본 논문에서는 방송영상 특성을 이용한 축구 경기 장면 분석을 제안한다. 동영상의 프레임들을 분할하기 위해서는 급격한 장면 변화나 화면의 색상과 같은 화면의 형식적인 변화가 주요 결정사항이다. 그러나 축구경기와 같은 동영상에서의 하이라이트는 화면의 형식적인 변화와는 조금 다른 의미를 가진다. 그러므로, 축구 경기 동영상에서 하이라이트 부분을 검출하기 위해서는 장면의 변화와 더불어 화면의 의미를 해석할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 축구 경기 동영상의 모든 프레임을 순차적으로 검사한다. 임의의 프레임에 대하여 RGB 정보의 분석을 통하여 영상의 구성내용을 파악한 후, 구성 내용의 위치와 분포를 참조하여 하이라이트 여부를 판단한다. 제안된 방법에서는 RGB 값의 변화 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 주 RGB 범위 군집화(Dominant RGB Grouping) 방법을 통하여 임의의 영상에서 RGB 값의 변화에 최대한 덜 민감한 방법으로 대상의 RGB 정보를 취득할 수 있는 방법을 사용하였다.

본 연구는 현대 집합주택의 개발의 실험적 토대가 되었던 1960년대 이후 1990년대 초반까지의 서울지역 아파트단지들을 중심으로 단지의 측면과 단위평면의 측면에서 시대적 변천과 유형별 특성을 분석하여 국내 집합주거의 양상이 어떻게 전개되어 왔는지를 인식하고, 국내 집합주거의 질적 향상을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 하는 추후 연구의 한 준거를 제시토록 한다. 이를 위하여 집합주거의 생성과 현황에 대하여 일반적인 고찰을 진행하여, 국내 주거양식이 점차로 고층, 고밀화되어가는 과정을 살펴보고, 이러한 주거양식의 집합화가 점차로 정책적인 차원에서 더욱 고려되어지고 있음을 현대에 이르기까지의 시대적 틀 속에서 고찰해 본다. 이와 함께 집합화되는 주거양식이 단위평면속에서는 어떻게 변천해 왔는지를 규모와 제실구성, 설비 및 구조방식, 내부공간 구성방식등으로 나누어 분석한다.

Document layout analysis는 문서 이미지의 구조와 구성요소를 파악하는 기술이다. 기존 딥러닝을 사용한 학습 기반 방법에는 각 구성 요소를 검출하는 detection 기반 방식이 많으나 이는 다양한 형식의 문서 이미지에 확장될 수 있는 가능성이 낮다는 한계가 존재한다. 특히, 다양한 모양과 크기의 화학 구조를 포함하는 화학 문서 이미지에 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 영상분할을 활용하여 화학 구조 문서를 이해하는 연구를 진행하였다. 기존의 블록 단위로 레이블링된 벤치마크와 다르게 객체 단위로 레이블링한 학습 데이터를 가지고 DeepLabv3 구조의 네트워크를 학습하여 화학 문서 이미지를 효과적으로 분할하였다. 객체 단위 레이블링과 영상 분할을 사용한 방식이 문서 이해 및 화학 구조 검출에 준수한 성능을 보이는 것을 확인하였고 이 방식이 다양한 형식의 문서 이미지에 확장될 수 있음을 보였다.

This study aimed to explore the saliences of formal school science and their influences on the attitude toward science communication through mass media. Saliences of school science are salient memories of school science which a perciever attends to selectively among various aspects of formal school science. Among saliences. external saliences refer to the sensory aspects of formal school science. and internal saliences refer to the observers' cognition. Attitude toward science communication through mass media constitute six scales; exposure. cognition. focus. belief. self perception of understanding. application. The questionnaire were developed and sample was selected by multi-stage stratified clustering. The sample size was 1,825. The data was analysed by correlation and multiple stepwise regression. Positive saliences were lab work and science teacher and negative saliences were lecture and exam/grade. According to the correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. saliences of the formal school science could account only a small part of the attitude toward science communication through mass media. Internal salieces could account the attitude toward science communication than external salience. Further studies on new models including attitude towards science are needed.

Considering the change of educational environments and strategies for the future, this research attempted to develop project learning that uses various smart technologies, and integrates formal education within a school with informal learning experiences outside of the school. For effective learning, the processes of the project learning, instructional activities for each process and supporting materials were specified and developed as a learning package. The project learning program and the instructional package were applied to 18 fifth graders in an elementary school located in Seoul. The results of the pilot test were collected with observations, interviews, and assessment of learning processes and products. And then the results were analyzed in regard of 'the whole processes of project activities', 'learning materials and tools', and 'informal learning experiences'. Based on the results, some suggestions were provided for implementing the smart project learning for integrative learning experiences.

Public open data is a database or electronic file produced by a public agency or government. The government is opening public data through the open data portals and individual agency websites. However, it is a reality that there is a limit to search and utilize desired public data from the perspective of data users. In particular, it takes a great deal of effort and time to understand the characteristics of data sets and to combine different data sets. This study suggests the possibility of interlinking between data sets by analyzing the common relationship of item names held by public data. The data sets are collected from the open data portal, and item names included in the data sets are extracted. The extracted item names consist of formal context and formal concept through formal concept analysis. The format concept has a list of data sets and a set of item name as extent and intent, respectively, and analyzes the common items of intent end to determine the possibility of data connection. The results derived from the formal concept analysis can be effectively applied to the semantic connection of the public data, and can be applied to data standard and quality improvement for public data release.

There are two elements of security policy that can have a bearing on its effectiveness: content and form. While the content of the security policy has been investigated extensively in the most of the previous studies, there is very little literature on the form of the security policy. Since the form of the policy influences its success, it is important to understand how to articulate the form of a security policy. Thus, the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between security form and policy compliance of employees. Research results find that dimensions of security form have effect on attitude towards security compliance, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived response costs, and besides attitude towards security compliance and subjective norm have an effect on persistent security compliance intention. The conclusions and implications are discussed.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the competence and the methods of problem solving in four operations word problems based on the informal knowledges by five-year-old children. The numbers which are contained in problems consist of the numbers bigger than 5 and smaller than 10. The subjects were 21 five-year-old children who didn't learn four operations. The interview with observation was used in this research. Researcher gave the various materials to children and permitted to use them for problem solving. And researcher read the word problems to children and children solved the problems. The results are as follows: five-year-old children have the competence of problem solving in four operations word problems. They used mental computation or counting all materials strategy in addition problem. The methods of problem solving were similar to that of addition in subtraction, multiplication and division, but the rate of success was different. Children performed poor1y in division word problems. According to this research, we know that kindergarten educators should be interested in children's informal knowledges of four operations including shapes, patterns, statistics and probability. For this, it is needed to developed the curriculum and programs for informal mathematical experiences.

Traffic information protocol in DMB is very different from existing analog broadcasting and wireless communication network. In this paper, we examined whether traffic information protocol of Europe Broadcasting Union(TPEG) is applicable to domestic DMB. Also, we proposed a division of classification on kinds of franc information, and related data that it is required to transmit traffic information of TPEG form. We composed of experiment equipment and studied whether is expressed traffic informations as like accident, event, traffic condition and CCTV image on car navigation system. The results obtained it can be given expression to phrases from TPEG streaming data and to link with electronics map by decoding TPEG straming data. Also it can be expressed CCTV and graphic image which is composed of TPEG form.
