교량 관리용 DB 시스템

  • 교량유지관리 업무는 교량의 건설(신설), 노후교량의 개축, 교통량 증가에 따른 교량의 확장, 보수를 통한 원상복구, 또한 보수기록의 보관문제, 기존교량의 계속적인 점검 및 조사 등으로 분류된다. 이러한 문제를 전산화 하는 것은 필요항목들을 특성별로 분류하여 각 항목 등에 대한 데이타베이스를 구축하고 교량의 점검 및 조사 등을 통하여 교량의 손상상태를 파악함은 물론 개축, 보수, 확장, 신설 등에 대한 판정 및 그 우선순위를 제시하여 주는 의사결정시스템 개발이다. 본 고에서는 교량관리업무를 전산화하기 위해 한국건설기술연구원에서 개발한 교량관리용 DB(DATA BASE)시스템에 대하여 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 컴포넌트의 재사용을 위한 퍼지 기반 컴포넌트 검색 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 컴포넌트 검색을 위해서는 클래스의 상속관계를 이용한 시소러스로 구축하였고, 이를 통하여 질의를 이용한 컴포넌트 검색이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 검색결과는 우선순위로 보여줌으로서 질의에 대한 보다 빠른 검색이 되도록 하였다. 검색된 컴포넌트는 원시코드, 컴포넌트 정보, 클래스 다이어그램 둥을 제공함으로서 효율적인 컴포넌트 재사용이 가능하도록 하였다.

  • Two perspectives on developing better decision capabilities for a warranty system can be identified: one involving the inclusion of a 'learning' module and the other the inclusion of a 'prioritization' capability. This paper demonstrates how a warning process can be included in a warranty system by coupling with a neural network's learning capabilities. In addition to the neural network, a method is employed for assigning priorities to warning criteria by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Thus, it is possible to construct an integrated system with three components: the warranty system, the AHP module, and the neural network system. A case study is provided to enhance the accuracy of warning/detection judgment in a warranty system for automobile companies, having many factors related to the warranty system.

  • The purpose of this research is to propose policy of domestic timber supply expansion. To recommend polices and draw the priority orders, this study has used Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process. It has executed to recommend policies of domestic timber supply expand by dividing produce, distribution and consumption parts. As the result of Delphi technique and AHP, 'Infrastructure for domestic timber produce (.239)', 'regional domestic timber gathering complex construction (.202)' and 'a public institution domestic timber use obligation (.126)' policies are derived.

  • 본 연구에서는 전자연동장치의 확장성과 신뢰성 제고를 위해 전자연동장치의 실시간 연동전략으로 활용될 수 있는 연동 지식베이스를 자동 생성, 구축할 수 있는 지능형 연동지식베이스 자동 구축 소프트웨어(IIKBAGS)를 개발한다. IIKBAGS의 추론부는 주어진 역 모델의 동적탐색하에서 휴리스틱 규칙들의 우선순위에 따라 모든 진로를 탐색함은 물론 각 진로들에 대해 진로상 신호설비들간의 연쇄관계를 확인하여 연동패턴들을 자동생성하는 연동지식 자동생성기능을 가진다. 지식베이스는 전자연동장치상의 실시간 전문가 시스템이 직접적으로 활용할 수 있는 구조로 설계됨으로써 연동도표 입력과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 배제, 연동장치의 정확성과 신뢰성을 높인다.

  • This Study aims at identifying optimum residential area of small and medium local cities to be relocated in the future. In the object of study, Chinju City was chosen and it consists of three stages of application to choose the priority of residential development us well as available residential locations. In the first stage, a digital image processing technique was applied to generate the existing urban land use information from the satellite image data. In the second stage, GIS technique was used to choose the avaliable residential area by evaluating the elements for residential site allocation such as road accessibility, topographic height, slope, aspect, legal limit, population density, and land price. In the third stage, some mathematical location models were applied to identify optimum candidates of residential areas chosen by earier stages. The results were evaluated by statistical methods and integer programming to identify the development priority. We expect this procedures and the results will be able to be used as a guide-line to support housing policies of Chinju City by allocating residential sites as well as a technique to apply a locational analysis for the future residential areas of small and medium local cities.

A Study on Priority Determination of Policies on the Extension of Public Management System in Coastwise Passenger Transport Services (내항여객운송서비스 공영제 및 준공영제 확대실시를 위한 정책 우선순위 결정에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to select and evaluate policy priorities for the expansion of public and semi-public systems for coastwise passenger transport services. For research methodology, the Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations (CFPR) method was used to effectively extract expert knowledge. First, the result of the analysis on policy tasks for expanding the semi-public system for coastwise passenger transport services showed that "the establishment of public transportation fare system" was the most important task at 0.160. Second, "conversion of the subsidiary routes to a public system by the central government" was ranked next at the importance of 0.136. The factor named "support through proper allocation of budgets between national and local governments" are ranked third (0.119). The results of this study have practical implications in that it proposed the policy priorities for the expansion of the public semi-public systems for coastwise passenger transport services.

  • Recently, due to the global economic crisis and prolongation of slow growth period, many countries have proposed creative economy as an important policy for economic growth. Korea has also progressed important policies such as development of creative industries, start-up activation and employment creation through creative economy as a key policy. However, each country has a different definition of creative economy and detailed field to promote, and there is a lack of research on creative economy of industrial complexes and activation plans of creative industries. This study derived the priority order and importance of development plans to develop into creative clusters through AHP analysis base on Gumi National Industrial Complex that have had a significant role in the national economy since the 1970s. As a result, the creativity enhancing factor was the highest priority, followed by creative infrastructure and network. These results mean that it is necessary to promote creativity in order national industrial complexes to continuously lead national economy and for this purpose it needs to prioritize the development of creative human resources and to extend the creative R&D. This study can be provided to government and local policy makers and innovation agencies as basis data and practical policy guide to establish a successful creative cluster by deriving the priority order in reflection of both hardware and software policies such as infrastructure to develop national industrial complex into creative cluster.

A Study on Vulnerability Assessment and Prioritizing Sectors to Support Adaptation Strategy to Climate Change - Case Study of Gangwon Province - (기후변화 적응대책 수립 지원을 위한 취약성 평가 및 부문별 우선순위 선정 방안 연구 - 강원도 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • Vulnerability assessment has been required for establish climate adaptation plan to prevent damage from climate change. In this study we assessed vulnerability with 1 km resolution and determined which sectors have the highest priority in each municipality of Gangwon province based on the result of vulnerability assessment. All sectors of vulnerability assessment are composed of three criteria; sensitivity, exposure and adaptation capacity. And suitable indicators of each sector were selected and spatial data set was prepared using GIS. Priority of vulnerability was classified with the degree of vulnerability in present and variation in vulnerability between present and future. The results of vulnerability assessment were different among municipalities due to the contribution of indicators. Present and future trends in vulnerability showed similar results but high vulnerable area was predicted to expand in the future. In addition increase in temperature led whole area to be more vulnerable generally. The result of prioritizing sectors of vulnerability indicated the most considerable sectors within a municipality. Also, the municipalities which have similar geographic, climatic and social conditions tended to be classified as the same priority class. The method of vulnerability assessment and determining priorities suggested in this study could be used to support decision makers to establish adaptation plan of local area.
