한국의 항공운송산업의 변화인 국내 지역항공사들의 국내선 취항과 근거리 국제선 운항 및 취항 여부 등은 KTX 도입과 기존 항공사의 국내선 축소 등의 변화와 맞물려 항공 운송산업 발전에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 변화된 환경은 동시에 지역항공사들의 네트워크 운영에 대한 면밀한 분석이 이루어져야 하며 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이라고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구는 도입단계에 있는 국내 항공운송시장에서의 지역 항공사의 노선 구조 및 시장 진입을 분석하여 지역의 저비용항공사 도입과 근거리 국제선 시장에서의 지역항공사 노선개발에 대하여 분석하였다. 특히 지역항공사들의 노선 개설을 위한 항공여행자들을 대상으로 한 수요자설문조사와 항공운송 서비스를 제공하는 공급자인 항공사와 여행사를 대상으로 한 전문가 조사를 수행하였다.

The objective of this study is to analyze domestic air passengers' preferences for selecting domestic airline company. By the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method, we tried to measure the weight of the qualitative factors objectively and scientifically. The overall results indicate that domestic air passengers place more weight on airport service factor than other service factors for selecting domestic airline. Also, reservation/ticketing and in-flight service factors are equivalent to airport service factor. These priorities are differently shown followed by passengers' income. Therefore, airline companies need to formulate the differentiated strategy and customer-oriented marketing plan based on identified customer needs.

In the Republic of Korea, Regional Airlines from Jeju Air and Hansung Airlines have recently entered the domestic market to compete with the existing Legacy Airlines. In addition many of newly established regional low cost carriers like Air Busan, JeanAir, Easter Airline, are preparing to enter the jungle market. These circumstantial changes have come about as transportation competitiveness are getting weak in the market due to simultaneous expansion of surface modes such as a new opening of high-speed rail and extension of highways. The jumbled market entry by regional low cost carriers makes an enormous influence not only in managing transport network of existing carriers but also for the domestic policy of aviation authorities. It is too early to judge whether they would succeed or not. It is necessary to analyze the network operation of these regional carriers launching domestic routes and preparing to launch short distance international routes under the rapid changing market circumstances such as introduction of KTX or decrease in domestic routes by Legacy Airlines. Many regional airlines are to launch the routes connecting Korea-China-Japan, if they could ensure long-haul international routes successfully, it would follow that the difference between Legacy Airlines and Regional Airlines would decrease more and more, which would result in appearance of the $3^{rd}$or $4^{th}$Legacy Airlines The purpose of this study is to analyze the introduction of low cost carriers by regions and economic regional carrier network for non-scheduled air transportation market by taking a look at the regional airlines transportation network in the early stage of the domestic air transport market. For this purpose, cost and profit structure and management effect of transportation cost will be analyzed by comparing the presently operated routes of regional airlines with those of Legacy Airlines. And also demonstrative analysis demanded by the actual market will be achieved through surveys from experts, the actual airlines and travel agencies to build up transportation network.

유럽연합(EU)은 2012년부터 항공산업에 대해 탄소배출권 거래제도를 적용할 예정이다. 따라서 유럽공항에서 출발 및 도착하는 모든 국제선과 국내선 항공편에 대해 탄소세가 부과될 것이며 이는 한국도 예외는 아니다. 또한 유럽을 운항하는 경우 장거리에 해당되어 중단거리를 운항하는 항공기들에 비해 총 탄소배출량이 더 많으므로 비용부담이 커질 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 EU-ETS로 인한 탄소세가 항공요금에 반영된다면 항공여객들이 어느 정도 민감하게 반응할 것이며 이러한 점들이 궁극적으로 한국의 항공시장에 어떤 영향을 미칠 것인지를 파악해 보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인천국제공항에서 프랑크푸르트 국제공항 노선을 이용하는 승객을 대상으로 직항노선과 중동지역 경유노선을 비교하여 EU-ETS 가격이 반영된 항공요금에 대한 반응을 Revealed Preference (RP)와 Stated Preference (SP) 설문자료와 Logit Model을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 한국의 항공산업은 물론 2012년부터 부과될 EU-ETS에 대한 항공사들의 전략개발에 도움이 될 것이다.

항공우주 소재는 전반적인 재료기술을 이끌어가는 선도 분야로서, 재로기술 수준의 지표가 되고 있다. 항공우주에서 소재는 비행체의 기술적 가능성을 제공하는 기반기술 중의 하나로서 기술 및 산업적 파급효과가 매우 크다. 이렇듯 세계 항공우주 선진국은 소재분야에 기술개발과 투자를 확대하고 있다. 소재업체는 항공우주관련 업체 중 가장 많은 분포를 가지고 있으면, 최근 완제기 업체들의 합병으로 인해 부품소재공급 업체들의 공급사슬 재정립이 활발히 진행 중이다. 따라서 본고에서는 항공우주 소재 기술의 중요성과 국내외 기술 및 시장 동향을 파악하고 국내 항공우주 소재산업의 문제점을 살펴보았다. KT-1, T-50 등 성공적인 국내 항공기의 개발을 바탕으로 세계적인 항공우주산업국가로 도약하려는 우리나라의 상황에서 소재기술의 발전을 위한 산업육성과 기술개발 전략 방안 등을 모색해 보았다.

최근 스마트폰등 ICT기반의 전자제품들이 보편화 되면서 무인항공기에 적용 가능한 전자기술들이 급속히 개발되어, 항공 기술과 ICT 기반 전자 기술이 융복합되어 무인항공기는 군용위주의 활동 영역을 넘어 민간분야에서 까지 활발히 진출하고 있다. 현재까지는 전통적인 항공 선도 업체들이 군용무인기 중심의 고가의 무인기를 생산하여 시장을 장악하였으나, 이제는 공공 및 민간영역에서 무인기를 상업화하기 위한 기업들이 등장하고 있어 민수영역에서 무인기 시장은 급성장세에 있다. 국내의 무인기 기술은 기술혁신과 시장창출 주도가 가능한 선진권 수준이며, 무인기의 핵심인 ICT기반 전자부품 기술은 세계 최고의 수준으로 두 분야의 기술을 융복합화하여 경쟁력 있는 무인기 개발을 신속히 진행하면, 전 세계적으로 성장하는 무인기 개발 시장은 우리에게 새로운 성장 동력이 될 수 있다. 자율비행, 상황인식 및 회피 기능 등 미래 무인기 선도기술을 개발하고, 국산화지연 또는 외국의 수출제한 품목에 대한 국산화 개발 및 핵심 부품의 국산 경쟁력 강화를 통하여 무인기 산업의 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있다.

세계 및 한국경제의 성장과 함께 항공운송 시장의 급속한 확대에 따라 대한민국에서의 국제항공 운송 수요는 꾸준히 증가하게 됨에 따라 한국의 관문 역할을 담당하던 김포국제공항의 수용능력은 한계에 이르게 되었다. 따라서 정부는 김포국제공항을 대체할 인천국제공항을 건설하여 운영하는 한편 김포국제공항에는 한국 중국 일본의 수도를 포함한 몇몇 도시를 연결하는 근거리 중심의 국제선이 취항하게 되면서 공항운영에 대한 새로운 패러다임을 형성하게 되었다. 대한민국의 수도 서울의 항공교통을 위한 공항이 제한적이지만 복수공항 체계로 운영되면서 인천공항과 김포공항을 이용하는 항공여객은 공항 이용 시 선택의 기회가 주어지면서 공항운영자는 여객의 공항선택에 영향을 주는 요소에 관심이 점차 증대되고 있는 현실이다. 그러나 현재 국내에서는 항공여객의 항공사 선택에 관한 연구는 많이 이루지고 있으나 항공여객의 공항선택에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정임을 부인할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 항공여객의 공항선택에 미치는 속성이 무엇이고 속성에 따른 중요도와 만족도를 측정하여 공항운영자의 공항운영과 활성화 전략수립에 대한 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 김포공항 국제선 이용객을 표본으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하여 IPA 분석과 GAP분석 및 경로분석 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다.

Current analysis of air passengers mainly relies on statistical methods, but there are limitations in analyzing detailed aspects such as travel routes, number of regional passengers and airport access times. However, with the advancement of big data technology and revised three data acts, big data-based transportation analysis has become more active. Mobile communication data, which can precisely track the location of mobile phone terminals, can serve as valuable analytical data for transportation analysis. In this paper, we propose a air passenger Origin/Destination (O/D) extraction algorithm based on mobile communication data that overcomes the limitations of existing air transportation user analysis methods. The algorithm involves setting airport signal detection zones at each airport and extracting air passenger based on their base station connection history within these zones. By analyzing the base station connection data along the passenger's origin-destination paths, we estimate the entire travel route. For this paper, we extracted O/D information for both domestic and international air passengers at all domestic airports from January 2019 to December 2020. To compensate for errors caused by mobile communication service provider market shares, we applied a adjustment to correct the travel volume at a nationwide citizen level. Furthermore correlation analysis was performed on O/D data and aviation statistics data for air traffic users based on mobile communication data to verify the extracted data. Through this, there is a difference in the total amount (4.1 for domestic and 4.6 for international), but the correlation is high at 0.99, which is judged to be useful. The proposed algorithm in this paper enables a comprehensive and detailed analysis of air transportation users' travel behavior, regional/age group ratios, and can be utilized in various fields such as formulating airport-related policies and conducting regional market analysis.

This study is to know the Enhancement of Aviation Safety for Low Cost Carrier in Korea through the long and mid term air safety policy. Especially, the aviation safety authorities of the developed countries in aviation establish action plans under the system plan of central government. Then the countries implement those plans systematically to the related aviation business so that they promote efficient air safety policy implementation. At this time, the Korean government should present the vision about an air safety and systematic strategic plan to cope with the future aviation industry change. Also, it is needed to establish a specific aviation safety action plan. Namely, an air safety master plan and long-term road map must be established. This paper deduces some implications through the abroad cases of aviation safety plan, and then tries to find the applying method of the implications to Korea in the rapidly changing aviation market in the 21st century. It is expected that this paper will help the Korean aviation industry to play a major role in the future. In oder to get suggestions aviation policies of advanced countries with regard to aviation safety, we have looked at the aviation policies of the U.S., the U.K., Australia and Japan, and also LCC's states overseas, LCC's safety policies in Korea, and aviation safety status. Since existing LCCs and new LCCs based in Korea have become the new concept, this new market for LCC has been booming recently. Around Southeast Asia, while there are some LCCs including Air Asia which is supported by the government of Malaysia with emphasis on safety, there are other LCCs, which have failed to achieve confidence in safety and have led to aircraft accidents and financial mismanagement, so we need to verify the safety of overseas LCCs, try to improve domestic LCCs in order to fly international routes and aid international aviation safety. LCCs have been increasing lately thanks to open skies policy and a wide variety of flights.lines. Air Busan, Jin Air, Jeju air, Eastar Air are in service. so the risk of new potential hazards may increase. Therefore it is necessary to take the initiative in aviation markets inside and outside of Korea and the safety management of new LCCs should be taken more seriously than ever before. Among overseas aviation safety policies, we need to implement the FAA's Filght Plan which has a specific Business Plan. I hope this thesis will help improve aviation safety locally and internationally.
