Dendro-anatomical Study for Identification of Pine at Korea (국내산 소나무 식별을 위한 연륜해부학적 연구)

  • This study identified Korean red pine (Pinus densiflora) and exotic pines (Pinus resinosa, Pinus sylvestris) with a similar anatomical structure using a dendro-anatomical method that applied dendrochronology, tracheid length, and uniseriate ray cell size. Korean red pine samples were collected from 13 national parks, while exotic pine samples were secured from two wood importers. Tracheid length was measured by distinguishing earlywood from latewood, and uniseriate ray height and cell number were determined. As the exotic pine tree-ring chronology was consistent with the foreign standard tree-ring chronology and displayed high statistical significance, the country and region where the pine samples had been felled and the exact felling date were confirmed. According to the results, which compared tracheid length and uniseriate ray size, no difference was observed between the Korean red and Russian pines. However, the tracheid length of the Russian pines turned out to be slightly longer than the length of the Korean red pine. Additional research securing a larger number of exotic pines (P.resinosa, P.sylvestris) is required to yield more accurate results in the future.

A Systematic Literature Review on Organizational Change Readiness Scale (조직변화준비도 측정도구 연구의 체계적 문헌 고찰)

  • Organizational change is an important organizational phenomenon that can determine the survival and failure of an organization. Organizational effort to respond actively to the pressures surrounding an organization is regarded as a core decision-making area of the organization. Indeed, a variety of efforts have been made to achieve organizational change, with separate academic disciplines such as organizational development and organizational change being established and presented in various organizational change phase models. However, despite these efforts to lead organizational change, success rate of it is only 20% to 25% and most of it fails. One of the key issues pointed out in the various studies that have identified the causes of organizational change failures is the degree of readiness for organizational change. In this regard, readiness for organizational change is regarded to be essential to ensure achievement of organizational change. Prior to increase readiness for organizational change, precise measure the organizational readiness of the current organization is required. By measuring it, organization can identify the areas that need to be supplemented and fulfilled to introduce and implement organizational change. The goal of this research is to review the developed scales for measuring organizational change readiness and to grasp the overall characteristics of them, by dividing into technical characteristics and psychometric properties. To review the scales, a systematic literature review on the studies was conducted.Review indicated that the existing scales were limited to the specific dimension in the conceptual realm of organizational change readiness. In addition, psychometric properties also showed low reliability and validity. Therefore, when measuring the organizational readiness level for domestic organizations, it is necessary to use a scale with a relatively high psychometric basis while pre-specifying the measurement domain (psychological dimension/structure dimension) in advance. In addition, it is required to develop a scale of organizational change readiness in the context of domestic organization with high reliability and validity basis, while taking into consideration the comprehensive concept of organizational change readiness which is being discussed recently.

The Effectiveness of Authentic Leadership on Public and Private Organizations (진성리더십의 효과성 분석: 공공조직과 사조직에 미치는 영향을 중심으로)

  • In recent years, the authenticity of leaders has become an important issue in leadership research. It is because the sincerity of the leader exerts a great influence on the behavior, attitude and performance of members of the organization. This study examines the effect of authentic leadership on organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and job performance, and empirically analyzes whether the effect varies depending on public organizations and private organizations. The survey administered through a questionnaire was conducted for members of public corporations and private companies in Korea. Of the collected questionnaires, 444 were used in the analysis. Empirical results were verified by factor analysis and regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 23.0 and STATA 14.0. Results show that leadership had a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and job performance and the effect was significant in both public and private organizations.

  • Recently, the thoughts of Employees about the concept of workspace changes a job for a whole life time into the temporary job for an own' career development. To solve the problem, it causes the introduction of Fun Management among Domestic Corporations as the research for a fun and good workspace and the interest for the organization performance through it are increasing. However, the introduction possibility based on enough comprehension for various problems such as the strict relationship in the workspace, the rigid situation on construction site, the increase in the safe accident and the social avoidance phenomena for the employment to construction field in case that the fun management is introduced into domestic construction industry in the future is considered. Therefore, this study to propose the possibility and direction regarding the future fun management, when introduced into the domestic construction industry, by surveying and analyzing the common problems between The present state of the fun management method which is introduced and applied to other industries in advance and the performance process of the fun management which introduced and applied to the domestic construction corporations.

기술사업화 관련 국내 연구동향 분석 (1987-2016)

  • 본 연구에서는 기술사업화 관련 1987년부터 2016년까지 국내 등재학술지에 발표된 198편의 논문을 선정하여 분석함으로써 관련 국내연구의 동향을 살펴보았다. 그 동안 축적된 국내 기술사업화연구의 시대별 흐름과 전체적인 경향을 살펴보고자 기술적분석(descriptive analysis)방법을 적용하여 연구영역, 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구대상에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구시기별 분석을 통해 "기술이전촉진법" 제정 후 약 2년 후인 2002년부터 국내등재학술지에 기술사업화 연구논문 게재가 본격화되었고, 지난 2016년에는 2002년 대비 5배에 달하는 연구논문 증가세를 확인할 수 있었으며, 연구영역분석에서는 기술혁신 연구관련 4대 학회지(기술혁신학회지, 벤처창업연구, 기술혁신연구, 지식재산연구)의 연구논문이 전체의 40% 점유사실이 관찰되었으며, 분석대상논문들에 적용된 연구방법들을 살펴본 결과, 양적연구가 전체의 53%, 문헌연구 29%, 질적연구 11%, 혼합연구 8%의 순으로 나타났다. 연구대상별 연구동향은 기술수요기업을 대상으로 하는 연구가 전체의 33%, 정부의 정책 제도 및 시스템을 연구대상하는 연구가 29%를 점유하고 있다는 분석결과가 나왔으며, 연구주제의 동향분석과 관련해서는 '사업화 프로세스'를 주제로 연구한 논문이 전제의 28%, '기술사업화 요소'에 대한 연구가 전체의 23%를 차지함을 살표볼 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 지난 30여년에 걸친 기술혁신정책들과 연계하여 그 동안 축적된 연구들을 분석하여 국내학계의 연구동향을 보다 넓은 시각에서 조망해보는 최초의 시도라는 점에서 우선적인 의의를 찾을 수 있으며, 기존 연구들을 체계적으로 분석하고 정리해 봄으로서, 그 결과로부터 향후 기술사업화 정책방향에 대한 시사점 제공과 향후 연구방향에 대한 실질적인 함의를 제공할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대해본다.

A Study on Interrelationship among Smartwork Supporting Tool, Exploration, Exploitation, and Smartwork Performances (스마트워크 지원도구, 조직 내 탐험 및 활용활동, 스마트워크 성과 간 상호관계 분석)

  • Korean's major firms made a slogan Smart Work as an important business strategy and tried to implement some activities. These Smart trends influenced the way people's working and organization. Based on the actual practices of Korean's major firms, we extract the smart-work supporting tools and practices, exploratory and exploitative activities as the important factors influencing the smart work performances. The statistical result, based upon survey responses, shows that exploratory and exploitative activities are the salient factors for smarkwork level, and that three types of he smart-work supporting tools and practices indirectly influence smarkwork level through exploratory and exploitative activities. As a conclusion, the academic and practical implications of these findings are also discussed.

  • EPC contractors have made continuous efforts to develop integrated project execution methods to improve the performance of industrial plant project. In particular, the concept of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) has been recently presented by readjusting the existing "Work Packaging" concept as part of the integrated project execution method from the project life-cycle perspective. However, Korean EPC contractors are still unfamiliar with the AWP implementation. Thus, this study aims to identify the organizational competency factor for effective implementation of AWP. For this purpose, first, this study identified the expected risks in AWP project and the 29 organizational competency factors to manage risks. Second, five experts verified the suitability of factors and supplemented the factors. Finally, 37 factors were identified as organizational competency factors for implementing AWP.

  • Anatomical properties of kenaf cultivated in Korea was investigated using light microscopy. Bast fiber, phloem ray and cortex parenchyma cell were observed in bast, and vessel, wood fiber and ray in core. A lot of solitary and multiple radial pores in core existed. The cell type of ray parenchyma in radial section was procumbent, upright and square cells. Uniseriate and multiseriate rays existed in tangential section. The layer of bast fiber in bast increased with increasing the growth period.

  • 본 연구는 국내사업체 수에서 87.9% 이상을 차지하고 있는 소상공인들의 창업과 경영애로 분야에서 가장 시너지효과가 크다고 보여지는 소상공인 조직화부분에 대하여 실증적 연구를 실시하였다. 본연구은 소상공인 조직화를 위하여 소상공인 조직화를 프랜차이즈, 공동브랜드, 업종별 협회, 시 군 구에 등록된 상인회로 구분하였다. 소상공인들의 내적인 면에서 경영전략 선정에 있어서 어떠한 가치관을 가지는 지에 대하여 국내 최초로 군집분석에 의한 실증적인 분석을 시도하였다. 연구결과 소상공인의 인구통계적인 유형에서 성별, 학력, 연령, 업종별로 유의한 조직화 인지와 조직화 효과 그리고 최종적인 경영성과에 차이가 있음을 밝혀냈다. 또한 소상공인들이 경영전략 가치관에 대하여 군집분석을 실시한 결과 가격경쟁지향과 마케팅경쟁지향, 무개념 경영등 3가지 유형의 프로파일을 도출할 수 있었다. 이러한 소상공인 조직화에 대한 프로파일 도출과 조직화 인식도에 따른 경영 성공과 실패의 상호관계에 대한 연구 결과가 의미하는 바는, 향후 정부에서는 소상공인에 대하여 시설 개선과 현대화 사업 추진 못지않게 조직화 개발과 같은 조직관리에 대한 경영현대화 사업에 더욱 많은 노력을 경주하여야 하는 필요성을 밝혀 주었다.
