항공기산업은 고부가가치, 높은 기술파급효과 등의 경제적 요인 이외에도 국방 등의 전략적 요구 및 국가이미지의 대내외적 제고 등 요인을 동시에 갖고 있는 첨단의 전략산업일뿐 아니라 개발성과가 불확실하고, 수요의 독점성과 기술의 복합성, 자본 및 경험 집약성 등의 요인으로 인해 육성하기 어려운 산업이다. 우리나라에서의 항공기산업은 자동차, 철강, 반도체 등 세계적인 선도 산업에 비해 아직은 그 산업의 성과가 충분치 못한 실정이다. 그 이유로는 수요의 영세성과 불연속성, 고립된 산업 구조 및 그로 인한 낮은 산업파급효과와 낮은 부가가치구조, 취약한 부품산업 등의 여러요인이 거론되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 수요와 공급 및 기술과 산업구조 등의 여러측면을 조정하고 통합하는 정부의 역할과 기능이 더욱 중요한 요인이라 하겠다. 공군력 증강과 장기 경제발전을 위해 우리나라 항공기산업의 현재 수준을 한 단계 도약시키기 위해서는 우선 산업의 명확한 비전과 발전전략의 제시와 적절한 사업의 선정의 효과적인 추진이 중요할 것이다. 적절한 사업의 하나로는 국내의 축적된 기술과 생산기반을 활용하여 우리나라가 주도적으로 개발/생산할 수 있는 적절하게 통제된 규모의 중급항공기 개발사업을 들 수 있겠다. 이를 위해서는 체계적이고도 통합된 정부의 역할이 가장 긴요하다. 특히 산업이 가지고 있는 공공성, 전략성 및 복합성 등의 특성을 감안할 때, 우리나라 항공기산업의 성공적인 발전을 통한 장기적인 공군력 증대에의 기여를 위해서는 수요, 기술, 생산 및 관리를 효과적으로 조정하고 통괄하되, 책임소재가 명확하게 식별될 수 있도록 수요부처 중심의 추진주체로서의 정부의 통합된 기능과 역할이 특히 강조된다 하겠다.

This study proposes a way to timely forecast open government data (OGD) demand(i.e., OGD requests, search queries, etc.) by using keyword network analysis. According to the analysis results, most of the OGD belonging to the high-demand topics are provided by the domestic OGD portal(data.go.kr), while the OGD related to users' actual needs predicted through topic association analysis are rarely provided. This is because, when providing(or selecting) OGD, relevance to OGD topics takes precedence over relevance to users' OGD requests. The proposed keyword network analysis framework is expected to contribute to the establishment of OGD policies for public institutions in the future as it can quickly and easily forecast users' demand based on actual OGD requests.

The purpose or this paper is to investigate the relationship between highway improvement and Induced Travel Demand(ITD) focusing on the Seoul metropolitan area data. In addition, authors tried to estimate basic unit of demand elasticity focusing on zone and trip purpose which can be applied for the ITD forecasting. The results are based on the 2002 Metropolitan Household Transportation Survey Data, where the demand elasticity (DE) is -0.582 in Seoul, -0.597 in Incheon and -0.559 in Gyounggi province, respectively. This study revealed part of the relationship between highway improvement and ITD for metropolitan region and provided the framework for yielding real estimated values by applying the concept of demand elasticity in terms of the relationship by using regional and long-term data. We expect that the basic unit of demand elasticity focusing on zone and trip purpose can be applied for the ITD forecasting to analyze the whole demand exactly The estimated DE's for age group and day of week can also be used for Proper transportation management and transport Policy making. Some limitations have also been discussed.

Korean financial markets are rapidly integrating into the world financial markets as they are getting to open more widely. The Korean government enacted new law about financial investments. The environment of domestic financial markets are expected to be more competitive. As a result, the learning demand for financial engineering has been increased. However, the current state of education of financial engineering is in a beginning stage. The financial engineering consists of an appropriate mix of mathematics, statistics, finance and engineering. So interdisciplinary property of financial engineering requires lecturers to be cooperative to operate education of financial engineering. Another element of this education is cooperation of both academia and industry.

최근 국내 유제품 수요는 인구의 고령화, 학교급식 소비의 감소, 대체음료 시장의 성장 그리고 출산율 저하라는 여러 가지 영향에 기인하여 줄고 있다. 반대로 수입 유제품의 수요, 특히 치즈에 있어서는 눈에 띄는 성장을 보여 국내 낙농업 시장은 안타까운 실정이다. 뿐만 아니라 공급에 있어서는 계절적인 원유 수급불안 현상, 수입증가, 농가이탈에 의한 생산기반의 위축으로 인해 안정적으로 국내 낙농업 시장의 활성화가 필요한 시점이다. 이 논문에서는 낙농가에서 가장 중요한 젖소의 건강 관리(발정기, 맥박감지)를 통합해 유량을 늘리는 방안을 제시하여 낙농업계의 활성화를 목표로 한다.

The purpose of this study is to describe the information environment of ST information users in Korea by examining their needs and satisfaction for documents. Comparison was made between the statistics of KISTI DDS and NACSIS-ILL document copy service, and data from the survey conducted for KISTI's ST information users in 2001 were analyzed. Findings include the low demand for documents delivery, low success rate in obtaining documents from domestic institutions, including KISTI, relatively high reliance on foreign DDS institutions, and difficulties in getting documents with speed, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. It seems urgent to implement the strategic plans for more comprehensive and well-organized collection development and resource-sharing, and improvement of DDS.

전력산업 구조개편이 진행되면서 국내의 수요관리에 대한 정책도 변화하고 있는 실정이다. 수용 가에 계량 및 원격제어를 할 수 있는 시스템이 설치되고 이를 통하여 원격에서 부하를 하단하고 참여하는 수용가에 보상금을 지급하는 방식인 직접부하제어 방식은 부하 관리 자원 이용 가능성의 우의, 성과계량의 용이, 비용 효과 증대 동의 이유로 인하여 최근 많은 각광을 받고 있으며 한국전력, 에너지 관리공단에 의하여 시범적으로 국내에 도입되었다. 또한, 다수의 수용가에 대한 대표성을 가지며 수용가의 부하를 관리하여 직접부하제어를 대 행하는 민간기관인 부하관리 사업자가 국내에 생겨나게 되었다. 부하관리 사업자는 약정을 체결한 다수의 수용가 부하를 자원으로 하여 현재의 수요관리에서 직접부하 관리에 참여 할 수 있으며 향 후 도매경쟁체제에서는 확보한 부하 자원을 이용하여 다양한 방법으로 시장에 참 여할 수 있는 기회를 가지게 된다. 부하관리 사업자를 활성화하기 위해서는 수익을 창출할 수 있는 사업모델이 필요하며 활성화 되면 활용할 수 있는 부하자원의 양이 많아지게 되어 전력시장의 안정화를 위한 역할을 할 수 있게 될 것으로 기대된다.

전력계통분야에서 송전전압의 초고압화는 꾸준히 연구가 진행되는 과제중의 하나이다. 국내에서는 당사가 참여한 한전(KEPCO)의 영서${\sim}$ 영등포 345kV XLPE 지중T/L 건설공사가 2003년 6월 20일 국내 최초로 준공된 이후 현재까지 아무런 문제없이 운전중에 있으며, 향후 그 수요가 꾸준히 증대될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 전 세계적으로 살펴보더라도 400KV급 XLPE 케이블 및 부속재에 대한 수요가 꾸준히 확대되고 있다. 그러므로, 당사에서는 국내에서 345KV 케이블 및 부속재를 개발한 기술력을 바탕으로, 한 단계 업그레이드된 해외시장에서 세계의 업체들과 경쟁하기 위해, 400KV 2500sq.mm XLPE 케이블 및 부속재를 성공적으로 개발하였다. 이에 관해 소개하고자 한다.
