우리 학회에서는 선진국과의 기술협력 강화, 국제적 입지의 향상, 국내 연구의 활성화 등의 취지로 1994년부터 ISAP 국제학술회의의 국내 유치를 추진하였으며 노력을 경주한 결과 1995년 12월 ISAP 국제운영위원회(ISC:International Steering Committee)로부터 유치 확정 통보를 받았다. 1996년 1월에 본 학회 이사회에서는 ISP'97 국제 학술회의를 학회 창립 50주년 기념행사의 일환으로 치를 것을 결정하였고 1996년 2월 ISAP'96 대회기간중 열린 ISC 회의에서 원래 '97년 8월중으로 예정된 개최일자를 '97년 7월로의 변경을 신청하여 승인하였다. ISP'97 국제학술회의에서는 창립 50주년 기념 국제학술회의로서의 의의를 높이고 많은 회원들의 참여를 유도하기 위하여 대회 주제의 범위를 전력시스템 분야만이 아니고 발전소, 전기기기, 원자력 등을 포함한 일반 전기공학의 모든 분야에 있어서의 지능형시스템 신기술 응용으로 확대하였다.

이 시리즈를 시작하면서 제3권 제2호(1993.6)에 sc27국제표준화 현황을 정리해 보고했었다. 필자와 산업연구원의 이경석 박사가 1993년 10월 파리에서 열린 SC27 국제표준 총회에 다녀와 새로 정리된 최신의 표준화현황은 11월 20일 개최되는 1993년도 한국통신정보보호학회 학술대회에서 특별보고회로 발표되며그 내용은 논문집에 포함되어 있으니 참고 바란다. 이번 호에는n비트의 입출력을 갖는 블럭암호화 알고리즘의 사용방법에 관해 1991년에 국제표준이 된 문서 IS 10116를 소개한다. 이보다 앞서 1987년 IS 8372로 거의 같은 내용의 국제표준이 n=64의 경우에 한정되어 만들어져 사용되어왔다. 1992년 정보보안 국제총회에서 IS 10116이 IS8372의 내용을 포함하며 IS 10116가 IS 8372보다 더 잘 서술되어 있으므로 IS 3872를 국제표준으로 놓아두자는 결론을 냈었다.

자율운항선박의 등장으로 국제해사기구는 기존 IMO 협약의 개정사항 식별이나 관련 국제협약의 통일해석과 제개정이 필요한 사항을 논의하고 있다. 제105차 법률위원회에서는 MASS 규정식별(RSE) 작업에 대하여 2022년 완료를 목표로 제106차 법률위원회부터 논의하기로 결정한 바 있다. 이와 관련하여 MSC RSE 작업결과와 방법론 개발을 통하여 자율등급, 방법론, 협약리스트, 작업계획 등을 확정할 계획이다. 우리나라에서는 헌법 제6조의 규정에 따라 국제법규는 국내법과 동일한 효력을 가지고 IMO 회원국감사제도에서 회원국이 국제협약을 국내법으로 수용하여 이행하고 있는지를 감사하고 있기에 국제협약이 국내법으로 수용하는 작업이 얼마나 중요한지를 알 수 있다. 이번 연구에서는 IMO 국제협약 RSE 작업을 기반으로 자율운항선박의 자율화 정도구분 및 기술발전단계에 다라 개정소요가 필요한 국내법을 식별하고 비교·분석하여 자율운항선박이 상용화되기 위한 새로운 법안 마련의 필요성을 제시하였다.

The Risø Research Institute in Denmark conducted the luminescence dating intercomparison project, which derives equivalent dose, annual dose, and absolute age results for each laboratory from the same sample, and compares the results between laboratories. This project was carried out from 2006 to 2012. In this project, 30 international laboratories worldwide participated, including the luminescence laboratory at the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM). As a result of the project's synthesis, the average value of the results generally shows an over-dispersion value between laboratories of about 13%. The equivalent dose value obtained through the provided quartz analyzed in KIGAM shows results almost identical to the final equivalent dose value of the project. On the other hand, the equivalent dose value obtained from self-extracted quartz analyzed in KIGAM shows a difference of about 0.9 Gy from the final result of the project, which is thought to be due to the difference in particle size of the separated quartz. This international joint research project is the first large-scale international joint study related to luminescence dating and is expected to have contributed to the reliability and use of luminescence dating internationally.

This study analyzes the effects of global diversification level on discretion accruals and firm value. In order to verify the hypothesis of this study, the sample of securities companies was selected from 2012 to 2015, and the final sample is 2,139 firm-year. The results of this paper are as follows : First, discretionary accruals increased as the diversification level increased. We conducted an additional analysis as to whether the increase in information asymmetry due to international diversification affects discretionary accruals. As a result, the increase of information asymmetry due to international diversification increased discretionary accruals. This analysis is consistent with EI Mehdi and Seboui(2001)'s study. Second, we analyze the impact of international diversification on corporate value. In previous studies, there was no consistent conclusion about the relationship between international diversification and firm value(Christophe and Pfeiffer, 2002; Denis and Vost, 2002; Bodnar and Wenintrop, 1997; Bodnar et al., 2003). Therefore, this study hypothesizes that the increase in discretionary accruals, which have been driven by international diversification, will have an impact on firm value. Aa a result of the analysis, we found that the increase in discretionary accruals due to diversification declines the firm value. This means that the increase in discretionary accruals due to diversification is utilized as and opportunistic means by taking individual gain of managers.

Recently. the interest in Physical distribution has increased in economic geography This paper aims to review and prospect the internatonal physical distribution studies of international trade and international freight flows. And it has examined the changes in methodology of international physical distribution. Author has defined international physical distribution as the physical distribution of international trade and international freight flow The results are as follows : (1) As the methodology of international physical distribution studies developes, the physical distribution should be recognized not only as transportation phenomenon but also as total logistics which is understood as the combination of production and consumption including information flow. (2) The studies about model of international physical distribution flow ill need to study regional relations including urban, in the future. And economic geography and location theory adding culture and behaviour elements will be restructured, because not only state but also multinational corporation appear as trade subject in global economy. (3) The studies for the relation of habor and its hinterland in Physical distribution need to analyze the factors causing habor use with decision-making behaviour of corporation. (4) After oil crisis. as air freight is important, the studies for hinterland and foreland of freight centering international airport are needed because of necessity of light and small freight. flexible Production system, free trade, and high speed freight transportation of freshing food and flowers and so forth.

The main purpose of this study was to identify the topics and research trends of international cadastral research using LDA. To achieve this goal, I reviewed the literature on LDA and international cadastral study and formulated four research questions that are topics of cadastral researchers, distribution of topics, the most influential topics and changes of topics over time. To answer these research questions, I analyzed 370 papers published in the FIG Peer Review Journal between January 1, 2008, and October 31, 2017, using LDA. As a result of the analysis, I confirmed that there are twelve major topics in international cadastral research. And the most influential topic of these topics was identified as topic 2(cadastral information systems), and topic 5(land development and land administration) was also confirmed as playing an important role in the overall document. These two topics have been the most popular topics whose trendlines have been very active over the past decade and will play a leading role in future cadastral research.

A freight forwarder plays an important role in global trade and logistics by connecting worldwide nodes such as shippers, ports, and airports. Most freight forwarders in Korea are small and do not provide a sophisticated and professional service. This study aims to develop a strategy for Korean freight forwarders to the world-class 3PLs which they have to establish the strategy on how shippers select their freight forwarders. We conducted a higher-order factor analysis using the PLS-SEM techniques on the SmartPLS program to confirm the importance and significance of each factor, while considering relevant previous research. The findings suggested that shippers chose their freight forwarders for international logistics activities primarily by the reliability and forwarder service factors. Therefore, freight forwarders in Korea have to strengthen confidence and widen their service to shippers in order to become leading logistics companies.

This study investigates the effect of internationalization speed and scope on the performance in Korean SMEs. Through empirical regression analysis, the following results were identified. both the time-based speed of internationalization and the scope of internationalization by a geographical perspective have significant positive impacts on international performance. This implies that the earlier and wider in global market expansion, the more positive the effect on performance. It was also confirmed that the scope has a significantly greater effect on international performance than speed, which suggests that the geographical national scope is more meaningful for international performance than the initial foreign market entry speed. In addition, the characteristics of the CEO's international experience strengthened the positive relationship between internationalization speed and performance. In conclusion, it means that the internationalization speed and the scope after foreign market entry should be managed in a balanced way to enhance the level of SMEs internationalization.

현재 우리 나라에서는 수송분야 중 항공기, 선박, 건설기계 농기계 등과 같은 비토로 이동오염원에 의한 대기오염에 대해서는 연구가 부진한 실정이다. 2001년 김포공항을 이용하던 국제선 항공기는 인천국제공항의 개항에 따라 이전하게 되었다. 이에 따라 항공기 이착륙에 의한 대기오염 배출이 상당 부분 김포지역에서 인천 영종도지역으로 이전되었을 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 미국 FAA에서 공항의 대기오염배출량 산출 및 주변지역의 농도예측에 선정모델로 추천하고 있는 EDMS (Emission and Dispersion Modeling System)을 사용하여 국제선 이전에 따른 김포공항 주변지역의 NOx 오염도 변화를 예측하고 이를 실측치와 비교 평가하고자 한다.
