The Study on Aseismic Reinforcement Method for Existing Structures Based on Shaking Table Test (진동대를 이용한 기존 건축물 내진보강공법에 대한 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 내진보강공법의 내진성능향상을 평가하기 위하여 진동대실험을 실시하였다. 실험 구조체는 비보강, 보강 구조체로 각각 실규모 크기의 구조체를 2개 제작하였다. 기둥 상, 중, 하부 및 보에 각각 Strain게이지, 가속도계를 설치한 후 설계펙트럼가속도 0.15g의 30~150%까지 가속도를 증가 시키면서 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 비 보강 구조체는 0.2g에서 최대 80cm균열이 발생하였으나 보강 구조체는 균열이 발생하지 않았다. Strain의 변화량에서는 비 보강이 보강보다 최대 1700%크게 나타났다. 가속도의 변화량은 비 보강이 176%크게 나타났다. 진동대 실험결과 본 내진보강공법이 내진성능향상에 지대한 영향을 주고 있음이 증명되었다.

  • The MFS (Mlti-Functional Structure) concept, which integrates the electronics, thermal control and structure into a single packaging system, has been developed and applied to reduce the volume and weight of the satellite. Therefore, this MFS can eliminate the bulky chassis/frames, cables and connectors of the electronic equipment. The main point of this traditional MFS is the replacement of the electrical chassis/frames with MCMs (Multi-Chip Modules) that require much costs and efforts for developing. This paper shows the new MFS concept that effectively saves the volume and weight. The structure including the thermal control and radiation shielding elements will be designed and manufactured as the rectangular grid-stiffened structure. The rectangular grid-stiffened structure is the modification of the iso-grid structure, and provides the enough spaces for putting the general PCBs without the chassis/frames.

  • The composite lattice structure is a structure that supports the required load with the minimum weight and thickness. Composite lattice structure is manufactured by the filament winding process using impregnating high-strength carbon fiber with an epoxy resin. Filament winding process can laminate and manufacture only structurally necessary parts, composite lattice structure can be applied to aircraft fuselages, satellite and launch vehicles, and guided weapons to maximize weight reduction. In this paper, the development and evaluation of the composite lattice structure corresponding to the entire process from design, analysis, fabrication, and evaluation of large-scale cylindrical and conical composites lattice structure were performed. To be applicable to actual projectiles and guided weapons, we developed a cylindrical lattice structure with a diameter of 2,600 mm and a length of 2,000 mm, and a conical lattice structure with an upper diameter of 1,300 mm, a lower diameter of 2,500 mm, and a length of 900 mm. The performance of the developed composite lattice structure was evaluated through a load test.

강성비의 변화에 따른 Shell구조의 역학적 거동

  • 본 고에서는 축대칭회전 Shell을 해석모델로 선정하여 주로 Shell의 휨 강성이 구조체의 거동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검토하였다. 어떠한 구조형식이든 외력의 작용하에서 발생되는 응력이 축방향력 뿐이라는 것은 상당히 합리적이고 역학적으로도 명쾌한 동시에, 실제 설계상 이상적인 판단기준을 부여하지만, 실제로는 필히 휨상태를 수반하게 된다. 이러한 휨상태는 구성요소의 휨강성에 크게 의존하고 있고, 구조체에 어느정도의 휨강성을 부여하므로써 작용하중에 대한 저항능력의 증가, 변형 및 응력의 저감에 효과적이라는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 고에서는 등방성 Shell에 대한 선형 해석결과만을 게재하였으나, 이러한 성상은 여러가지 영향인자(지지조건, 하중상태 등)에 따라 아주 상이하게 나타나기 때문에 세심한 고찰이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

Development of High-Sensitivity and Entry-Level Radiation Measuring Sensor Module (고감도 보급형 방사선 측정센서 모듈 개발)

  • In this paper, we propose the development of high-sensitivity low-end radiation measuring sensor module. The proposed measurement sensor module is a scintillator + photomultiplier(SiPM) sensor optimization structure design, amplification and filter and control circuit design for sensor driver, control circuit design including short-distance communication, sensor mechanism design and manufacturing, and GUI development applied to prototypes consists of, etc. The scintillator + photomultiplier(SiPM) sensor optimization structure design is designed by checking the characteristics of the scintillator and the photomultiplier (SiPM) for the sensor structure design. Amplification, filter and control circuit design for sensor driver is designed to process fine scintillation signal generated by radiation with a scintillator using SiPM. Control circuit design including short-distance communication is designed to enable data transmission through MCU design to support short-range wireless communication function and wired communication support. The sensor mechanism design and manufacture is designed so that the glare generated by wrapping a reflective paper (mirroring) on the outside of the plastic scintillator is reflected to increase the efficiency in order to transmit the fine scintillation signal generated from the plastic scintillator to the photomultiplier(SiPM). The GUI development applied to the prototype expresses the date and time at the top according to each screen and allows the measurement unit and time, seconds, alarm level, communication status, battery capacity, etc. to be expressed. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed system, the results of experiments conducted by an authorized testing institute showed that the radiation dose measurement range was 30 𝜇Sv/h ~ 10 mSv/h, so the results are the same as the highest level among products sold commercially at domestic and foreign. In addition, it was confirmed that the measurement uncertainty of ±7.4% was measured, and normal operation was performed under the international standard ±15%.

  • When we design a linear motor, the thermal behavior investigation is one of great important considerations with respect to uniform thrust force and thermal deformation of a linear motor. In this study, we conduct the research for the structural design of the linear motor for LMTT(Linear Motor-based Transfer Technology) which is the next generation of container horizontal transfer system in order to automate a container terminal. After the dimensions of main parts for a linear motor were set up, we carried out the thermal-structural analysis of the linear motor considering the thermal analysis of the stator module.

  • This study derives numerically the shell Knockdown factors for the isogrid-stiffened cylinders of space launch vehicles when the axially compressive force and internal pressure are applied simultaneously. A commercial nonlinear finite element analysis software, ABAQUS, is used for the present work. Nonlinear postbuckling analyses are conducted to calculate the global buckling loads of a cylinder without and with the internal pressure. The shell Knockdown factor is numerically derived using the predicted global buckling loads without and with the geometrically initial imperfection of a cylinder. When the internal pressure of 500 kPa and compressive force are applied to the cylinder, the global buckling load and Knockdown factor increases by 304% and 53%, respectively, as compared to the results without the internal pressure.

  • "Structural surface becomes an antenna." This term, CAS, indicates antenna embedding in structural surfaces. The CAS is composed of several composite laminates and Nomex honeycombs, and microstrip antenna elements are inserted between layers with designed configurations. Constituent materials are selected considering electrical contributions as well as mechanical performances. Antenna design with adhesive films are impossible because of their thin and rough distributions between honeycomb and substrate.   • 압전세라믹스를 제조하여 발음체 소자의 두께 직경등의 칫수 변화에 따른 압전발을 체 소자의 전기적 특성 및 압전세라믹스와 금속진동판의 상관관계를 조사하고 공명용 수지 case등을 고려하여 공진 주파수에서 효율좋은 음을 발생시킬수 있는 압전발음체를 설계하였 다. 본 실험에서 사용딘 압전세라믹스 (Pb0.95Sr0.05)(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3+0.8wt%Nb2O5의 특성은 전 기기계 결합계수(KP)가 69%이며 기계적 품질계수(Qm)은 87 비유전율은 2100 tan$\delta$는 0.016이었다. 금속진동판의 공진주파수는 사용되는 재료의 stiffness와 관계가 있고 주파수 -impedance 특성은 재질의 음속, 밀도, Young율 등에 크게 의존하였다. 주파수 대역 2.0~ 2.2khz에서 공진시키기 위한 공명체의 설계에서 압전세라믹스의 외경과 두께가 각각 14mm, 0.1mm 이고 금속진동판의 그것이 각각 20mm, 0.1mmdlfEo 공명기는 방음공의 직경이 3.0mm, cavity의 직경이 18.5mm, cavity의 높이가 4.5mm의 구조로 설계되었을때가 최적조 건이었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 정상상태 유체-구조 연성문제를 연속체 기반으로 정식화하고 유한요소법을 이용하여 완전 연성된 해를 구하였다. 대 변형을 고려하기 위하여 토탈 라그란지안 정식화를 사용하였으며 유체 및 구조의 비선형성이 고려되었다. 유체와 구조 영역의 형상을 NURBS 곡면을 이용하여 매개화하여 표현하였으며, 형상 최적화를 위해 효율적인 설계민감도 해석법인 애조인 기법을 이용하여 압력, 속도, 변위 등에 대한 설계민감도를 구하였다. 이를 이용하여 최소 컴플라이언스를 갖게 하는 구조물 내부의 유체영역의 설계 등의 수치예제를 통하여 개발된 방법론의 타당성을 확인하였다.
