In March 2021, the <Guidance on Promoting the Scientific Interface between Kindergarten and Elementary School> issued by the Ministry of Education of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to child oriented. This goal of this policy is based on the idea of "living education" proposed by Mr. Heqin Chen in 1940, which indicates that a true understanding of children is necessary before talking about educating them. The core goal of "bidirectional articulation" is to strengthen the sense of articulation between kindergartens and elementary school, scientifically prepare for and adapt to school enrollment, and promote the smooth transition of children. Moreover, the <Guidance Points for Kindergarten Readiness Education> and the <Guidance Points for Elementary School Adaptation Education>, which were released at the same time as the <Guidance on Promoting the Scientific Interface between Kindergarten and Elementary School>, also place special emphasis on the cultivation of children's life preparation and adaptability. The aim of the bidirectional articulation "bridging" is to realize a two-way exchange of curriculum between kindergarten and elementary school, and to reform the curriculum at three levels through the curriculum spirit of "gamification", the continuous curriculum structure, and the developmental curriculum evaluation.

This paper mainly studies the national impression of college students on South Korea, selects students from some key universities as the target population, and conducts an in-depth investigation from the overall impression of South Korea, diplomatic image, food culture, language culture, tourism, entertainment circle and other aspects. Through a questionnaire survey of Chinese college students, this paper studies the image of South Korea in the eyes of contemporary Chinese college students, including the following aspects: First, Research the current Chinese college students' perception of the overall image of South Korea; Second, it studies the current Chinese college students' perception of the image of South Korea in the diplomatic, language, food, tourism and entertainment circles, and analyzes the internal dimensions of the image of South Korea in the minds of Chinese college students; Third, it studies the current Chinese college students' cognition of the overall image of South Koreans, and analyzes the internal dimensions of the image of South Koreans in the minds of Chinese college students; Fourth, to investigate the evaluation of Chinese college students on the image of South Korea. The survey results are analyzed from the perspectives of all subjects and gender differences, combined with the theories of communication and intercultural communication, and suggestions and prospects for the future development of the national image are made.

In recent years, "Korean Wave" has entered the life of college students with the carrier of popular culture such as popular music, TV plays and novels, which is unique to South Korea, and has been widely pursued by college students. The Korean wave culture inevitably exerts an important influence on their values. Based on this, on the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper takes Chinese college students as the research object. After understanding the attitude and contact status of contemporary college students towards Korean Wave culture, this paper explores the reasons for the prevalence of Korean Wave culture in China, and then specifically analyzes the influence of Korean Wave culture on Chinese college students from both positive and negative aspects. It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to correctly guide college students to face the Korean Wave culture from the four aspects of society, colleges, families and individuals. I hope to guide college students to rationally cope with the Korean wave culture, establish a correct outlook on life, and better integrate into the trend of The Times.

Based on Kingdon's policy stream model, the logical mechanism of student burden double reduction policy agenda setting process in China was analyzed from three aspects: problem stream, policy stream, political stream. It was found that the direct reflection of data, the feedback and improvement of current policies constitute the problem stream.The high attention of government departments, the suggestions of CPPCC members and experts and scholars, the strong voice of schools, and the continuous voice of stakeholders constitute the policy stream. The ruling party's governing idea and educational policy, national mood and interest game during the transition period constitute the political policy stream. The three streams, coupling interaction, open the policy window, promoting the introduction of the 'double reduction' policy.

The AC-DC magnetic field standard systems were constructed for the calibration of magnetometers for low magnetic field and the tests for low magnetic field characteristics of sensors and materials. In the range of 1 mT, the expanded uncertainty of dc is 8${\times}$10$\^$-6/, ac uncertainties are 0.16% in 0.1～1 kHz, 0.26% in 1～5 kHz, and 0.44% in 5～20 kHz. We have been participated in international key comparison(KC) to achieve the equality and the mutual agreement between standard institutes for the results of calibrations and tests. KRISS participating in ac-dc magnetic flux density of KC got equal level of uncertainty results compare with the advanced nations. It confirm that measurement ability of magnetic flux density is high level in the world.

This study selected college students in Anhui Province as the research subjects and used a questionnaire survey method to understand the current implementation status of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education. The survey results indicate that college students have insufficient awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship; Poor integration of curriculum construction. This study analyzes the reasons for the problems from four aspects: the government, enterprises, and universities, as well as the subjective will of students. Based on qualitative and quantitative research, the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: firstly, strengthen top-level design; Secondly, promote the integration of curriculum construction; Thirdly, expand the teaching staff; Fourthly, a practical platform for school enterprise co creation; Fifth, cultivate students' innovative awareness and guide innovative practice.

제10회 아카시아 토론회가 본 협회(KIRA) 주최로 오는 9월 13일부터 17일까지 인터컨티넨탈호텔 국제회의장에서 개최된다. "아시아에서의 기술, 전통 그리고 건축"을 주제로 열리는 이번 토론회에는 우리나라를 비롯해 중국, 일본 등 아시아지역 16개 회원국 대표단과 행사관계자, 그리고 일반참가자 등 약 1천여명이 참가해 아시아지역 건축사들간 유대를 강화하고 주제 토론을 통한 기술교류 및 건축정보를 교환하게 된다. 5박6일간의 일정으로 진행될 이번 행사는 토론회와 함께 공식행사로 아카시아 이사회와 교육위원회 회의가 열리며 아시아건축상 시상식과 각종 전시회, 건축탐방, 한국건축소개 등 다양한 부대행사가 열린다. 특히 "건축문화의 해"를 맞아 개최되는 이번 ARCASIA Forum 행사에는 지명도가 높은 외국 건축사들이 상당수 우리나라를 찾을 것으로 예상돼 많은 건축인들의 관심이 모아지고 있으며 아울러 한국에서의 대규모 국제행사 개최를 계기로 침체돼 있는 우리 건축계에 활력을 불어넣고 한국건축의 위상을 한단계 끌어 올리는 기회가 될 것으로 보인다. 그동안 우리 협회는 88년아카시아대회를 제외하고는 국제관련 행사가 주로 외국에서 열렸던 관계로 직접적으로 행사에 관계했던 인사나 일부 관심있는 국내 건축사 이외에는 아카시아의 성격과 역할 등에 대한 이해가 부족했고 그만큼 관련행사에 대한 관심도가 적었던 것 같다. 그러나 국제사회는 국가간의 개방과 정책에 따라 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 새로운 시도가 이루어지고 있으며, 건축관련부문은 민간사업뿐 아니고 정부 조달시장까지도 개방되어 외국 업체가 참여하고 있는 실정이다. 건축설계 또한 시장개방의 압력을 직간접적으로 받고 있을 뿐 아니라 그것이 점차 현실로 다가오고 있다. 이같은 상황에서 우리 건축계는 지속적인 국제교류를 통해 세계 건축시장이 어떻게 변화되고 있는지를 확인하고 그에 대한 정보를 토대로 적절한 대처가 필요한 상황이다. 그동안 아카시아는 회원국의 현안에 대해 서로의 정보교환과 토론이 있었으며, 아시아 각국의 입장을 대변하여 서방세계와 의견교환을 통해 지속적인 대화를 해 왔다. 이와 관련하여 본지에서는 ARCASIA Forum의 서울개최를 계기로 ARCASIA에 대한 독자 여러분의 이해를 돕고자 아카시아의 연혁과 성격 그리고 관련행사 및 회의구성 등을 요약하여 소개하고 또한 지난 85년 이후 우리 협회가 한국대표로 참가해 활동한 내용 등을 정리해 이번호부터 게재코자 한다.

Due to the rapid progress of globalization, fierce international competition, a declining population, low birth rate and aging population, deficit in a difficult situation at home and abroad, Japan's local governments expand internal and external alliances and partnerships to maximize the economic benefits to the region seeking to enable in the region have efficient allocation of human and material resources through industry support, funding, and administrative efficiency for the purpose of speeding up the formation of a mega regional economies. Union of Kansai Government implements, especially in the wide area of industrial clusters, economic policy need to comprehensive planning and growth strategy such as adjusting the growth strategy attempts to promote the local economy and to enable investment planning and coordination within the current mega regions, These roles are further improving and upgrading their importance of mega regional phase in Japan's regional economic policy.

With an increases in income levels and the establishment of a five-day workweek, the number of passengers using international passenger terminals around the world continues to grow every year. However, previous researches on port sector have focused on cargo, and neglected the study on the passenger attraction strategy of the international passenger terminal. Maximizing passenger attraction strategy of the international passenger terminal requires establishing and operating the port marketing strategy, which reflects port characteristics and the tourism marketing strategy, which reflects the hinterland characteristics in an integrated approach. Therefore, the study presents a marketing mix strategy for Daesan International Passenger Terminal based on existing literatures, and a tourism marketing strategy for Seosan city based on the "6A" factor. Recommendations for the Daesan Port include the grand image improvement strategy of Seosan city, utilization of marine tourism resources and development of various tourism products linked to the neighboring areas.

퓨즈 부착 고압 교류부하개폐기(Alternating current switch-fuse combination)는 개폐기와 한류형 퓨즈의 조합으로서 각각의 규격(개폐기는 IEC60265-1, 한류형 퓨즈는 IEC60282-1)에 따른 개발시험을 실시 한 후 휴즈부착 고압교류 부하개폐기의 규격인 IEC62271-105에 따라 개발시험이 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 개정된 IEC62271-105의 신구 비교, 시험종류 및 시험방법에 대해서 기술하였다.
