, nuclear tensions break, and participate in the international community for the peace.
