The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the health insurance perception level and health insurance satisfaction for national health insurance subscriber. The collected data were analyzed by $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA using the SPSS/WIN (ver.14.0). Research results can be summarized as follows. The relationship between the health insurance perception level and health insurance satisfaction was relatively high. The study showed significantly high levels in the score of health insurance satisfactions according to perception of security level, health insurance premium, positive thinking, and fair in premium charge. Also health insurance satisfaction scores were significantly low levels according to perception of raise health insurance premium and burden on households. This study investigated the relationship between the detail perception and satisfaction for national health insurance. Therefore, we are setting the overall direction of national health insurance perception, and look forward to utilizing the basis data as help to improve the system of health insurance for people.

After the enactment of the Personal Information Protection Act, policies and activities for the personal information protection have been actively promoted. However the people are showing negative attitudes about personal information, as the ongoing personal data leakages. Therefore, authors tried to empirical analysis of the effectiveness of national policy on the protection of personal information, using SERVQUAL model, focused on the people's perception, in order to identify that how the people recognized current policy. Authors find that the public has perceived the effectiveness of the policy positively, but the level of their awareness is low. And we identify that the people are highly aware of the policy's effectiveness for Immediacy, Convenience and Responsibility, while they have the lowest effectiveness for Efficiency. The policy's improvement focused on the public's low expectations/perceptions and effectiveness awareness, is required in order to develop people-oriented national privacy policy that are satisfied by the people.

본 논문에서는 퀄컴의 Vuforia 엔진을 이용한 공공안내그림표지를 인식하여 해당 표지의 정보를 알려주는 어플리케이션을 제안하고 구현하였다. Vuforia 엔진은 이미지 인식 엔진 중 비교적 최근에 만들어져 다양한 마커를 활용할 수 있으며 속도, 마커 인식 면에서 다른 이미지 인식에 비해 뛰어 나다. 본 논문에서는 Vuforia 엔진에 기반한 공공안내그림표지를 인식하여 해당 표지의 정보를 알려주는 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안한 방법은 스마트폰으로 특정 공공안내그림표지를 인식하면 해당 표지의 정보를 출력해주도록 한다. 또한 공공안내그림표지를 관련된 분야별로 볼 수 있으며 검색을 이용하여 공공안내그림표지를 검색할 수 있다.

국민의 삶의 질을 개선하는 문제가 경제정책의 주요 의제로 떠오르면서 성장률 자체보다는 성장의 질을 개선하자는 논의는 이미 제기된지 오래이다. 물관리 분야에서도 상·하수도 보급률이100%에 가까운 수준으로 인프라는 완성단계에 있다고 해도 과언은 아니다. 그러나 홍수, 가뭄, 수질 오염 등 다양한 물 관련 사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 지자체마다 피해의 대응수준도 차이가 있다. 물복지를 "모든 국민이 언제나 물이 제공하는 혜택을 받고 보다 나은 삶의 질을 보장 받는 것"으로 정의하였을 때 지자체마다 물복지 인프라 수준도 다르고 지역 주민이 느끼는 물복지 수준도 다를 것이다. 물복지 수준 향상을 위해서는 지역 주민이 체감하고 있는 물복지 수준에 대해서 조사하고 정책에 대한 시민들의 수요 조사를 통해 물복지 정책을 수립할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 물관리 및 물복지 정책에 대한 우리나라 국민의 인식 수준을 파악하기 위해 2021년 10월 2천명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 수행하였다. 특히 지역에 따른 물복지 혜택의 격차를 조사하기 위하여 거주 지역에 대한 물이용의 인식 수준을 함께 질문하여 물복지 지수 분석 결과와 국민의 인식 간의 격차를 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 대국민 인식을 반영한 물 정책 우선순위를 파악함으로써 최적 정책 시행 등 향후 물정책 방안 수립에 활용할 수 있다.

언제 어디서나 사람이나 사물과 같은 객체의 위치를 인식하고 이를 기반으로 유용한 서비스를 제공하는 유비쿼터스 위치기반 서비스가 중요한 응용 서비스로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 현재 무선 센서네트워크를 구성하는 노드들의 위치는 매우 유용한 정보로서 수많은 서비스에서 사용될 수 있기 때문에 다양한 형태의 위치인식 알고리즘이 고안되었다. 이러한 위치인식 알고리즘에는 Gradient, MLE[1], MDS[2], dwMDS[3]등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 알고리즘에 대해 간략히 설명하고, 기존 알고리즘성능을 개선하기 위한 두 가지 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 방법의 성능을 증명하기 위해 시뮬레이션 모듈을 구현하고 시뮬레이션 결과를 바탕으로 각 위치인식 알고리즘의 성능을 비교 평가한다.

Recognizing the need for the nation-wide reading initiative to promote reading activities of the whole nation, this study was conducted to provide the foundation for planning the National Year of Reading in Korea. It reviewed the details on the administration, budget, cooperation, promotion, program and implementation strategy of the National Year of Reading in the U. K., Japan, and Australia. To investigate the nation's perception of reading and the nation-wide reading initiative, a focus group interview with 13 professionals in reading and a survey partaken by 719 citizens were conducted. This study provides the foundation for establishing the implementation strategy for the National Year of Reading by examining people's perception and the specific requirements for implementing the initiative.

In this study, we surveyed the public awareness about cyber security. Through the survey, we found the awareness for cyber threats that are easily exposed to the public, the one is felt anxiety by the people, and harmful contents in the online. As a result, we analyzed the various cyber threats, and found the internet usage environments, thoughts on unhealthy contents, person in charge of prevention and its methods. The results of the study can be considered as the bases of the extracting requirements for designing convergence research items in the cyber security, and they also suggested its utilization.

How do Korean people recognize major welfare policies of the Moon Jae-in government? Using a survey of 1,000 adults conducted in December 2018, this study examines what the public thinks about major issues related to welfare policies and what factors are related to variations in their opinions regarding the welfare policies. Results show that the public recognized the roles of government in providing welfare in a positive way. The positive opinion on expanding the coverage of National Health Insurance was the highest. Regarding the resolutions of fiscal problems of the National Pension Plan, there were substantial oppositions to reforms such as insurance premium increase, benefits cut, and increase in the age of receipt of pension benefits. Both efficiency and equality were perceived as important when government makes decision for allocating budgets. Only one-third of respondents agreed Korean government contributed to promoting the happiness of Korean people. Based on these findings, implications for developing welfare policies were discussed.

현재 전 세계적으로 태풍, 지진, 홍수 등의 재해 피해가 빈번히 일어나고 있고, 4차 산업의 발달로 인한 AI기술을 활용하여 자연재해 전반을 예측 할 수 있는 시스템이 도입될 정도로 과학적으로 발전 되어진 반면에, 재난으로 인한 인명 피해 수를 저감 시키는 방향을 도모 하는 데에는 어려움이 있고, 국민들의 재난피해의식도 심각 하지 않은 추세이다. 이와 같은 문제점을 파악하기 위해 한국 국민 남녀 489명을 대상으로 재난위험인식에 대한 설문을 작성하여 조사를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 국민들의 재난 안전의 위험도에 대한 인식 수준이 어떠한지 분석하고, 영향 요인을 탐색 하는 데에 있고, 조사결과 안전취약계층은 스스로 대피 하는 데에 있어 큰 어려움이 있으며, 이중 여성은 남성에 비해 안전교육과 훈련의 접근성이 적음에 따라 위험도가 더 큰 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 재난 안전교육의 필요성을 가지고 재난 안전 시뮬레이션 프로그램이 구축되는 필요성이 있다고 사료되어지고, 미래에 자연재해 발생 시 문제점을 파악하고 인명피해 감소가 될 전망으로 기대가 된다.
