The absence of present accurate geospatial information can cause us to undergo severe problems in controlling the complicate and multiplicate disaster. Our country is trying to build the Disaster Spatial Data Infrastructure (DSDI), and the key information is the national framework data. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of disaster spatial data, and analyze the present conditions and problems of national framework data, and suggest the way to improve for the GIS application system. In order to provide a wide range of services through the national geospatial data integration system, the data management authority should be established to maintain the consistency of quality and data accuracy of the entire national spatial data infrastructure. In addition, the step-by-step update plan of the national geospatial data should be determined by means of the framework data. And the basic data (lowest common denominator) should be formulated to maintain the data consistency of national spatial information infrastructure.

As purchasing power of Chinese consumers has increased and their purchase channels have become more various, Chinese consumers are paying more attention to foreign products and purchasing more of them as well as the domestic goods. With great expectations, many companies in different nations are scrambling into the Chinese market. In this situation, Chinese consumers have a wider range of choices when selecting and purchasing goods, thereby trying to take several factors into account in order to choose the best one in a limited time. This study is about how much country-of-origin image, brand attitude and corporate social responsibility influence Chinese consumers' quality perception and their purchase decisions. The study result shows that country-of-origin image, brand attitude and corporate social responsibility all have a positive effect on perceived quality of the consumers, and among those three, the brand attitude is found to be the most influential factor. It also shows that perceived quality brings a positive effect on purchase intention. Also, in terms of difference in product categories, the influence of corporate social responsibility on perceived quality and the influence of perceived quality on purchase intention are shown greater in dairy products than in PC. This study has academic significance as it has investigated consumer behavior, considering each different factor above. Also it has practical significance since it offers an implication on the marketing strategies of the companies that are planning to advance into the Chinese market in the future.

전자상거래 분야에의 PKI의 성공적인 도입은 기술적 문제의 해결 뿐만 아니라 법 제도적인 불확실성을 어떻게 해결하느냐에 크게 좌우된다 우리나라의 전자 서명 관련 법제화가 전자상거래 활동이나 전자적 방법의 활성화가 안전하게 발전적인 방향으로 나아가고자 하는 취지에서 세계 주요 나라의 PKI동향을 고찰하여 본다. PKI의 설계는 정부 국가 기관 등의 공공 섹터나 전자상거래 등 산업계 등의 적용 분야에 따라 각기 다른 인증 정책과 인증 책임의 한계 등 적절한 고려 사항을 충족하여야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 미국, 캐나다, 유럽, 호주 등 세계 주요 국가 활동을 소개하고 특히 비교적 잘 구현된 사례로 전자 카드 지불 수단인SET 아카텍처와 미 연방 정부의 PKI의 최근 사례를 소개하였다. 대규모의 공개키 시스템을 실현하는데 가장 중요한 두 가지 문제는 어떻게 적절한 인증 경로를 찾느냐하는 문제와 찾고 난 다음 어떻게 검증하느냐 하는 문제이다. 경로 찾기는 디렉토리 서비스 등 필요한 정보 Retrieval 서비스만 주어진다면 자동화 될 수 있다. 경로 확인은 주의 깊게 정확한 알고리듬을 따라야 하며 또한 안전하게 구현되어야 한다.

Canada has a rich history in the theory and development of the field of health promotion. Over 25 years ago, in 1974, the Canadian government produced the first government policy document that identified health promotion as a national strategy. The document, which came from the national Health Minister, was entitled A New Perspective on the Health of Canadians (Lalonde, 1974).

Recently, increasing security threats are not only interfering with business continuity of companies but they are al so causing serious problems on social and national levels. As violation of intellectual property rights increases due to growing competition between different companies and countries, companies are now required to follow various IT compliance regulations, under relevant legal obligations. This study proposed a model of convergence security compliance management by using machine learning, in order to help companies actively utilize IT compliance.

지방자치단체의 계약업무에 기초가 되는 지방계약법 시행령이 지난 11월 24일 공포되어 시행에 들어갔다. 이번 지방계약법 개정은 지난 해 12월 30일 개정된 국가계약법 시행령 제68조와 동일하게 제77조를 신설하여 '하자책임 구분이 용이하고 공정관리에 지장이 없는 공사에 대하여 기계설비공사와 같은 '설계서가 별도로 작성되는 공사로 명시함으로써 공공공사의 분리발주 활성화를 유도하는 내용을 담고 있다. 이로써 지방계약법에도 분리발주 허용 대상을 구체화 하고 발주기관의 장이 공사의 예산편성과 기본설계 등 사업의 계획단계부터 분리발주의 가능 여부 검토 조항이 명문화 됨으로써 지자체 분리발주가 더욱 활성화 될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 앞서 대한설비건설협회는 분리발주 법제화를 정부, 국회, 제18대 대선후보 등에 지속적으로 건의한 결과 박근혜 정부가 공공공사의 분리발주 법제화가 포함된 40대 중점 국정과제를 확정하고 공공공사의 분리발주 허용 대상과 활성화 조문이 포함된 국가계약법 시행령 제68조를 지난해 12월 30일 개정, 시행에 들어간 바 있다.

최근, 연구책임자가 대학에서 연구되고 있던 LIDAR 기술 연구자료를 중국에 위치한 대학 연구원에게 유출하였다. 이러한 연구자료 유출로 인해 국가는 핵심기술에 대한 상용화 기회를 잃게 되었다. 이처럼 연구정보 유출로 인한 피해가 증가하면서 연구보안의 중요성이 대두되고 있으며, 이에 국가연구개발혁신법의 제정으로 연구산출물 및 과정을 보호하기 위한 방안을 마련하고 있다. 하지만 새로운 법제로는 특허 등 지식재산권을 보호하지 못하는 등의 미비점이 존재하며, 새로운 연구개발 환경에 맞는 연구정보 보안 체계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 연구보안을 위한 연구정보 등급화를 위해 연구정보의 개념을 정의하고, 연구정보 등급화 체계를 연구하고자 한다. 이를 기반으로 향후 연구를 통해 연구정보 등급화 체계를 도출하고자 한다.

The suggestions that follow are about the device to assure the effectiveness of administrational regulation and supervision in Korean private security. First, government clearance should be reinforced. For this it is necessary that the qualification for security dealer-careers and academic backgrounds with security etc.- should be elucidated in Security Law. Also it should be achieved to increase the capital fund and to keep security guards for insuring substitutional manpower. Second, after legal permission governmental supervision should be done in quality by means of setting up the competent institutions independently. Third, the punishment for obtaining security license mendaciously, carrying out illegal or unfair task and assigning Security Guard Supervisors expediently should be strengthened. Also to prevent expedient acts it is necessary to prescribe illegal or unfair acts in the concrete in Security Law and violators should be legally responsible. Fourth, to lay the foundation for security industry itself and make up for perfunctory governmental direct System for Professional License (of private security guard) should come into effect.

This study presents limitations of the old family supported system for the elderly being surfaced in the face of the changing life style of the people in today's industrialized, urban Korean society. The qualitative data used for this study are collected from the focus group discussions(FGD). The FGD data numbered a total of 43 participants who were divided into 8 different groups, each consisting of 5-6 respondents sorted out by sex and age as well as by their current cohabitation with their parents or having such experience in the past. The study paid special attention focusing on the values and the expectations regarding the elderly support and the family relationship. A critical reexamination of the old family support system for the elderly at this particular juncture is also a step forward necessary for the eventual formulation of policy measures by the state and the society to produce a new viable support system for the elderly in the future.

After September 11 attacks, as recently the range about security of physical distribution is rapidly spreading temporally & spatially, and it considers that the demand of understanding about logistics company is more than that of the past, now is the time that to establish policy for a comprehensive and systematic support policy that targets the entire supply chain considering the competitive of logistics beyond the responsibility for security of the field of import and export simply. In this respect, this study has identified recognition of domestic logistics company about global logistics security system that has recently been implemented in the country, and this level of recognition has really examined what is the impact of its logistics competitiveness and an intention to invest in related areas in the future. Based on this, this study has also proposed the supporting promotion and education for the expansion of logistics security of government & related agencies and effective way promoting to establish policies regarding this.
