유전공학의 산업화 전략 <생명공학의 약학적 응용>

  • 생물공학관련 연구개발은 의약품분야에 상당히 집중되어 있다. 이는 의약산어브이 특수성과 생명과학과의 관련성에 기인하는 것으로 2000년대의 첨단기술로 작용할 것임에는 두말할 나위가 없다. 국내에서도 80년도 기술주도에 의한 지속적 경제발전을 이룩하기 위해 유전공학기술의 육성정책이 실시, 한국유전공학연구조합과 유전공학연구센터등이 설립되어 최근 이 분야는 상당히 바른 속도로 발전되어 왔다. 그러나 연구개발비와 연구인력이 제한된 국내 상황에서는 안정적이고 지속적인 연구투자, 각자의 특성에 맞는 독자적 연구 목표의 설정, 조직적 연구체제의 확립 및 기술개발유도를 위한 장기적이고 적극적인 정부시책이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

인하우스(IN HOUSE)데이타베이스실태조사

  • 인하우스 DB는 기업 자체적으로 경영전반에 관한 인사, 조직, 생산 및 영업활동을 포함한 기업내.외부의 모든 자료를 일관된 체계로 구축, 운영할 수 있도록 제작한 DB를 말한다. 자체적으로 모든 외부용역에 의해서 구축되며, 상용 DB와는 구별되는 기업내에서만 활용되는 DB이다. 한국정보통신진흥협회에서는 국내 각 기업체에서 개발.구축, 운영되고 있는 인하우스 DB에 관해서 '95년 7월말부터 8월초에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시했다. 인하우스DB실태조사는 국내 처음 실시한 것으로 이를 요약한다.

  • Perkinsus 속은 원생동물문에 속하며 현재 세계적으로 5종이 보고되고 있다. 이들은 모두 기생생물로 수산업적으로 매우 중요한 해산 패류에 막대한 피해를 입히고 있다. Perkinsus는 국내의 경우 1995년에 바지락에서 발견되었으며 일부 바지락 양식장에 있어 바지락 대량 폐사에 직, 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 국내에서 발견된 Perkinsus는 아직 정확한 분류학적 위치가 밝혀지지 않고 있으나 일본에서 발견된 종 및 유럽에서 발견된 Perkinsus atlanticus와 매우 유사한 종으로 간주된다 이 논단에서는 해산 연체동물에 기생하는 Perkinsus의 생활사, 조직병리학적 관찰, 생태적 특성 및 최근의 연구 동향 등을 보고하고자 한다.

  • 기업이나 기관의 네트워크, 시스템에 침해사고 발생 시 신속한 대응과 예방활동을 펼치는 조직을 CERT(Computer Emergency Response Team)라고 한다. 국내 기업들 가운데 정보보호의 중요성을 깨닫고, IT 자산 보호의 일환으로 적지 않은 기업이 정보보호팀을 운영하고 있지만, 정작 CERT라는 이름을 내걸고 보안활동을 펼치는 기업은 그리 많지 않다. 그런 의미에서 지난해 개최된 정보보호대상에서 우수상을 차지한 현대정보기술은 국내에서 CERT라는 이름을 가진 몇 안 되는 기업 중 하나다.

The Relationship between Workplace Bullying Victimization and Displaced Aggression: The Mediating Effects of Perceived Organizational Injustice and State Anger (20, 30대의 직장 내 괴롭힘 피해경험과 전위된 공격성 간의 관계: 지각된 조직불공정성과 상태분노의 이중매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between workplace bullying victimization and displaced aggression, along with the mediating effects of perceived organizational injustice and state anger. Self-reported data of 268 employees were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and Process macro. When applying the standard suggested by Leymann(1996), which defines workplace bullying victims as those who experience at least one negative act, on a weekly basis, for more than 6 months, the bullying victimization prevalence rate was 77.2%. Furthermore, although workplace bullying victimization did not directly predict displaced aggression, it significantly predicted perceived organizational injustice and state anger. Both mediators significantly predicted displaced aggression. The mediating effect of bullying victimization on displaced aggression through perceived organizational injustice and state anger subsequently was also significant. This study has its significance in that it thoroughly investigated the current state of workplace bullying victimization among people in their 20s and 30s, and helps better understand the relationship between workplace bullying victimization and displaced aggression.

  • Smart is becoming a social fever since Apple had invented iPhone. It looks old fashioned, if the word Smart is missed in TV, phone even white electronic goods. Korean's major firms made a slogan Smart Work as an important business strategy and tried to implement some activities. These Smart trends influenced the way people's working and organization. In this research, we explore the key factors related to smart work and empirically test the significance of antecedent variables such as Dynamics, Collaborativeness, Connectivity in determining the smartwork level. The statistical result, based upon survey responses, shows that organizational dynamics, organizational collaborativeness and process collaborativeness are the most salient factors for smarkwork level. As a conclusion, the academic and practical implications of these findings are also discussed.

Export Intensity and Knowledge Search Activities of Korean SME Manufacturers (중소제조기업의 수출 비중과 지식탐색 활동 간의 관계)

  • This study examines the relationships between export intensity and knowledge search activities of Korea SME manufacturers. Using 2,145 firm data from the 2011 SME Technology Statistics Survey, we focused on the nonlinear relationships of export intensity and internal and external knowledge search activities. The results show that there are U-shaped relationships between export intensity and both of internal and external knowledge search activities. Local market-oriented or global market-oriented SMEs than the middle-level of exporters have more search activities both internally and externally. This study extends our understandings on the relationships between export intensity and knowledge search activities. There are some policy implications to develop supporting programs differing in knowledge search activities according to the acceleration of export or globalization of Korean SME manufacturers.

  • Since the Construction Management(CM) was introduced into the Korea construction industry, the efforts for acceleration of CM adaption have been continued. The fact that an owner organization has the essential key to successful application of CM delivery method is true, but there has been no study on owner's organization. An owner should decide their organization type and measure their current needs of each CM business functions for successful application of CM. After the needs of CM business functions are measured, the owner should reinforce their required business functions through strengthening their in-house capability or outsourcing. Thus, this paper defines four kinds of owner organization type and suggest the form for evaluation of owner's CM ability and analyze about needs of each type's CM ability through making up question.

  • Existing research indicates that job design influences not only a worker's psychological well-being but also the individual and organizational performance. This study has been motivated by the need to provide useful implications for increasing the efficiency of business operations. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships between job characteristics and performance factors in the domestic financial industry. The conceptual framework has been developed based on Hackman & Oldham's job characteristics model and the related literature. We conducted a survey of employees in the domestic financial firms to test the conceptual model and hypotheses, and analyzed the data using the structured equation modeling method. The results of the empirical analysis indicate that the variety and autonomy of a job positively affect corporate innovation, confidence, and job satisfaction and that corporate innovation and job satisfaction positively influence job commitment. This research designed to examine the relationship between job characteristics and organizational performance will make a contribution to the improvement of business efficiency in our society.

An Empirical Study on Facilitators and Inhibitors of the Information Systems Outsourcing in Korean Hospital (국내 의료기관 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 촉진 및 저해 요인에 관한 실증 연구)

  • The major objectives of this study are to identify the key organizational factors that facilitate and/or inhibit the IS outsourcing in Korean hospitals, and to analyze the differences between adopter & non-adopters and successful ones and not-successful ones. In order to achieve the research objectives, we derived comprehensive lists of potential facilitators and inhibitors from the past research, and conducted a field survey on 135 hospitals in metropolitan area. The analysis results suggest that organizational, financial and strategic factors are the most important facilitators, while organizational, psychological, vendor-related and environmental factors are the most important inhibitors. In addition, it was found that factors differentiating adopters and non-adopters are organizational factor(facilitator) and environmental factor(inhibitor) while strategic factor is a differentiating one between successful hospitals and unsuccessful ones.
