본고에서는 먼저 재개발사업, 최저가낙찰제 확대, 임대형민간투자사업(BTL), 대규모 개발사업 등 2006년 건설산업 및 건설경기에 영향을 미친 주요변수들의 움직임을 중심으로 건설동향을 파악하였다. 그리고 각각의 변수들이 2007년에는 어떤 모습으로 전개될 것인지를 중심으로 2007년 건설경기를 전망하였다. 아울러 2006년 시멘트를 비롯한 주요 건설자재의 동향과 더불어 2007년 예상되는 국내 건설경기가 시멘트업계에 미칠 영향에 대해서 개괄적으로 살펴보았다.

Traditionally, a domestic construction industry has recognized the relationship between a primary contractor and a subcontractor as a subordinated trade connection. To improve this unfair connection, the primary contractor and subcontractor's relationship must be recognized as Co-Development, and a new construction circumstances are needed, too. To apply benefit sharing to this relationship for Mutual Corporation, this needs the application method which could be reflected the specific aspects such as construction production method and production organization. Therefore, this study is aimed for the suggesting of basic data for Benefit Sharing application in the domestic construction industry by researching the problems and Benefit Sharing application States.

Recently, by the growth of IT industry, the domestic construction is tried to spread with IT on the whole phases: 1)an, design, order, construction, and maintenance. On this, in the construction industry, is accelerated effort of the introduction of PMIS, it has various types of PMIS applied which is developed alone by large construction company and serviced with web-hosting by ASP corporation. In this study, through the analysis of PMIS which has applied on the subway construction in the D city, try to propose the improvement proposals and put out realistic problems. Therefore that analysis about needs of the order and operation of the phases, Domestic PMIS cases and International PMIS technique position have to consider and, the system is analyzed to needs of the order, design scheme, and utilization. On the basis of this result, the improvement proposals is proposed into the case of the contract, the system, the operation, the management and the contact of the external system.

Construction companies do not take necessary steps for sudden change in the Construction market, In order to over come the problem, it is necessary to make Corporate Strategy through correct Market analysis. If construction companies want to secure continuance profits, they must prepare proper strategy to advance into plant market. This research performs both external and internal environment analysis, External environment analysis is for overseas construction market and advanced foreign companies, and internal environment analysis is the current status of domestic companies. The research identifies some of the Key points, growth in foreign plant market is huge, but domestic companies do not have abundant construction experience on the same field and also they lack in high value-added techniques. They are far behind the advanced companies; they don't have proper skills of Procurement, engineering and project management. This study suggests a strategy for domestic companies to take necessary step to advance into plant construction market.

최근 무형자산의 중요성과 함께 많은 선진기업들은 지속적인 가치창출을 위한 전략수립 및 수행절차를 통해 경쟁우위를 갖는데 노력하고 있다. BSC는 기업의 전략을 전사조직 차원에서 실행 시킬 수 있는 기반을 조성하며, 기업의 자원을 핵심역량에 집중시켜 전략의 실행력을 구체화하기 위한 경영기법 중 하나로 자리잡고 있으며, 이미 국내 다양한 공공 및 민간부문에서 BSC도입을 통해 기업전략과의 연계를 강화해 나가고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 특정산업에 따라 각 산업의 특성을 고려한 BSC기반의 CSF(사업핵심성공요소)와 KPI(주요성과지표) Pool에 대한 실질적인 연구는 다소 미흡한 실정이다. 국내 건설업인 경우, 관리의 복잡성으로 인해 아직까지 재무적 손익 중심의 성과측정에 주로 의존하고 있으며, 비재무적인 측면의 다양한 성과지표를 포함하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설산업에 적합한 BSC관점을 고려한 건설업의 CSF/KPI Pool를 제시하고 도출된 CSF가 기업의 경영성과와 어떤 상관관계를 살펴봄으로써 실제 의미가 있는지 알아보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구결과는 건설 산업에서의 성과측정의 기초자료로서 활용되어 체계적인 성과관리의 향상에 기여하고 미래 성과창출의 유인을 제공하고자 한다.

5년전 '국내 건설업계 최초 안전혁신학교 설립'이라는 신문보도가 있었다. 산업안전 분야에 커다란 관심을 모았던 GS건설 안전혁신학교인데 지금도 그 명성을 높여가며 GS건설의 안전문화 메카로 굳건히 자리잡고 있다. 경기도 용인에 위치한 GS건설 안전혁신학교는 건설안전 작업체험장, 재해체험장, 강의동을 갖추고 있다. 이곳에서 3박 4일 동안 GS건설 임직원 4,000여명과 협력사 임직원에게 안전교육을 하고 있는데 벌써 5년의 세월이 지났다. 그만큼 GS건설만의 튼튼한 안전문화가 만들어가고 있는 곳, 안전학교를 찾았다.

Recently the domestic construction companies have been occurred to the various demand of information. Also information quantity is increasing. But using information have been stated in low why large information quantity. The other side, the various Metadata have been proposing in the many field for an effective search and an application. So the Metadata for using construction information must be built. In this study, we have founded information of construction companies, present condition of information, concept of Metadata and recent report. And we have presented the Metadata system model and building process of information system. We have analyzed the Metadata element of construction. This study is the foundation for the Metadata using system.

Along with rapid changes and increasing competitions of the global market, a country with advanced technology can gain competitiveness edges. The Korean government recently announced 'Strategic Plan for the Next Generation Driving Forces Industry' in order to respond this global challenges. However, it appears that the construction industry has been put out from the discussions. It can be argued that considering the size and contributions of the industry to the national economy, driving engines for the industry should be considered and identified. The objective of this paper is to propose the criteria of driving engines for the construction industry based on the analysis of the common characteristics of 6T industries' driving forces as recently announced.

국내 건설산업은 현재 기술보다는 수주위주의 경쟁이 치열함으로서 종합기술 수준은 세계 25위권, 기획.설계 능력은 선진국의 70% 수준에 불과한 취약한 기술경쟁 기반과 시공 중심의 생산구조를 갖고 있다. 이러한 건설부문의 문제점을 극복하고자 정부는 2015년까지 건설 기술력 수준을 선진국의 90%까지 끌어올리기 위해 건설 분야의 연구개발 투자규모 확대 등 다양한 계획을 추진 중에 있다. 본 고에서는 상기와 같은 상황 속에서 장차 미래사회에 있어 건설교통 분야의 기술발전을 이끌 도시성장, 인구변화, 에너지 및 자원 고갈, 기후변화 등 대응기술에 대한 연구개발사업계획을 소개하고, 국내 건설기술의 재도약의 일환으로 2006년을 기점으로 시작된 R&D 혁신로드맵의 체제와 그 의미를 소개하였다.
