초점 - 원자력연구원 하나로 건물 내진 보강 공사 현황

  • 작년 경주 지진으로 원자력 안전에 대한 시민들의 촉각이 예민해져 있는 가운데 최근 대전 지역에서 원자력연구원의 하나로 원자로 건물 외벽 내진 보강 공사 방식에 대한 검증을 요구하는 여론이 일고 있다. 그 동안 원자력연구원에서 진행한 하나로 건물 내진 보강 공사 배경과 주요 일정, 설계 개념, 구조 성능 검증 실험, 공사 현황, 건물 성능 점검, 안전 관리, 정보 공개 및 검증, 향후 계획 등을 정리하여 종합했다.

A Study on Improved Inspection Method of the Foundation Scouring and Establishment of 3D Underwater Surface Map (개선된 교량 기초세굴 점검방법 및 3D 하상지도 구축 연구)

  • The maintenance of bridges installed in rivers is carried out through facility safety inspection and repair & reinforcement procedures according to the results. Many studies have been so far conducted on the safety check of the bridge upperstructure because of the ease of access. However as it is impossible to directly investigate whether the pier foundation installed in the river has been scoured. Management of underwater foundations has remained based on theory. In this study, the scour of the bridge foundation installed in such a river was realized in 3D form by using an echo sounder and VRS. This made it possible to predict the scour pattern through comparison and analysis with the ground height of the riverbed at the time of the bridge installation. Based on these results, if the pier foundation is used as an initial data to determine whether or not local scour is present and to predict long-term scouring, bridge collapse due to foundation scour can be prevented.

  • Purpose: Safety inspections by existing personnel have been limited in evaluation and data securing due to concerns about the safety of technicians or difficulty in accessing them, and are becoming a bigger problem as the number of maintenance targets increases due to the aging of facilities. As drone technology develops, it is possible to ensure the safety of personnel, secure visual data, and diagnose quickly, and use it is increasing as safety inspection of facilities by drones was introduced recently. In order to further enhance utilization, it is considered necessary to base a consideration standard for facility appearance investigation by drones, and in this paper, research was conducted on dams. Method: To calculate the quality, existing domestic safety inspection and drone-related consideration standards were investigated, and procedures related to safety inspection using drones were compared and analyzed to review work procedures and construction types. In addition, empirical data were collected through drone photography and elevation image production for the actual dam. Result: Work types for safety inspection of facilities using drones were derived, and empirical survey results were collected for two dams according to work types. The existing guidelines were applied for the adjustment ratios for each structural type and standard of the facility, and if a meteorological reference point survey was necessary, the unmanned aerial vehicle survey of the construction work standard was applied. Conclusion: The finer the GSD in appearance investigation using drones, the greater the number of photographs taken, and the concept of adjustment cost was applied as a correction to calculate the consideration standard. In addition, it was found that the problem of maximum GSD indicating limitations should be considered in order to maintain the safe distance.

  • Because bridges are major national infrastructure, regular safety inspections or diagnoses for bridges have been conducted in accordance with the "Special Act on the Safety and Maintenance of Facilities." Accordingly, the condition and safety assessments of the bridge are conducted to derive the condition and safety rating, respectively. A lower result is determined to be the safety grade of the bridge. In this study, the relationship between the condition rating and safety rating, which are the core of the bridge safety grade, was analyzed by the representative superstructure types of bridges, such as RC slab, PSCI girder, Steel box girder, Rhamen, and Preflex girder, to identify the correlation status and range between each rating. A reasonable improvement direction for establishing existing maintenance policies was suggested by proposing an alternative plan to change the proper implementation cycle of the inspection and diagnosis of bridge superstructure types. As a result of the research, it is necessary to adjust the inspection and diagnosis cycle according to the superstructure type and safety grade. In addition, maintenance policies need to be improved through detailed research on more diverse bridge types in the future.

  • A large number of concrete structures are built and used around the world. To ensure their safe and continuous use, these structures require constant inspection and maintenance. While man-powered inspection and maintenance techniques are efficient, they can only provide intermittent status checks at the time of on-site inspection. Therefore, there is a growing need for a system that can continuously monitor the condition of the structure. A study was conducted to detect cracks and damage by installing a conductive coating on the surface of a concrete structure. A parallel resistance pattern that can monitor the occurrence and progression of cracks was developed by reflecting the structural characteristics of concrete structure. An empirical study was conducted to veryfy the application of the proposed method. The crack detection pattern was installed on the reinforced concrete beams, and the crack monitoring method was verified through applying a load on the beams.

Assessment Level of Safe and Maintenance Based on Safety Inspection Data of Small Vulnerable Facilities in Domestic (국내 소규모취약시설 안전점검 데이터기반 안전 및 유지관리 수준 평가)

  • Recently, the need for new approaches and recognition of safety and maintenance has been raised for small vulnerable facilities in Korea due to the acceleration of aging facilities, various safety accidents, and increased frequency of use. In particular, small vulnerable facilities(SVF), including most social welfare facilities, are facilities used by many of the vulnerable groups, and safety management is very important. Therefore, this study investigated various statuses based on safety inspection results (31,114 cases) conducted over the past 13 years (2008-2020) for small vulnerable facilities in Korea, and evaluated the characteristics of each field and safety and maintenance performance level. This aims to present policy directions for strengthening safety management of facilities for the vulnerable by using basic data such as improvement of safety standards and maintenance strategies for small vulnerable facilities in Korea in the future.

Analysis of Discriminant Accuracy of Estimated Load Carrying Capacity in Bridges (교량 추정 내하율 판별 정확도 분석)

  • This paper presents the results of an analysis of the discrimination accuracy of a bridge load carrying capacity estimation model based on data from inspection reports. The load carrying rate estimation model was derived using statistical methods through the collection of 2,161 inspection reports. By entering the bridge specifications and maintenance information, you can check the estimated load carrying capacity of the bridge. In order to verify the discrimination accuracy of the estimated load carrying rate model, the estimated load carrying rate was compared with the load carrying rate in the inspection and diagnosis report for 164 public bridges for which data was available. Although there are differences depending on the bridge type, the results were obtained with an accuracy of over 80% in determining the estimated load carrying capacity.

  • 오늘날 스마트폰 앱을 통해 다양한 핀테크 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 되었고, 안전한 금융거래를 위하여 앱 보안은 반드시 고려되어야 하는 상황이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 안드로이드 환경에서 핀테크 서비스를 제공하는 앱의 보안을 점검하기 위하여 안드로이드 앱의 구조를 소개하고, 디컴파일 도구를 이용한 정적 분석 방법과 디버깅, 네트워크 패킷 분석과 같은 동적분석 방법을 제공하고자 한다.
