With the development of deep learning technologies, Artificial Intelligence powered Optical Character Recognition (AI-OCR) has evolved to read multiple languages from various forms of images accurately. For the financial industry, where a large number of diverse documents are processed through manpower, the potential for using AI-OCR is great. In this study, we present a configuration and a design of an AI-OCR modality for use in the financial industry and discuss the platform construction with application cases. Since the use of financial domain data is prohibited under the Personal Information Protection Act, we developed a deep learning-based data generation approach and used it to train the AI-OCR models. The AI-OCR models are trained for image preprocessing, text recognition, and language processing and are configured as a microservice architected platform to process a broad variety of documents. We have demonstrated the AI-OCR platform by applying it to financial domain tasks of document sorting, document verification, and typing assistance The demonstrations confirm the increasing work efficiency and conveniences.

Purpose: Recently, smoking cessation treatment at dental clinic can be covered by national health insurance. The aim of this study is to evaluate the awareness on the health insurance coverage for smoking cessation treatment in dentistry. Materials and Methods: The survey was carried out on 100 new patients of the patients in Dankook Dental Hospital from March to April 2015. The Questionnaire consists of 18 items. Results: The results show that many of patients expect positive effects of the treatment but most of the respondents were not aware of the initiation of health insurance coverage smoking cessation treatment in dentistry. Conclusion: The government and ministry of health should pay more attention to the promotion of the smoking cessation treatment in dentistry.

The purpose of this study is to explore the social perception on geoscience using a big data analysis and to propose a way to enhance people's perception on geoscience. For this, 5,044 media articles including geoscience produced by 54 media companies from January 1, 2010 to April 14, 2022. were analyzed. Big data analyses were applied. The results of analyses are as follows: Media articles consist of key words of research institute, some countries of America, China and Japan, City of Pohang, CEO of KIGAM. And geology, industry, development of mineral resources, environment, energy, nuclear power, and groundwater are highlighted as key words. Also, it is confirmed that topics related to geoscience such as expert, environment and research institute are not individually isolated, but interconnected and linked to topics in the center of future, industry, and global. Based on this result, ways to enhance people's perception on geoscience were discussed.

2019년 장애인경제활동실태조사에 따르면 장애인의 고용률은 35%, 실업률은 6.6%로 우리나라 전체 경제 활동 인구의 고용률 61.5%, 실업률 4.4%와 비교할 때 매우 낮은 수준을 보여주고 있다. 상대적으로 저조한 장애인의 취업 및 고용 상황을 개선하기 위하여 정부 주요 부처에서 활발한 노력을 하고 있으나, 장애인의 고용환경은 여전히 열악하여 장애인의 낮은 경제활동 참가율, 직종 선택의 제한, 지원 고용에 비해 낮은 일반고용률, 비정규직 치중 등 열악한 고용 형태의 질적 개선 등 장애인고용에 대한 정책적 지원이 더 개선되고 발전되어야 함을 내포하고 있다. 그에 따른 대안으로 장애인 창업이 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 창업은 비장애인조차도 성공하기가 어렵고 실패할 확률이 높다. 장애인 창업의 경우 장애라는 특성으로 인해 실패할 경우 재기하기 어려운 상황에 처해질 가능성이 비장애인보다 높다. 따라서 장애인 창업의 특성을 고려하여 성공 창업 요소를 파악할 필요가 있으며, 그에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 연구는 시급한 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 비장애인들을 대상으로 이루어진 기회 인식, 창업 의도, 기업가정신에 관한 선행 연구의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 장애인 창업자의 창업의지에 미치는 영향요인을 규명해 보고자 한다. 특히 장애인 창업자의 기회인식과 창업의지 사이에서 기업가 정신(혁신성, 위험 감수성, 진취성)의 매개효과를 검증하며, 이 과정에서 창업자의 창업 의도를 고취시킬 수 방안에 관해 논의해 보고자 한다.

소방 본부의 119 종합상황실에서는 24시간 국민의 안전을 위해 긴급 신고를 접수한다. 수보사 분들은 24시간 교대 근무를 하며 신고 전화에 접수 및 응대 뿐만 아니라 출동, 지휘, 관제 업무를 함께 수행한다. 이 논문에서는 이 같은 수보사의 업무 지원을 위해 우리가 구축한 음성 인식과 결합된 실시간 텍스트 분석 시스템에 대해서 소개하고, 출동 지령서 자동 작성을 위한 키워드 검출 및 대화 요약 및 개체명 인식에 기반한 대화 상태 추척 방법에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 대화 요약 기술은 음성 인식 결과를 실시간으로 분석하여 중요한 키워드의 검출 및 지령서 자동 작성을 위한 후처리를 수행하며, 문장 수준에서 개체명 인식 및 관계 분석을 통한 목적 대화의 대화 상태 추적을 수행한다. 이 같은 응용 시스템은 딥러닝 및 기계학습 기반의 자연어 처리 시스템이 실시간으로 텍스트 분석을 수행할 수 있는 기술 수준이 되었음을 보여주며, 긴급한 상황에서 많은 신고 전화를 접수하는 수보사의 업무 효율 증진 뿐만 아니라, 정확하고 신속한 위치 파악으로 신고자를 도와주어 국민안전 증진에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to compare and examine the understanding of the mutual relationship between the welfare attitude of the recipients and the non-recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security. For this purpose, data from the Korea Welfare Panel Study 2016 (11th) were used and the data were analyzed by using difference analysis (DID) and structural equation AMOS after matching propensity scores (PSM) to 382 adults. The main results are as follows: First, Welfare attitudes were not significantly different for the National Basic Livelihood Security than the non- recipients. Second, Positive program welfare policy had a significant effect on welfare attitude for both the recipients and non-recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security. Third, The value recognition government trust and social awareness did not have a significant effect on both the recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security and the non-recipients. The results of this study provide basic data the establishment of policy directions to improve the quality of life of members of society.

Construction engineers are the core resource for the sustainable development of construction industry and positive images toward construction engineers give much impacts on recruit and retainment of the young and talented. Although previous studies reported on negative aspects of the image of construction industry, the image of construction engineers has not been properly investigated to date. The objective of the study is to compare images of construction engineers as perceived by general public and construction engineers themselves in order to identify key characteristics and implications. The result shows that construction engineers themselves, compared with general public, have more negative tendencies on images of construction engineers. The study suggests that it is critical to enhance the understanding of roles of construction engineers and their morality in order to improve general public's perception on construction engineers images. On the other hand, fundamental measures to be taken to restore the environments of construction industry for construction engineers to improve their self-perception on images of construction engineers.

세월호 참사 후, 전 사회적으로 안전이 강조되면서 정부 부처로서 국민안전처, 그후 행정안전부로 명칭이 변경되고 관련 법규가 제정 및 정비, 시행되면서 교육측면에서도 전보다 강력한 재난안전교육이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 정책적 노력의 연장선상에서 정부는 국민 안전교육을 체계적으로 추진하기 위해 2016년 5월 「국민안전교육 진흥기본법」을 제정하여 대국민 안전교육 관련 제도, 정책 수립 및 집행 기능을 대폭 확대하였다. 그러나 국민 안전교육을 체계적으로 추진하기 위한 노력에도 불구하고 전 국민 대상 재난안전교육이 제대로 이루어지기에는 한계가 있음이 여러 연구에서 나타나고 있다. 2015년 이후 재난안전교육 관련 선행연구들은 국내 안전교육이 일회성이나 단기간의 교육으로 이루어지는 것을 지양하고, 생활 속에서 계획적으로 실시되어 지식적 측면·행동적 측면·태도적 측면의 유기적 통합이 이루어지도록 요구하고 있고, 이를 통해 안전교육 효과가 증진됨을 알려주고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 재난안전교육의 목표를 재확인하고 2023년 초까지 진행되었던 안전교육의 실태를 2014년 이후 안전교육을 가장 체계적·지속적으로 받아온 고등학교 학생 대상의 재난 안전 인식 설문을 통한 통계 분석의 과정을 진행하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 생애주기별로 지속적·체계적·반복적으로 이루어져야만 그 목표를 구현할 수 있는 재난안전교육의 특성을 파악하고 교육효과 개선방안을 모색하였다.

This paper studies changes in people's social security awareness during Lee Myung-Bak government, and based on the result, suggests future Park Geun-Hye government's social-security-related administration management plan. In specific, the changes in people's social security awareness in the period of 2008 ~ 2012 have been analyzed, and the result has been utilized to draw suggestions on the future social-security-related administration management plan The result is as the following: First, comprehensive social-security-related policy must be continuously pushed. In terms of the fact that social security is closely related to people's daily lives and life itself, every major component of social security cannot be overlooked. Therefore, comprehensive administration management and policies on each of those components are necessary. Second, social security policies must be reinforced enough for people to actually witness. In case of crime rate, 57.1% of people are pointing it as one of the main causes of social unrest; therefore, this national anxiety must be met with focusing awareness on the subject nation-widely and with thorough national defense preparedness. Third, mutual cooperation between social-security-related branches, and systematic management within the each branches are required. In order to systematically manage every aspect of social security, not only the big agencies - such as Ministry of Security and Public Administration, Ministry of National Defense, Prosecution Service, or National Police Agency -, but most of other parts of administration must cooperate as well. Fourth, consistency in social security policies is necessary. As Park Geun-Hye government's administrative slogans are, "secure and integrated society," "establishing a foundation for happy unification era," which are similar to that of previous administration, the administration should be consistent on its social-security-related politics, rather than differentiating themselves from the previous administration.
