Service Evaluation Models from Transit Users' Perspectives (대중교통 이용자 관점의 서비스 평가 모형 개발)

  • The evaluation of public transit service quality is more complicated than evaluating other aspects of transportation service. Although various measures of effectiveness [MOEs] for transit service have been studied and applied, a more comprehensive and accurate MOE is still required. In the past, either data from user surveys or the experience of bus agency administrators and/or engineers used to measure the quality of service. However, recently, with reliable and accurate real time data from BMS(Bus Management System) and BIS(Bus Information System), more reliable and accurate MOEs are available. This study develops a service evaluation model from users' perspectives, which is based on user' cost models that consider passenger access time, riding time, waiting time, and discomfort due to in-vehicle overcrowding, violation of traffic laws, and accident rate. For validating proposed model, data from the BMS and transit-fare cards (T-Money Card) for Seoul's No. 472 main bus line were used. Models developed in this study provided reliable results.

  • 우리협회에서는 고속도로상에서 타이어 정비불량으로 인한 교통사고를 예방하고 올바른 사용방법을 홍보하고자 고속돌 휴게소에서 업계와 합동을 타이어 안전사용점검 및 서비스 행사를 매년 실시하고 있다. 본고는 금년에 실시한 총 8회의 안전점검과 상, 하반기 두 차례의 타이어 안전관리에 대한 관심도 설문조사 결과를 정리한 것이다.

  • 항로표지는 등광, 형상, 색채, 음향, 전파 등을 수단으로 선박의 위치, 방향 및 장애물의 위치 등을 알려주는 항해보조시설로 해상교통 환경의 중요한 인프라이다. 해상교통환경은 4차산업혁명에 따라 자율운항선박, 스마트항만 등의 기술개발과 더불어 급격하게 변화 중이다. 그러므로 해상교통환경 변화에 능동적으로 대응하고 해상안전을 확보하기 위해서는 기존의 항로표지 고도화 및 정보협력서비스 제공이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 미래 해상교통 관리를 위한 항로표지의 새로운 서비스 실효성을 확보하기 위해 사용자 대상 요구사항을 평가하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 선박운항자 등 사용자 관점에서 미래 항로표지 서비스의 요구사항을 파악할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 현재 국내에서는 안전 운전 서비스 및 교통정보 수집체계 구축에 USN 기술을 적용하기 위한 연구와 시범사업이 추진되고 있다. 사거리 교통 안전 시스템은 교차로로 진입하는 도로위에 무선 센서 노드를 부착하여 무선 센서 노드위를 지나는 차량들의 정보(속도, 위치, ID 등)를 실시간으로 수집 및 분석하여 얻은 차량안전 운전정보를 교차로에 접근하는 차량들에게 전송하여 차량충돌을 회피하도록 하는 텔레매틱스 서비스 시스템이다. 이 시스템에서는 최대 1초 이내에 교차로에 접근하는 차량들의 정보를 수집해서 동일 그룹의 차량들에게 충돌회피 정보를 알려주어야 하기 때문에 일반적인 라우팅 알고리즘보다 높은 신뢰성과 실시간성을 가진 라우팅 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 교차로 주변차량들의 정보를 수집하여 교차로의 베이스 스테이션까지 전송하는데 있어서 높은 신뢰성과 실시간성을 가진 새로운 라우팅 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • Intelligent maritime traffic information service for maritime traffic safety operates a service that provides safe and efficient optimal safety routes considering information such as water depth, maritime safety law, weather information, and fuel consumption. However, from a service user's point of view, they prefer a route that suits their personal navigation experience and style, such as unnecessary detours and conservative safety distances for maritime objects. In this study, the optimal safety route can be extracted based on the experience of service users without reflecting the separate maritime environment by adjusting the weight of the trunk line for the area where the ship frequently navigates with the ship's track data collected through LTE-M model was studied.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a sensor based service model for traffic facilities in u-City through analysing the present condition of urban infrastructure, especially traffic facilities management. In order to achieve this purpose, we did a comparative analysis of internal and external situation of ITS(Intelligent Transport System) and classified service for traffic facilities to 3 categories, namely traffic flow management, traffic information offering, formation of road structure. Also, we examined technological trend of USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network). Through this process, we present a sensor based service model of traffic facilities for building sustainable road environment.

  • This research aims to enhance the security and safety of bicycle facilities by utilizing convergence technology of ubiquitous sensor network in the transportation system. To achieve the aim, U-bike system has developed by utilizing sensor network technology, and the serviceability and safety function of public facilities in the system have enhanced. This research also presents a plan for the construction of U-bike using ubiquitous sensor network and safety infrastructure of facilities by analyzing bicycle traffic reports and characteristics of service through studying the literature on the security of bicycles and the safety of facilities on bicycle lanes. The result of this research will contribute to the enhancement of safety function of bicycle lanes and facilities around National 4 major rivers bicycle lanes in the future.

  • 자율운항선박의 기술개발이 진행됨에 따라 자율운항선박의 운항 데이터를 기반으로 안전운항을 지원하고 운항구역내의 교통량을 통계 분석하여 안전운항을 지원하는 서비스의 필요성이 발생하였다. 본 연구는 자율운항선박의 특성에 최적화된 디지털데이터와 기존 선박의 운항데이터를 통합하여 이를 기반으로 하는 통합 모니터링 및 자율운항선박 중심의 운항지원 서비스의 개발과 이러한 서비스 제공을 위한 운영소프트웨어의 개발에 대한 연구이다.

  • Two-Lane Highway of Korea is important, Because it has the largeest portion of all roads of Korea. But it has only one lane for one direction. So, If Delays are happened by low-speed vehicles, high-speed vehicles should over-take through the other side of the road. This over-takings can generate the high possibility of traffic accidents and the severity of traffic accidents by over-takings is very high. Because it generates a head-on collision. But the level of Service that indicates the operation states of Two-Lane Highway is defined as a conception that explains the operation conditions of traffic safety etc. Whencalculating the Level of service. It is considered by only delays. So, in this paper, first, this author wants to present the calculation of delay-time by Total-Delay Rate. Second, by multiplying this delay-time by the costs of delays wants to present the method of calulates the total delay costs. Third, to consider the traffic accidents, After predicting the number of traffic accidents, As multipling this by the average of costs of traffic accidents. want to present the method to calculate Total traffic accidents costs. Forth, present the operation costs.

  • In order to reduce maritime accidents and promote maritime safety and the happiness of the sea people, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries has been providing Intelligent Maritime Traffic Information services to the public from the end of January 2021. Various information is generated and collected through this service, and research and development is underway to develop and verify a service algorithm by applying the collected information to data science to realize a safer and more efficient intelligent maritime traffic information service. In order to develop and implement this, a data pipeline system that connects the collected and stored data and can access, use, and store data from multiple systems smoothly is required. Therefore, in this study, a data pipeline that can be used in various systems such as a datascience based service algorithm development environment and an intelligent maritime transportation service test-bed was designed.
