2012년도 패키징산업 통계조사 결과

  • 국내 패키징 산업의 규모와 현황을 분석, 추정하기 위하여 산업통상자원부와 생산기술연구원(패키징기술센터)이 '2012년 패키징 산업 통계조사'를 실시하였으며, 조사 결과 국내 패키징 산업 시장 규모는 지속적인 성장세를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2011년도 패키징 산업 매출액 규모는 총33조 4,227억원으로 추정되었고 2010년(31조 2,932억원) 대비 68% 증가하였으며, 이는 세계 패키징 시장(약 6,700억 달라 2016년까지 8,200억 달러 3% 성장률) 성장률의 2배로 빠르게 증가하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이와 관련하여 '2012년도 패키징산업 통계조사 결과'를 요약한 내용 전문을 한국생산기술연구원 패키징기술센터로부터 입수 받아 본 잡지에 게재하오니 독자 여러분의 많은 활용 바랍니다.

An Entry Strategies on the Western China of Korean Logistics Corporations (한국물류기업의 중국서부지역 진출 전략)

  • The Korea-China FTA and China's huge development policy for its western regions could create a strategic opportunity for Korean Companies. This study suggests a strategy for expanding the domestic activities of Korean logistics Corporations and supporting the activities of Korean Companies operating in China. Using surveys of 32 Korean Logistics Corporations, important factors to consider when expanding into western China were analyzed. The results identified factors in the order of government, local markets, strategy, infrastructure, and finance and budget. The "development of Chinese Logistics specialists," "economic cooperation with the local governments of western China," and "holding investment Fairs and exhibitions" were important government-related factors. "Understanding entry permits and procedures for logistics corporations in China" and "understanding the logistics system of western China" were also shown to be important factors. Furthermore, governmental factors were suggested to be significant by large, medium-sized, and small businesses alike, while the factor of local markets was suggested to be significant by small-scale businesses.

  • Using a framework of the relational exchanges in relationship marketing, this study analyzed success factors of domestic CATV home shopping market which has rapidly grown recently. In order to carry out this analysis, the current status of domestic CATV home shopping market and the operational strategies of relationship marketing by the concerning enterprises were examined. More specifically, the exchange partners that have exchange relationship with domestic CATV home shopping companies were classified into the end-users, manufacturing companies, logistics and parcel delivery companies, SO companies, and other related industries, and then the operational strategies of relationship marketing for each partner were analyzed.

  • The national boundary's meanings turn to weak according to advent of Global enterprises. The place for design a product and marketing are separated to actual market. R&D is to the area where the knowledge activity is well, and low skilful product assembling is to the place the low wage is acceptable. It shows that the importance of net work structure. From early 90's, production system is diversified to markets where with the consumer as the central as multifarious items and creation new demands through consumer's participation into manufacturing process. This phenomenon show that logistics structures adapt to demand of technical variation, and the development of e-business with VAN(:value added network) and EDI(:Electronic data interchange) prove it. This study tried to analyze utilitarian assay about systems those land, sea, air logistics through documents research, and this study also present the direction of logistics system of airline company and goal of development on the based to the model of domestic airline company accordingly.

  • The growth of Chinese logistics market has brought many logistics enterprises enter into the chinese market. The purpose of this study is to suggest some alternatives for activating enter into chinese market for smaller-sized korean logistics enterprise. First of all, in order to achieve such a purpose, factors for activation through literature survey and previous studies are analyzed. After that, questionnaire survey are carried out. Also factor analysis and reliability test based on the questionnaire results are performed. Main findings are suggested as followings. First, in order to activate entering the chinese market, it is drawn out that possessing of logistics infrastructure and understanding of culture of chinese relationship are most important. Second, market information and reform of management system, inspection and customs clearance are suggested as less important.

  • 우편물류 분야의 전세계 전자태그(RFID) 시스템 시장 규모는 2016년경 25억 유로에 달할 전망이고, 국내외적으로 정부와 민간을 막론하고 RFID 시스템을 적용한 시범사업 및 본 사업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 기술 개발 및 비용 관점에서 현재 여전히 넘어야 할 부분이 산적해 있다. 본 고에서는 해외 우편업계에서 진행되고 있는 다양한 사례를 소개하고 현재 RFID 기술적용 수준에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 아울러 국내정보통신부 우정사업본부 주관으로 2002년부터 단계적으로 진행되고 있는 RFID 기반실시간 우편물류 시스템 개발 현황을 소개하고 향후 적용 및 개선 방안에 대해서 고찰해 보고자 한다.

  • Responding to the rapid delivery demands and variety of small-volume products through human resource-dependent logistics operations in online markets is difficult. Logistics robots in fulfillment centers are expected to increase due to difficulties in hiring workers and rising labor costs. Amazon operates more than 100,000 robots in its Fulfillment centers. Alibaba, DHL, and UPS are also introducing robot technology to improve the logistics efficiency. Logistics robots are being used actively in the fierce online market competition of the global distribution industry. On the other hand, Korea is relatively sluggish. To revitalize the introduction of logistics robots in Korea, it is necessary to examine the factors that influence acceptance. The description of acceptability was based on an expanded technology acceptance model that has been verified through various studies. Studies have shown that both the ease and usefulness of purchasing have significant effects, and that ease has the greatest effect. The more experience involved, the more innovative, the more positive. The usefulness was shown to be positive as the perceived risks are low, price efficiency is good, and social impact is greater. This study provides theoretical and practical implications for logistics robot development and marketing.

  • The rapid growth of e-commerce market and changes in distribution channels and consumption patterns have brought about the continuous growth of the domestic parcel service market. To cope with the growth and environmental changes of the parcel service market, parcel companies have made efforts to improve logistics process and construct an information system for customer satisfaction. Since they have focused on a high quality parcel service through a variety of information technology rather than price competition, the importance of logistics information technology has been greatly perceived. Accordingly, this study examined that how information technology and information system quality of parcel companies was perceived by customers and how it influenced parcel service use and satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this study developed a valid and reliable measurement instrument for logistics information system quality and customer satisfaction based on literature reviews. Then empirical research was made through a questionnaire survey. As a result, six determinants of logistics information system quality were derived: economy, SMS information, tracking web-site information, stability, speed, and accuracy. All factors but economy were found to have positive effects on customer satisfaction in parcel service. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of the findings were also discussed.

  • The Purpose of this study is to determine whether the fitness between the formalization of logistics organization and information technology(IT) activities enhances the logistics performance. Successful participation in the global marketplace demands the formalization of the logistics organization and the integration of a firm's logistics activities, which can be enhanced by electronic linkage. The electronic linkage is improved by IT activities, which are divided into three subcontracts. Those are hardware system developments, software developments and system operation. Specifically this study tries to answer the following questions: First, relationship of the formalization of logistics organization iud logistics performance, second, relationship of IT activities and logistics performance.
