A Plan to Improve Consumer Satisfaction and Reliability of Opticians by Analyzing Consumers' Spectacles Purchasing Behavior (소비자의 안경 구매 행태 분석을 통한 만족도 및 신뢰도의 향상 방안)

  • Purpose: To plan and improve consumers' satisfaction by analyzing consumers' purchasing behavior of spectacles. Also this will show the need of improvement in reliance of an optician. Methods: A total of 307 people (10 to 60 years) participated in individual questionnaires. Questionnaires comprised of general characteristic of surveyed people, purchasing spectacles behavior, satisfaction after purchasing spectacles, reliability of optician, and improvement points of optician. Results: Most important points in selecting the product were the design and the price of the spectacles. 142 people (46.3%) replied "average" and 140 people (45.6%) replied "satisfying" out of maximum point of satisfaction level which was 5 points. 72.3% of people have regularly visiting optical shop due to the high accessibility, after-sales care, and courteous optician. On the contrary, 27.7% replied "never visit same optician shop again" because of the low accessibility, minimal range of products, and high price. Data showed that people had high re liability about the opticians' knowledge of product, and their technique of eye refraction. Data revealed that people did not show high satisfaction about opticians' knowledge of ophthalmology, and price of products. Most important improvement points were accurate spectacle prescription by Opticians rating 42% of reply. Factors most considered during spectacle selection among the 10 to 20 age group were design by 34.8% and price by 10.1%. Among the 40 to 50 age group, most considered factors were design by 14% and spectacle frame material by 10.1%. Conclusions: Satisfaction rate of purchasing spectacles for the total participant group was 4.2 average grades. Reliability of opticians' eye refraction result and prescription was 50.5%. However consumers wanted to obtain more accurate eye refraction result and prescription with more comprehensive explanations. Also, consumers wanted opticians to be sensitive and have appreciative eye in select spectacles for customers, and to offer precise spectacle dispensing services and courteous after-sales care.

  • This study assumes a vehicle choice model based on the multinomial model and analyzes the vehicle choice behaviors of consumer. An SP survey targeting drivers was implemented and data was collected for model estimates, with the possible choice options of the survey takers limited to gasoline, HEV, PHEV, and EV vehicles. The explanatory variable mostly displayed a significance level of under 5%, and excluding variables for price and fuel the remaining variables were all consistent with the logical direction with the plus (+) sign and the results were determined to be rational. Consumers selecting mid-size & full-size vehicles are able to afford more than consumers that selected other vehicle types, so there was relatively little consideration given to low fuel costs when compared to vehicle price. For this reason, it was determined that for the full-size vehicle model the fuel variable could be disregarded. Socio-economic variables that were statistically significant were the age and infor variables for the sub-compact & compact, the age, infor and inc3 variables for the mid-sized & full-size vehicles.

제품구매시 소비자의 안전추구행동 분석 : 가정생활 양식유형, 안전의식의 영향력을 중심으로

  • 본 연구에서는 전국에 거주하는 20세 이상 남녀 총 2,000 명을 조사대상으로 한 한국소비자원 (2007)의 "국민소비행태 및 의식구조 조사"자료를 가지고 소비자의 안전추구행동을 조사분석하였다. 구체적으로, 소비자안전의식과 가정생활양식 변수가 소비자 안전추구행동에 미치는 요인을 조사하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 정리 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비자들은 자동차를 제외하고 농산물 구매에서 안전성보다는 가격, 신선도 등 다른 요인을 중요한 기준으로 고려하고 있어 안전추구행동이 낮은 수준이라고 하겠다. 둘째, 소비자 안전의식은 여성, 젊은 소비자, 가족 수가 3인 인 경우, 농산물 수입개방에 대해 중간적 입장을 취한 소비자의 경우, 미래지향적인 소비자들에게서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대체로 농산물 구매에 있어서 소비자가 환경지향적이고 농산물 수입개방에 대해 부정적인 소비자 일 수록 안전추구행동 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자동차의 경우 남성, 미혼자, 연령이 낮은 경우, 가족 수가 적은 경우 안전성을 중요한 구매기준으로 고려하고 있었다. 대체로 여성, 미혼, 나이가 많은 경우, 가족수가 적은 경우, 환경의식이 높은 경우 술의 소비가 적었으며, 여성, 고졸이하, 나이가 적은 경우, 가족 건강 여가 지향적인 경우 담배를 전혀 소비하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 여성, 대졸, 고소득, 가족 건강지향적, 부정적 농산물수입개방 태도의 경우 수입농산물 구매에서 안전성을 제일 중요한 기준으로 삼고 있었다. 끝으로, 여성, 고졸 소비자, 여가 현재 지향적, 환경의식이 높은 소비자의 경우 안전추구행동 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 소비자의 안전의식은 안전추구 행동에 직접적 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

How do Merchandisers in Large Retailers Purchase Agriculture Products? (대형유통업체 구매담당자의 농산물 구매 행태에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed large distributors' trade features with local suppliers and their direct purchase features through the survey and the interview targeting some MDs(Merchandisers) in large retailers responsible for buying fresh foods (agricultural, fishery, livestock and proceeded products). As the result of conducting the survey targeting the large purchase MDs, it was found that when they select local suppliers, they importantly consider the factors of stable products supply, the quality management, the aggressive management attitude, the affordable (cheap) price, and the suggestion of differentiated goods in order. Concerning their direct purchases in local places, their preference toward the direct-purchase traders were higher than that toward vendors and whole markets as their existing major traders. Among the traders for direct purchase, they preferred farm corporations (including agricultural corporations) the most, and followed the National Agricultural Cooperative, and the unit agricultural cooperative in order. Regarding to the trades with suppliers, when they set the trade price, the merchandisers (MDs) of large distributors preferred long-term trades over 2 years, and utilized the factors of market rate(50.9%), production cost(31.2%) and sale price in the same industry(18.0%). For the local distribution organizations to aggressively counteract the changes of distribution environment in the consumption places, it needs some strategies to organize the agricultural production, to expand the production size and to specialize the distribution channels. And the supply system's continuality and stability are required, so it needs to establish the counteract system enabling to supply all year round through the link of production organizations. Additionally, as an effort to intensify the market negotiation ability, it should collect various market information from the consumption places.

소비자의 닭고기 원산지 이용 실태 조사 연구 결과

  • 일반 소비자들은 닭고기 구매 시 가격보다는 제품의 품질과 신뢰도를 높이 평가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본회는 지난 3월 25일부터 4월 5일까지 서울 및 수도권, 대구, 부산지역의 만 20세 이상의 성인 여성 600명을 대상으로 한 '닭고기 소비 행태에 대한조사 연구' 결과 이같이 나타났다고 발표했다. 본고는 소비자의 닭고기 원산지 이용 실태 조사 연구 결과에 대한자료를 일부 발췌, 게재한 것이다.

  • 이 보고서는 축산진흥회 조사부가 소비자의 축산물 구매동기로 부터 최종 소비에 이르기까지 그 행태 분석과 가격 반응을 도시가구를 중심으로 조사한 것이다. 이 보고서에 의하면 소비자들은 닭고기의 포장육 판매를 희망하고 있으며 수입고기가 싸고 맛도 괜찮다는 중론이었음에도 불구하고 국내 축산업의 발전을 위하여 우려하는 쪽이 41$\%$나 되었음이 특기할만하다.

A Comparative study on the difference between purchaser and non-purchaser of Imported counterfeit luxury goods (수입명품의 복제품 구매자와 비구매자 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this study compare the difference between purchaser of counterfeit goods and non-purchaser about how self-esteem and conformity influence upon purchase intention of luxury counterfeits goods. Until existing research on purchase intention of luxury counterfeit goods have focused on the consumers' sense of superiority such as conspicuous consumption, hedonic consumption and symbolic consumption. This thesis, however, has focused on individual's psychological variables such as self-esteem and influence of reference group. The results are as follows. The purchaser of counterfeit goods tend to depend on others heavily and show a high purchase intention. On the other hand, the non-purchaser with high self-esteem are less inclined to buy counterfeit goods, and purchase intention level will also be lowed down. This thesis tries to support the assumption that personal psychological difference exist between purchaser and non-purchaser, and this result seems to correspond with the preceding studies.

Purchase Behavior and Satisfaction Levels of Wholesale Discount Store Customers (대형할인매장 이용 소비자의 구매행태 및 만족수준)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the purchase behavior and satisfaction levels of wholesale discount store customers. Three hundred and eighty housewives who had buying experiences from wholesale discount stores at Gunpo city, Kyeonggi province were selected. The questionnaire survey method was conducted during August 3 to August 9, 2000. The major findings were as follows ; First, the major customers using wholesale discount store were found to be age over thirties and they bought food, such as vegetables and processed food stuffs. They visited wholesale discount store once or twice a week and spent $10{\sim}50$ thousand won each purchasing. Second, most customers evaluated positively wholesale discount store, on the other hand they experienced compulsive buying or had the desire for it. Third, though they visited wholesale discount store because of lower price than other stores, they didn't agree that they were saving money through using wholesale discount store. Forth, housewife-customers' satisfaction level about whole sale discount store was not so high. Among the factors suggested, they were satisfied comparatively with the comfortable counter atmosphere and parking lot, and were dissatisfied comparatively with the long waiting time at cashier.

  • This study aims to empirically analyze the usage behavior of metaverses, which have recently attracted attention in various fields. To date, research on metaverses has focused on the concept, direction of utilization, development prospects, and technical aspects. However, there is a lack of research on the characteristics of metaverses and the behavior of users. As the metaverse develops with new content, there is a need to understand user behavior and content characteristics. In this study, we surveyed 375 adult males and females who experienced metaverse, and analyzed the impact of metaverse usage behavior on brand loyalty and item purchase intention based on 350 samples after excluding non-responses. The collected data were cleaned and statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that the usage behavior factors such as immersion, vicarious satisfaction, and avatar identification have a positive effect on brand loyalty and intention to purchase branded items. These findings help to understand the concept and development direction of metaverse, and are expected to make important contributions to the field of brand marketing strategy formulation and metaverse-related user behavior research.

  • Recently, personal information processing are becoming more important in the behavioral advertising based on online and mobile platform. The behavioral advertising analyzes and utilizes individual's search & purchase history, hobbies, and tendency based on the personal behavior information collected using the automatic collection device. Therefore, it collects and stores other types of personal information which did't defined in Privacy Act and can analyze personal behavior. This characteristics may cause disclosure of personal information and exposure to intrusion. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the privacy policy of the advertising agencies, and discussded the measures to be taken in collecting, storing and using personal information suitable for behavior information.
