A Study on the Relationship between Performance Personnel System and Organizational Culture - Focused on domestic ICT enterprises - (성과주의 인사제도와 조직문화와의 관계에 관한 연구 - 국내 ICT 강소기업을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors of performance - based HR system that Korean ICT firms use and to analyze the effect of performance - based HR system on organizational culture. To do this, we conducted literature surveys and set up research models and hypotheses that performance - based personnel systems will affect organizational culture. We also added the moderating effect of LMX on the relationship between these variables. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted for ICT companies member in Daegu and Kyungbuk area. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to test hypotheses. As a result, performance - based personnel system has a significant effect on organizational culture. In particular, we found that LMX has a moderating effect on hierarchical culture and collective culture. These results will contribute to enhance competitiveness and to create new core competencies of ICT firms.

  • The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in 2015 proposed a road-map for the global recognition system of the Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) fto mitigate the redundant work and regulatory burdens of the aviation industry and authorities on the certification and oversight activities of the State of Registry. Since then, the ICAO standards and guidelines have been revised accordingly with the goal of implementing the system in 2024. Korea should actively prepare for this AMO global recognition system to cope with the ICAO road-map appropriately as well as to develop the Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) industry. Thus, this paper focused on the ratings and limitations system, a key element of the AMO, and proposes the improvement of domestic regulatory/administrative rules necessary for the global recognition system, through the review of newly established ICAO standards/guidelines and the comparative analysis of leading aviation countries' and Korean system/requirements.

A Study on the Influence of Organizational Devotion and Moderating Effect of Economic Stress on Emotional Self-Sufficiency among the Participants of Self-Sufficiency Program (자활사업 참여자의 조직헌신이 정서적 자활에 미치는 영향 및 경제적 스트레스의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study explores the moderating effects of economic stress in the relationship between organizational devotion and emotional self-sufficiency of the self-sufficient program participants. 698 persons who lived in Taegu participated in this study. Multiple regression analysis was adopted. Results indicate that higher level of organizational devotion is positively related to the higher self-sufficiency. In addition, economic stress moderated the effect of organizational devotion on emotional self-sufficiency. Practical implications of this study are two folds; One is that in order to increase emotional self-sufficiency, sense of community should be put into consideration; The other is that approach for decreasing economic stress should be included in the program for self-sufficiency. Overall, this study lays a groundwork for the self-sufficiency of the participants in the self-sufficient program.

  • This study explored the police organizational health diagnosis index development. and the ultimate purpose of this study is to suggest the ways for the police to develop the police organizational health diagnosis index and then to raise the organizational effectiveness. A police organizational health diagnosis index comprises three categories; Organizational Behavior, Group Behavior, and Individual Behavior. A Organizational Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; Organizational Structure, Organizational atmosphere, Environmental Compliance, Transformational Leadership, and Communication & decision-making. Secondly, A Group Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; How to manage the personnel, Conflict management style, Group cohesion, Vision and Strategy, and Community-oriented & shared responsibility. Thirdly, An Individual Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; Job Motivation, work-related factors, Trust, Vitality, and Organizational Cynicism. This author expects this study to contribute to the development of an adequate measuring instrument of the police organizational health diagnosis index.

  • 지난 2004년 6월 24일에 공표된 신BIS 자기자본규제제도에 의거 회원국 은행들에 대한 체계적인 위험관리가 강화되는 상황에서 우리나라도 2009년부터 모든 은행이 신BIS기준을 도입및 적용할 예정이다. 신BIS협약은 운영리스크(부적절한 내부절차, 직원, 시스템)에 대해서도 리스크를 측정하여 은행의 소요 자기자본에 반영토록 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구자는 은행의 조직환경 변수들이 조직유효성에 영향을 미치고 이들이 또한 내부통제절차의 상시 유효성에 영향을 미치는 지 알아보기 위하여 국내 소재 은행원들을 대상으로 실증분석함으로써 은행들이 효율적인 내부통제를 통해 금융사고를 미연에 방지하고 은행자산의 건전성에 기여하기 위한 지침을 제시하는 관점에서 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 연구모형에서 예상한 바와 같이 조직환경이 내부통제유효성에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지만 조직몰입도나 집단응집력과 같은 조직유효성을 매개로 하여 내부통제유효성에 더욱더 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 점에 비추어 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 은행내 중간관리자의 성향에 따라 개별조직 구성원들의 행동양식이나 가치관에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 현실을 감안하여 장기적인 안목에서 양질의 리더십, 조직문화 그리고 분위기 등 조직환경을 리드해 나갈 수 있도록 관리자들에 대한 교육훈련 및 소양교육을 지속적으로 펼쳐나가는 것이 중요하다고 본다.

The Moderating Role of Organizational Feedback in The Relationship Between Employee's Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Commitment (종업원의 내재적 동기부여와 조직몰입 간의 관계에 있어서 조직피드백의 조절역할)

  • This study investigated the effects employee's intrinsic motivation and organizational feedback on organizational commitment and the moderating role organizational feedback on the relationship between employee's intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment in the workplace. Data were collected from 287 employees in the manufacturing firms. Results indicated that employee's intrinsic motivation had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Results also indicated that organizational feedback moderated the relationship between employee's intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment. Especially, The positive (+) relationship between employee's intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment was strengthened when organizational feedback was high than it was low. Implications for practice and directions for future research are discussed.

  • 본 논문은 테러 위협 증가에 따른 국내 테러대응체계 개선방안에 대해 국내·외 사례분석을 통하여 국내 상황에 맞는 국내 테러대응체계의 실질적인 개선방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 국내·외 논문, 간행물 및 서적 등을 바탕으로 문헌 분석 연구를 진행하였으며, 연구와 관련한 자료와 사례 등은 대테러센터, 국가정보원, 대통령경호처, 외교부, 행정안전부, 여성가족부 등 각 부처의 자료와 인터넷 그리고 신문자료 등을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출한 국내 테러대응체계의 문제점은 총 다섯 가지이다. 첫 째, 최신 글로벌 테러정세와 동떨어진 국내 테러방지법과 관련 법제도의 미비 둘 째, 복잡하고 산개된 대테러조직 개편의 필요, 셋 째, 비전통적 위협에 대한 대책 마련 시급, 넷 째, 다문화 사회 속 폭력적 극단주의 대응(CVE) 개발 및 시행 필요, 다섯 째, 대테러분야 전문성 미흡이 있으며, 이와 같은 문제점을 토대로 총 다섯 가지 개선방안을 제시하였다.
